Does Joke Ford Really Want To Win,Or Destroy JR1's Chances At The Senate?

Late tonight I received a call from a very reliable source,that has never stirred me wrong. The source reports that Harold Ford Jr. Wants brother Jake ford out of the congressional race. It's reported that JR1 is feeling the pressure in the winding days of the race for the U.S. Senate. This pressure comes from the fact that many polls have Bob Corker leading Ford by a small margin,but a margin big enough to allow Ford to lose his chance at making history.

Its reported that Jr1 feels that because of Joke Ford's running as an independent,and because of the fact that he has not been able to embrace democratic nominee Steve Cohen in his bid for the 9th Congressional seat, that he will lose a portion of the democratic vote. He also knows that whites in Middle and Eastern Tennessee are watching to see if JR1 will support a white candidate in a seat that has been held by his family for 32 years.

This is an important factor because if he cannot carry middle and eastern Tennessee, or carry at least 40% of the vote in those two portions of Tennessee he will lose. There have been many polls but polls don't vote,and really don't give the true picture of how an election will turn out. So JR1 needs every vote that he can get, and brother Joke ford is a liability.

But the conversation has come up as to weather or not this was the intent all the time by Joke Ford. Many believe that there is no real love between the two brothers,and that Joke wants to prove to his dad that he's as smart as JR1. Others believe that Joke knew that his running as an independent would hurt his brother,and that he's seeking to be the cause of JR1's defeat.

JR1 also knows that in Shelby County that many white republicans knowing that Mark White cannot win will cross over and vote for Cohen the democrat,and return their republican vote for Corker. The white republicans that may have voted for him will see him as a racist not wanting to support a white that is the nominee of his party.

Sources also say that JR1 has spoken with his father asking him to get Joke out of the race but that has been to no avail. Harold Sr. Is said to not have been in favor of Joke's entry into the congressional race as a independent, but could not give the appearance of his disapproval.

I agree that Joke Ford should get out of the race,but not for the same reasons as his brother. Joke is totally unprepared to serve in the congress, he has no track record of service, he has never been able to stay in any school that he has attended, he allows his staff to call black Cohen supporters "Cracker Lovers", he does not know the issues of the community, He thinks that because his father and brother served in the congress that he will be able to pick up where they left off. He's even dumb enough to think that as a rookie congressman that he will be placed on the Ways and means Committee, one of the most powerful committees in congress.

JR1's not supporting the choice of his party has angered many democrats in Shelby County and across the state. He is seen by many as a traitor to the same party that he wants to support him for the U.S. Senate. And why should democrats across this state support him when he refuses to support democrats.

But if he's able to get Joke ford out of the race, and state that his concern is not about his family but making Tennessee better, and farther state that his brothers campaign was dividing democrats and that he's ask him to get out of the race, he would be seen as a democratic hero and guaranteed to win. But Since Joke ford only cares about his agenda it seems that the joke is on JR1.

Bishop G.E.Patterson Called Out To Do The Right Thing By His Cousin

Benjamin Jimmerson who says that he is the son of the late J. O. Patterson Sr. Wants G.E. Patterson to take an DNA test to prove that he is of the same blood line as the Patterson men. Jimmerson says that he is not after money but he wants the world to know that he's the son of J.O. Patterson.even though its reported that Patterson Sr. left $48 million in assets.

I was also informed that he gave 4 envelopes to his trusted Estate Administrator to provide his Attorney after his death. Thta was stoped by a member of the Patterson Family, so that the other sybling would not share any of the Estate, and so it would not become public knowledge that they were sybling.

I'm not asking for money, I'm asking for recognition of what my Father has already recognized. Bishop L.T. Walker of Little Rock, AR. is one of the few living Bishops who personally talked to my Father, and asked him if I was his son. My Father, did not deny me to him, so why is it that the Church has such a problem ackowledging me? Even going to the extent of hiding & covering up?

It should not ever have to come to something like that!!! Bishop G.E. Patterson just knowing that a member of the flock is hurting, should want to help... let alone talk about a member of his Family. I don't even expect fairness from J.O. Jr. unless God touches his heart, but I do expect it from our Presiding Bishop!!!

If J.O. Patterson Jr. wont take a DNA test, G.E. Patterson could. It wouldn't prove that J.O. Patterson Sr. is was Father. It would prove I'm related on the male side of the Patterson Family. Logic would do the rest! My Mother lived in the home of J.O. Patterson for 7 years, I was conceived during that time.

Bishop G.E. Patterson, being a man of God means doing what is right...even when it's not popular! God didn't take you from being the COGIC Outcast, to it's Presiding Bishop to win a popularity contest!!! He did it for you to stand firm on what is right!!! With A Policeman"s Life On The Line Newton Ford Tells Police "FUCK YOU"

In June police received a "Officer is Down" call at Poplar and Edgewood. Naturally police officers from all over were alerted to the scene. Upon arriving police started to direct traffic to allow squad cars to get into the area to find the downed policeman. A citation in lieu of arrest document shows that a Newton Ford was blocking the street. I might add that the name of one of the candidates for the 9th congressional district is Newton Jake Ford. The address that was given for Newton Ford is the home address of County Commissioner Joe Ford Sr.

Newton Ford was told by the officer directing traffic,to move his car so that squad cars could get through,he replied to the officer "FUCK YOU NIGGER" He also threaten to have the officer fired. After several minutes Newton Ford complied,at which time instead of going to jail he was given a citation.

How many citizens could tell an officer "FUCK YOU" without going to jail by way of the MED? Why was Newton Ford given special treatment? Who did Ford tell this officer that he was related to?

Whether or not this is Newton Joke Ford or not the address given is that of Joe Ford Sr. So we know that there is a relationship.

Is there another Newton Ford in the family? Whether or not there is or not, this shows that this family has a lack of concern for others. How could Ford block the street knowing that a officer of the law may be dying? How could he lack so much concern to cuss an officer? How did he feel that he had the power to have a policeman's job? Where did he learn this behavior of feeling that he's a Ford and everything else has to come to a stand still because of that. If this is Joe's son,did he tell the officer that his daddy would get him?

Is this Newton Ford now running for congress? Probadly not, but since this type of action seems to run in the family, Will he tell the people of the 9th Congressional district "Fuck You" if by chance he's elected. Will the real Newton Ford stand up?

Will Clinton Visit Push JR1 Over The Top, Or Just Help In Shelby County,Where He Is Expected To Win Anyway

What effect do you think that a visit from Bill clinton will have on JR1's campaign? Will the visit help him in Middle Tennessee where as a candidate for President he didn't carry? JR1 is expected to carry Shelby County anyway so will the visit push anyone to the polls? If the idea is to get voters to the poll on the last day of early voting,there is merit to the visit. If the idea is to have vans and buses at the Temple ready to carry persons to the polls, it will push JR1's early voting numbers up.

Ford Supporters Are Running Scared

Reading the many vulgar comments made on the site today made my heart glad. It proves that many think that this blog has great impact on local politics in this area. It delights me that those who support the Fords can't find any reason for their support,thus they waste their time attacking me.

I started to delete many of the vulgar statements,but since people across this state and country view this site daily,I thought it would be great for the country to see that the Fords are not supported because they have represented those who placed them in office,But because many feel that the white man is the evil one,and because we have been led to believe that the black poli-trick-an should not be held accountable,but should be elected soley on the color of there skin.

Those who attack me,attack me with information that is public information that has been printed on the front page of the daily newspaper, The Memphis Flyer, radio and TV stations,and must of all reported by me on my radio programs. I have no problem with my past publicly being discussed. I can take as good as I give. If I had a fear of what others would say,than I would not go out on the limb every day.

Its sad that many in the black community want to hold on to the history of the past distrustful every white person in a America, when we as a race are killing each other on a daily basis. We are not destroying anything or anyone but ourselves. But many black leaders want this madness to continue because it gives them a stage to stand on to denounce the white man without doing anything for his own community.

We continue in the black community to support those who look like us but when elected only care for themselves. Not one person on this blog has given a sound reason for electing Joke Ford,why? Because there is none. He travels with thugs and former gang members who want to present themselves as tough and standing up for a black man who has no history of service in this community.

Joke ford was asked in Saturday's debate what community organization was he a part of and what had he done in the community that make shim qualified for congress. His reply was "I was baptized 26 years ago at Mount Moriah East Baptist Church,and every day I represent the Ford family" Is this the person you want to represent you in congress? Who gives a damn about his baptism? Who gives a damn about his family and their service? But what has Joke Ford done? The answer is nothing.

I don't mind the attacks,they will not stop me from publishing daily information that I think will enlighten voters across this state. The likes of Tyrone Jones who today I was told by some persons looking into history is a former gang member and its alleged that he's a drug user. Why would Joke Ford surround himself with a misfit such as this. But there are persons digging into him and will have info on him before election day.

The Fords do not own any office,and it's time that that message is sent to them. It's time across this state that we no longer allow ourselves to be fooled by those who want only to serve their own agendas. Harold Ford Sr, who has connected both the camps of Joke and JR1 must not be allowed to send his sons to the House and the senate so that he can promote himself from the 17th largest lobbyist in Washington to number 1. I will continue to do what I do,without giving a damn about the attacks of those who are fearful that what is being stated here is having some effect. They will comment that this blog has no power,but if it has no power why do they worry about what I say,And why do they come here everyday.

Official Ford Simple Ballot

This is the New Official Ballot,Since I was called a "Cracker Lover" For supporting Steve Cohen by a Joke ford staff member,I wonder if thats the same way they feel about Phil bredesen the only white on the ballot. After Saturday night's debate between the candidates for the 9th congressional district,his supporters were saying that the ancestors of blacks were spinning in there graves, Because many blacks are voting for the person not the color.

Some Joke Ford supporters must be hitting the pipe to state that a white should not and could not go to the halls of congress,because the racial make up of the district is majority black,and thus demands that a black is the only race that can represent the 9th Congressional District.

The racial makeup of the state of Tennessee is 79% white and only about 17% black,So will someone explain If Blacks have the majority of voters in District 9, AND SOME THINK BECAUSE OF THIS THAT ONLY A BLACK SHOULD GO TO CONGRESS and the state has only 16-17% blacks,WHY SHOULD WHITES ACROSS THIS STATE VOTE FOR JR1 ?

Joke Ford Staff Member Says That I Am A "Cracker Lover" For Supporting Steve Cohen

Tonight's debate where I was in the audience proved again that Joke Ford is not ready for congress. When asked to tell what community groups he was a member of,and what qualifies him for congress,his reply was He had been baptized at Mt Moriah East Baptist church,26 years ago,and that he represents his family

After the debate,I had a conversation with a Joke supporter,who stated that he was the best for the job. She couldn't tell me why,but she was backing Ford for the congressional seat all though she just moved to Memphis 3 months ago.So here we have another fool voting for Joke Ford for no other reason then he's black.

