No Richard I Haven't Forgotten About You

I know for the past few weeks I have been on so many different stories that some may have thought that I had forgotten about child rapist attorney Richard Fields who according to police reports was having sex with a then 16 year old child,turning her into a child whore paying her to do such perverted acts as sticking a dildo deep within his ass.

Richard also has a son who was teaching in Memphis city schools by the name of Morgan Fields who also according to a very detailed police report stuck his finger into his own two year old's vagina and tore her "labia" This is documented by doctors and his with Leighann Fields who Bill Gibbon's office declared without test to be incompetent because her and Morgan were going through a divorce.

Richard Fields also serves as an Executive member of the Shelby County democratic party and has proved his disloyalty to the party by serving as the attorney for Terry Roland a republican over Ophelia Ford a democrat in a case that involved whether Ford should lose her state senate seat to Roland. Fields resigned from the committee on the night that he was to be expelled.

Last month Fields was elected again to serve on the executive Committee, It is thought by many on the committee that Fields has no business serving in a leadership role when he's a traitor to the party. On last year Field opposed black democrats running for judicial seats,sending letters out and buying a full page ad in the CA tearing down blacks running for office.

On Thursday night in a battle being lead by fellow committee member and radio talk show host Jennings Bernard, The committee with vote on whether or not Richard Fields has to go. Does this group want a traitor and child rapist as a part of it's leadership? Bernard states that he has received numerous calls from whites on the committee who wants Bernard to drop his plans to vote fields out. The whites that have called Bernard feel that "Richie" will be a good boy and be loyal to the party if given a second chance.

So I guess the whites calling Bernard approved of fields perverted acts and his proven status of being disloyal to the party. I wonder if any of the white members would allow fields to babysit there little girls?

John Should Take His Time And Get On With His Life

I'm sure that John Ford is feeling a little low these days knowing that the federal Prison is soon to be his new home for at least 5 years unless he shows some remorse for his crime of bribery. John will be 65 years old on Thursday the same day he has to report to a Nashville Federal Judge to discuss the status of his Nashville indictment.

Ford who could face many years in prison if found guilty of the pending charges does have a way out. He has to go to prison there is no way around that but he could save some added years but not filing for an appeal on his Memphis conviction and going on and serve his expected 5 years. This would be a smart move for John seeing that the Fed's have what they wanted all the time,Him going to prison.

John Ford will be at least 7o when he gets out of jail,and maybe Connie Matthews will be somewhere waiting for him to come home. It's a sure bet that Tamara will be waiting,in fact she will more than likely move to where ever he is sent just to be close and keep some money on his books. And maybe if he goes on and take his punishment they'll send Edmund to the same prison when he's found guilty of his political corruption charges, that way the family unit will be in place.

Katheryn Bowers Is Crazy To Want To Go To Trial

Katheryn Bowers at 63 years of age says that she wants to fight her indictment out in federal court. Her indictment states that she took $11,000 in her role in the Tennessee Waltz. What does she think she can do that John Ford was not able to do?

Bowers must realize that the FBI has tapes of her taking money,and will bring in Barry Myers who has plead guilty to being the bag man,along with Tim Willis. It's my opinion that she should give a guilty and fall at the mercy of the court and maybe receive 18 months instead of maybe 5 years. The FBI is batting a 100,and if they got John and he's on his way to prison,Katheryn get ready for the girls to call you Ma.

Will Fox 13 Do a Real Story On Juvenile Court?

Fox 13 found time on Thursday to come to Juvenile Court to report about my appearance at Juvenile Court,I'm not mad at them that's there job to report news. I guess a controversial blogger and former radio talk show host appearing in Juvenile Court is news,and as long as my name is called correctly it's okay, in fact the link that was placed to this site from their site drove the list of viewers up on my page.

But since Fox has an interest in what goes on at Juvenile Court,I'm sure that they will prove me wrong in my thinking that they were just trying to get some negative press on me, and do a real story on the court. In fact I'm going to help them with the story that no other local mainstream media seems to have the balls to do. If 13 refuses to investigate Juvenile Court and it's conflicts then I will have to think that if it's not a black in trouble it's not news. Fox when will you report on this:

Juene Wood is the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court with a salary of $109,700.Her function is to be responsible for the administration and coordination of the following Juvenile Court Functions : Finance,purchasing,personnel,training,grant administration,building services,food services,information systems,telecommunications,volunteer services andinteragency services in accordance with Shelby County and Juvenile Court policies and procedures. Her office has direct oversight responsibilities for all Juvenile Court functions including the Court services and Child Support Divisions. In other words next to Judge Curtis Person she runs the place.

Juene Wood is married to Robert Wood who is a principal in a software company by the name of Veragon LLC, and is also a consultant for a youth facility called Youth Habilitation Center located at 1071 Mullins Station Road.This center is receiving over $700,000 a year through Juvenile Court,which is a conflict of interest for Juene Wood who according to her job description is in charge of grant administration, the very fact that Juene Wood is giving a contract to a company that her husband is involved with is wrong. But its a conflict that Judge Curtis Person is allowing to take place,In fact prior to becoming judge Person served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the court and was aware of this conflict. It is also reported in documention that has been sent to the U.S.Justice Department that Veragon the company that Robert Wood is a principal with has developed programs that is presently being used by Juvenile Court.

In a January 3,AD HOC meeeting with the Shelby County Commission Juene Wood denied the fact that her husband was involved with any contracting agency that does business with Juvenile Court, she did however state that he's a consultant for the Youth Habilitation Center. In fact here's a statement from the transcript taken that day:

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Ms. Wood, you husband works for some contracting agency – that contracts for the court, is that true?

MS. WOOD: No, sir, that is not true?

COMMISSIONER CHISM: What is he?

MS. WOOD: Actually, I am pretty glad to respond to this because it comes up from time to time and I am very proud of my husband and I am happy to do that. My husband actually has a venture capital firm. He is, if I have to say, very successful. He has some diverse business interests that range from health care to retail to manufacturing. However, he began, and is a psychologist and was a practicing psychologist for many years and still, as part of what he does, he consults across the nation with the creation and formation of prison modalities and programs for special needs populations. I will give you a little bit of – if you would like to hear this, I will give you a little –

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he do anything for the court, in any way?

MS. WOOD: Does he contract with the court? No, sir.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he contract with any agency that contracts with the court?

MS. WOOD: No, he does not, but I will tell you this, he is the creator of a number of treatment modalities, Reconation Therapy is one, Direct Therapy. My husband and his now deceased former college, Dr. Sweet, created the original Drug Offender Rehabilitation program that exists today out at the Corrections Division. Two of its students, Dr. Ken Robertson and Dr. Greg Little, went on the further evolve that treatment modality as more reconation therapy and that still operates out there today. My husband does not benefit from that and directive therapy is the treatment modality of choice that is used by the Youth Habilitation Center which is one of the programs in our post-adjudicatory inventory for the Youth Services Bureau. That is primarily contracted with the Department of Children Services. It has the potential to contract with county government if we usually run through fiscal funds in a year because over the year, they and other partners have supported us when they run out of their fiscal liability. But, he has allowed Youth Habilitation Center to use Direct Therapy. Reconation Academy that is used by James Ball and Associates, and Youth Habilitation Center, Commissioners, is operated by a not for profit agency, ***…*** Youth and Family Development. My husband is not on the board. He is not an employee. He is not involved in that organization. He does allow – he consults for them as necessary as required for their questions about that treatment model, but he is not part of that organization. Reconation Academy is operated by James Ball and Associates, a for-profit entity. The name that Mr. Ball gave that program is really a nod to reconation therapy, which again, was a creation many, many years ago of my husband and a treatment modality along with direct therapy that he uses as reconation therapy. That is also used by Youth Development Center for the Department of Human Services because it is a very effective calming and behavioral intervention approach. They don’t pay him either, but he did allow them to use the term ***…***.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Sometimes, it is not necessarily, Ms. Wood, not necessarily the amount of money that you get paid for in a connection, an involvement in, the kind of influence you might have over entities. So, I am not – I am not about whether he got paid or not.

MS. WOOD: Oh, I understand, can I respond to that? I am glad you brought that up, Commissioner, because certainly I am the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County , on top of the three administrative divisions of the court, I, in no way, whether it is the children’s bureau, the youth services bureau, or child support services division have any involvement with the selection or placement of programs or interventions of any type that are used. You can certainly talk to these folks. I don’t have anything to do with that. I don’t have anything to do with the actual development and design of the kinds of program interventions that are needed by the court. That is promulgated and comes up through the staff and in contact with the Department and requires ***…*** services and other contracting agencies, then those things are formulated and move out. But let me, again, be clear, my husband does not have a contract with Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County or any of its sub-contractors.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Now, let me tell you a story about myself. I often tell people that I don’t own anything in my house. My wife – I got through my wife and my daughter. My daughter lives next door to me and my grandbaby is there with me everyday. I think I made this statement when I got sworn in. I decided to run for this office because I don’t run anything at home. The truth of the matter is, most decisions are made, when they make them, they make them based on what they think I desire and where I might be going in my mind. So, in saying that, I am concerned a little bit about the possibility of wide-spread nepotism in the court. Now, and not to say that the people that are working at the court, of course, are related to a member or family member or has some connection, are not doing a good job. I am not saying that. That is not where I am. It is the amount of influence they might, or might not have and influence the actions of the court. You say there are none and I am going to follow up and you are telling me there are none, but I will know by the time I finish my investigations as to how much you really have over there.

If Robert Wood plays no role in the Youth Habilitation Center,and the center is not a part of Juvenile Court,why then in 1996 did he appear before a subcommittee on Youth Violence of the Committee On The Judiciary United States Senate as a representive? This committee was chaired by former U.S.Senator Fred Thompson.

In his opening statement before the committee after thanking Thompson for allowing him to give his presentation he states " The Youth Habilitation Center is a Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court project. So whose the lier Robert Wood or his wife?

What we have at Juvenile Court is a blatant case of "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" a conflict that many in county government is aware of including the judge. Juene Wood position is an appointed position that is controlled by the Judge,Why is Person allowing this conflict to take place? It's very apparent that Robert Wood is connected to the center thats receiving a grant from Juvenile Court, There's no way around this fact. The CA has had knowledge of this conflict for months,could the reason be that the morning publication has not reported this conflict is because bothe the Ca and Juvenile Court share the same Attorney?

Sources Say Shooting In Parkway Village Was An Attempted Hit

A reliable source that has never stirred me wrong states that the shooting in the 4800 block of Scottsdale was not a random shooting,but was to be a hit. Carlos Black and several other men with Ak-47's were shooting at a home when the person inside the home whose name I can not reveal, returned the fire killing Black.

My source states that the person inside the home on Scottsdale is under the Witness Protection Program of the local District Attorney Generals office,and had informed the office that a hit was out on him. Question comes why didn't the DA's office supply enough protection to prevent the shooting if they had been warned that the shooting could take place.

I'm sure that we will hear of no charges being filed,which in this case would be a case of self defense,But I'm also willing to believe that the name of the person that killed Carlos Black will not be revealed as in most cases of a citizen protecting his property. If my source is correct this is another example of the District Attorney's office dropping the ball.

What Should Katheryn Do?

With the Fed's batting 100% on convictions for those poli-trick-ans involved in the Tennessee Waltz, It's my thought that Katheryn Bowers should plead guilty and not have to hear a jury state "Guilty On all Counts". As in all the other cases there's audio and video of Bowers taking money. What advice would you give to Bowers, should she take her chances or cut a deal?

John Ford Ends The Political Reign Of The Ford Family

It is no doubt that the very suave John Ford will soon have to replace his tailored made suits and ties for prison issued uniforms, and his designer shoes for flip flops. John who can be a very likable guy allowed his thirst for power to destroy him. It can never be said that John ford did not deliver for his district and for others, but for what price?

John was known as he stated the man who makes the deals, and a jury of his peers have decided that he made one deal to many. The factor of political greed has close the book on John Ford, he is now a convicted felon awaiting sentencing on July 31, he faces of to 10 years in a Federal prison, which would make him 75 years old when he's released. But it's not over yet for John on Thursday which is his 65th birthday will have to appear in a Federal Court room for a hearing that sets the stage for his federal trial there. The Nashville 6 count indictment relates to his being a "consultant" and concealing $800,000 from two health care firms, Doral Dental,and Omnicare. I'm already aware that the issue of his family members being on TENNCARE through Omnicare will be a part of the Fed's case.

John has no one to blame for his plight but himself, the verdict cannot be called a racial decision,with the jury being mixed. It was a jury that saw John Ford accepting $55,000 in bribe money, and listening to him brag about his power and influence, even stating that he controlled the votes of Edmund Ford on the City Council and Joe Ford on the County Commission.

In Nashville I predict that the verdict outcome will be totally different than that of Memphis. I predict like Roscoe Dixon John will be found guilty on all counts. In Nasnville his being a folklore legend of politics will mean nothing,he will be seen as a egotisical,greedy, self serving poli-trick-an that got caught in his on trap. Sadly John could spend the rest of his natural life behind bars, Whats to become of Connie and Mina? John Ford's conviction ends the political reign and influence of the Ford family.

Have White Powerbrokers Decided That The Only Way To Get Rid Of Willie Is To Throw Millions Behind Their Own Candidates?

It's no secret that when Willie Herenton became Mayor of Memphis in 1991, that he was not the choice of white voters. Herenton who won by a 141 votes had promised the black community that "Help Is On the Way", And that he would never be bought by the white man,in fact he stated that "You Can Not Be Free If You Take The White Man's Money". That statement lasted about two weeks after he became mayor, when white power brokers gave him $250,000 for his personal use and called it a "Slush Fund".

Even though Herenton was not the choice of the white power brokers, which included Fred Smith, Henry Turley, Jack Belz, and Ira Lipman, they needed him to get there plans for Downtown done. Herenton held the one thing that they needed, "Sole Contract Signing Power", they knew that if they had him in their pocket and controlled him,whenever something needed to get done for their "Uptown Project" or anything else they wanted, Willie would make it happen.

And so it was for several years, White Power brokers said "jump", and Willie said "How High". Herenton told me several years ago of how the white power brokers called him to a meeting and placed him in the middle of a circle to give him instructions on what they wanted done,and how they wanted him to do it. Herenton states that he put them in place and told them that he was a man.

While I disagree with the politics of Herenton and think it's time for new leadership, I don't think that any black man should bow to the white forces in this city that seek to control Shelby County politics. Neither do I think that blacks who make up over 80% of the city's population should give up it's power if honest public servants can be found. To some whites this will sound racist, but those who will think that way will also say "forget about whites hating you, and not wanting to elect you because of your skin color" But why should blacks forget? Why are blacks to trust those who held them in suppression?