But the highlight of my night came while talking to the two Ford supporter,a coordinator out of Joke's camp, a very cowardly person by the name of Tyrone broke into my conversation with the ladies telling them to stop talking to me because I"m a cracker lover that's not registered to vote. Silly Tyrone and I exchanged words, he brizzled and I told him that I would tear his ass cat raggedy, if he continued to act like he wanted to fight.

This staff member of Ford with a fake diamond in his ear stated to me that only a cracker lover would support Cohen over Joke Ford. He was so tough that the ladies pulled him out of the door at Lemonye college. Here's this big bad tough guy who pretended that he wanted some of me being lead out the door by two small scale women like the punk that he is.

But was Tyrone speaking for the Ford camp? Is this something that he's heard Joke Ford say? Does Joke and his camp consider Whites to be "crackers" Is this the type of leadership that Joke Ford has shown to his staff. Tyrone a political nobody who thinks that by kissing Joke's ass that maybe he'll get a position needs to understand that there are some of us who have no fear of a Ford,and will not back down from a fight for that which we believe is right.

Joke Ford is the wrong choice for congress, he surrounds himself with weak thugs,who really have no back bone, but choose to fight for as losing cause. We now know that racism is a platform of the Ford camp. The day of supporting a candidate based on the color of his skin has to be over, no one as of yet has given a solid reason why Joke should be elected. Joke Ford has not been involved in this community's issues,but wants to go to congress to prove that he's as good as his brother JR1 and to make his daddy proud.

Tyrone don't get it twisted I have no fear of you are the asses that you kiss. I don't run to a fight, but I don't run from one. If you had truly wanted a fight, two women could not have pulled you away. Don't bluff me unless you're ready to back up what your mouth has to say. In my professional I fight on a daily basis, and you would have only been practice for a real fight.

This community and this state will soon rid itself of two Fords,Joke and Harold Jr. People across this state read this site on a daily basis. And with clowns like Tyrone in the Ford camp Bob Corker couldn't have it any more easy.

The cracker statement was totally uncalled for,it shows how racist the Joke ford camp happens to be. But Tyrone think of this If the 9th congressional district is majority black and you think for that reason only a black should represent the district, what about the fact that the majority of citizens in the state of Tennessee happens to be white, Why should Harold Jr. Represent the state in the U.S. Senate?

But when this election is over Joke will have wished that his name was Polly,who wanted all the crackers he could get.

Will District 29,Elect A Drunk?

A source very close to Ophelia Ford has confirmed what many of us already knew,that Ophelia spent a month in rehab to try and fight her addiction to booze. Those who have known Ford will tell you that this has been a problem with her for years. Its also reported that her brother Harold Ford sr. Does not support her run for the state senate,which is the reason her name does not appear on the Official Ford ballot.

Brother Ford didn't renew the lease on her white Escalade,which was leased to the funeral home. But as several present and former employees have told me,The funeral home is having problems paying its employees. This is nothing knew at the business,cashing a N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral Home check has always been a problem. Not because there're not making money,but because they use the money for themselves. Employees are presently playing phone tag with the bank,they get what they know is a bad check and constantly call the bank until the bank says that there is enough in the bank to cash their check,than they have to run to the bank before anyone else gets there.

Because of the fact that employee's are not get paid,many have left the business. Eddie Hayes who was the employee who worked for the Fords and was a precinct inspector for the Shelby County Election Commission at the time of the voting dead has left,alone with a Ford family member Pam Ford.

But the biggest question is will the citizens of district 29 elect a drunk? If Ophelia has a problem with booze she needs help,not a position in the senate. The Fords are wishing that she would just go away but that's not going to happen. They fear that if the fact that Ophelia spent the summer in rehab and not on the campaign trail that it will hurt JR1.

But If they know that she has a problem with booze and cannot effectively serve the citizens of the district shouldn't they call for her to get out of the race? Plus now that Harold Sr. Has taken her Escalade how will she travel to Nashville? Well I guess she could always drive a hearse.

If The Fords Won't Support Ophelia,Why Should The community?

Terry Roland must be the best candidate for the State Senate district 29 seat, Because even the family of Ophelia Ford will not endorse her. Ophelia's name was left off the Ford family ballot,never once have you heard Harold Sr. Say vote for my sister Ophelia Ford. It has been strong rumored that Ophelia spent her summer in rehab trying to shake the bottle,instead of campaigning for office.

I have grown to know Terry Roland and consider him a friend. It is my belief that he has the concern of the district at heart,not just Millington where he lives but the whole district. Roland has had no problem dealing with the concerns of blacks as well as whites,democrats as well as republicans. This idea that a seat belongs to a certain family or a certain race is foolish.

Roland had planned to open a North Memphis office as well as his office in Millington, but the owner of the business that Roland was going to acquire space from was threaten that if he allowed Roland to use his building that certain forces(FORD) would make sure he lost his business license. Its time to let those forces know that even with your threats,your reign of terror and abuse is about to end.

Ophelia Ford has not campaigned, she refused to debate Roland,and turned down TV debates. She is running solely on the Ford name. No one knows her position on any issues. You would just have to be plain stupid to vote for this political misfit. Let's give a person who is concerned about the people a chance. When your family of political crooks won't support you,that should be a message to the rest of the district that Ophelia needs to dry out not go to the State Senate.

When Harold Jr. Looses The Senate Race,Would You Vote For Him To Be Mayor Of Memphis?

On November 8,Harold Ford Jr. Will wake up unemployed. Daddy would have packed us and slipped out of Memphis,Ophelia will be somewhere sleeping off a hangover and someone will be reading the newspaper for Joke telling him how bad he lost to Steve Cohen.

All of the pill bottles will have been taken from the home of JR1,alone with any bullets from any guns close to him,because he will think that life is not worth living now that he's no longer a political star. He will probadly want to cuss his daddy out for screwing up his campaign,but daddy is no where to be found. He'll step outside on the porch and pick up the morning CA where the headline is " Harold Ford Jr. Is Now a Nobody" he will break out in tears,saying "Woe is me". He'll call his white girl friend,and the phone will be answered by a baritone voice belonging to a Black man who loads plans at FEDEX saying "your Girl No longer wants a Ford,But Now She wants to ride a heavy Chevy".

JR1 picks up Ophelia's bottle and trys to drink away the thought of being just a regular black man in America,But he can't get drunk enough, he finds a joint left by his brother Joke,but he can't get high enough. JR1 thinks to himself what can I do to make a living? Then he remembers the family business and runs down to the funeral home,looking to maybe be the pickup man,or the car washer,or maybe uncle Joe will let him work on funerals. But Joe Sr. Tells him there is no work, all the bodies went out to vote and didn't come back.

He gets ready to leave the funeral home,to go downtown to MAnpower to get a temp job, when he can't find his car, he looks around and a repo truck is driving off with his car,he says "Damn That Thaddeus Matthews". Now he heads for the bridge ready to end it all,because he's lost everything that meant anything to him,power, influence, and white women.

As he climbs over the rail preparing to jump into the cold flowing Mississippi River he hears a familiar voice crying "Junior don't jump" Its his brother Isaac, saying " I've got a idea of how you can regain your power and influence and give me a job at the same time" Harold who at this time is willing to do anything says"You know a way where I can continue to be powerful off the backs of the foolish poor in Memphis? Isaac answers and says "Yes You can be the mayor of Memphis,Don't kill yourself,Follow the family tradition and kill Memphis". "Don't worry about crime,let the niggers kill each other off,that'll mean more business for the funeral home.

Harold gloomy thoughts leave, a smile comes across his face.excitement can be seen in his eyes as he shouts "Bob Corker I wasn't man enough to defeat you, but Willie Herenton I'm going to kick your long lanky ass".

Harold Sr. Was Upset With Trackers,Not Crackers

I'm no Harold Ford fan by any means,But there's been a lot a conversation about whether when a group showed up at JR1 campaign office,if he called the white men present a "cracker". After listening close to the tape Harold Sr. Called the men "trackers". Old Mike Fleming whose radio talk show leaves a lot to be desired even had to say he was sorry for shooting his mouth off to soon.

Is Harold Ford Jr a True Democrat ?

The Official Ford Ballot endorses only two of the Ford's that's running for office in November. Harold Ford Jr and Joke Ford's names are on the ballot,but Ophelia Ford's name is left off. When I asked Joke about this on Monday he told me there was not any room to place her name. But could this be pay back for Ophelia wearing A Steve Cohen for Congress button?

If you notice, you have a democrats and a independent on the same ballot. What will the local Democratic party say? Nothing since this group is completely balless when it comes to dealing with members of there party. Should the party denounce the Fords for running as democrats and openly asking democrats to support a independent?

You will also noticed that the ballot has been approved by daddy Ford and Joke Ford. Harold Sr, is running both Joke's and JR1'a campaigns. There yard signs are put out together,many of there rallies are together,there're using the same SUV's to transport early voters to the polls. These two campaigns are a Harold Ford Sr. production.

Hopefully the people of this state will not be fooled,and vote against the machine politics of Harold Ford Sr. Who with a son in the senate and the Congress would be able to become the highest paid lobbyist in the country. Harold Sr. Is the mastermind behind these two campaigns. It was most likely his ideal to crash the press conference of Bob Corker.

JR1 does not represent the democrats of this state or he would ask that his name be removed from this ballot. Democrats in Middle and Eastern Tennessee can now see how they are being made fools of by another self serving poli-trick-an,whose only concern is the agenda of himself and his daddy. For all those blacks who think that Harold Ford Jr should be elected to the U.S.Senate just because he's black should step back and ask yourselves, does JR1 care about blacks or is serving his agenda the only thing that matters to him? Was The Former Bishop Of The Church Of God In Christ A Player?

Bishop J.O.Patterson Sr. Was the presiding Bishop of COGIC for many years,alone with being the pastor of Pentecostal Temple COGIC located downtown Memphis. His nephew G.E.Patterson now holds that position. I received on last week a e-mail from Benjamin Jimmerson who claims that the former Bishop is his father,and that it is known throughout the elite's of the organization.

Jimmerson claims that his mother Jessie Jimmerson lived in the Patterson household for seven years and had an adulteress relationship with the Bishop of which he is the product of. A very good source within the church stated to me that the revelation of Jimmerson as his son was the Bishop's death bed confession. If this is true and Jimmerson states that he'willing to take a DNA test to prove it, He is entitled to a portion of the millions of dollars in assets the Bishop left behind.

Jimmerson states that he is not concerned about the money, but just wants to clear his mother's name. After the story first posted on last week I started getting calls telling me about the other son that was born out of another adulteress affair that the Bishop was suppose to have had.

I was told that Madame Mattie Wiggly a profound member of the COGIC who received national attention as a gospel singer,gave birth to a son while also living for a period of time in the Patterson home. I'm told that his name is Steven Wiggly who works presently for Memphis City Schools.