I agree that we can not as a race get stuck in the past, but we should not forget it either. I will writing a article on white racism in Memphis politics later this week. Many white power brokers not only think that new leadership is needed, but that that new leadership needs to be controlled by them. They feel that herenton has gotten out of place,and now feels as though he is in control. They feel that Willie is no longer their boy, so either they have to find a new boy or try to elect a white to the mayor's office which will be hard if blacks are incited enough to turn out in large numbers.

I4 persons have presently pulled petitions to run for the office of mayor,which does not include Carol Chumney. Of those 14 you have several that will be backed by big money. Sources say that the Cates family a local family of wealth which includes Andy and G.Staley Cates will be backing Randy Cagle. I do know that a local black businessman had also lobbied the Cates but has decided not to run,due to the large number of persons getting in the race. The Cates in the past have been supporter of Herenton.

Another new name to politics which could take the support of Fred Smith from Herenton is James A. Perkins, a retired Senior Vice president of FEDEX, Perkins who is black is stated to be placing $1,000,000 of his own money into his campaign. But are we to believe that a man who was close to Fred Smith for many years is getting into this race without the backing of Smith? Black attorney Jerome Payne says that he has a plan to race $100,000 and in speaking with him has some good ideas.

It's also reported that Herman Morris who has strong Republican support will have a $1,000,000 or more in his war chest. But a question that has been asked is why are republicans supporting Morris whose a democrat and not giving their support to long time republican John Willingham? There are those who think that white power brokers are buying Morris with their support of him. long time republican leader John Ryder is one of his campaign managers,Why?

Many of the no names entering the race don't have a snow balls chance of winning and most of them have no money,so giving them a vote no matter how great there ideas sound is a wasted vote.

Carol Chumney was once looked upon by some as the "Great White Hope" but after her selfish positioning on the symbolic vote to remove Joseph Lee as head of MLGW she has lost favor in many corners. Carol is being looked at by many as one who is a political grand stander who has no real balls, so white power brokers who want Herenton gone had to find someone that they think is winnable and will align themselves with them.

This year's mayor's race could be the most expensive race in local politics ever,But what the power brokers don't realize is, that if the black community feels as though Herman Morris, is bought and paid for by white republicans, and that James Perkins is Fred Smith's puppet the black community no matter how they feel about him will turn out in large numbers and vote for Willie Herenton for mayor.

When Will The Citizens Of State Senate District 29 Ask Ophelia To Resign?

According to state records,State senate District 29 is the poorest district in the entire state. The district also has the highest rate of infant mortality,along with the highest number of elderly combined in an area. What all of this means is that the citizens of the district needs someone to fight for them in Nashville. This district needs someone in the senate that can produce funding to aid the elderly, someone who can bring programs to young mother so that the death rate of babies can be reduced. In other words the district needs something that presently does not have,REPRESENTATION.

State Senator Ophelia Ford is a joke, she ran a campaign built on nothing but her last name being Ford. She never appeared at a forum or community to present a platform. But stupid is as stupid does and she was elected by people who saw that she was in the race with a white man,even though her complexion is whiter than that of Terry Roland who was running also for the seat,and wanted only a black to hold the seat vacated by her now convicted brother John Ford.

It's amazing that the citizens of the district want nothing from their leadership, there has been no out cry from the citizens demanding to have representation with their taxation, there has been no cry as to why she's not reporting to work for the people, There has been no outcry as to why she has defrauded the state by receiving $4,000 in taxpayers money when she has not been working for the district,There has been no outcry as to why she was receiving TENNCARE with no co-pay while having a job.

Just how stupid are the citizens of District 29, have they not realized that the Ford machine is DEAD? The ford family no longer has any political juice. John is convicted and will be going to prison, Edmund is under indictment and could be going to jail, Joe Ford Sr received TENNCARE in the 90's while making $10,000 a month as President of N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral home. Jake and Isick Ford will never be able to get elected because of their personalities, If Isick runs for anything it will always be mentioned that he sucker punched a preacher and had Tim Willis as his last manager. Joe Ford Jr. lied saying that even if he lost his congressional bid he would get involved with local groups,He left Memphis owing MLGW $8,000 and has not returned. And why would anyone elect Ed Ford Jr to replace his father when he has no history of community involvement?

There should be an outcry from district 29 demanding that Ophelia Ford resign, but will it come? I doubt it because the same dummies that voted her in just because of her name are dumb enough not to care about representation.

John Guilty On Only 1 Count

John Ford has been found guilty on only one count of his 6 count indictment, This charge carries a max of 10 years in federal prison. Former radio talk show host and Charter commission member Janis Fullilove has pulled a petition to run for the City Council. Fullilove wants to replace Rickey Peete on the council.

Out of the other 7 candidates that have pulled petition Fullilove has the betterer chance,due to the fact of her being a radio her personality? Others in the race include Ian Randolph,Toni Strong,David Vinciarelli, and Trennie Williams. Is Janice electorable?

Is It Over For John?

John Ford's attorney couldn't find anyone who could testify in court that could mount any type of defense for his client. It seems from all the evidence presented that the jury will have no other choice but to find him guilty of bribery. Mr. Scholl will probably lose a night's sleep knowing that he took John's money knowing that poor John would sink quicker than the Titanic.

Some have wondered including myself if the jury will be hung,but after seeing Tim Dicenza at work closing his argument with all the massive evidence that Ford has against him, John needs to call him tailor and see if some jailhouse threads can be made.

With the dismissal of a juror today, there is the rumor that there has been some jury tampering,but surely John's not that stupid. Some are also wondering if John is found guilty will he be taken into immediate custody. Some think that John would become a flight risk because if he's found guilty in Memphis surely his goose is cooked in his Nashville indictment.

Should John make a plea arrangement before the case goes to the jury? Why do you think that John did not take the stand in his own defense? I predict that it will all be over in this case by Friday what do you think?

School Board Member Stephanie Gatewood Plans to Be The Next City Council Member From District 1

School Board member Stephanie Gatewood says that she wants to make sure that parents as well as children have a save place to live,and that's one of the reasons that she's decided to run for City Council District 1,the seat presently held by E.C.Jones.

Gatewood who had less than $1,000 in her campaign for school board defeated incumbent Willie Brooks who had not only money but the support of the Belz family by over 5,000 votes. Gatewood states that she will urge the mayor whoever that person happens to be to make sure that the police department becomes more pro-active to crime than re-active to the crime of this city.

She also plans to fight for industry in her district that will bring jobs to the citizens of the district. Having a knowledge of the education system of memphis city Schools, she will fight to maintain a budget that will enhance education for all the children of the system. Gatewood who is not shy at all plans to visit every street in the district asking for votes. She also states that it does not matter whether or not Jones or anyone else runs, she's in the race to win and to bring results not conversation to district 1. HMMM maybe she's smarter than I thought.

John's Girlfriend Is Of No Help To Him

Mina Knox, 26, testified today in Federal court that she was having a romantic affair with John Ford and that she was with him on a trip to Miami in 2004, along with an undercover FBI agent. The defense contends the FBI used that trip, which included a yacht party and fancy dinners, to set Ford up.

Knox, an aspiring actress and former cheerleader for the now-defunct XFL football league, said she met Ford on the FBI-owned yacht and spent the weekend with him in his Miami hotel room, which the government paid for. Defense attorney Michael Scholl sought to use Knox's testimony to undermine the credibility of an undercover agent known as L.C. McNiel, a man who was the FBI's main contact with Ford.

Knox said McNiel partied with Ford in Miami and spent two nights alone in his hotel room with two different young women while on that trip. But under cross-examination, Knox acknowledged that a statement she gave to the FBI made no mention of any such activity by McNiel. While Knox is an attractive woman she did John no good, In fact I don't think that anyone at this point can save the political playboy. I wonder what he's going to do for love while in prison?

Who Should Get The Most Prison Time John Ford Or Mary Winkler?

If John Ford is found guilty of the charges against him here and in Nashville he could spend the rest of his life in prison. Mary Winkler who admits that she shot her husband in the back while he was asleep could receive probation and never see the inside of a prison.

But is this fair? who do you think should receive the most time, a murderer or a corrupt poli-trick-an? who has done the worse harm John Ford or Mary Winkler"

Juvenile Court Operates Under It's Own Laws,In Violation Of State And Federal Laws

The Shelby County Juvenile Court operates without care of federal and state laws. On a daily basis this court violates the state and U.S. Constitution when it comes to how they handle "Contempt Of Court" hearings. The law states that those who are sent to jail on "Civil Contempt" cases must have the means to get out of jail. Records also show where men who should only spend 10 days in jail,are left there until they can make the payment given by a referee,this is in violation of state and federal laws.

Juvenile Court in violation of the constitution of both the state of Tennessee and the United States has created a debtor's prison. While yes a man should care for his children this court seeks to destroy the life of the father,by settings payments so high that a man can only pay support and not have a life. This court will tell a man that he does not need a car or a place to live, just pay child support.

I have records that show that men who have been named the father of children,who later were found found not to be the father were still ordered to continue to pay support for a child that is not his. Juvenile Court is the only court in Shelby County that requires that a man that goes to court for a "Contempt" hearing and asks for a continuance to hire an attorney receive a bond. This court is also the only court that will try you on separate cases at the same time.in other words if you have three separate cases instead of giving you separate dates for each case, they stack the deck against you and try all the cases together,This violates the "Fair Trial" provision of the constitution.

The Shelby County Juvenile Court will pull divorces from Circuit or Chancery Courts where support payments have been ordered to be paid,and without a hearing or notice place those cases in their system. If a man or woman that has been ordered to pay support through a divorce violated the order than that court would have the power to hold that person in contempt,but Juvenile Court in side steps that order and brings the matter into their court,where only the payment portion of the order is enforced. The court does not make sure that the visitation portion is enforced,and will tell you to hire an attorney to have that portion enforced. So the question becomes has Juvenile Court violated the father's right when they take over a case without a hearing?

The reason that Curtis person does not want a second judge is because many of the illegal practices of the court will be exposed. Every other court in this county has more than one judge,why not Juvenile Court? In the coming days and weeks I will be exposing some of the practices of the court along with documented facts that will prove that Juvenile Court operates outside the law. Again I must ask why is Person allowing his CAO Juene Wood to give contracts to businesses that her husband is connected to? Is this not corruption?

Is There A Plan To Return Memphis To White Rule?

It seems that many black poli-trick-ans have placed themselves in a position to be looked upon as corrupt. This is happening while local law enforcement and media refused to expose white political corruption. Rickey Peete and Edmund Ford indicted, But William H.Thomas the culprit that was paying to get his billboards up has not been indicted or hounded by the media. Is there an attack on black leadership? Has Black Leadership allowed itself to give reason to some whites to return the leadership of this city and county to whites?

City Councilman Tom Marshall received millions from Memphis City Schools while serving on the City Council an agency that approves the budget of the School system. Jeune Wood of Juvenile Court has been allowed to give millions as the CAO to companies that her husband is connected to,with the knowledge of Judge Curtis Person.

Has black Poli-trick-ans been targeted? I agree if the black poli-trick-an is violating the law that he or she should be punished,but how can Ford and Peete be wrong when Tom marshall who serves on the council that approves the budget that contains money to be given him not be wrong? How does the media walk around white corruption while spending half a newscast talking about the wrongs of blacks?

The push to place Carol Chumney in the mayor's seat has nothing to do with the fact of qualifications, but the color of her skin for many. There are those in the white community that feel that blacks have screwed up so that its time to replace them all. Willie Herenton has never had complete control of the city,he has allowed power brokers to sway many decisions that he has made. The white power brokers who appear to support him support him only because he has allowed their downtown plans to come forth.

When Herenton won in 1991 the same whites didn't want to see him in office,but after his narrow win they knew that if the "Downtown Project" was to go forth they need him. Why? Because the mayor of the city has sole contract signing power. So these same white power brokers bought him with $250,000 and called it his "Slush Fund".

I will be the first to admit that black poli-trick-ans have not in many cases served the black community well,and many of them should be removed but I don't think that a city that is nearly 80% black should not be without black leadership. If majority rules then let it be,but with black leadership that will serve and not be self serving.

Things That Make You Go Hmmmmm

At a City Council meeting several weeks ago City Councilman Edmund Ford made the racial overtone of telling a fellow council member to pull off the sheet, in reference to the fact that maybe that council member may be a member of the Klu Klux Klan. A few days after this comment was made a Klan robe arrived at City Hall for Ford.

Many will say that the comment Ford made was out of order and should not have been made unless he had proof. But what if Ford was right? What if the robe received really did come from a fellow council member? Ford receiving a Klan robe should be considered a hate crime and something that the FBI should be investigating.

Since I enjoy investigations myself,Let's see if I can give them some help. First of all we know according to the post mark on the package containing the robe that it came from the post office located at 826 Mississippi,known as the George W.Lee branch. This location on Mississippi near Crump is a rough black neighborhood. and no one in their white right mind would just stop to mail a package unless you want to make it seem as though someone black sent the package,which I do not believe happen at all.

So I thought I would dig a little deeper,and I found the the Post Office does not own the property at 826 Mississippi,It's owned by Pappy's Enterprises,whose business address is listed as 208 St.Albans Fairway.

Mary Winkler Could Be Free In 3Years,Or Less

Mary Winkler showed no emotion when it was announced this afternoon she had been found guilty of voluntary manslaughter in the death of her preacher husband.She was convicted in the death of Matthew Winkler, a popular Church of Christ preacher in the rural West Tennessee town of Selmer.

Her lawyers said Mary Winkler's testimony on the stand was decisive. Defense attorney Steve Farese said jurors had to hear from Mary herself. Winkler told jurors yesterday that her husband, Matthew, abused her physically and sexually. But she said the shotgun went off accidentally as she pointed it at him last March.

Voluntary manslaughter suggests the crime was committed in an irrational state. A psychologist testified during the ten-day trial that Mary Winkler could not have formed the intent to commit a crime because she suffered from mild depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Prosecution witnesses described Matthew Winkler as a good husband and father. The couple's 9-year-old daughter also testified she never saw her father mistreat her mother. Matthew Winkler's father, who is also a Church of Christ preacher, thanked the jury and thanked God for being their "rock and our shield" during the trial.Winkler could be released on parole after serving only 30 percent of that time.

Tim Willis Comes Across As A High Paid Liar

I spent most of the day setting in a Federal Courtroom watching the John Ford Show. A very cocky and combative Tim Willis was on the stand most of the day. The government should ask Willis for a refund for the money that has been paid to him for being an informant. A clean shaven Willis who at times acted as though he couldn't hear,spent most of the time answering questions with the reply "I don't remember".

In fact even though he's being paid $3,000 a month to prepare for the trial,he couldn't remember how much money he has been paid by the FBI,even though he stated that he had checked on that just last week. When asked by Ford's attorney if he had ever dated any female relatives of the former senator,he replied "Define a date".

Even when questioned about events that were being presented in court that had his voice on tape he couldn't remember what happen or when it happened. Willis was unable to remember many events that took place in 2003-04. In other words if the Fed's case is hanging on Willis they can expect a hung jury.

Willis testified that many members of his family don't want him at their homes, he states they're worried about what John Ford will Do. But Ford's attorney response was that the reason that his family didn't want him around is because of what he has done as far as being an informant for the FBI.

Tim Willis kept bringing up the fact that Ford had threaten to kill him,and that he feared for his life. He stated that Ford kept two guns in his office. He may have had something to worry about there, according to an FBI agent there were two guns found in Ford's office after he was indicted and a search warrant was enforced. A loaded 357 magum and a 32 caliber pistol was found in the office. Do you really think that John would have shot Tim?

Tim Willis acted like a well rehearsed liar,who said that John was his friend until he threaten his life. If Willis wants to produce films and be an actor ,he needs to attend acting classes,because his performance today was a waste of the taxpaying dollars that paid him to be an informant. If I had been on today's jury, I would have questioned the government's reason for going after John Ford If Willis is all they have.

Preacher Wants Fords Arrested

Baptist preacher Rev.Mark Coleman has met with City Of memphis Police and is seeking an arrest warrant for Isick Ford for assaulting him on last Thursday,after he told Jack and Isick Ford that they were wrong to ask me to leave N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral Home when I went to view the remains of my friend Robert Gill.

Police are telling him that before he can get a warrant he needs a witness. Kevin Carter who was a witness to Isick Ford punching the preacher,has stated to me that he saw everything,and in fact Coleman states that at the time of the attack,carter was standing with the Fords.

Maybe Isick and Jake's next election will be held at 201 Poplar,as they run for Queens of the block.

Is The Local Media Scared To Upset White Power Brokers By Reporting Corruption At Juvenile Court?

It's very apparent that our local mainstream media is selective in the corruption that they report. If it's John Ford it's reported, If it's Katheryn Bowers getting indicted over a DUI charge it's reported, If it's a sting where black poli-trick-ans are caught in a sting it's reported, but stories that sat at the tip of their noses that will rock the foundations of white power in this city is somehow left along.

It was reported to me at the first of the year that the CA was sitting on a corruption story that involved Juvenile Court. The story entails how the CAO of the court has provided millions to be paid to companies that her husband has interests in. The story protrays a blatant act of conflict. The conflict of interest that is happening in Juvenile Court is happening with the full knowledge of Judge Curtis Person.

My question is why hasn't the media reported this story? They read this site and have all pulled stories from here for their various newscast, but this story has been laid to the side. There is documentation that supports every sentence of the story. In the coming days I will provide more proof of corruption at Juvenile Court,especially in the way that the court is violating the state and U.S Constitution,when it comes to how they handle contempt of court cases.

Here's the reprint of the story I wrote concerning the conflict of interest that everyone wants to ignore. After reading the story ask yourself why hasn't been reported?

Juene Wood is the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court with a salary of $109,700.Her function is to be responsible for the administration and coordination of the following Juvenile Court Functions : Finance,purchasing,personnel,training,grant administration,building services,food services,information systems,telecommunications,volunteer services andinteragency services in accordance with Shelby County and Juvenile Court policies and procedures. Her office has direct oversight responsibilities for all Juvenile Court functions including the Court services and Child Support Divisions. In other words next to Judge Curtis Person she runs the place.

Juene Wood is married to Robert Wood who is a principal in a software company by the name of Veragon LLC, and is also a consultant for a youth facility called Youth Habilitation Center located at 1071 Mullins Station Road.This center is receiving over $700,000 a year through Juvenile Court,which is a conflict of interest for Juene Wood who according to her job description is in charge of grant administration, the very fact that Juene Wood is giving a contract to a company that her husband is involved with is wrong. But its a conflict that Judge Curtis Person is allowing to take place,In fact prior to becoming judge Person served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the court and was aware of this conflict. It is also reported in documention that has been sent to the U.S.Justice Department that Veragon the company that Robert Wood is a principal with has developed programs that is presently being used by Juvenile Court.

In a January 3,AD HOC meeeting with the Shelby County Commission Juene Wood denied the fact that her husband was involved with any contracting agency that does business with Juvenile Court, she did however state that he's a consultant for the Youth Habilitation Center. In fact here's a statement from the transcript taken that day:

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Ms. Wood, you husband works for some contracting agency – that contracts for the court, is that true?

MS. WOOD: No, sir, that is not true?

COMMISSIONER CHISM: What is he?

MS. WOOD: Actually, I am pretty glad to respond to this because it comes up from time to time and I am very proud of my husband and I am happy to do that. My husband actually has a venture capital firm. He is, if I have to say, very successful. He has some diverse business interests that range from health care to retail to manufacturing. However, he began, and is a psychologist and was a practicing psychologist for many years and still, as part of what he does, he consults across the nation with the creation and formation of prison modalities and programs for special needs populations. I will give you a little bit of – if you would like to hear this, I will give you a little –

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he do anything for the court, in any way?

MS. WOOD: Does he contract with the court? No, sir.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he contract with any agency that contracts with the court?

MS. WOOD: No, he does not, but I will tell you this, he is the creator of a number of treatment modalities, Reconation Therapy is one, Direct Therapy. My husband and his now deceased former college, Dr. Sweet, created the original Drug Offender Rehabilitation program that exists today out at the Corrections Division. Two of its students, Dr. Ken Robertson and Dr. Greg Little, went on the further evolve that treatment modality as more reconation therapy and that still operates out there today. My husband does not benefit from that and directive therapy is the treatment modality of choice that is used by the Youth Habilitation Center which is one of the programs in our post-adjudicatory inventory for the Youth Services Bureau. That is primarily contracted with the Department of Children Services. It has the potential to contract with county government if we usually run through fiscal funds in a year because over the year, they and other partners have supported us when they run out of their fiscal liability. But, he has allowed Youth Habilitation Center to use Direct Therapy. Reconation Academy that is used by James Ball and Associates, and Youth Habilitation Center, Commissioners, is operated by a not for profit agency, ***…*** Youth and Family Development. My husband is not on the board. He is not an employee. He is not involved in that organization. He does allow – he consults for them as necessary as required for their questions about that treatment model, but he is not part of that organization. Reconation Academy is operated by James Ball and Associates, a for-profit entity. The name that Mr. Ball gave that program is really a nod to reconation therapy, which again, was a creation many, many years ago of my husband and a treatment modality along with direct therapy that he uses as reconation therapy. That is also used by Youth Development Center for the Department of Human Services because it is a very effective calming and behavioral intervention approach. They don’t pay him either, but he did allow them to use the term ***…***.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Sometimes, it is not necessarily, Ms. Wood, not necessarily the amount of money that you get paid for in a connection, an involvement in, the kind of influence you might have over entities. So, I am not – I am not about whether he got paid or not.

MS. WOOD: Oh, I understand, can I respond to that? I am glad you brought that up, Commissioner, because certainly I am the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County , on top of the three administrative divisions of the court, I, in no way, whether it is the children’s bureau, the youth services bureau, or child support services division have any involvement with the selection or placement of programs or interventions of any type that are used. You can certainly talk to these folks. I don’t have anything to do with that. I don’t have anything to do with the actual development and design of the kinds of program interventions that are needed by the court. That is promulgated and comes up through the staff and in contact with the Department and requires ***…*** services and other contracting agencies, then those things are formulated and move out. But let me, again, be clear, my husband does not have a contract with Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County or any of its sub-contractors.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Now, let me tell you a story about myself. I often tell people that I don’t own anything in my house. My wife – I got through my wife and my daughter. My daughter lives next door to me and my grandbaby is there with me everyday. I think I made this statement when I got sworn in. I decided to run for this office because I don’t run anything at home. The truth of the matter is, most decisions are made, when they make them, they make them based on what they think I desire and where I might be going in my mind. So, in saying that, I am concerned a little bit about the possibility of wide-spread nepotism in the court. Now, and not to say that the people that are working at the court, of course, are related to a member or family member or has some connection, are not doing a good job. I am not saying that. That is not where I am. It is the amount of influence they might, or might not have and influence the actions of the court. You say there are none and I am going to follow up and you are telling me there are none, but I will know by the time I finish my investigations as to how much you really have over there.


If Robert Wood plays no role in the Youth Habilitation Center,and the center is not a part of Juvenile Court,why then in 1996 did he appear before a subcommittee on Youth Violence of the Committee On The Judiciary United States Senate as a representive? This committee was chaired by former U.S.Senator Fred Thompson.

In his opening statement before the committee after thanking Thompson for allowing him to give his presentation he states " The Youth Habilitation Center is a Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court project. So whose the lier Robert Wood or his wife?

What we have at Juvenile Court is a blatant case of "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" a conflict that many in county government is aware of including the judge. Juene Wood position is an appointed position that is controlled by the Judge,Why is Person allowing this conflict to take place? It's very apparent that Robert Wood is connected to the center thats receiving a grant from Juvenile Court, There's no way around this fact. The CA has had knowledge of this conflict for months,could the reason be that the morning publication has not reported this conflict is because bothe the Ca and Juvenile Court share the same Attorney?

And if you think this is something wait to you read documented proof of other violations of both the U.S. and Tennessee Constitution,Such as Juvenile Court becoming a debtor's prison.

What Was John Ford Thinking?

John Ford defense for the charges against him is that he a business consultant,and he thought that he was doing consulting work for E-Cycle. Now I ask you if the following taped testimony from FBI informant Tim Willis,Sounds as though John thought he was consulting or about to be caught in his own snare.

I'm just trying to figure out why they need a bill," said Ford.

Then the big question: "Are they legit, man?"

Ford said Roscoe Dixon and two other people had warned him to be careful. Unknown to Ford, Dixon, hired a month earlier by his pal Shelby County Mayor A C Wharton, had been secretly taped for more than a year and had already been caught taking bribes although the FBI had not sprung the trap. Willis himself had paid the bribes to Dixon.

To each question, Willis made up an answer. E-Cycle, he suggested, was a shell company for a get-rich-quick stock scheme. McNeil and his partner Joe Carson "hated each other" and McNeil might be trying to sabotage the deal. McNeil grew up on the rough side of Chicago and might have been a drug dealer as a kid, Willis suggested.

Ford wasn't satisfied. The FBI has a lot of shell companies too, he countered.

"Let me ask you," he said to Willis. "You ain't workin' for none of them motherfuckers?"

Ford whispered that he had a gun and said he would use it. Willis, as he had several times before, broke into nervous laughter.

"He said he would shoot me dead and go tell my wife that I ran off with another woman," he testified.

Ford was on the right trail but was missing enough pieces that Willis was able to talk his way out of the jam. Ford thought McNeil might be a convicted felon working as an undercover informant, but apparently did not suspect that the truth was even worse. McNeil was an FBI agent and instructor in undercover operations. And Ford, whose campaign Willis had worked in in 2002, knew Willis well, had him dead to rights in fact.

"The feds ain't cut no deal with you?" he asked.

In fact, that is exactly what they had done. Willis nervously shifted the recorder around in his pockets, sending static through the audiotape played for the jury.

As Willis prepared to leave, Ford threatened him again, telling him that if he was working for the FBI "you gonna die right now."

As Willis walked down the stairs, Ford said, "It will not ever come back what you and I said."

Little did he know that Willis, who to date has been paid something like $215,000 by the FBI, would make it all come back. His testimony offered some opportunities for Scholl on future cross-examination, such as his claim that he had no idea Ford was a target when he agreed to help the FBI. But on the stand Wednesday, and on that day in February of 2005 in Ford's office, he was every dollar the government paid him


One other Question why does Ford's attorney keep asking FBI agent Mcneil if he was lieing about his "ROLE" as the head of E-Cycle? Doesn't he know what "UNDERCOVER" means?

Were Mardis's Witnesses a Part Of His Crime?

I listen this afternoon as Bill Gibbons gave his reasons for cutting a deal with Dale mardis, on radio with Mike Flemming,and it still sounds like "BULLSHIT". Gibbons stated that the family of Mickey Wright was aware of the decision to cut the deal. I am in contact with the family and they deny this statement. The family states that until two days prior to the deal being announced they were told by the DA"S office that they would proceed with a first degree trial.

Why did it take 6 years for Gibbons to come to the conclusion that his case was weak? Why does he continue to say that the family was aware of his decision? Why after 6 years does he state that the witnesses who were to testify would be speaking for Mardis? Why didn't he allow the Dockery brothers to be cross examined to find out what there true relationship with Mardis really is.

Public information that I have checked show that Robert and Darrolyn Dockery were business associates of Mardis.Did the Dockery brothers who are close to Mardis contribute to his death? It is no doubt that Mardis had help in his crime,did Robert and Darrolyn play a role?

With the truck which carried the body burned in Mississippi,who brought Mardis back to Memphis? If Robert and Darrolyn worked for Mardis were they present at the time of his death? Did they help place his body in the truck? Something is very wrong about this case,and Bill gibbons knows what it is.

Why would Gibbons put so much trust in the testimony of Robert and Darrolyn Dockery when it's clear that they have a motive to lie for Mardis?Are we to think that a jury could not have seen through this connection between Mardis and the Dockery's? I'll keep digging no telling what I might fine.

This is a reprint of a story I did last year of Judge Axley,the judge who accepted a 15 year plea for brutal murder of Mickey Wright. A poster wanted to post my past on the site,which I have allowed to remain on that story concerning the lie that Bill Gibbons has told concerning his meeting with the family to inform them of the "Deal" He made with Dale Mardis. Is Judge Fred Axley A Pervert?

In 2001 sexual harassment lawsuits were filed against Shelby County Criminal Court judge Fred Axley. Each lawsuit was over 20 pages long and contained details of Axley's alleged criminal treatment of two court clerks, Nischa Kelly and Sandra McClain. Each suit corroborated the other.