So was the Bishop a player? Was any woman who spent time in his home save from the "Laying On Of Hands?". Jimmerson has written a book about his mother's relationship with the Bishop,that has pictures and other information that will prove he's the Bishop's son. This book has letters that the Bishop sent to Jimmerson's mother,he claims. Jimmerson is sending me a copy of the book and I will be posting info from the book alone with the pictures and letters.

My Confrontation With Joke Ford

Today I riding down Third Street, as I was about to pass the Pyramid Recovery Center, a center for former drug abusers and a early voting precinct,I noticed Joke Ford on the shopping center lot at third and Belz. I drove up on the lot to observe how Joke handled himself with those going to vote.

Joke shook a few hands and then went inside the precinct. I moved to be able to see what he was doing inside the precinct sine it's a violation for a candidate to campaign inside a precinct. By time I got in position to see I could see him in conversation with persons inside the precinct. While he was inside I went over to his campaign workers,who were passing out his ballot alone with Ophelia's ballot and the official Ford Ballot.

At first knowing who I was this Ford worker didn't want to give me a ballot, but finally did. The first thing I noticed was that the the Official Ford ballot Didn't have an endorsement for Ophelia, but did have an endorsement for Phil Bredesen for Governor,and Harold Jr. For U.S.Senate. With a big gold seal the ballot states "Approved by Harold Ford Sr, and his son Jake Ford.

By this time Jake comes out of the recovery center shaking hands within the hundred feet that he should not be in,when he is told by his worker that I'm there. Reading his lips he says "Shit" as though he was not happy to see me. He come over and I ask him why does Ophelia have him on her ballot and she's not on the official Ford Ballot. He tells me they ran out of room.

At this time he starts speaking of me being a Cohen supporter,and how the Ford's had been good to me,giving me my first job, after I moved here from Mississippi which is a lie. In fact Harold Sr. Hired me away from M.J. Edwards funeral home at the time, and I have never lived in Mississippi. After I called him a lie and the crowd of 5 was gathering around, he stated to the Cohen worker,that the reason I write about the Fords is because they pay me. Well if they pay me for the articles that I write about them,they're bigger fools than thought.

After this confrontation went on about 5 minutes, he states "I bet you have a tape recorder?" I replied "since you mention it I do have one,"which was not on as of yet. I pulled my tape out in plain view turned it on so that I could recorded our statements to each other.

Joke Ford is in fact a joke, that is not smart enough as a poli-trick-an to allow himself to be baited into a confrontation that he knows will go public. If he had been smart he would have just said "No Comment" and walked away. But my highlight was a young woman who walked by with her child,and stated that how great the Fords are because they help women with there welfare.This young lady bragged about Ophelia Ford (I think see meant Joyce Ford) working at the DHS office on Third helping her stay on welfare. At which time Joke knelt down and kissed the baby.

FBI to Investigate Concern In The District 29 Race

Today Terry Roland who's running for state senator in district 29 against Ophelia Ford,contacted the FBI concerning a note that is being attached to his campaign literature and placed on doors of voters in the district.

A St.Jude nurse living in a high rise in the North Lauderdale area received Roland's campaign material with a note that read "You've been rezoned from district 29 into district 19,How dare they rezone us with such short notice." After receiving this statement with the literature, she became concerned because see was under the impression that she lived in district 29. She called the Election Commission,who in turn told her after she gave them her address that she did in fact live in district 29 and that she should contact Roland.

After Roland received an e-mail from the nurse,he contacted the FBI who has a special unit here in place monitoring the early voting and the November election. The FBI according to Roland stated that the information attached to his material was a violation of federal campaign laws. Roland also stated that he was told by the FBI that they would be going out to meet the nurse and start an investigation.

Now who would be so desperate as to try to fool voters? HMMMMMMMMMM

Has Harold Jr. Finally Proved That He Is A True Ford?

Harold Ford Jr.has spoken of his love for his family,but has distance himself from the Ford antics. Many have thought that JR1 was a different Ford,that he didn't have the uncontrollable rage of some of his fellow Ford political beings. Many across this state were probadly prepared to give him a chance and give him there vote,feeling that he was truly different from the rest of his family.

But on Friday many came to realize what I already knew that Harold Ford Jr. Is no different than any other hot headed Ford. His invasion of Bob Corker's press conference was tacky, rude, and crossed the line of political etiquette. Ford appears to be very desperate,and now his true colors are showing.

Corkers press conference was taking place on private property where Ford had not been invited,in fact staffers at the private air strip asked Ford to leave the premises. Finally Ford has shown that he has the same nature to be a hot head, and to try to have his way as his father.

Ford had had several rallies around South Memphis on Friday and Corker didn't make an appearance, but barely did anyone else. At Ford and Third even with Harold Ford Sr. Directing traffic and trying to get people to stop and listen to his son,very few stopped. They continued up to belz and Third and the very same thing happened.

In the tape of his crashing Corker's press conference, Ford seems to be out of control,desperate to have his say,a sign that he's not doing as well as he wants others to think. As for polls he is not leading in all the polls,and polls don't vote.Only a select few are ever a part of a poll and a poll can say whatever the person paying for the poll wants it to say.

In Middle and Eastern Tennessee where he must do very well to beat Corker,now sees him in the same light as the part of his family that he trys to politically distance himself from. This was probadly the ideal of his father, who might have just costed him his chance to make history.

Harold Sr. Pushing The early Vote For Jr.

Today while driving through the West Wood area of South Memphis I saw the harold Ford campaign bus parking at Third and Ford Road. I pulled over to see what was going on and there was Harold Sr directing traffic and trying to get people to pull over as Harold Jr. prepared to make a speech.

Former radio personalities Mother Wit and Leon Gray was warming up the crowd as JR1 left the bus. This rally was about early voting. The Fords were pushing people to vote early,stating that whoever won in the early voting would be the next senator from Tennessee. And Sr. is right,it has been proven that 9 out of 10 times the candidate that can command the early vote wins the race. But check out your deceased relatives.because they may be preparing to vote for a Ford to,The Fords will need all the votes that they can get.

Bob Corker's group needs to realize that this is true.Early voting can make or break a campaign.Corker needs to put an effort together across the state to push early voting. Unless Corker puts forth the same effort he could very easily lose. Harold Sr. Through Enterprise car rental has 4 Nissan Armada's to take those who want to vote to the precincts. And you can bet that if needed every limo and hearse at the funeral home will run to the polls.

Even though some polls have Corker ahead,he cannot wait for November 7 to make the push to the polls. I would advise him to make his presence known in Shelby County doing early voting armed with plenty of vans and stop on every corner gathering his supporters.

It Seems That The Long Lost Son Of Bishop J.O.Patterson,May Have Another Local Brother Other Than J.O. Jr.

Since the printing of the story last night by Benjamin Jimmerson who says that he is the son of the late Bishop J.O.Patterson Sr., I have received a call from a person who is in the upper crust of the COGIC. This church official believes what Jimmerson is stating. He went on to state that the Bishop was not only the father of Jimmerson but another local Memphian as well.

The church official stated that on Patterson's death bed he confessed that he had had a son at that time over 50 years ago by a woman who like Jimmerson's mother had lived in Patterson's home. This woman was known throughout the COGIC as a saintly woman with a heavenly voice. Her name was Madame Mattie Wiggly. Her son is Steve Wiggly who I'm told works for Memphis City Schools. The official states that this secret was not really a secret but was known by those close to the late Bishop.

Bishop Patterson left a multi-million dollar estate, that only J. O. Patterson and his sister shared. It was rumored also that at the time of Patterson's death there were millions of dollars in a wall safe at Patterson's home. There was so much tension between J. O. Patterson Jr. And his sister, that sources have said for years that she took a shot at her dear brother.

Sources say that Patterson's will stated that his wealth was to be shared with his biological children, but Benjamin Jimmerson was left out,and more than likely Steve Wiggly to. Jimmerson states in his letter that is posted that his interest is not in the money, but to be accepted but the family. But I'm sure Jimmerson would not turn down a few bucks. Jimmerson states that J.O. Jr. Knows about him, but as of yet has not acknowledge him as his brother.

But what does Jimmerson expect? With J.O.'s sister being deceased he has everything including his late father's church,which he inherited at his father's death. Should J.O. share the wealth? Should a DNA be taken to determined as to whether Jimmerson is the son of the late Bishop?

The church official told me today that there are many leaders in the church who have babies all over the country,that there wives have no knowledge of,or look away since the Bishops make millions per year. The official states that for years another local Bishop who was over the real estate of the COGIC property worldwide made millions cheating the church by making side deals. And by threatening the City of Memphis by taking the yearly convocation out of the city. Its alleged that he would get blocks of rooms at a discounted rate and then cover charge COGIC members from around the world.

Maybe Jimmerson who states that Patteron's name is on his birth certificate should hire an attorney and fight for some of his daddy's assets. If the Bishop is his daddy doesn't he have as much rights to the assets as J.O. Patterson Jr.?

The church official states that he's prepared to share some of the secrets of the Church as the Convocation gets closer. He states that he has been a flunky for many of the top leaders of the COGIC,and knows there deepest secrets. He states that he's one on the persons who provides booze and women for the Bishops when they travel to Memphis each year. He also states that what he has to tell will blow the top off the church. Jimmerson I'm waiting to receive your documentation proving you are the son of the Bishop,So that it can be posted for the world to see.

In political circles, much talk has been has been devoted to the perplexing question of when the other major candidate named Ford would repudiate the increasingly bizarre bully-boy tactics of the Jake Ford congressional campaign. Well, finally, he has. Whoops….This denunciation comes from the former major candidate named Joe — as in Joe Ford Jr., who finished third this year in the 9th District congressional primary won by Democratic Party nominee Steve Cohen and then promptly endorsed Cohen. When he did so again publicly last week, this Ford Jr. received threats from his cousin’s campaign and responded to them on the “Remixx World” blog as follows:



Earlier today, I received word that one of Jake Ford's campaign managers (I believe his name was Tyrone or something similar) wanted to speak with me. It seems that Mr. T (as I'll call him, but no disrespect to the former A-Team star) did not like the fact that I endorsed Sen. Cohen for the 9th Congressional District seat over Jake Ford. As I stated way back in early April, I would be supporting the winner of the Democratic primary...period! Mr. T is now accusing me of sabotaging Jake's campaign (as if Jake isn't doing a bang-up job already without my assistance).

Well, I called Mr. T, but I knew immediately that it was not going to be a friendly conversation. Mr. T started using all these random mob words that I'm sure he picked up from watching "Scarface" or "Goodfellas" one too many times. Needless to say, Mr. T started trying to out-talk me on the phone by raising his voice...a big no no! When I immediately told him to shut the hell up, he basically told me that he would see me in the streets and hung up. I called him back wanting to hear more of his not-so-veiled threats, but he hung up again saying that there was no need to talk.

Now I'm confused, because didn't you just reach out to the people in my camp demanding to speak with me? I guess Mr. T thought I was going to be scared of him. Not! I negotiate deals on a daily basis with real sharks in the Los Angeles music industry, so Mr. T, you do not put fear in my heart.