Former clerk Kelly worked for Axley Division 6 courtroom from November 1,1999,through April 14,2000 and says that she endured the judge's "unwelcomed touching,sexual advances,verbal remarks,dirty jokes,requests for acts of a sexual nature,sexually aggressive language,sexual intimidation,stalking,and use of profanity," this is according to the lawsuit that was brought by attorney Kathleen Caldwell.

There was a motion to dismiss filed by Axley's attorney Jonathan Hancock.The motion stated that McClain and Kelly complaints hold no weight because they referred to Axley as their employer,when in fact Shelby County employed the women.The suit does not state that Axley denied the allegations.

Kelly's complaint alleged that Axley called her into his chambers to"chit-chat" about his personal life, telling her that"his wife slept in another room and don't have a relationship, i.e. they did not have sex. The suit went on to state that Axley would ask Kelly to come to his chambers to watch television"expecting her to sit on his couch with him". He also according to the suit asked Kelly to go to lunch,casinos, and other places with him after working hours. She also accused Axley of showing up at her home unwelcomed,when her husband was out of town.

The clerk claims that Axley asked her about her private life,"including her marriage and sexual relationship with her husband" and made "comments regarding Sandra McClain's breasts .

The suit also states that Axley made sexually suggestive comments after giving clerks suckers and tootsie Pops. And as if the details of the lawsuits couldn't get more bizarre, it alleged that Axley and his clerks would refer to attorney Mike Gatlin, who is short in statue as "Mini Me," a character in the movie. Austin Powers, The Spy who Shagged me. When Gatlin appeared in Axley's court one day, clerk McClain passed a not to axley which read "mini Me is here" Axley returned the note after writing " My Mini Me is in my pants" The suit states that McClain was embarrassed and stunned when a week later " Defendant Axley was referring to either a statement or a piece of evidence during another case and leaned back in his chair with his legs spread apart and said to McClain:"Thats the size of my Mini Me". The suit also states that Axley kept asking the clerks to be his frog after another clerk told a joke about a frog who performs oral sex. Mcclain also states that in his chambers on April 7,2000 Axley asked her to perform fellatio.

My question is should a judge with this history be on the bench? Should Axley be re-elected to another term? By the way those lawsuits were not the first time judge Axley has been accused of sexually harassing females. Several University of Memphis students filed complaints against the judge after taking a class he taught for the criminal justice department. The department chairmen also filed a complaint against Axley those complaints caused the judge to be barred from teaching at the U of M.

The Memphis Flyer published this story 3/28/2001 and was written by Ashley Fantz, of which I have a copy. The Flyer was call recently by two well known citizens asking them to re-write the story and make the public aware of Axley actions in light of the fact that he was running for re-election. Suddenly the story was removed from their website,I wonder why?

The C.A. likes to stick forks in persons that they think are unfit, I know that they have this information on Axley, so why are they sitting on the story? You don't think that the morning publication would endorse a pervert do you?

MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC CLUB,A New Political Force

Like sheep lead to the slaughter,blacks in America have been lead to believe that the democratic party is the only political party that blacks should be a part of,thus this party has taken the votes of blacks for granted. Even in Memphis White democrats do not support black candidates on the democratic ticket,and will cross over and vote for a white republican to keep from voting for a black.

The Shelby County Democratic Party with all of it's $834.00 in the bank as reported at their last meeting,has allowed it's self to be invaded by Demopublicans whose agenda is not that of democrats,but to assist republicans in getting there candidates elected. This local party has allowed persons who just several years ago served on the steering committee of the local republican party to now serve on it's executive committee.

This local party allowed Richard Fields who has openly endorsed republicans over democrats to return to the executive committee. I met a new member of the committee by the last name of David ZAK,who works for Bill Gibbons,who states that he will be asking the leadership of the democratic party to endorse republicans when they are for qualified than democrats.So whats the purpose of being a democratic organization?

That's the reason a new organization has been formed."THE MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC CLUB" this organization has not been formed to replace the local organization but to enhance it and make sure that black democrats are no longer taken advantage of. The "Club" is open to democrats that believe that democrats should work to make sure that people who share their political views are elected to public office.

One of the things that gives this group that was formed last week strength is the fact that 17 members of the "MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC CLUB" are members of the executive committee of the Shelby County Democratic Party.These members are not under the control of Sidney Chism's faction or the the faction of chief DEMOPUBLICAN Dizzy Franklin.

THE MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC CLUB will form a political action committee to raise funds for the candidates that they endorse,also there is plans to fine a building that will housed several candidates running for office so that good candidates can save on office expenses by sharing offic space with other good candidates. The group will also provide buses and vans for the candidates that it endorses. The club will work to find the best candidates available to run for office and urge those who have no chance of winning to get out of races so that well funded and qualified candidates will have a fair shot at taking the position from a republican. There's more to tell about this group and you will be hearing about some of plans real soon.

"Let's Make A Deal Bill" Never Met With The Family Of Mickey Wright As He Stated?

The family of Mickey Wright states that the statement of Bill Gibbons meeting with the family and telling them about the slap on the wrist that he was going to give Dale Mardis,is a lie. The family state that no such meeting ever took place and up until two days before the sentencing the family had been tool that the DA was pressing forward with a first degree murder trial.Mrs.Frances Wright wife of Mickey Wright states that the family received a call two hours prior to the court accepting the "DEAL" from Mardis, and were told that they could come to court if they wanted.

"Let's make a deal Bill" states that there were black witnesses that were going to testify that Mardis "liked" blacks,but so did they slave masters.they liked black well enough to enslave them. But lets look at these witnesses,the two blacks are Robert and Darrolyn Dockery of 3264 Powers Street. My question is what is the relationship of the Dockery brothers to Dale Mardis?

Could the brothers of which Robert has a record have been employees of Mardis? I think so, and here's what I bases that belief on, Amy Brandon who was also set to testify in Mardis's behalf was the secretary-book keeper for Dale Mardis. I noticed that both her and Robert Dockery were arrested in 2005 for the same crime of "Uncertified use of property,and improper storage of motor vehicles" The charge has to do with the car lot that Mardis owned. So the witnesses were not just persons that knew Mardis as "mr. Nice Guy" but persons who worked for him.

Many believe that Mardis did not act along and had some help,Could the Dockery brothers know more than has been told? Also there is the rumor that Mardis was an imformant for some law enforcement agency.

But whatever the reason that "Let's make a deal Bill" gives one thing is true that he lied when he stated that he had discussed his "DEAL" with the family of Mickey Wright.

Question to ponder,was the reason that both Rev.Dwight Montgomery and Rev.L.Lie-Simba Gray were so willing to endorse Bill Gibbons because he didn't indict them,one for running an illegal day care,and the other for running over a man with his car that ended in that man's death. hmmmmmmmmmm.

Joseph And Ophelia Have Committed Fraud,Should They Resign?

By the proof that I have presented on this blog that shows that both County Commissioner Joseph Ford and his sister State Senator Ophelia Ford have committed TENNCARE FRAUD. The proof comes from a Nashville source that has excess to the TENNCARE files.

Many poor people across this state have lost their TENNCARE benefits because the funding for the program was not there. One of the reasons that the funding is not in place is because of abuse and fraud. The Fords have shown how they have taken advantage of a program to help the poor. Both Joseph and Ophelia should be ashamed of themselves for violating the trust of those who placed them in office,and should resigned from their elected positions.

The offense of TENNCARE fraud is a felony and demands jail time. It has come to my attention today that many members of the state senate have been to this site and viewed the crime that has been committed by Ophelia and Joseph. I was also made aware that the TBI has also seen the site.

John Ford is under indictment in Nashville for his role as a consultant for OMNICARE, the very same company that members of his family were at one time enrolled in,I'm sure that the FBI, in fact I know that the FBI has also seen the crimes committed by the brother and sister of John Ford. Its no telling how many other Ford family members have been enrolled.

Do you think that Joseph and Ophelia should resign or be indicted for TENNCARE fraud? while others have been indicted in the state for fraud,should the Fords be allowed to get away with their crimes?

Local Developer John Elkington Called A Liar and Charlatan Around the Country

John Elkington has lied and lead many around the country to believe that he was the person that has made Beale Street the tourist attraction that it has become. He has told people that he developed Beale Street which is a bald face lie. Elkington and his company Performa had nothing at all to do with gathering the funds for the historic district.

Beale Street Developement Corporation a black organization, was the sole source of finding funding for the street, in fact BSDC was given the master leases on the street for 52 years. The city or Performa can do nothing on Beale Street without the written permission of BSDC. In a plan to take over the largest Black venture in the history of Memphis,Willie Herenton and John Elkington have violated the federal agreement and not financed BSDC in over 20 years.

Presently Elkington is trying around the country to develop other properties, promoting himself on the lie that he re developed Beale Street. I was contacted recently by a reporter out of Birmingham Alabama who had read the stories that I did on Elkington earlier this year and used a portion of my statements in a 4 part story oon John Elkington.

Unless Someone New Gets In The Mayor's Race,Willie Herenton Will Be Re-Elected

As bad as I hate to admit it,there's no one running for mayor presently that can defeat Willie Herenton. The poll that the CA presented would leave one to believe that Carol Chumney had the advantage. Polls can say anything that the person conducting the poll wants it to say. While Chumney was favorite to some to believe that he held the advantage that the CA says he held should be taken with a grain of salt.

Chumney's refusal to vote for the resolution presented by councilman Jack Sammons which would have called for the immediate resignation of Joseph Lee as President of MLGW [proved that she is self centered, petty, and only supports her own agenda. This refusal will cause her votes on election day. Her act also proves that she's fickle in her thinking and not able to listen to views of others even when it brings the same results.

Former County Commissioner John Willingham is probably the most knowledgeable about local issues and in a debate he would prove to be the better candidate. But a debate between candidates that include Willie Herenton will never happen. Herenton knows that all he has to do is set back,and watch Chumney self destruct.

While I disagree with the politics of herenton and want to see him gone,the present candidates can't get the job done. Herman Morris race has picked up no excitement at all. The black community has not been drawn to his campaign,and his involvement with MLGW will also be a issue,not counting the fact that Republicans like John Ryder who is one of his managers will become a factor, because Morris will be labeled a republican,and many in the black community will wonder why republicans want a democrat to become mayor.

Unless a new candidate gets in the race that can bring excitement to the campaign.that has the money to run an effective race,Willie Herenton will return to the mayor's office in 2008

County Commissioner Joe Ford And His Son Newton Were Enrolled In TENNCARE

In 1994 when I left N.J.Ford And Sons Funeral Home County Commissioner Joseph Sampson Ford was making $10,000 a month as President of the funeral home.So why did the commissioner enrolled his self and his son in TENNCARE? With two of his brothers, John and Harold involved in consulting for OMNI CARE, was it a part of there contracts to enroll family members at the expense of taxpayers? I have already provided the proof that State Senator Ophelia Ford was enrolled in TENNCARE,So here's the proof that The Commissioner along with his son and a nephew were also enrolled.

Coming Tomorrow: New Democratic Organization To Make A Change

A new democratic organization has been formed in which over 20 people met on Thursday night at a downtown eatery to discuss making a change for democrats. This group has plans that will change the very course of how democrats can and will win races. The group will also because a PAC,(Political Action Committee) where funds will be raised to support democrats endorsed by the group.

There is also plans to have a large facility where democrats can have campaign offices under one roof where cost can be reduced for those running for office. the group will also have political experts available to help get the vote out and to promote the candidate.

The group will support only democrats and will not allow republicans to play any role in the organization. The group that met is very diverse and ready for a change in how democrats in Shelby County do business.

Is John Going To Prison?

I have only been able to attend the trial of John Ford for a couple of hours on Friday, but from the evidence that the Fed's presented I don't see how John's attorney is going to keep him out of prison.

A Message To Jake And ISick Ford,Cowards Who Attacked A Preacher From Behind

Joke Ford and his cowardly brother Isick Ford attacked and sucker punched a preacher on Thursday night in the rear of N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral Home. I-sick struck Rev.mark Coleman from the rear while Jake distracted him.

The attack came after the Ford brothers had become confrontational with me,with Jake stating as he rubbed his side that he could shot me and nothing be done about it. Jake and I-sick Ford told me that the funeral home was their motherfucking funeral home and I could not view the body of my friend Robert Gill. As I walked to my car they followed along with their crony Kevin Carter talking tough. But never punching me.

Rev. Coleman after I left told them that there actions were wrong,at which time they told him to leave. Coleman states that as he walked out the Fords along with Carter followed him,Jake stopped and got in his face which gave Isick the chance to prove his cowardliness by punching the preacher in the back of his head and neck,knocking him down.

If the Ford boys were upset with me why didn't they punch me? first of all the Fords know who will give them a fight and who will not. As a Bounty Hunter and a Repo man they knew that I fully know how to protect myself and am not without something to even up odds. Thats the reason when I got to my car the tough talk stopped because they knew that I have no problem taking their lives if needed. They should have attacked me if they just wanted to prove how tough they are.

My only purpose at the funeral home was to enter view the body of my friend and leave. When a family pays for a funeral service and a wake is held they have rented out the portion of the funeral home where the visitation takes place. The funeral bill does not state who can come and who can not. As it was not my intention to disrupt the services I left,because had I caused a disturbance the story would have been that "Thaddeus Matthews was disrespectful at Robert Gill's visitation".

Being in the business that I'm in, I'm fully trained in combat tactics that will severely harm even without a weapon,and don't let the weight fool you. When people look at my good friend and attorney Javier Bailey they would never think that he holds several black belts and competes across the country.

This message is for Isick and jake.You have struck and attacked your father and Harold Jr. but there are many in this community like me that don't give a damn about you or your family. your reign of political power has come to a end, John and Edmund are on their way to prison,and maybe even aunt Ophelia. If you can't stand the heat of politics then you two are not ready for prime time,you're second league players in a game that your father mastered.

I came to view the body of a friend not to deal in politics on Thursday.John Ford and Joseph Ford watched and allowed you to draw first blood with me,and that will prove to be a mistake. Remember I can tie your daddy into OMNI CARE and EXCESS MEDPLUS. I will also show how John made sure many in your family were placed on the TENNCARE rolls, when they shouldn't.

Rev. Coleman has plans of having you cowards arrested for assault, He also has plans of filing a lawsuit against you and your white owners. You were wrong to attack this man whose small in statue and humble in spirit. Jake I came to John's trial on Friday just to see how tough you are when you're by your self,I stood within two feet of you and you never parted your lips. By the way your crony Kevin Carter will have to be a witness whether he wants to or not,because he admitted to me that the preacher was attacked by you thugs.

City Councilman Edmund Ford accused some fellow council members of being racist and wearing the robe of the KKK. So someone has sent him a KLAN robe of his very own. What do you think of Ford receiving the robe? should he give the robe to the council member that he thinks is the racist? Is it possible that a council member sent him the robe? HMMMM

Will Ophelia Have To Move To The Funeral Home

Eviction papers were filed this week against State Senator Ophelia Ford for pass rent on her HarborTown Apartment. It seems that the senator must be walking around with a storm cloud hovering over her head.

Ophelia undoubtedly will be charged with fraud for filing reimbursement papers to the tune of $4000,when she has not be present at work in the senate. She also undoubtedly face TENNCARE fraud charges,she reported to be in rehab at Methodist,and now she's facing eviction

So will Ophelia have to move to the funeral home? there is an upstairs apartment on the property,in fact her mother and father during their lifetime lived there.Surely her millionaire brother Harold Sr. will come to the rescue,But since she wore a Steve Cohen for Congress button,her nephew who says that the funeral home is his,may kick her out.

Fords Gone Wild: Jake Ford Threatens To Kill Me,While Brother I-Sick Ford Sucker Punches A Preacher

h This evening with no politics on my mind I went to view the body of my friend Robert Gill at N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral Home. As I entered through the rear door to the lobby, I see Jake (Joke) Ford, I-Sick Ford,John Ford, and County Commissioner Joseph Ford, in a crowed room of people who have come to pay their last respects to a true community servant.

As I walked in I spoke to Rev.Mark Coleman who was talking to I-Sick Ford,I-Sick mumbled something under his breath,but being there only to pay my respects and knowing that I-sick is A complete Buffoon who like his brother Joke Ford never finished school I laughed and ignored him. Jake called out to me telling me how he liked my shoes, he was calm for the moment when little I-Sick came over and told joke not to talk to me because I had called him a Joke. Well he was a joke to think that he was going to be elected to Congress,when he could hardly spell the word, and had no idea what the citizens of the district needed. But I guess he wouldn't when Daddy Harold had provided for him while he's never had a real job.

As I tried to move on the crack must have set in, because Joke Ford turned into a raving idiot(Which in his case is not hard to do) and started talking about Steve Cohen and if I didn't know that Cohen voted for the Tennessee Waltz I must be stupid. Damn, when was the vote taken?

Well at this point it gets very confrontational, Joke and I-Sick start to cussing and ranting about how they're going to take back the community from blacks like me and how they would kick my ass. Still trying not to cause a scene I told Dumber and Dumbest ( I don't know which is which) If you put your hands on me then we got a problem. At this time they tell me that I have to leave there funeral home, there funeral home? they must have forgotten that the Fords no longer own the Funeral home since they sold the company to a large WHITE FUNERAL ORGANIZATION. that's right the Fords who say they're going to take back the black community sold out to a WHITE COMPANY.

As John Ford walks over to address me saying "Is this Thaddeus Matthews?" Super idiot Joke Ford tells me not to turn my back on him, which I proceed to continue to do. At this time Joke and I-Sick tell me to get out of THEIR funeral Home. I asked Joseph Ford if I was not allowed to view the remains of Gill, He just stood there never saying a word. Joke puts his hand on his side and tells me "I could shoot you now and nothing would be done about it" So now I start to move towards the door as he puts his hand on my shoulder, I tell him that he need not put his hands on me. I start towards my car cause I know that once I get there he wouldn't be along with having a weapon. And since he had threaten my life I would have no problem in taking his.

I got to my car,got in, while he was raging, I found my peacemaker, and prepared my self to share a little peace if the need arrived while I was trying to leave the property. As I back up he pretends as though I ran over him. which I would have had he drew a weapon. It's been rumored for years that he has a drug problem and this evening he acted like a man blown out of his wits. It's also rumored that he has attacked his brother Harold Jr,and his father Harold Sr. But I'm not his dad or his brother,In fact I don't like him at all and would not miss a moments sleep doing whatever I had to do to protect me.

After i left I went to a downtown political function, when i arrived and was speaking with someone on the police force about the incident along with my attorney Javier Bailey Rev. Coleman arrived, he told me that I-Sick Ford sucker punched him when he told him that he was wrong for his action. Coleman plans to press charges against I-Sick for assault and battery.

Coleman also told me that I-Sick has plans to run for the City Council, for the seat that his uncle Edmund now holds and the seat that Edmund Jr.plans to run for. While I was surprised at the actions of Joseph Ford,I know that Joke and I-Sick are deranged, and have no business in public office. I will now show them my skills at investigative reporting an dig real deep on any Ford that runs for office,with no holds barred. You fellows want a fight than let the games begin.

By the way I wonder if I-Sick Ford will have Tim Willis as his Campaign manager again,like he did when he ran against Myron Lowery,which he dropped out of when Lowery let it be known that he was a High School Dropout.

Willie Had To Wiggle After Hearing The Lame Excuse Of Chumney

Willie Herenton had to do the "Willie Wiggle" when he heard that Carol Chumney didn't have the balls to follow her own convictions. This wanna be mayor suggested two weeks ago that she would seek to enforce the resignation that MLGW President submitted to Willie In February. It was thought that what she wanted was lee gone by any means,But when Council members refused to second her motion that had no teeth in it at all,she refused to support a motion by Jack Sammons that called for Lee to sub mit his resignation immediately.

Chumney refused to vote for Sammons motion because she couldn't have her way, it was either or way or no way. Her excuse of not voting for the resolution of sammons because she didn't like so of the wording is "LAME" She just proved that voting for her is a wasted vote.

Only the mayor has the power to fire Lee,no one else. Yes the council could remove him with at least 11 votes, but that will never happen. Chumneys resolution meant nothing,and had she got it passed, it meant nothing without first Lee resubmitting his resignation,which will not happen,or the mayor firing him,which will not happen.

Many have fallen for the so-call poll of the CA. A poll can say whatever you want it to say, and just because the morning publication says that she is in the lead does not mean that it's so. Chumney has proven by her on actions that she's fickle and will not serve the better interest of the community,but looks to serve her own agenda. It seems as though the "Great White Hope" has hopelessly made it known that she's not ready for the 'Big Chair" she can come up with whatever excuse she wants but Memphis needs a mayor that will put their interest aside for whats best for the city. So Carole find another excuse because we don't believe that one. Hey here's one You could have said the reason you were so fickle yesterday is because it's that time of the month.

At the rate this mayor's race is going Willie will Wiggle his way into another 4 years.

Do You Think "Let's Make A Deal Bill" Should Resign?

District Attorney Bill Gibbons has fallen from grace with his pathetic plea bargain agreement with Dale Mardis,who murdered, burned and dismembered Code Enforcement Officer Mickey Wright. Why was Gibbons so heartless that he didn't even discuss this plea with the Wright family?

The FBI is now taking a close look at this case to see if any Federal statues have been violated. It's hopeful that new charges will be brought against this racist dog with a beard.

But It has come to my knowledge that this is not the first case that "no Deals bill' Has cut,and I;m waiting to receive documented proof that Mardis is not the first criminal that should have received a max sentence that Gibbons allowed to plea to a lesser charge,and when I get the info so will you.

But my question to you is ,Should Bill Gibbons resign? has Gibbons lost the confidence of the community? Is Gibbons concerned about justice? Will Gibbons protect his friends?

His 'No Deals" promotion has been found to be one big lie, He should go into show business and replace Monty hall and create a new game show because that's what he has done with this community,played a game on us. The new show will be called "Let's Make a Deal" hosted by "Lets Make A Deal Bill"

Could There Be Other Fords On TENNCARE?

My sources in Nashville connected to TENNCARE called me today after finding what may be other relatives of Ophelia Ford in their system. The source promised to get me the dates that these Ford's were on the taxpayers dime, along with checking the birth dates. The names found could just be coincidental, just other Fords who share the same name. But what raised the eyebrows of my source is the name Newton. Several of the local Fords have sons with the name Newton in remembrance of Newton J. Ford the father of the family. Another name that stuck out was Emmitt Ford Jr. HMMM, But it's for sure that Ophelia E. Ford born July 5,1950 with the social of 413-82-XXXX is the real deal. Are the following names the local royalty of Memphis politics or just lucky enough to be named after royalty?

TennCare Medicaid
Children and adults can apply anytime for TennCare Medicaid. TennCare Medicaid has two (2) main groups: Categorically Needy and Medically Needy. Did Top Administrators At Juvenile Court Pay To Keep Their Jobs?

I've pulled the campaign financial disclosures of Juvenile Court Judge Curtis Person,and it appears that every top administrator,and every appointed referee gave Person a $1,000 contribution. Was this what these administrators thought they had to do to keep their high paying jobs? Why would these employees give Person a $1,000? Why did they want him elected so badly.

I can understand Juene Wood whose the CAO of Juvenile Court along with her husband Robert giving a $1,000 each. Person is allowing her to give contracts to her husband totaling nearly a million dollars a year,by way of a youth facility that he serves as a "CONSULTANT" to.Youth Habilitation Center, also a company that Robert Wood is a principal in, Veragon LLC a company that has designed computer programs for the court. Maybe the Wood's thought that their gravey train would be derailed if they didn't give there $2000, Knowing as an appointee that person could replace her.

Referee's Claudia Haltom,Harold Horne,Dan Michael, both referee George Blancett and his wife Marchelle, contributed $1,000 each. Referee Cary Woods contributed $1000 to Person's campaign and got fired. Referee Herbert Lane contributed $1,000 along with his wife Kathy lane a clinical educator who contributed $1,000 she works for,Novadaq Technologies,a Canadian company that develops medical devices,along with mattresses. I wonder what connection this company has with Juvenile Court? could this company be providing services for the court and receiving referrals to other youth organizations where someone gets a kick back, could she also be receiving funds from the court as a clinical educator? So did these referee's whoall make over $100,000 want Person to know that they were a part of his team?

Kathy Hallman,Director of Volunteer Services only makes $71,348 a year but gave Person a $1000. Barry Mitchell Chief Probation Officer for J.C who makes $83,417 also gave a $1,000.Jerry Maness,J.C Director of Services,and also son-in-law of Kenneth Turner makes $93,775 gave his $1000(Wasn't the hiring of Turner's son-in-law a conflict?) His wife Carole also gave a $1,000. Nina Loveless.Deputy Admin,makes $72,899 also gave her $1,000. there were several other employees who were only able to give $250.00 but their salary range was way down the totem pole. Naturally former Judge Kenneth Turner and his wife each gave a $1,000.

But the big question is did these top level administrators feel that it was in there best interest to contribute to Persons campaign? When you look at the pay scale of employees at Juvenile Court you find that every person that makes over $100,000 is white, while all the employees making from $25,000-$40,000 are black which will be a topic later this week.

I also noticed that former County Mayor Jim Rout gave $500 from his Jim Rout for County Mayor fund? If the Fed's think that Shep Wilbun had something going on wrong at Juvenile Court,maybe it's time for them to make a return visit.

Has Ophelia Ford Committed Double Fraud?

Ophelia Ford who has missed 13 out of 24 days at work has submitted travel expenses of over $4,000. But where has she traveled to? Ford has committed fraud in submitting the travel expense reimbursement to the state senate, But this is not the only fraud that she has committed. I have received information from a very reliable source closely connected to the TENNCARE program that states that Ophelia Ford was on the program until she decided to run for the state senate.

I received a call from someone whose familiar with the TENNCARE program who wondered why it was not exposed that Ophelia Ford up until March 3,2005 was receiving TENNCARE benefits. The source stated that the only reason that Ophelia was disenrolled was because she was preparing to run for state senate and did not want it to be found that she ad committed TENNCARE fraud.

The source states that documents provided through TENNCARE providers show that Ophelia E. Ford,with the social security number 413-82-XXXX,was a TENNCARE recipent. But the question is,did she qualify. or has our new senator committed fraud.

Ford who was employed at both Blue Cross-Blue shield,and at N.J.Ford and Sons funeral home income was to high to be considered for the state funded program that was designed to care for the poor. The TENNCARE program that its alleged that she was a part of was OMNICARE. OMNICARE? isn't that the company that Harold Sr was a lobbyist for? Isn't it also the company that Harold Sr. And former state Rep. Alvin King started? Isn't it also the company that TBI investigated? Isn't this the same company whose parent company name is United American Healthcare of Tn, did was also paying John Ford?

Is it possible that our new state senator committed TENNCARE fraud? The source stated that if the feds wanted proof they could check the records of Dr.Lloyd Robinson and Dr.Marlah Mardis. It's alleged that these were the doctors that were paid through TENNCARE for Ophelia Ford's benefit.

Could big brother John have provided a way for baby sister to get medical care on the backs of the citizens of Tennessee? And if Ophelia was on TENNCARE,I wonder how many more working Fords are getting assistance from taxpayers?

I am being told that investigators in Nashville read this post in December when I posted it first and plan to use it in the trial of John Ford in the indictment placed against him there. Could it be that John made sure all the Fords were covered by TENNCARE?

Will Black Jurors Hang The Jury?

Now that a jury has been set in the case of John Ford, that consist of 8 women and 4 men which is a jury of 8 whites and 4 blacks,what do you think will happen? Will John be found guilty or will one of the black jurors hang the jury? Will a black juror who feels that only blacks are being targeted hang the jury?

Is the Mainstream Media Scared To Report The Truth When It Comes To White Corruption?

If there's a story to tell about a black political figure involved in political corruption the local mainstream media is all over it,But when it comes to political corruption that involves whites the media turns its head and refuses to report. Is it true that the local media is only concerned about exposing blacks involved in political corruption?

The local media reads this site daily picking up ideas for news stories. But why is it that the story on political corruption has not been reported by the so called main stream media? Its reported that the CA has sit for months on the story that I broke that shows that Juene Wood the Administrator for Juvenile Court has a conflict of Interest issue that involves her hushand receiving near a Million Dollars per year.

Has local news and program directors been told to stay away from this issue? If this conflict involved a black person it would already be on TV. Judge Curtis Person is fully aware of the connect,but plans to do nothing about it.

Carol Chumney,Take Your Ass Some Where And Sit Down

Mayoral candidate Carol Chumney today didn't even vote on the resolution that she brought forth. She proposed a resolution to accept the resignation of Joseph Lee,the same resolution that mayor Willie Herenton rejected a month or so ago. After bringing forth the resolution SHE DIDN'T EVEN VOTE FOR IT. the Vote on the council was 6 to 6 and her vote would have passed her resolution even though it had power.