I do not know if Mr. T is truly a member of the Jake Ford camp. If he is not an official staff member, then I apologize to Jake Ford and to the entire Jake Ford for Congress staff and crew for any negativity that may be associated with this ass-clown. But if Mr. T is a part of the Jake Ford camp, then this Mr. T guy is a certified idiot.

How are you going to be a Congressional campaign manager, but claim to have 20,000 soldiers in the street ready to do your bidding? I'm sure those affiliations will look real good for you if by some miracle Jake does indeed win the election. Don't worry though, if you get caught slippin', I'll get you a legal referral, because I know plenty of defense attorneys who would be willing to take your money.

I have held my tongue about Jake's campaign throughout this general election season, but my patience is wearing thin. As Mr. Scott Hall used to say (see picture above), if you have a problem with me Mr. T, then "don't sing it, bring it." However based on the fact that you hung up the phone after only 20 seconds of me dissing you, you are the type of coward who hides behind much stronger people.

I guess you are getting desperate Mr. T, because the election is winding down and as a campaign manager, you have been an utter failure. And I'm not talking about the likely ass-whooping that your candidate is about the receive. I'm talking about you trying to bring the streets into this race. Can you be a little bit more original?

Can you imagine if Bob Corker's campaign manager told HFJ that he'll see him in the streets to "handle" things?

My advice...stop watching so many gangster movies and pick up a book. You might learn something.

So Mr. T, keep my name out of your mouth from this point forward and worry about winning your election. In case you don't know, one of the many advantages of being able to practice law is that you have the full legal system at your disposal to use as necessary. If you bring up my name again Mr. T, you'll have a lot more to worry about than your imminent loss.

Even this political misfit who is running just on the Ford name,who has not made her presence known at political forums,and has ran away from debating Terry Roland, has sense enough to support the democratic nominee for congress. It was reported that at the age of 18 Joke Ford was arrested for assault to his father. Joke denies that the incident took place,even though his father Harold Sr. called the police and later dropped the charges. I was told by Myrna Ford wife of Edmund Ford on last year that Joke Ford had earlier that year attacked both Harold Sr. and Harold Jr. What reason did this family member have to lie?

"I never said so until now, but I had a distinct memory of an occasion, many years ago, when then congressman Harold Ford Sr. came up with broken or badly bruised ribs. I realized from the published date of Jake Ford’s arrest for assault against his father that it dated from that same exact time frame."

Don't Waste Your Vote On A Joke

Today I casted my vote for Steve Cohen,because he's the most qualified candidate for the office of congress from the 9th congressional district. Every voter has the obligation to cast a vote for the person that they know will serve his or her community. No vote should be casted just because that person's skin is the color of ours unless we know that that is the best candidate. In casting my vote for Steve Cohen I know I casted my vote for the better candidate.

Many on this blog who support the Joker,attack me and thats find I can take as good as I give, but no one has been able to give a real answer to why one would vote for Joke Ford. These attacks only prove to me and many others that my views on Ford must be true because no one can state why Ford is the better candidate. Your attacks on me mean nothing to me,because those who attack return to this site everyday. But instead of wasting your time attacking me let us know why a vote for Joke Ford is not a wasted vote.


I ask you to stop and be honest with yourself,and if you can't find a conscience reason to vote for Ford,than don't waste your vote. Vote Steve Cohen.

Question Of The Day: Why Should Democrats Across The State Support Harold Jr, When He Refuses To Support The Democratic Nominee For Congress?

Harold Ford Jr has refused to endorse or offer support to the democratic nominee for congress,Steve Cohen. Yes Joke Ford is his brother,but he's running as a independent in democratic clothing. But if the game of politics is about being a part of a party and wanting those who believe in that party's ideal to support them shouldn't Ford do the same?

Should democrats across the state support JR1 when he refuses to support Cohen who is running under the same banner? Will White democrats look at this as a black wanting white support,without giving support to a white under the same banner that he wants to be elected under?

Tomorrow starts the voting season in Shelby County, there will be three Fords on the ballot. I for one will be voting for neither,but I'm sure that that comes as no surprise. By the way I saw Joke's new commercial with the elderly lady "Mrs. Ingram". On the kitchen table is a slice of pie for her and for him. He states that if he's elected he'll make sure that everyone gets a slice of the pie. Thats good Joke but how are we to dine off the pie? Your commercial has no forks or spoons!! So we now know that if elected Joke would only show us the pie but not make it available to us.

In the race for the 9th Congressional seat,if you're voting for the person whose prepared to work to make the district better for all people,who knows the issues,and has a proven record of service,you must vote for Steve Cohen.

This community can no longer be held hostage by any group that thinks that public seats of service belong to them. The 9th congressional seat has been in one family long enough,it's time for a change. No matter what some would have you believe this seat does not belong to the Ford family, the world will not end because a Ford is not in congress.

There can be no doubt that Joke Ford is totally unprepared to represent this district. This district needs a congressman who will not only make us proud but has the knowledge of the issues and a plan to input change where needed. Joke is not the one. He stated that he wanted to go to congress to learn,but had he been involved or studied the issues of this district,He would have known that blacks make up nearly 70% of Memphis not 12%.

There will be blacks who say that this is a black seat,and only a black should represent the district. But this same group did not demand that the numerous black candidates that ran in the primary get out of the race and select one candidate with a knowledge of the issues and had the financing to represent the black community. So don't whin now,the black community allowed egomaniacs who had self serving motives to stay in a race where it was known they could not win.

It's time to get over the fact that the next congressman from this district will be white,and work with him and demand that he be a servant of the people. Steve Cohen should not receive a free ride,he should be made to serve North Memphis as well as East Memphis,and if he doesn't kick him out in two years. But I believe that Cohen will work for the advancement of all.

Joke Needs To Return His GED Diploma

Joke Ford did attend the debate tonight at "The Warehouse". Joke had stated that is Memphis Flyer columnist Jackson Baker was to be the moderator he wouldn't attend. The call I got stated that he as usual attacked Steve Cohen instead of the issues, But the highlight of his issue ignorance came when he stated that blacks make up only 12% of the population of Memphis,when that number is closer to 60%.

How can he represent a community,that he knows nothing about. Any dummy running for office knows that blacks are the majority of the city. But Than Joke Ford is not just any dummy,he's in a class all by himself.

Harold Jr taped a commercial in Mount Moriah East Baptist Church,He stated that because of the things that's being said about him and his family he has had to turn to the bible. He also has business cards with his name on one side and the Ten Commanments on the other. Harold Sr. Is A Joke Also

Harold Senior was working the crowds this past weekend for his sons,Harold Jr,and Joke Ford. I pulled a portion of comments that he made from The Memphis Flyer.


And, as I close, let me just say…I have to say this because there’s one person here who’s with one of the newspapers. You know, I have another son named Jake. And this newspaper never calls me. They don’t have the respect to call us. And this newspaper is talking about my son, Jake Ford. And, you know, I respect the newspaper. I don’t think they have any ill intention. I just think they just don’t know the facts.

The 9th Congressional District has had solid representation. And there have been those who’ve been talking about Jake Ford. But until they saw him on that debate on last Sunday, you wouldn’t have believed it if you’d been reading that certain newspaper in this town. I mean, here it is that when he was confronted with the crisis the other day about Jake being arrested –-he was a teenager, all of those things were dropped; he was never convicted of anything.

I mean, he was a teenager. And if someone would think that I’m not going to support my son Jake … I’m a proud papa! I’m a proud papa. If someone would tell me that Jake is running as an independent and I’m a Democrat, well, Jake is a Democrat. Jake couldn’t have been raised in my house unless he was a Democrat! And a person was saying, I want a real … Well, there ain’t no more real Democrat than me! Jake is a product of me. He’s a part of me. If you like what you had in the past, don’t give it up now!

His opposition won’t even come to the community and ask for their votes. He’ll run and put out pictures and put out press releases and try to distort my son. I’m asking all of you: Don’t let this man reject (sic) Jake Ford Jr. Now, (sic) Jake Ford Jr. is the man that you need. And I promise you that (sic) Jake Ford Jr. – he don’t believe in no same-sex marriages! We’re from a Christian city here. He doesn’t believe in legalizing marijuana. This man that’s running against Jake wants some sex shops running in downtown Memphis on a Sunday! That’s our religious holiday. He shouldn’t be doing that and then saying he’s the most liberal Democrat. He is too liberal! I mean, paramutual betting. And this lottery! A lottery ain’t nothing but a tax on poor people. And why would you brag about lottery. And the very people that the lottery’s supposed to help are the very people that can’t go to college and benefit from it. So I say to you: Trust me, you trusted me as your congressman. We don’t know much about the other person. He missed 49 percent of his votes in 18 years in the state Senate.

Harold Sr,why does anyone need to call you,you're not running for office? When did Cohen state that he wanted sex shops in Mid-town on Sundays? Is this the same man speaking against the lottery that has spent thousands at the casinos. Remember Harold I was working at the funeral home,when you gave a certain casino a bad check for thousands of dollars, and they sent those guys in pony tails to the funeral home and wouldn't let you leave until Emmitt Ford brought the money to cover the check.

Body Snatching And The Fords

In one of the post today an anonymous poster attached a link to a blog site called 55-40 South. The attachment was on the subject of "Body Snatching". Having once being a Body Snatcher for N.J.Ford and Sons funeral home I read the article with interest. What he presented is true beyond a shadow of doubt. Body snatching is the practice of soliciting remains from family members without being called by the money.

Body Snatcher
IÂ’m mulling over an idea for a business model. Okay, I admit it wasnÂ’t my idea. Somebody suggested it to me. But IÂ’ll run it by you and see what you think.

ItÂ’s about the funeral business. As you probably know, funeralizing can be immensely profitable. But the key to profitability is to sell a lot of those fancy $5,000 caskets, and not too many of the cheap $500 jobs.

You also know that Memphis has a high violent crime rate, producing a rich and steady supply of dead bodies to be funeralized. Unfortunately, due to the demographics, most of these dead people canÂ’t afford those $5,000 caskets. Their families are lucky to scrape together the bread for a bargain-basement box.

Question: How can I turn MemphisÂ’ high crime rate into a profitable business?

It turns out that Tennessee has a program for compensating victims of violent crime. You can read about it here. Though most of the reimbursable items apply only to victims who survive the crime, there is at least one item for the deceased victim: Up to $6,000 can be claimed for funeral expenses. That would pay for a $5000 casket, with another $1000 left over for incidentals.

Virtually all of these dead crime victims end up at the Med, and eventually find their way down to the morgue. I would want these bodies to find their way to BobÂ’s Funeral Home.

HereÂ’s the trick. I make a deal with someone who works the night shift in the morgue. If he (or she) calls me just as soon as he sees a fresh body down there, I will send my guy over with a hearse and pick it up, handing the tipster (say) $100 for his trouble.

One other thing, however: Someone in the victimÂ’s family is supposed to sign the paperwork to release the body to my funeral home. I donÂ’t want to deal with that. After all, the family (when they come out of their grief) might decide to make other plans. Mine isnÂ’t the only funeral parlor in town. So my tipster guy scribbles something in the signature area that makes it look like he got permission by telephone. He didnÂ’t, but whoÂ’s going to argue? The dead guy?

Eventually the survivors will come to their senses and start figuring out what to do with their departed loved one. They call down to the morgue and are duly informed that the body is already at BobÂ’s Funeral Home. They might wonder who made that decision (and whoÂ’s going to pay for it). The first thing they do is call me.

When I start telling them about what a wonderful casket their loved one will be getting – at no cost to them -- their concerns quickly disappear. They don’t even have to worry about filing a claim. I do all that paperwork for them because it’s part of the service. They are grateful and never again wonder how it came to be that the beloved’s remains arrived at Bob’s Funeral Home.

Once in a while, however, a claim is denied because of a technicality. No problem. IÂ’ve gotten the familyÂ’s signature on the funeral contract. I just sue them for the money.

What do you say? Would this business model work? Is it legal?


Bob while what you say is true let me shed a light on some of your points. First of all Victim's Comp when given to the family of a deceased person,only goes to them if they have no insurance. This fund is not designed to pay for the burial of persons who can afford to be buried. Next the dead person cannot be a person who was committing a crime. For instance a poor guy brokes into my home and I wait for him to get inside and take my shotgun and blows his thieving head off,he can't get paid.

But funeral homes will lie to the state and pretend that victim's have no insurance,so that in many cases they get paid twice. How is this done? The state may be paiding only $6,000 but you want a service that costs $10,000. You have an insurance policy that will pay but you want to keep a greater portion of the the insurance money. So the funeral home submits a claim to the state for the $6,000,and a claim to your insurance company for $4,000. The Funeral home draws up two separate bills that the family signs,one going to the state stating that the cost of a complete funeral was $6,000 and the other to the insurance company for $4,000.

Bob let me give you the other angle to the practice of Body Snatching. The Homicide division of the City of memphis Police,have a list of all deaths in the city,including D.O.A.'s. Ford would pay Detectives for the daily list of all black deaths which would include the name of the next of kin and their address. After receiving this information the boby snatcher would go to the home of the deceased person or the home of the next of kin.

What we would always hope was that the body was still in the morgue,that way if we had to convince a family to change funeral home we wouldn't have to pay that funeral homes's service charge. If the body was still in the morgue(where Ford also had paid informants) we would use any trick in the book to get that family to go with Ford. Why? because the "Body Snatcher was paid 10% of the funeral bill. So if the family bought a $5,000 funeral the "Snatcher" was paid $500.00.

If the body was already at a funeral home and Ford's thought that transferring the body was worth the cost of paying a service charge to the funeral home,we would convince them that Ford was the better funeral home. In many cases where the family resisted,Harold Sr would go by the family's home and tell them how he personally wanted to take care of their family. Most would be so impressed that they would call the other funeral home and tell them that N.J. Ford's would be picking up the body of their loved one.

So if you've ever wondered why Ford's buried most of the homicides,it's because they got the information from the police department. How can the most intelligent person be taken by this practice? As Harold Ford Sr used to say "At the time of death love ones are temporary insane".

Jake Ford to Miss Downtown Debate

When the candidates for Tennessee’s Ninth Congressional District meet for a debate Monday at The Warehouse, one will not be among them.
Independent candidate Jake Ford confirmed in a conversation with the River City Mud Bugle that he will not be in attendance.
“It’s not that I’m not showing up,” he said. “[Joan Robinson, Events Chair for the South Main Association] just wouldn’t comply with one of the requests that I had, and that was to have an alternate moderator or to change Jackson Baker out.”
“We brought in Richard Ransom on their request,” Robinson said.
“He’s not going to be co-moderating,” Ford said. “He’s going to do exactly what he did for the one on Channel 3, which is pretty much just handle the questions from the people that are there.”
Robinson disputes that. “He is a co-moderator. He is working with Jackson Baker. That was the request when we met with [the Ford campaign]. They said they wanted an additional moderator, and we brought a moderator in on their request.”

The Ford campaign took issue with Jackson Baker as a moderator earlier in the campaign season. Baker, in his capacity as a journalist with the Memphis Flyer, had run afoul of the Ford campaign.
“Jackson Baker, I think, is obviously behind Cohen, so I’m not going to walk into an ambush,” Ford said. “I think he’s going to be at the one on Channel 5 as well, but there’ll be another moderator, I believe, so as long as it’s him and someone else there who I believe is truly impartial, I can deal with it.”
Baker posted an article on the Flyer’s website Friday discussing the revelations regarding Ford’s arrest record that have rocked his campaign as of late, first reported in the Commercial Appeal.
“I’ve bent over backwards to be fair to him,” Baker said. “I had information on his arrest record, and I laid off of it because I wasn’t interested in doing any headhunting. I want to be fair to both sides. Anybody who’s read my writing about Jake knows that I’ve cut him every possible break.”
“It’s an insult to my integrity,” Baker said of the request for the second moderator. “I’ve moderated four or five forums in the last year. It’s become one of my things. And people trust me to do them because I am unbiased. No one’s ever detected a note of bias. No one’s ever complained. And I’ve had some pretty volatile situations that I’ve moderated.”
“I called him very early in the game,” Baker continued, “and told him that I thought he had abilities that had not been made public, and I wanted to do a long piece with him and let him speak for himself. And the next day, he picks a fight with me over an online article.”
The article in question referred to Jake Ford as “slim, well-groomed, and reasonably well-spoken” and had an unfortunate HTML error that led to “Ophelia Ford’s in” appearing as “Ophelia Ford’sin”, both of which offended Ford.
“You’re not going to do a cartoon cover on me, are you?” Ford asked Baker during their conversation. “And I knew what he was talking about there. We had done a cover story on Harold Jr. back in January 2005 which I wrote about his position on Social Security. The cover, which I had nothing to do with, was kind of a Mr. Potato Head cartoon cover, and Jr. was, perhaps understandably, incensed about it. I said ‘Jake, I had nothing to do with that cover’. And the next thing, he’s saying ‘What are you talking about me being thin?’ ”
Baker added that Ford and his brother Isaac apologized for requesting the second moderator at the WREG debate, but noted that was before the recent article on Jake Ford’s arrests.
“I wasn’t interested in hunting down information on his arrest record. The Commercial Appeal was and did. All I did was write about it afterward. There wasn’t a single thing in what I wrote that he didn’t speak to at his own press conference, which no one at the Flyer was invited to. It’s like he’s being hit from the rear, and looking in front to see who’s throwing rocks at him.”
“We are a nonprofit,” Robinson said. “We don’t support any candidacy. If anyone wants to show up, we want them to show up. When they asked us to bring another moderator in, we did. Period. I’ve talked to Isaac, and we did what they wanted us to do.”
Senator Steve Cohen and Mark White will debate as scheduled Monday, October 16 at 7:00 PM at “The Warehouse” at 36 East G.E. Patterson. According to the press release issued by the event’s sponsors, the South Main Association and the Downtown Neighborhood Association, the event will be co-moderated by Jackson Baker and Richard Ransom.

A poster posted an interesting scenario, concerning hiring the best person qualified for a job. Read it and decide whether or not you should hire Joke Ford for congress.

If you were responsible for recommending an employee for a minimum wage job where the application required a positive response to the following topics.

Joke Admits To Being Arrested Four Times,And To Spanking His Daddy

It seems that instead of Harold Sr. spanking his son Joke Ford's ass,Joke has been spanking daddy. In a report released by the CA,confirms what I have been saying on this site concerning Joke attacking his father. Even though that reports states that Joke attacked his father in 1981 when Joke was 18, I was told last year by Myrna Ford wife of Edmund Ford,a uncle to Joke that, he attacked both Harold Sr and Jr early last year.

Its seems that Joke Ford has a very bad temper and becomes uncontrollable at times,and this comes from sources very close to him.In 1981 Joke was arrested and charged with assaulting and threatening his father in a menacing manner. A few weeks later he failed to appear in court for a hearing and a bench warrant was issued. All charges were dropped by senior,probadly because he didn't want another beat down.

Joke says that his actions were brought on by the fact that his family was going through so much due to the fact that his father was on trial for bank fraud. But what kind of son beats up his father? And what kind of father would allow a son to attack him without sending him to the morgue?

Will this and upcoming information about Joke hurt the campaign of Harold Jr.? Will the whites that he trying to pull in middle and eastern Tennessee think that all the Fords are crazy and that he can't be exempt? Will the residents of the 9th congressional even care?

Is K.T. Whalum's Bid For School Board Just A Test To See If He Can Get Elected As Mayor?

Today I was at a certain eatery partaking of an excellent lunch,when two gentleman entered and sat not far from where I was sitting. After ordering food their conversation turned to local politics. They spoke of how they thought Harold Ford Jr would defeat Bob Corker in a very tight race,and how they thought that Joke Ford was not ready for the big time.

But what really caught my ear was their conversation on the recall,one of the gentleman had some very nice things to say about me,while the other stated that I was a crazy mother fu%k$r,going after Willie. Neither of these gentleman knew me or had notice me until the owner told them"That's Thaddeus Matthews over there" they spoke and I spoke,I told the gentleman who had negatives to say that whatever he said, I heard it before.

But the guy who supported the recall mentioned that his pastor wanted to be mayor,and that their had been a steering committee in place for several years. Naturally I asked who his pastor was,he stated that his pastor was K.T. Whalum pastor of New Olivet.

As this guy talked I thought to myself that this guy must not know that I'm not one of Whalum's fans,but I continued to listen as he talked. He told me how his pastor's race two years ago for the board in a city wide seat, was to see what his mass appeal would be city wide. And that he's running now to see how he can capitalize on his bid for mayor by winning in a city wide race.

The gentleman didn't know whether Walhum wants to run next year, or the following four years. We finish our lunches and went our separate ways,but the conversation made me think,whether or not if what the guy said could actually be true.

Here's what I came up with. Two years ago when he ran for school board against Wanda Halbert, in a city wide race, I thought it strange that he wanted to run against one of the biggest names in local politics,when he could have easily ran and won in a vacant seat which Lora Jobe was giving up. That seat was in the district in which he lived,and the other person running was a no name. But if you want to test the waters for a run at mayor of Memphis,it was a smart ideal.

Now Whalum is running for the seat being given up by long time board member Sara Lewis,which is a city wide position. I would find it hard to believe that he would run against Willie,since his wife, Shelia Lee Whalum,is a Herenton appointee,and cousin of Joseph Lee. In fact she works in finance for the city,and worked for Lee when he headed up that department. So if he has plan for the top city job I would think its four years away.