Even if the resolution had passed it had no power,Lee is appointed by the mayor,and only the mayor can fire him. Carol Chumney is playing to the cameras she has no strength,she does not have what it takes to lead this city. If she had any courage she would have voted for the proposal she created. Chumney is using this issue to create a platform for her race for mayor.

Edmund Ford has paid his bill so that issue is dead, but why hasn't she addressed the issue of Dale Mardis getting only 15 years for killing a black man.Could it be that she does not want to upset white voters? What has Chumney done that would make her the best choice for mayor? Her not voting for a resolution that she brought up seems a little strange. Is Chumney a grand stander? a candidate who is only tough when a camera is rolling? what is her platform why should she receive a vote from the citizens of Memphis?

Carol take your ass somewhere and sit down,today you proved you're all talk and no action.

Will The Fed's Have To Build A Prison Just For Fords?

The day that John Ford starts his trial,which if he's found guilty could land him in prison,Little sister Ophelia is found to be committing fraud by turning in over $4,000 in travel expenses to Nashville,when she hasn't even been to work. Isn't that illegal?

Little brother Edmund has to go to trial for his indictment of using his political influence,and may be receiving at least two more indictments. Well the feds have to build a Ford Wing at some federal prison somewhere?

Family Of Mickey Wright Meets With Both Congressman Steve Cohen And My Harrison Of The FBI

As I walked into the lobby of Congressman Steve Cohen's office on the third floor of the Federal Building there were at least 30 people who represented the family and friends of mickey Wright. Frances Wright the widower of Mickey Wright met with the congressman along with Rev.Ralph White and Rev.Dwight Montgomery. Mrs.Wright asked for Cohen's help in getting the federal government involved in finding justice for her husband.

While in the office the congressman personally called My Harrison of the FBI and told her of the desires of not only the family but many in the community as well. He asked her to meet with the family,and she invited them to come at once to her office. Cohen assured Mrs.Wright that he would be making a call to U.S.Attorney David Kustoff as well as Bill Gibbons.

After a brief press conference, I asked the congressman his views,and he stated that he believes that some federal statues may have been violated. His administrative aide Randy Wade whose a former law enforcement officer was sent along with the family Wright family to make sure that everything that had been discussed with the congressman would be addressed with My Harrison. I called Wade tonight and he did confirmed that Ms.Harrison did meet with the family, but he could not, out respect for the family and any pending investigation comment on what took place at the meeting

Robert Gill serve his community as a police officer for over 30 years and was an Executive Committee member of the Shelby County Democratic Party.

Wright Family Need To Watch Out For Chicken Eating Preachers

During last years campaign for Attorney General Bill Gibbons and Mark Luttrell served chicken to black preachers,buying their support for a chicken leg. L.Lie-Simba Gray, Dwight Montgomery, and members of the Baptist Ministerial Organization all endorsed and supported Bill Gibbons,and now they want to jump out his wagon.

Are these men of the cloth disgusted with Gibbons or looking for away to grandstand? What has Gray and his Rainbow coalition ever done to benefit the black community? Why is it that Montgomery wants Gibbons to have a private meeting with the Wright family now, when he didn't meet with them prior to giving Dale Mardis a plea bargain? Will Gibbons bring fries and a large drink to this meeting?

The Wright family has met with both Congressman Steve Cohen and My Harrison of the FBI,and while they want the support of the community,they need to watch out for black preachers with crumbs around their mouths.

Is The Use Of Referee's In Juvenile Court A Violation Of The Tennessee Constitution?

The Tennessee Constitution requires that cases be heard by elected judges,there is no exception for Shelby County's Juvenile Court. The long standing practice of appointing one of the referees as a "special judge" every day started back in the nineties when the law changed and former Judge Kenneth Turner became ineligible to hear the cases that the elected judge is required to hear. The reason being Kenneth Turner was not a licensed attorney.

The current judge Curtis Person does not suffer from this infirmity,he is a licensed attorney,but has yet to take the bench. In fact during his campaign Judge Person promised that he would be the judge and take the bench to hear cases,which has not happened.

If the elected judge would take the bench and hear the cases he is required to hear,that would eliminate the need for one of the referee positions. If a second judge were to be appointed hearing cases that would eliminate the need for a second referee. The two eliminated referee positions would more than pay the salary for the second judge,plus an administrative aid.

But what is the real reason that Curtis person does not want a second judge at Juvenile Court,when every other court in Shelby County has more than one judge? It's simple another judge would uncover the corruption that has taken place on Adams for years, such as the case of Juene Wood an her conflict of interest. Person is fully aware of the fact that her husband has an interest in two separate businesses receiving millions per year from the Court. But Wood is a part of the old Turner regime,and Person is more loyal to Turner than the taxpayers.

Juvenile Court has operated as its own private government agency for years and a new judge would spoil their practice of corruption. You would be surprised at the number of family members who work at the court,I also hear that if the Financial disclosures of person is checked you will find that several new employees at the court contributed to his campaign,like the new black referee who replaced Cary Woods.

Will Person do the right thing and take to the bench himself,and will he fire Juene Wood for having a conflict? No it won't happen and the CA and the mainstream media will not report it.

Bill It Looks Like You Lied

No Plea Bargaining Policy On Violent Crimes

Effective January 1, 1997, the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office no longer offers plea bargains on indictments for murder, armed robbery and rape involving the use of a deadly weapon. Once indicted for any such offense, the defendant should expect to either plead guilty to the charge or be tried on that charge. In essence, there is no longer bargaining on the offense once there is an indictment.The result is that a person who commits a murder, armed robbery, or rape involving the use of a deadly weapon in Shelby County is tried for what the person did and not allowed to plead to a legal fiction.The no plea bargaining policy reflects the office’s decision to place more of its resources and effort on combating violent crime.

This new policy is in large part possible due to a process by which representatives of the District Attorney’s Office meet with representatives of the Memphis Police Department and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office to screen cases involving the violent crimes covered by this policy. This early review process is helping ensure that the D.A.’s Office has a good case with strong evidence before someone is charged and a proposed indictment is presented to the grand jury. It is a prime example of how cooperation among the D.A.’s Office, the Memphis Police Department and the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office can have a positive impact on our ability to tackle crime.

In addition to holding individuals accountable for their acts, the D.A.’s Office hopes the no plea bargaining policy will serve as a deterrent to the commission of other, similar crimes.

For the policy to serve as a deterrent, it must filter down to the street level so that potential offenders are aware of it. Two marketing and communications firms volunteered their services to help get the word out. The firms of Conaway Brown and Trust Marketing worked together to develop an aggressive marketing initiative that includes radio, television, newspaper, billboards and bus boards. Businesses are encouraged to place "NO DEALS" decals on the windows of their businesses, and neighborhood watch groups are helping to distribute the decals and bumper stickers. Over 40,000 bumper stickers have been distributed.

The marketing initiative cost about one million dollars of which $588,395 is from in-kind contributions, with the rest being donated.
Shelby County Sheriff A.C. Gilless donated $200,000 from monies confiscated from drug dealers. Former Shelby County Mayor Bill Morris has lead the effort to raise the needed private funds to fully carry out the marketing initiative.
It appears that the "No Deals" policy had a positive impact in reducing violent felonies in 1997. Homicides attributed to criminal conduct, (murder, voluntary manslaughter, etc.) dropped approximately 12% in 1997 from 1996. Other violent felonies such as robberies were down approximately 10% from 1996 as well.
It appears that the reduction in violent felonies began in June of 1997. This was when the "No Deals" campaign began on the radio, television, news media, etc. The downward trend has continued since then
.
In 1997, the Shelby County grand jury returned 1,075 indictments that come under the "No Deals" policy. Although most of the cases disposed of in 1997 were not indicted before January 1, 1997, of those indictments charging murder first degree, murder second degree, especially aggravated robbery, aggravated robbery and aggravated rape, 86% pled guilty to the original charge in 1997.

So far, the "No Deals" policy seems to be a success. Nothing but positive feedback has been received from personnel within the criminal justice system, as well as the general public. Increasingly strict adherence to the policy has resulted in acceptance by the defense bar as well as defendants. As more defendants come under this policy, we expect the message to reach the targeted audience of potential violators and deter some. Those that will not be deterred will be punished. We believe this policy and its effects will help restore public confidence in the criminal justice system.


So much for his No deals policy. It seems that this 15 year deal was not the first deal that Gibbons gave Dale Mardis. The following is the script from News Channel 3 on a story they did on Saturday night:

Deal was second one for convicted murderer

MEMPHIS,TN-More outrage today about the deal offered to the man who killed Code Enforcement Officer Mickey Wright. News Channel 3 learns it was not the first plea bargain for Dale Mardis in this exclusive story.

Mardis faced first degree murder charges but in a last minute deal things changed drastically. Prosecutors reduced the possible death penalty case to one in which Mardis got just 15 years. The plea enraged Mickey Wight's family. Now, another one of Madis' victims is coming forth to voice his anger.

Jay Billings sees the scars where he was stabbed and then underwent surgery every morning when he gets dressed. It's a reminder of his almost deadly run-in with now convicted killer Dale Mardis. Mardis stabbed him back in 2003. Billings says Mardis has gotten away with what he calls a slap on the wrist twice.


"First off I feel the Wright family got cheated. Me and my family got cheated. Every citizen in this state got cheated by the way our system turned out. The downtown on the building it says the justice center it's not no justice served," said Billings.

Billings says he didn't know Mardis before the day he was stabbed. The attack happened after the two had words in the neighborhood. It happened 2 years after Mickey Wright had already been dead. Billings says once police officially arrested Mardis for murder, the district attorney's office told him they could use the stabbing incident to show Mardis was a violent person. Billings agreed to let the DA bargain with Mardis for lesser time. He thought Mardis would get his due during the Mickey Wright trial. Billings even thought he would testify but when he got home from work Thursday he saw another deal was done.


Billings said, "This man is a sick individual he's had a violent past they should have never offered him a plea. They should have never accepted his plea bargain."

Mardis has already served almost 3 years. This means he has just 12 more to go before he's a free man. Still, Billings is hoping somewhere along the way the deals will run out for Mardis in prison.


"Maybe somebody will get to him in there," said Billings.

Family Of Micky Wright To Meet With Congressman Steve Cohen On Monday

After hearing about the slap on the wrist that murderer Dale Mardis received for the murder of Micky Wright,and seeing the hurt and pain of his family on Television,Congressman Steve Cohen reached out to the family to see if he could be of any aid to the family.

On Monday Mrs.Frances Wright will meet with the Congressman to see if he can aid her in getting the Federal Government to look into whether or not the murder of her husband was a hate crime and if his civil rights were violated. The entire community should rally behind this family and insist that David Kustoff and the U.S. Attorney's office look into this matter even though like Bill Gibbons he is a republican.

On a side note Rev. Dwight Montgomery who called for an investigation is planning a private meeting on Tuesday night between Bill Gibbons and the Wright family, This was related to me by his PR person Tony Jones, so that Gibbons can explain why he gave Dale mardis a plea agreement. While I admire the work that Montgomery has done in the past,there is no need for a private meeting or any backroom politics. There were blacks including black preachers who endorsed and supported the re-election of Gibbons. The Congressman has the power to make sure an investigation takes place,we need action not more backroom politics,that's what got Dale Mardis a 15 year slap on the wrist.

There's A Major CONFLICT OF INTEREST Taking Place At Juvenile Court

Juene Wood is the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court with a salary of $109,700.Her function is to be responsible for the administration and coordination of the following Juvenile Court Functions : Finance,purchasing,personnel,training,grant administration,building services,food services,information systems,telecommunications,volunteer services andinteragency services in accordance with Shelby County and Juvenile Court policies and procedures. Her office has direct oversight responsibilities for all Juvenile Court functions including the Court services and Child Support Divisions. In other words next to Judge Curtis Person she runs the place.

Juene Wood is married to Robert Wood who is a principal in a software company by the name of Veragon LLC, and is also a consultant for a youth facility called Youth Habilitation Center located at 1071 Mullins Station Road.This center is receiving over $700,000 a year through Juvenile Court,which is a conflict of interest for Juene Wood who according to her job description is in charge of grant administration, the very fact that Juene Wood is giving a contract to a company that her husband is involved with is wrong. But its a conflict that Judge Curtis Person is allowing to take place,In fact prior to becoming judge Person served as the Chief Legal Counsel for the court and was aware of this conflict. It is also reported in documention that has been sent to the U.S.Justice Department that Veragon the company that Robert Wood is a principal with has developed programs that is presently being used by Juvenile Court.

In a January 3,AD HOC meeeting with the Shelby County Commission Juene Wood denied the fact that her husband was involved with any contracting agency that does business with Juvenile Court, she did however state that he's a consultant for the Youth Habilitation Center. In fact here's a statement from the transcript taken that day:

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Ms. Wood, you husband works for some contracting agency – that contracts for the court, is that true?

MS. WOOD: No, sir, that is not true?

COMMISSIONER CHISM: What is he?

MS. WOOD: Actually, I am pretty glad to respond to this because it comes up from time to time and I am very proud of my husband and I am happy to do that. My husband actually has a venture capital firm. He is, if I have to say, very successful. He has some diverse business interests that range from health care to retail to manufacturing. However, he began, and is a psychologist and was a practicing psychologist for many years and still, as part of what he does, he consults across the nation with the creation and formation of prison modalities and programs for special needs populations. I will give you a little bit of – if you would like to hear this, I will give you a little –

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he do anything for the court, in any way?

MS. WOOD: Does he contract with the court? No, sir.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Does he contract with any agency that contracts with the court?

MS. WOOD: No, he does not, but I will tell you this, he is the creator of a number of treatment modalities, Reconation Therapy is one, Direct Therapy. My husband and his now deceased former college, Dr. Sweet, created the original Drug Offender Rehabilitation program that exists today out at the Corrections Division. Two of its students, Dr. Ken Robertson and Dr. Greg Little, went on the further evolve that treatment modality as more reconation therapy and that still operates out there today. My husband does not benefit from that and directive therapy is the treatment modality of choice that is used by the Youth Habilitation Center which is one of the programs in our post-adjudicatory inventory for the Youth Services Bureau. That is primarily contracted with the Department of Children Services. It has the potential to contract with county government if we usually run through fiscal funds in a year because over the year, they and other partners have supported us when they run out of their fiscal liability. But, he has allowed Youth Habilitation Center to use Direct Therapy. Reconation Academy that is used by James Ball and Associates, and Youth Habilitation Center, Commissioners, is operated by a not for profit agency, ***…*** Youth and Family Development. My husband is not on the board. He is not an employee. He is not involved in that organization. He does allow – he consults for them as necessary as required for their questions about that treatment model, but he is not part of that organization. Reconation Academy is operated by James Ball and Associates, a for-profit entity. The name that Mr. Ball gave that program is really a nod to reconation therapy, which again, was a creation many, many years ago of my husband and a treatment modality along with direct therapy that he uses as reconation therapy. That is also used by Youth Development Center for the Department of Human Services because it is a very effective calming and behavioral intervention approach. They don’t pay him either, but he did allow them to use the term ***…***.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Sometimes, it is not necessarily, Ms. Wood, not necessarily the amount of money that you get paid for in a connection, an involvement in, the kind of influence you might have over entities. So, I am not – I am not about whether he got paid or not.