But I wanted to know if he has any ideal what a school board member does, so I went to his web site and found out he does not. I base this on reading his 7 Point Plan To Invigorate Memphis City Schools

Here's that plan:

Immediately eliminate the busing routes created by court-ordered desegregation, cost saving created: $1.7 million.
• Immediately reinstate corporal punishment as a last-resort component of the Blue Ribbon Initiative.
• Immediately negotiate with Bridge Builders, Inc. for them to take over the management of at least one high school. Attendance would be voluntary, and students would receive “honors” credits for attending.
• Immediately negotiate with Junior Achievement, Inc. for them to establish economic modules for grades 3 and 4.
• Immediately instruct our state legislative delegation to set aside lottery scholarships for at-risk students who do not perform well on ACT, SAT, and other standardized so-called “college entrance” exams.
• Immediately consolidate the purchase and maintenance functions between Memphis City Schools and Shelby County Schools to improve costs efficiencies pursuant to Tennessee statute.
• Immediately create, produce, schedule and air in rotation television commercials, Public Service Announcements, infomercials featuring prominent artists, rappers encouraging our children to attend school, to stay in school, to graduate and to be successful.


Let's look at his plan. First of all under state law a board member can only set policy and approve the budget. The Board by state law has nothing at all to do with the day to day operation of the school system. Board members cannot interfere with employees of the system. In his first point he saids that if elected he will immediately eliinate busing. That's something that he can not do, he represents only one vote.

To eliminate busing the recommendation would have to come from the Supt.,this would only come after a study was done to see how children who live over 2.5 miles away would get to school. The main problem with busing presently, other than killing neighborhood schooling is fairness in busing. In some areas children who live 2.5 miles away catch the bus while children in other areas of the city living the same distance from school have to walk. So his first concern should be that children in all parts of the city are bused equally.

Point two immediately to negotate with Bridge Builders to take over the mangement of at least one school. Why? This is the same organization that was given a charter school that has not opened yet,and they're trying to get another. This is also a group that has a planned fund raiser for Whalum coming up. So is the reason Whalum wants this group to take over a school is because this group has met resistance in opening a second school when the first one has yet to open? Is bridge Builders buying his vote with this fund raiser?

Lets also remember he has no power to negotiate anything,proposals are brought to the board by the Supt for approval by the board. He also states that he will immediately instruct the state legislative delegation to set aside lottery scholarships for at risk students. Again where does he get the power to instruct the delagation to do anything.

In his point 6 he states that if elected he will immediately consolidate the purchase and maintence functions between Memphis City schools and Shelby County Schools. This is totally something that Whalum can not do. To do something like what he wants to do would take the approval of both boards.nothing that he can immediately do on his own.

And his ideal of immediately creating and producing commericals featuring rap artist would take funding, where is the money to come from? Whalum is betting on the fact that the average citizen does not know what the board can and cannot do to get elected. If Whalum wants to be a school board member the good pastor should study to show himself approved. As for running for mayor one slickster is enough.

Rap Concert Turns Into Riot At Northside High School

Recently a rap concert was held at Northside High School,featuring a rap group called MAC 3. The video is about 3 mintues long.toward the end you will see massive mayhem taking place inside the school. Where was the security? Why was a rap concert held at the school? I would think that for $210,000 a year Carol Johnson could find something better for our children to do other than have rap concerts at school.

And before someone blames this on board members, they have nothing by state law to do with the day to day operations of schools,But they do have the power to set a policy that prohited this activty in memphis city schools.

Whitehaven Apartment Complex Only Wants Mexican Residents

This afternoon I received a call that stated that there was an apartment complex in Whitehaven that was placing barbwire on the fences,not on the top,but cover the iron fence with the wire. The caller also stated that the complex was trying to get all the blacks out,and evict any blacks whose rent is not current. I asked why, and was told that the owners only wanted Mexicans living in the complex.

This was hard for me to believe so I drove out to the complex. The complex is the Spanish Oak Apartments located at 3576 Cazassa Rd,located in the very heart of Whitehaven. This ran down complex once was 100% black,but now has a small populations of Mexicans.

Upon turning on Cazassa The first thing I noticed was Mexicans covering the iron fence with barbwire. This is a street with no side walks,where small children getting out of school have to walk alone side the fence. The wire on the fence now endangers those children. In fact the children I saw running and playing could very easily run into the fence and cut themselves.

I went to the manager's office and the first thing I saw was thousands of flyers soliciting new residents, but what I found strange was that all the flyers were printed in Spanish. This alone states that this complex only want Mexican residents. I found out also that the Mexicans are allowed to give false information to get an apartment and that many are illegals.

This complex is owned By a group out of New York,but is managed locally by RENWAR PROPERTIESwhose phone number is 547-2002. I will be in contact with this company tomorrow,I want to understand why the complex is covering the fence with barbwire and endangering children, and why there seems to be a move to have a all mexican complex.

I'm hoping that some poli-trick-an reading this site will investigate this concern. The caller called me because they felt that there elected leaders would not move on this. Many of blacks living in this complex are poor working people and should not be made to live in a barbwired community,or force to move because they're black.

Recent totals show that mexicans make up 15% of the nation's population,while blacks make up 13%. Will the elected leadership of this city and county allow this injustice to continue?

How Unlucky Will Friday The 13th Be For Roscoe Dixon?

On this Friday the 13th of October former state senator Roscoe Dixon will find out how much time he will spend behind bars,for his role in the Tennessee Waltz. Roscoe who I spoke with last month feels as though he will receive a harsh sentence. He stills says that he was just trying to help Tim Willis and Barry Myers.

Ophelia Ford Is a Political Coward

At a television taping for an upcoming debate at WKNO on Sunday both Terry Roland and Ophelia Ford were in the audience. After the taping Roland went over to Ford and extended his hand saying "How you doing Ms Ophelia" who in turn acted as though he was not there. He also asked her if they could have a debate on the issues of state senate seat 29, she again totally ignored him.

NEWS CHANNEL 3 has sent her an invitation to debate Roland, but she has refused to reply. What is it that Ophelia ford has to hide? Why does she refuse to campaign? Why does she not want to debate Roland?

Ophelia Ford has no ideal what the issues of the district are. She has no platform and expects the citizens of the district to elect her based on her last name. Terry Roland is a man that I have become great friends with, I have seen him campaign in all areas of the district. It's time that the Ford machine is stopped in it's tracks. The citizens of the district should demand that Ophelia debate Roland. The citizens should want to hear who has the answers to the plight of the district. If the citizens of the district think that Roland is not the one than make Ophelia prove it in a debate.

Steve Cohen Proves Tonight That He's The Best Choice For Congress

I sat and watched the debate between the candidates for the 9th congressional district with great interest,mainly to see who would best handle the issues. Mark White the republican nominee is a nice guy but his answers were broad and not always on the subject. Mark has a mountain to climb in a district that is 80% democrat.

Steve Cohen was the most at ease,and the most knowledge on both local and national issues.While both Mark White and Joke Ford stood and moved around in answering questions,Cohen was able to sit with legs crossed and answer questions that were his to answer, Was this the sign of a professional poli-trick-an,or the sign of a man that is sure of both himself and the issues.

While Joke Ford's performance was better than several weeks ago,he was far from impressive. He stayed in the attack mode the whole hour,and instead of attacking the issues he attacked Cohen. Cohen whose hand he did not shake at the end of the debate seemed to have his complete focus.

We found out tonight that not only does he work for the Harold Ford Group, the lobbying firm of his father,but that he is also a partner with his father in the family funeral home, N.J.Ford and Sons. I'm sure this comes as a surprise to some of the other family members. I was shown a copy of N.J Ford's will by the wife of Edmund Ford and that will showed that Harold Sr, was left $1.00 by his father the late Newton Jake Ford. I was told that Harold had another will that gave him control of the family business. But how could Harold take control when his father's will has never been probated. And Mr Ford died in 1986.

Joke states that he's an Independent Democrat,what's that? He says that he has been a democrat all of his life. So what we have here is a liar,using the independent label to deceive voters,But he did say tonight that he wanted to continue the tradition of his family.

Jake also stated that he has been working in Memphis with his family to help people have better lives. Tell us Joke where have you been,I haven't seen you. What groups have you been working with? I also wondered how a person who has a GED and has been kicked out of every school he's ever attended speak on education. And when you get kicked out of a high priced private school,what is it that he could have done?

Some will say that I am bias, and they would be right. Joke Ford is not ready for congress,and while I may not support every view of Steve Cohen I agree with him on enough issues to give him my vote. Steve Cohen is the most qualified of the three candidates without any question. I applaud mark White for getting involved in the political process,wanting to bring about change,But he's not the one for this job.Like a true republican he supports Bush's position on the war in Iraq which is enough for me to say thumbs down to him.

We found out tonight that Cohen does not support same sex marriage, but does not support this issue becoming a federal issue. In fact the issue of same sex marriage will not be dealt with in the congress,it's a state issue which is on the ballot on November 7.

Joke Ford should get out of the race,not for Cohen,but his brother Harold Jr. People in other parts of this state will wonder if he has any of the political genes of his father and brother. Plus they will wonder why is it that Cohen a democrat can state that he supports JR1 a democrat, and JR1 can't return the favor for a fellow democrat.

Tonight's debate only proved that if this district is to progress, We must get going with Cohen

In tonight's debate the question was asked if any of the three candidates had anything in there past that would keep them from serving there term in office or would shame them. This was a question that Joke Ford never answered, in fact he waltz completely around it.

Joke instead of answering whether or not he has a criminal past,he stated that what happen 15 years ago should not matter,what legal problems he had while his father was under indictment should not be the issue now. Steve Cohen stated that the voters have a right to know if their candidate for congress has a criminal history or has been arrested.

So Mr. Ford what is it that happen 15 years ago? The public that you want to vote for you has a right to know. It has been rumored that Joke has had a problem with drugs,and that he also sold drugs. Joke is this true? Its also rumored that he was expelled from college in ATL for drugs Joke is this true? I was told by one of his uncle's wives that he has attacked both Harold Ford Jr and Sr. Joke is this true?

If Joke Ford is not willing to be honest about his criminal history,can he be trusted? If Joke has never been arrested why since he wanted to attack everything that Cohen said didn't he just say I have never been arrested? Because he knows that he has. Joke Ford Could Cost Brother Harold His Race

Harold Ford Jr. Made a good showing tonight,but was not overwhelming. It appears that he is as much republican as Bob corker,but I think that another issue that Harold will have to fight other than national issues is the issue of his little brother Joke Ford.

As the democratic nominee for congress he is by the very fact of being a democrat suppose to support other democrats. But due to the fact that Joke is running for congress as a independent Harold has refused to support the democratic nominee for his present job. This will cost him some democratic votes. Many democrats believe that if he cannot support democrats,democrats shouldn't support him. This fact could cause some democrats to cross over and vote for republican Bob Corker.

Than there's the race issue, there's a certain segment of the white vote will not vote for him just because he's black,and another segment that will say that if he can't support Steve Cohen who is white,why should the white votes go to him?

I'm sure that Harold Jr. Has talked to his brother and asked him to get out the race.Joke's being in the race trying to trick democrats into voting for him does not go over well in other parts of the state. And he will lose votes because it has the appearance that The Fords have made deals to win.

Joke could very easily cost JR1 the race,I wonder has Joke been asked to get out the race? If Harold Sr. And JR1 want a strong base of white support, Jake has got to go away and prove that he is not selfish. Joke could run for city council next year and maybe win. But unless JR1 shows support for Cohen he will lose some of his white vote.

TennCare deal paid Ford $1.6 million

Ex-congressman's consulting fees drain resources, critics say

A TennCare subcontractor paid former congressman Harold Ford $45,750 a month through a consulting agreement that raises new questions about big-dollar side deals within the state's taxpayer-funded health plan for the poor. Ford's consulting firm received $1.6 million between 1998 and 2001 from MIM Corp., a New York-based firm that has collected several hundred million dollars from TennCare.

Over that period, Ford also received more than $1 million to act as a registered lobbyist for seven firms, including MIM and the company that managed a defunct TennCare managed care organization.

Neither Ford nor MIM would talk about his specific duties on behalf of the company.

However, MIM hired Ford just as it launched an effort to win contracts worth $200 million to manage the pharmacy benefits for six TennCare managed care organizations.

Officials with MIM's chief competitor for those contracts say they believe Ford helped sway the MCOs to MIM.

Ford's influence on TennCare continues to grow. His consulting and lobbying firm, The Harold Ford Group, has hired Gov. Don Sundquist's former chief of staff, Wendell Moore, who's been pushing for TennCare concessions for MIM.

News of Ford's fees touches a nerve among critics who long suspected that consulting deals were padding costs and draining resources from TennCare.

"It's an awful lot of money to spend on one consultant, that's for sure," said Craig Becker, president of the Tennessee Hospital Association.

Becker was among those who pushed the state to release financial information on private companies hired by TennCare.

Goaded by persistent reports of MCOs funneling generous consulting fees to politically connected friends, Becker and others were concerned that some contractors couldn't pay health care providers.

In 1999, the state began requiring more financial disclosures from privately run MCOs hired by TennCare, but officials still know little about some firms' expenditures that are believed to have contributed to the failure of two health plans.

One failed MCO, Access Med Plus, had racked up an estimated $80 million to $100 million in debts to hospitals, doctors and other health care providers by the time the state took it over last fall.

Ford's deal with MIM came to light as The Commercial Appeal took a closer look at the state takeover of Access MedPlus. Serving 279,000 poor or otherwise uninsurable residents, the company received nearly all its revenue from TennCare and also had a large contract with MIM.

The company that managed Access MedPlus paid Ford $295,000 in lobbying fees, including $180,000 in 1998 to assist an ambitious health care venture in developing African nations.

Ford said his fees from Medical Care Management Co. had nothing to do with the failure of Access MedPlus because the health plan and the management firm were separate entities.

"I don't want to leave it out here, 'Oh, they paid Harold Ford, you know, he was a consultant, and didn't pay the providers,' " Ford said in a telephone interview from Miami, where his consulting and lobbying firm operates one of three offices.

"Well, the providers wouldn't have been paid out of the management money anyway."

Officials sifting through the Access MedPlus wreckage don't share that view.

Medical Care Management Co. received up to $53 million a year to run Access MedPlus. Those funds should have been used to ensure the health plan was run properly and providers were paid, said Manny Martins, the assistant commissioner of Commerce and Insurance overseeing Ten Care MCOs.

"Those two entities are inseparable through this contract arrangement," he said.

MIM payments

Ford's consulting deal with MIM is revealed in a statement filed last June with stock regulators.

Monthly payments, totaling $549,000 a year over the three-year contract, were made for "lobbying and health care related services," according to an MIM proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Ford's fees exceeded the salary of MIM chief executive officer Richard H. Friedman, who received $451,596 in 2000, company records show.

Ford's consulting agreement began in October 1998 with an initial term set to expire Oct. 13, 2001. Ford joined MIM's board of directors last year, but it was unclear whether his consulting contract has been renewed.

"Harold does very, very good work for this company," said MIM vice president and general counsel Barry A. Posner. Calling Ford "a trusted adviser," Posner said the former Memphis congressman provides "advice on governmental contracts," but declined to discuss details of those services.

Records show MIM hired Ford 14 days after the benefits management firm ended a business relationship that could have cost it several hundred million dollars in lost TennCare revenue unless steps were taken to recover that income.

MIM helped service six Ten

Care MCOs through a contract with RxCare, a for-profit prescription drug network owned by the Tennessee Pharmacists Association. As a pharmacy benefits manager, MIM manages client files for MCOs to track prescription drug use and help keep costs down.

TennCare accounted for about $327 million, or 72 percent, of MIM's $451 million in revenue in 1998, company rec ords show.

But on Sept. 29, 1998, MIM and RxCare announced they were parting ways.

At the time, federal agents were investigating an alleged kickback scheme surrounding MIM's original landing of Ten Care contracts in 1994.

Three men, including an RxCare executive and MIM's founder, eventually pleaded guilty to misdemeanor health care fraud charges.

But MIM's explanation for severing its ties to RxCare dwelt in part on the company's intention to expand business operations outside Tennessee, a move that has gradually reduced MIM's reliance on TennCare.

After separating, former partners MIM and RxCare agreed to compete for TennCare contracts set to expire at the end of 1998.

MIM executives noted in a quarterly financial statement that failure to directly market to the Tennessee MCOs "would have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial condition and results of operations."

In direct competition, MIM beat the pharmacists' group on its home turf to win contracts with six TennCare MCOs, including Access MedPlus, Xantus and Memphis-based firms TLC and Omnicare.

Two Tennessee Pharmacists Association officials believe Ford had a hand in influencing MCO executives to pick MIM over RxCare, the TPA subsidiary, for the multimillion-dollar pharmacy management contracts.

"They had some political clout," said Baeteena Black, TPA executive director.

Black said she began seeing Ford at government meetings on MIM's behalf at the time and was told Ford was employing his extensive contacts across the state to ensure that MCOs would go with MIM.

Ford declined comment when asked if his agreement with MIM included persuading MCOs to sign with the firm.

Asked the same, MIM's Posner terminated an interview with a reporter.

Some of Ford's work for MIM involved lobbying the federal Health Care Financing Administration, the executive branch and the House of Representatives, according to his lobbying reports filed between 1998 and last year.

Ford's $180,000 in lobbying fees from MIM represented about a tenth of the firm's total payments to him, the remainder evidently stemming from consulting work he and his client consider confidential.

Ford's influence

In the wake of the Access MedPlus collapse in October, Ford arranged a meeting in the Governor's Office to ask state officials to let MIM retain the pharmacy benefit work it had performed through Access MedPlus.

State officials listened - and even asked another provider to help - before determining that the logistics of Ford's proposal weren't feasible.

Among those attending the high-stakes meeting was attorney Hardy Mays.

Mays, former chief of staff to Gov. Sundquist and President Bush's nominee for a federal judgeship, declined comment on the meeting, saying he couldn't ethically disclose the name of the client he represented.

Wendell Moore, who succeeded Mays as Sundquist's chief of staff before resigning last fall, now is working for The Harold Ford Group in Nashville. Moore did not respond to calls for comment. Ford declined comment when asked about Moore.

According to sources, Moore recently contacted state employees on behalf of MIM, inquiring about the business lost when Access MedPlus fold ed.

Ford retired from his Ninth District congressional seat in 1996 after 22 years, but he and his family remain influential.

His son, Harold Ford Jr., succeeded him. He also has siblings on the Memphis City Council and Shelby County Commission. His brother, state Sen. John Ford (D-Memphis), sits on the TennCare Oversight Committee.

TennCare subcontractor Behavioral Health Group paid John Ford $3,000 in consulting fees in 1994 and 1995 in a failed deal with an Access MedPlus subsidiary in Mississippi. BHG also paid consulting fees to Harold Ford, said owner Stephen H. Winters.

The hospital association's Becker said the state could do more to curb consulting and other costs by scrapping MCOs, which may spend up to 13 percent of TennCare revenue on administration, in favor of Administrative Services Only contracts with agencies that just pay medical bills.

TennCare officials say managed care is the efficient method for health care, noting MCOs must spend at least 85 percent of TennCare money on medical care.

Still, legitimate questions remain about whether MCOs like Access MedPlus made proper use of management fees, said the state's TennCare supervisor Manny Martins.

You can also place a SUCKER in his bag to represent yourself if you plan to give him your vote. Maybe you can find some NOW OR LATERS in his bag, to let him know that his service is not needed now or later.

Its time for this community to understand that what we need is proven leadership and a desire to be a public servant and not a poli-trick-an who only wants to be self serving.

Is There Any Reason To Support The Ford Brothers

I have asked those who support Harold and Joke Ford why they offer their support to them. But as of yet the supporter have given no solid reason for support. They attack me for asking, They attack Steve Cohen for being white and for being in the race. Some even are stupid enough to say that they support the Fords because they received a Christmas basket.

One commenter stated that the Ford's give away funerals to the poor,When did that happen I worked at the funeral home and never saw that, sure they offer a discount if they can't get the price they want,but the mark up on a funeral is 1000% so have you received a bargain or just been tricked into thinking that?

So JR1 supporters tell me in detail what what he's done that rates him becoming the first black senator from Tennessee. Tell us all what has happen in your community as a result of JR1 being in office.

As For Joke Ford give a REASON for him to be elected. If Cohen only had a GED would you be saying that its alright? If he had no history of service,would you support him.

Shep Needs A Job Will He Apply For Mayor Of Memphis

Now that the case against the Shelby County Election Commission brought by Shep Wilbun,Sondra Becton,Vernon Johnson,and Otis Jackson has been dismissed,I expect Shep to be a candidate for city mayor. There are still those who believe that he will be indicted on Tennessee Waltz charges,seeing that the dance started at Juvenile Court under his tenure.

But the dismissal closes his chapter in politics,or does it? I expect him to throw his hat in the ring for the top job in city government. If Wilbun runs what do you think his chances are? Would you support him over Herenton? Could he raise the money to run? Given a choice between Willie and Shep who would you support?

Harold Ford Sr. Needs Your Help

Harold Ford Sr. Has a master plan to continue to fatten his pockets and move from the 17th largest lobbyist in Washington to number one,but he needs you to get there. Senior needs you to vote for JR1 and Joke Ford. Do you know the impact it will have with his clients to have a lobbying firm that will guarantee them help in the House and Senate? Harold can tell his clients that he can get his boys to support there causes. But for Senior to add more millions to his account he needs you to vote for his boys.