MS. WOOD: Oh, I understand, can I respond to that? I am glad you brought that up, Commissioner, because certainly I am the Chief Administrative Officer of Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County , on top of the three administrative divisions of the court, I, in no way, whether it is the children’s bureau, the youth services bureau, or child support services division have any involvement with the selection or placement of programs or interventions of any type that are used. You can certainly talk to these folks. I don’t have anything to do with that. I don’t have anything to do with the actual development and design of the kinds of program interventions that are needed by the court. That is promulgated and comes up through the staff and in contact with the Department and requires ***…*** services and other contracting agencies, then those things are formulated and move out. But let me, again, be clear, my husband does not have a contract with Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County or any of its sub-contractors.

COMMISSIONER CHISM: Now, let me tell you a story about myself. I often tell people that I don’t own anything in my house. My wife – I got through my wife and my daughter. My daughter lives next door to me and my grandbaby is there with me everyday. I think I made this statement when I got sworn in. I decided to run for this office because I don’t run anything at home. The truth of the matter is, most decisions are made, when they make them, they make them based on what they think I desire and where I might be going in my mind. So, in saying that, I am concerned a little bit about the possibility of wide-spread nepotism in the court. Now, and not to say that the people that are working at the court, of course, are related to a member or family member or has some connection, are not doing a good job. I am not saying that. That is not where I am. It is the amount of influence they might, or might not have and influence the actions of the court. You say there are none and I am going to follow up and you are telling me there are none, but I will know by the time I finish my investigations as to how much you really have over there.


If Robert Wood plays no role in the Youth Habilitation Center,and the center is not a part of Juvenile Court,why then in 1996 did he appear before a subcommittee on Youth Violence of the Committee On The Judiciary United States Senate as a representive? This committee was chaired by former U.S.Senator Fred Thompson.

In his opening statement before the committee after thanking Thompson for allowing him to give his presentation he states " The Youth Habilitation Center is a Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court project. So whose the lier Robert Wood or his wife?

What we have at Juvenile Court is a blatant case of "CONFLICT OF INTEREST" a conflict that many in county government is aware of including the judge. Juene Wood position is an appointed position that is controlled by the Judge,Why is Person allowing this conflict to take place? It's very apparent that Robert Wood is connected to the center thats receiving a grant from Juvenile Court, There's no way around this fact. The CA has had knowledge of this conflict for months,could the reason be that the morning publication has not reported this conflict is because bothe the Ca and Juvenile Court share the same Attorney?

And if you think this is something wait to you read documented proof of other violations of both the U.S. and Tennessee Constitution,Such as Juvenile Court becoming a debtor's prison.

Memphis Justice Has No Conscience Or Concern

On his decision to accept the 15 year bargain of Dale Mardis,Judge W.Fred Axley stated "Under the law the court must accept a plea arrangement unless it shocks the conscience of the court. THIS DOES NOT" So I must ask what is more shocking to one's conscience than the ordeal of Mickey Wright?

Axley listened as Mardis told how after he killed Wright he took his body across state lines into Mississippi and poured diesel fluid on his dead body and SET WRIGHT'S BODY ON FIRE,He then took some type of sharp object and DISMEMBERED HIS BODY, CUTTING it into various pieces and placing those pieces into cars where TONS of STEEL crushed the cars and the body parts,Whats more shocking to the mind and conscience of a sane man than this act of violence and unthinkable murder?

No man with a conscience could have made the decision that Axley whose known as the "Hanging Judge" made. Axley is totally unfit to ever again pass judgement on anyone of color. He has proven that the life of a black man means nothing in Shelby County and that his concern is not about about justice.

But Axley is not along in being a man without a conscience, District Attorney Bill Gibbons should resign and place the office of Attorney General in the hands of someone who will make sure after 6 years that his department has put together a strong case that will guarantee justice. Gibbons who before being appointed to the office had never tried a criminal case,has done the Wright family and this community a grave disservice.

Gibbons stated that "The bottom fail out of the case" But how did the bottom fall out? Why didn't Gibbons office offer a plea, when this murdering dog could have easily been tried on first degree murder? Why wasn't Mardis tried on a HATE CRIME CHARGE? Oh that's right the two black witnesses decided to testify and say that Dale was a good white man who was there friend. Are we to believe that because two black men who could have been involved also in the act says he's there friend that Dale is not a racist, I know different.

About 8-9 years ago in my role as a Repo Man I stopped at his car lot on Lamar to solicit his business. The black lot man took me to where Mardis was. Mardis was standing in a room with a large rebel flag on the wall rubbing a shot gun. Besides him were two very large Dobermans. He asked me what I wanted and I told him that I was in the Repo business and would like to repo his cars. he looked at me while rubbing the shotgun and stated,"I don't need no NIGGER repoing my cars".

If Gibbons office had done their job they would have found people in the community who feared Mardis and felt that if they said anything against him that he would kill them. I was speaking with a local minister last night who mentioned to me that he was on Lamar buying some tamales when he met a man who had worked for mardis who feared for his life, the man told him that mardis had stated that if anyone told anything about what happened to Wright that he would kill them, The minister told me that the man stated that he only comes out at night to get something to eat and doesn't come out in the daytime at all.

I will be researching next week to find out who those black witnesses were and what their relationship to Mardis is. And why now after 6 years are they ready to claim this great friendship to him. What are there criminal records and did Gibbons office use this as an excuse to let the bottom fall out.

Axley and Gibbons also forgot that Mardis had called Code Enforcement and told them not to send "NO NIGGER" to his property, but they did anyway. In this threat what else did Mardis say? Did he state that he would kill a black man if he came on his property? Having this knowledge why did Code Enforcement send wright out along.

Its' also very apparent that Gibbons has no conscience when he allows his friend Richard Fields a white Civil Rights attorney who for the last year has had a vicious attack on blacks running for office, get away with the statutory rape of a minor. In a police investigative report from 2003 that comes from his office, a then 16 year old tells of how Fields paid for kinky sex for several years,she tells of how he stopped her on her way to one of her jobs and offered to give her money for sexual favors. Gibbons also refuses to charge Fields son who a police investigative report from his office states that the son molested his own 2 year old daughter, which is backed up by the mother of the child and doctors who state that the 2 year old had a "Torn Labia" But instead of charging the son his office claims that the mother is CRAZY.

It's time for the family to seek Federal help, It's time for the Wright family to seek relief on the basis of the crime against Wright being a HATE CRIME and also a VIOLATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS. As for Axley and Gibbons they are not moved by the concerns of this family,they don't care about about the heartache of the Wright family, But then you would have to have a conscience to care wouldn't you?

Axley and Gibbons Have Lynched A Black Man,In The Name Of Justice

District Attorney Bill Gibbons has joined Judge W,Fred Axley in lynching the memory of a black man. These two racist have turned back the hands of time an proven that in Shelby County a black man's life is worthless. Gibbons states that the case against murderer Dale Mardis fell apart. You mean to tell me that in six years gibbons couldn't put a case together?

Judge Fred Axley stated that had his conscience been shocked he would not have accepted the plea. What does it take to shake the conscience of Azley? has Axley proven that he as an elected official is not fit to sit on the bench? This bigoted racist robe wearing fool who should sit on the bench with the letters KKK stamped on his robe has allowed a confessed murderer to basically go free. If it seems that I;m pissed, I am.

I warned this community this summer that Axley was unfit for the bench. I joined my friend Randy Wade to support Latonya Burrows in her attempt to unseat this racist. Black preachers who bragged about the fact that Axley had given them free paint for there churches sat up the crosses that this racist has now burned in the yards of every right thinking person in this community,especially the black community.

Bill Gibbons has proven that he does not give a damn about justice when it comes to blacks. He allows Richard Fields who police reports state that he had paid perverted sex with a minor to go free,and now he has accepted a plea from a man who says that he not only killed a man ,but burned that man and dismembered him to only go to prison for 5-6 years. When Gibbons says that he gives no deals he's a DAMN LIER whose ass should have never been reelected.

I'm mad as hell that a mother fu$@er like Mardis can spit in the face of the Wright family while mother fuc$kers like Gibbons and Axley gloat on how they have tighten the rope around a black man's throat and kicked the mule from under him. This community should be outraged at the actions of Gibbons and Axley.

I have spoken with Congressman Steve Cohen's office, and hopefully Mrs Wright will get a recommendation from the congressman office and go to the U.S. Attorney's office and request an investigation that calls for Federal Charges to be filed. These Charges would be for the violation of Civil Rights and for the charge of a "Hate Crime".

National news has picked up on this decision by Axley and Gibbons and memphis has proven once again that it's the most racist city on the planet. Bill Gibbons should have never been re=elected, and neither should have Fred Axley. I tried to warn you about these two ,but because they bought black preachers chicken dinners, we were sold out. It's time for the Fed's to shut politics in Memphis down. every form of local politics has political corruption as it's theme.

Is Judge Fred Axley A Pervert?

In 2001 sexual harassment lawsuits were filed against Shelby County Criminal Court judge Fred Axley. Each lawsuit was over 20 pages long and contained details of Axley's alleged criminal treatment of two court clerks, Nischa Kelly and Sandra McClain. Each suit corroborated the other.

Former clerk Kelly worked for Axley Division 6 courtroom from November 1,1999,through April 14,2000 and says that she endured the judge's "unwelcomed touching,sexual advances,verbal remarks,dirty jokes,requests for acts of a sexual nature,sexually aggressive language,sexual intimidation,stalking,and use of profanity," this is according to the lawsuit that was brought by attorney Kathleen Caldwell.

There was a motion to dismiss filed by Axley's attorney Jonathan Hancock.The motion stated that McClain and Kelly complaints hold no weight because they referred to Axley as their employer,when in fact Shelby County employed the women.The suit does not state that Axley denied the allegations.

Kelly's complaint alleged that Axley called her into his chambers to"chit-chat" about his personal life, telling her that"his wife slept in another room and don't have a relationship, i.e. they did not have sex. The suit went on to state that Axley would ask Kelly to come to his chambers to watch television"expecting her to sit on his couch with him". He also according to the suit asked Kelly to go to lunch,casinos, and other places with him after working hours. She also accused Axley of showing up at her home unwelcomed,when her husband was out of town.

The clerk claims that Axley asked her about her private life,"including her marriage and sexual relationship with her husband" and made "comments regarding Sandra McClain's breasts .

The suit also states that Axley made sexually suggestive comments after giving clerks suckers and tootsie Pops. And as if the details of the lawsuits couldn't get more bizarre, it alleged that Axley and his clerks would refer to attorney Mike Gatlin, who is short in statue as "Mini Me," a character in the movie. Austin Powers, The Spy who Shagged me. When Gatlin appeared in Axley's court one day, clerk McClain passed a not to axley which read "mini Me is here" Axley returned the note after writing " My Mini Me is in my pants" The suit states that McClain was embarrassed and stunned when a week later " Defendant Axley was referring to either a statement or a piece of evidence during another case and leaned back in his chair with his legs spread apart and said to McClain:"Thats the size of my Mini Me". The suit also states that Axley kept asking the clerks to be his frog after another clerk told a joke about a frog who performs oral sex. Mcclain also states that in his chambers on April 7,2000 Axley asked her to perform fellatio.

My question is should a judge with this history be on the bench? Should Axley be re-elected to another term? By the way those lawsuits were not the first time judge Axley has been accused of sexually harassing females. Several University of Memphis students filed complaints against the judge after taking a class he taught for the criminal justice department. The department chairmen also filed a complaint against Axley those complaints caused the judge to be barred from teaching at the U of M.

The Memphis Flyer published this story 3/28/2001 and was written by Ashley Fantz, of which I have a copy. The Flyer was call recently by two well known citizens asking them to re-write the story and make the public aware of Axley actions in light of the fact that he was running for re-election. Suddenly the story was removed from their website,I wonder why?

The C.A. likes to stick forks in persons that they think are unfit, I know that they have this information on Axley, so why are they sitting on the story? You don't think that the morning publication would endorse a pervert do you?

Still No Justice For The Black Man

There are many blacks who feel that "We have Overcome" because we no longer sit on the back of buses or have to enter toilets labeled "Colored". Some blacks feel because they work as employees in corporate America, live in the suburbs, drive a fancy car and play golf with there so called white buddies that life for the black man has changed. But when I liked at the news tonight and witnessed the news that I had heard earlier today I knew that Justice for a black man has not arrived.

When a white Judge (FRED AXLEY) allowed the plea bargain accepted by Bill Gibbons office where a white man can murder, burn, and dismember the body of a black man and his murderer is allowed to plead to a lesser charge than first degree murder and allowed to do just 15 years in prison,Justice for the black man has not arrived.

How is it possible that Axley who is not bound by law to accept the plea,allow Dale Mardis to not go to trial? This dog of a person admitted today to killing Code Enforcement officer Mickey Wright, burning up his body,then dismembering it and placing the body parts in various cars that were crashed. This justice system in Shelby County gave to regards to the feeling and emotions of the family.

After all the grief this family has been through,they couldn't even depend on the justice of the court system. Judge Axley and Bill Gibbons who had the power to tell Tom Henderson of his office "No We Want Plea" should be totally ashamed of themselves for this mockery of justice.

But the question is,If Mickey Wright had been a white man, would the black murder get off with just 15 years? "HELL NAW" It's time for blacks in this city and in America to realize where all whites are not haters of our race, there are still many who long for the days when they could lynch a black man for whatever reason they wanted, Some long for the days when they could violate our woman while the black man stood back fearful to protect his own. But those days will never come again, there are black men ready to die before they allow the acts of the past to resurface completely. I say completely because some of the antics of the past have never died, the sheets of hatred just turned into suits and robes worned by hate mongering judges and those who through their politics use a system that was not designed to empower blacks, but to destroy blacks.