Why else would he allow Joke to run? Here's a guy with no history of community service,no education who says that he wants to go to congress to learn. How could a true leader who cares for the people allow a person with no credentials of service to run under his banner? Easy because its not about the people but about the Ford agenda.

I've asked this question before maybe today is the day I get the answer. Why should Joke Ford be elected to congress? And what has Harold Ford Jr. Done during his tenure to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the 9th congressional district? If you are voting for these two please tell me why.

It's Not Over

Earlier this year I launched the RECALL campaign to oust Willie Herenton from office. While the campaign did not produce the outster of Herenton,it served to show that at least 45,000 persons wants him gone.This within itself will serve as a driving force next year to bring new leadership to City hall. The mayor felt the pressure of the effort to the extent that meetings were held to discuss "what if" and the mayor had T-shirts printed with the slogan "Shake those haters off".

I have sat back the last several months since the effort to see what Herenton would come up with to further deceive this community,or what issue he would use to promote himself. Well he found it in crime.

The issue of crime is something that the mayor is just becoming aware of,which is a reason within itself to oust him. The crime rate has constantly risen doing his tenure,but now he makes his first all out stand against it since becoming mayor. The mayor has stated that the police belong to him,but yet the only time that he attacked drug dealing was when he himself sat across the street on Third in his van without security, as policemen did there job stooping a drug dealer but the mayor said that the officers were to rough. He even fired James Bolden over this. It was thought by some that those dealers were friends of Herenton.

The issue of adding 500 new policepersons to the force is a smoke screen to make citizens in an upcoming election year think that he cares.The citizens of this community cannot afford a property tax increase,neither can we afford to relax the residency rule,or the education requirement. Out of town dumb cops is not the answer.

If we are to fight crime,the first place is to deal with parents who allow criminal actions to take place out of there homes. Parents must be held accountable for the actions of there minor children, and even their adult children who still live under their roofs. Jail time must become a factor for parents who allow the children to roam the streets of Memphis committing crimes.

We allowed prayer, and corporal punishment to be taken of of our schools,so now we have a system that produces thugs and heathens,who have no respect for any rules. We must expel those young criminals and not allow them to taint those students that want to learn. Parents who allow there children to go to school and disrupt should be held accountable.

The police should be allowed to do their job. Arrest criminals, and be tough on those who break the law. Pull the dealers off the streets, and lock there asses up. Check wants and warrants on those who gather on street corners, where citizens are fearful to walk. I know you need cause to stop and check. What about loitering? What about a heavy police presence in high crime rate areas? How about putting fear in the hearts of the criminal?

Bill Gibbons must have real "Truth in Sentencing" Criminals need to know that if you commit the crime you will do the time. Police need to launch a crime hot line where a citizen without question can report a crime and police instantly show up. Criminals need to know that they are being watched and will be reported.

These are just a few of the ideals that I have ,what's yours? Mr mayor your time of poor management is just about over,the citizens of this city will Recall you next year at the ballot box. Some wonder who can defeat Willie,so far only Carol Chumney has let it be known that she's running, but soon we will hear from others including Herman Morris. But this community can not allow a group of no names. Or those who are not well financed to split the vote. Its time for a change in leadership,time to have a leader that will build up the whole of the community and not just downtown.

Willie Herenton stated several years ago that the police are his men and women,If that's the case why hasn't he used his department to really get tough on crime and criminals. Why is just now that he wants to fight crime?

What difference is there in the politics of Ford and Corker?

Herenton Is Our Weapon Of Mass Destruction

Willie Herenton's "Johnnie come lately" concern about Memphis crime is a plan to make citizens think that he should be re-elected as city mayor. Where has this mayor been as thousands in this city have been victims of crime? Where has he been as hundreds doing his reign as mayor has been murdered?

Now this mayor who will have a hard time next year holding on to his job,compares crime in Memphis to the war in Iraq.But Mr mayor why? Why only prior to your election year have you come up with a bullshit plan to fight crime. Only a fool would suggest that a person with just a high school education should become a law enforcement Officer. So you can walk out of reform school and put on a gun and badge? You can have no knowledge of life,or life experiences and yet be required to make decisions that will impact lives. This is the concept of a poli-trick-an who is desperate to hold on to political office.

The thought of adding 650 policepersons to the streets of Memphis is noble but not well thought out,How do we pay for them? Oh I forgot Willie wants to increase property taxes. He wants to rob the rest of the citizens that the criminals have not already gotten to. Where are the citizens to get more money to pay these taxes? What services will citizens have to give up for this bullshit plan of Herenton?

But then if what Willie says is true,that the city now has a $30 million dollar surplus,why would there be a need to raise taxes? Maybe because the $30million dollar figure is more political than reality? Or maybe the mayor has something else downtown he wants to build. Don't be fooled by this plan of deception,this is not the first time that for political purposes that this mayor has lied to this community, Remember he lied about the budget prior to his last election,even stating that he some council members made a deal not to tell the community about the budget.

Willie herenton knows that that his rating in the community is at a all time low,and that the 45,000 signatures received in the RECALL process means that there are at least that many votes against him coming out of the gate. His concern about crime is political grandstanding. This mayor who travels the city with bodyguards,does not really know the fear that many in this community have when it comes to crime.

Mr mayor if you compare crime in Memphis to the war in Iraq,You are our Saddam. And it's time for this city to be liberated of you. The recall was just a battle,but next year the war of the people will be won. You have infected this community long enough with the S.A.R.S virus, SORRY ASS REPRESENTATION And I can assure you a cure is at hand.

August 3, Election Should Be Overturned

Four candidates took their fight over controversial August election results to court Monday morning.Candidates Shep Wilbun, Sondra Becton, Otis Jackson, and Vernon Johnson Sr. Filed the lawsuit, claiming hundreds of people cast ballots illegally during early voting. I presently have a disk with that information that I will be posting on tommorrow.

In court Monday morning, attorneys told the judge their proof of irregularities and problems with the electronic vote count will convince the judge to void the election and order a new one. On the stand, Wilbun said he was looking for trouble on election day, and he told his poll watchers to call him if they noticed anything suspicious. Wilbun said one poll watcher told him memory cards were left inside voting machines in Cordova.

Earnest Johnson testified that he was working at the Mullins Road operational center,where memory cards were brought in and uploaded to a server. Johnson stated under oath that at 11;30 on August3, a call came in stating that Cordova-04 needed to resubmit there numbers. An election official named Al came over with a master card that allows changes in the voting data. Upon placing his card in the machine the computer placed a warning on the screen stating"warning you are about to overwrite" I wonder how many numbers were changed that way?

Carmen Johnson a retired Captain on the Sheriff's department testified that on election day he worked as a poll watcher for the Veronica Coleman campaign,and at closing time went to several polling sites to get the totals from those precints. She stated that she went to the whitehaven Community Center and was told that the 8 machines there were unable to merge there numbers into 1 machine. She left and went to several other sites that were having the same problem. Upon her rearrival at the Whitehaven location there was a new machine that had arrived,with no Sheriff escort.

Johnson went on to testify that a Diebold employee stated that the reason this problem was occurring was that the poll workers had not been trained in this procedure. She was told that this precinct had a total of 409 votes casted. But was unclear as to when the total were correct before or after the new machine arrived.

My question is,could there have been votes already on the machines? If the employees can overwrite totals.are we sure totals were not only changed at Cordova-04? This issue is greater than Wilbun,Johnson,Becton,and jackson, but about citizens of Shelby County not being sure there votes were counted in the pass or will be counted in the future.

The Shelby County Election Commission is ran by a group of bumbling idiots who have no sense of what needs to take place to have a fair election. They were made aware of how easy the DieBold voting machine could be hacked into,but still choose this machine,even though several states refuse to use the machines finding this fact to be true.

Special Judge Donald P.Harris from Franlin County appointed by the State Supreme Court should overturn the August 3 election and place that election on the November ballot or call for a special election,Not for the sake of the "losing Clerks" but for the citizens of Shelby County.

People across the country seem to be interested in the politics of the Ford family. I was contacted by a group out of both Denver and Washington D.C. called Blackpolicy .org. Isaac Ford Says Last Week's Debate Was A Setup

On last week after the debate between the 9th congressional candidates,where Joke Ford did poorly,fellow blogger Rick Maynard was verbally attacked by Isaac Ford,who was ranting that the debate was a setup. Ford after finding out Rick has a blog wanted to know what's the name of the blog. Rick who was not trying to get into a fight with Ford was told by him that "I'm not going to fight you in front of witnesses.

But what Isaac didn't know was that Rick had a pocket recorder on and caught his comments.

JR1, 3 Shades Of Black

There are political polls that say Harold Ford Jr is leading in the race for U.S.senate and then there are those that say Bob Corker is leading. But polls can say whatever you want them to say,or whatever the pollters are paid to say. The only true poll will take place on November 7 when citizens all across this state will vote.

Bob Corker needs to work West Tennessee while JR1 must work middle and eastern Tennessee. Ford naturally will carry west Tennessee,this is his home base and the area that his family has ruled supreme for over 30 years. But the tone in west Tennessee is not totally in jr1's pocket. He must prove why citizens should elect him based on what he's done in the last 10 years in Congress.

But his greatest factor will be the color of his skin.While he claims that his grandmother is white,it's know that this light skinn fellow is not truly white. There are those who live in eastern and middle Tennessee who could never bring themselves to vote for a black man or a half white black.

Stating that Vera Davis Ford was white will not impressed those who live in middle and eastern Tennessee. They that know who he is and what he has and has not done as congressman will not fall for his black role but will look at who's the best choice to take his place.

There are parts of this state that do not care about him running period. There are white democrats that's waiting for the endorsement of Steve Cohen,which if it does not happen will surely full votes from ford.

JR1 comes in 3 shades of black. All black in west Tennessee, a shade lighter in middle tennessee. and running as a white man in eastern tennessee. This will not work because many are not in alliance with what he's done in the district,because looking around that's nothing.

Joke Ford Does Not Have A Lock On The Black Vote

As I ride around the 9th congressional district on a daily basis,and view the many political signs in yards 95% of what I'm seeing is a Harold Ford for U.S. Senate sign and A Steve Cohen for congress sign. This makes me believe that even though many have claimed the district to be black and should maintain black rule,Joke Ford does not have a strong hold on the race for congress.

Many blacks will vote for him regardless,which is sad but that's the way some blacks are programmed to think that if it's a black running and knows nothing about the issues its better than a white man that is fully versed on the issues that will affect their lives.

When Ford stated that he had to read up on the Patriot Act, and that he wanted to go to congress to learn that sealed it for me. Joke ford needs to research the issues of the district and run for a lesser office to take his political training. This district needs someone in office who knows the district and has a plan. To have a plan you must know the issues,that knocks Joke Ford out of the box.

Yes Ford will receive a large number of black votes, but that will be those who don't care about what happens to this city and county. The rest of us (blacks) will look at Ford as what he really is Harold's boy trying to do a Man's job.