Coming Sunday: Conflict Of Interest At Juvenile Court And Is The CA Sitting On The Story

One Sunday I will reveal a "TOTAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST" that is taking place at Juvenile Court. This conflict has been known according to County sources for at least the last six months by the Commercial Appeal but they have chose to sat on the story.

The story will reveal how a top administrator at the Court who makes over a $100,000.00 a year has a husband who has a contract with Juvenile Court that gives his company over $700,000 a year. The story will also reveal how she went before a AD HOC committee of the Shelby County Commission and lied about the fact that her husband having any connections with the Court. She was asked on the record not once but four times,and all four times she lied.

In fact I will reveal in the story, how in 1996 in a hearing before the "Committee On The Judiciary United States Senate" where former Senator Fred Thompson served as the chair on a committee dealing with youth violence, the husband admitted that his company is "A Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court Project". The project is funded through federal dollars given to the court. And according to a report Juvenile Court workers were used to help remodel and clean the "Project" using Juvenile Court dollars.

But how is it that this person who runs Juvenile Court has a husband who the court is giving over $700,000.00 a year to? Is she not the person who makes sure that he maintains this contract? And why has the CA sat on this story if my sources are correct?

The large book that's pictured is the information that Commissioner Henri Brooks submitted to the Justice department, and yes I now have a copy, that's making for some interesting reading, like the law states that men held in contempt of court should stay in jail no longer than 10 days, but are been held for months and months. I will be asking the Sheriff's department for the list of persons that are presently being held and for the period of time.

I'm also finding out that a person has the right under the laws of this state to have their case heard by the elected judge and not a referee.I've also found out that Judge Kenneth Turner gave his son-in-law Jerry Manness a job making over $100,000.00 a year. The report states that Judge Curtis person has hired his own attorney at a reported $100,000 plus salary. Even the wife of a local judge has been given a newly created job.

Jennings Bernard calls For Democrats To Be Democrats And To EXPEL Richard Fields

At tonight's meeting of the Shelby County Democratic Party, Executive Committee Member and radio talk show host Jennings Bernard made a motion that in the may meeting that it be brought before the committee to EXPEL RICHARD FIELDS FROM THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. Jennings is also asking that democrats be democrats,and not be found guilty of openly supporting and endorsing republicans as in the case of fields.

Jennings submitted in writing his indictment against Fields who on last year sent out a letter and purchased a full page ad in the CA denouncing many democrats and endorsing republican Bill Gibbons over democrat Gail Mathes for the position of Attorney General,He also endorsed republican Mark Luttrell over democrat Reginald French for Shelby County Sheriff.

The indictment presented by Bernard states that Fields has been disloyal to the democratic party and that his signing the Convention loyalty oath this year is mockery. It is believed by many that Fields only wants to be on the committee to keep his republican friends informed as to the plans of democrats.

Fields who became very upset at my presence and my taking pictures had a little handbag with fliers of his own, where he spoke of published reports that Bernard would attempt to remove him from the committee. He went on to mentioned issues that Chairman Keith Norman ruled had nothing to do with the motion to EXPEL him.

The meeting to EXPEL him will take place in May,and more than likely he will be removed. The motion to EXPEL Fields got a quick second and when put to a vote as to weather this issue of EXPELLING Fields should go forth the vote was all AYES and no NAYES. Even Desi Franklin who is alleged to have helped him put together the packet that was sent out against Javier Bailey didn't come to his defense.

After the meeting Fields could be seen trying to get a conversation with anyone who would talk to him. Most had quick conversations with him as though they didn't want to be seen talking to him. maybe no one wanted to be seen talking t a man who has paid perverted sex with a minor.

New Chairman Does Well With His First Meeting With Democrats

The newly elected Chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party,Keith Norman did an excellent job of chairing his first meeting in his new position. With the skills of a pastor he moved to make sure that there was a separation of his job as chairman and his role as pastor of First Baptist Broad. He has acquired a phone number to be called by the members that's different than the one used by his congregation,along with a separate e-mail address.

The meeting that lasted exactly one hour was a "Feel Good" meeting an not a official business meeting. Norman called for unity among the members of the Executive Committee and is reaching out to members of the various factions including those who supported attorney Javier Bailey. I must admit I found no fault in the manner in which Norman handled the meeting and perhaps he will do a good job.

He asked that members submit in writing the issues they want raised in the May meeting, the official meeting for this month will be April 19th. When it was brought to his attention that some were concerned about a $500.00 check that had been given to the party and treasurer Mal Hooker wanted to pursue legal actions,Norman stepped in stating that he would talk to the person that had written the check and see if arrangements could be made for the writer to make payments. Norman stated that the $500.00 would not make or break the local party seeing that the party is already broke with just $834.00 in the bank.

Is New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin Tied To Corruption In Memphis?

As I have been reporting for over the last pass month I was told by memphis developer Willie nelson and the owner of a local car lot that Dennis Churchwell had bribed City Councilman Edmund ford into using his political influence to get a "Special Use Permit" for his business located on Elvis Presley by giving him free rent on the building that houses Fords Funeral home.

Nelson also told me that Churchwell had a connection with New orleans mayor Ray Nagin where he was purchasing Hurricane Katrina vechicls to be sold in this area. After going down to his business and seeing the many cars on the property of a business that does not have a license to seel cars,things started to ad up. The owner of the property that Churchwell has his business on belongs to Bob Wilson who owns a local repossession firm and auto auction. What better way to channel these cars into the mid-south area than through an auction.

The cars could be cleaned up by Wilson's auction and passed on to "We Tote The Note" lots who care less about a title. The average "Note Lot" will end up repossessing the car so a title is never needed, Infact if the car is never titled or tagged, the sales tax that is paid by the customer never gets to the state. Is it possible that mayor ray nagin cut a deal with Churchwell to buy these cars and put the money in his pocket?

I have been receiving e-mails from persons closely connected to Churchwell who tell me that a deal was cut. Here's a e-mail i received last week from a person who states that they traveled to New orleans with Churchwell, to be followed by another e-mail from a differnt person who lays out Churchwell's scheme. The names of those who sent the e-mails have been deleted on the site to protect their ID..

if you get my message i had dealings with dennis churchwell he bragged about having everyone on his leash he said he asked ray nagen at a fund raiser in memphis if he could get the mayor reelected in new orleans would he be able to get loads of the contracts in neworleans he said ray naygen asked him can you do that churchwell said of corse churchwell told me he had a lot of busses to haul in voters and lots of connection with the voting machines he also told me he donated 100,000.00 to ray nagens campaign by gifting 5,000.00 to his employees names into the campaign he said you could look in the paper at the campaign donations his employeeshad 20 / 5,000.00 donations the only donations over 1,000.00 he said were his 100,000.00 bribe to the mayor legally he said because he gifted it to his employees they donated it to nagens campaign he was always blowing what he had on someone else it was usually money he said the whorlley brothers cheated him out of millions in new orleans crushing cars they were going to have to pay him his share or he was going to go reposes some equipment he sold them for 100,000.00 cash they didnt get a reciept from him they were all beating the gov. on cash deals i rode with dennis to neworleans we went to a dodge dealer there he delt with a mike kamiskie dodge dealer owner they were bidding on contracts there at the city office they said there wasent any thing to worry about if they didnt have it wright ray nagen had to sign the bids before they were excepted thats where dinnis said his 100,000.00 dollar donation came in all contracts were oked by the mayor thats when they get to change the contracts they had me help them with some prices that day

Now here's the e-mail i received today:

It appears by the dates that are listed when Dennis Churchwell, Bob Wilson, and Johnny Worley made contributions to Joseph Kyles PAC campaign, they all formed a LLC in Louisiana. The dates are just days apart from the contributions and the forming of the LLC. The Mike Comiskey that was mentioned in the email that you got from someone who rode to New Orleans with Dennis, is part of the corporation with Dennis or shall we say Lynley Churchwell, because Dennis is smart enough to keep his name off the paperwork. Dennis's name isn't on any piece of property or Mid-South's LLC filings, or the corporation below.

Nonetheless, the guy giving the contracts or getting the contracts is apparently negotiating to steer them to his own corporation. If what was mentioned in that email is true,and it seems to be, Then this is yet another Dennis SNAFU. Look at the LLC filings below and you will see that they were all in it together and Ray Nagin had the final approval. In the email he even said "don't worry about it, Ray will make it right".


Dennis gave Joseph Kyles use of a building on Elvis Presley that Dennis Churchwell had control over, I doubt he owned it, but he let him use it for his election campaign. He also let him use a personal vehicle, RV, and all of this on top of donating $2100 from himself, Bob Wilson, and Johnny Worley. Damn, They must be in love with this guy........

I just wonder if Joseph Kyles knows Ray Nagin? I'm quite sure that Mike Comiskey does.......

The corporation was formed and the Katrina cars came in. As of last week alot of those cars are missing from the storage lot at 3403 Elvis Presley. 20 went to Mexico last week. I wonder if Bob Wilson got his part or if Bruce Wring got anything at all. Dennis is raising money for his next business venture I guess, or maybe for his legal fees. The TBI has specifically told Dennis and Bob Wilson that he cannot sell these cars; That is when Nagin didn't need to come to town anymore. When the FEDS get involved, everybody wants to just go home and forget about everything.

I was there last week and Dennis was out. They said he was out of town to get an auction going in High Point, NC. I thought they said on the news that he went to see his

94 year old mother who was very sick...........

MLGW and Joseph Lee were going to cut Edmund Ford off for not paying his bill after they got caught giving him special treatment, which would have been the right thing to do had he not paid his bill up to date. No Letting Up On Richard

In the spirit of Richard fields I am preparing packets to send to various national medias letting them know that Memphis has a "Civil Rights Pimp" that made his fortune off the backs of black people and now abuses those that made him money. In the packet it will be describe how the NAACP used this attorney to fight for the injustices dealt to blacks, and how now he has used a young black child as his sex toy who he paid to perform kinky sex on him by having her ram dildo's up his ass.

The packet also will show how he as a democrat he supported the republican District Attorney who has refused to investigate not only his sex crimes but those of his son both backed up by police reports. Richard Fields paid a child to have sex with him and I will continue to expose him until law enforcement either on a local, state , or national level investigate how this "Civil rights Pimp" can get away with statutory rape of a minor.

I asked one reporter why he had not dealt with the this issue, and I was told that no charges had been filed. But how do you get charges filed when the DA and the pervert are friends? he also told me that there was no evidence. But I noticed that in the publication that the reporter works for there was a story of A.C. Wharton III who according to a police report has sex with a 13 year old. the evidence is the statement of the victim. I wonder why if I'm wrong in my assessment of Fields why he hasn't called me out.

Those who may be tired of my article on Fields have the choice of either reading them or not coming to this site,I have no plans of letting up on Fields at all. here is a man who has lied to black people for years pretending to be concerned about our rights but yet he takes advantage of a black child. He continues to attack blacks who run for public office, he berates and schemes to destroy the reputation of blacks that want to make a difference, Its time to bring his actions to a halt.

On Thursday night there will be a move made to remove his sorry ass from the executive Committee of the Shelby County Democratic party, I have heard from several people today who will support Jenning Bernard motion to oust him. It's time that Richard fields understand that there are black men who have no fear of his antics and will fight as hard to destroy him as he trieds to destroy black men.

How do you feel about Fields? Do you think he should be ousted from the democratic party? Should he be investigated? Have you wondered why he has remained silent on this issue if he's innocent?

Congressman Steve Cohen Opens Up The People's office

This morning Congressman Steve Cohen opened up his office for the citizens of the 9th Congressional District. During the 2 hours that this event took place over a hundred person came by. Many citizens walked around the various offices in the suite including Cohen's personal office. Many were heard to say that the office felt as though it belonged to them,and that Harold Ford Jr. had never did anything like this.

On Saturday I met Roland Robinson a young minister on a mission. Roland has stared a ministry called "PULL UP YOUR PANTS" aimed at young men who are "SCAGGING" the term for wearing your pants down across your ass. This has got to be the most distasteful fade of all times.

What would make a parent buy their son's pants 2-3 sizes to large,but better yet why would anyone want their underwear to be seen as they walk up the street? I must praise the efforts of this young man for wanting to make a difference

Community Servant Robert Gill Is Dead

On Saturday at the convention of the Shelby County Democratic Party there was a face and voice missing, That voice and face belong to Robert Gill. It was mentioned by several that if Executive Committee member Robert Gill wasn't present he must be sick. Gill who is the brother of Del Gill also a trademark of the local party has had declining health for the past several years,and it seemed that after he was fired as one of the 30 year Captains of the City of Memphis Police Department his health worsened.

About 8:15 tonight as Randy wade and myself was leaving the spa feeling really upbeat the call came that Robert Gill had been found dead in his truck. I at once got Del on the phone to confirm weather what randy and I had been told was true. It was. Robert who loved his dog and treated the animal like a child had went to the Vet located at Kirby and Raines to pick up his beloved pet,but never made it out of his truck.

Robert who would brag about his years on the force loved this community and even when it appeared to all who would see him that he was a very sick man, he fought on. when recently after Tajuan Stout Mitchell left the City Council Gill submitted his resume to the Council for their consideration for appointment to the vacant seat. In the picture above he is seen congratulating Congressman Steve Cohen and making a presentation to Congressman John Conyers.

Democrats Will Split Over Mayoral Endorsement

The new Chair of the Shelby County Democratic party Keith Norman is the pastor of mayoral candidate Herman Morris who serves as a long time deacon at First Baptist Broad. Sidney Chism who helped place Norman in his new position is a long time friend and confidant of Mayor Willie Herenton. Desi Franklin who leads the white faction of the Executive Committee has followers who are close to the Chumney camp.So what position will the party take for endorsing a candidate for mayor this year.

When you look the voting history of the three candidates they all claim to be democrats,even though Herenton has endorsed republicans in the past.But even so all three will look for the endorsement of the party. It's a known fact that segments of the white community would love to return city government to "White Rule" and that the push is on to get Carol Chumney elected. So how will this play out on the committee? Norman received all the votes from whites on Saturday but one,will Dizzy Desi who campaigned for him push him to stand back while she pushes for Chumney?

There's no way that Sidney Chism is going to stand back and allow his faction to support endorsing anyone but Herenton. Chism controls at least 10 votes on the committee,while Franklin control at least 30 votes, Norman has control of 10 votes also,but the interesting votes belong to the Javier Bailey supporters which number 18.

With Herman Morris being the deacon of Norman there is no way that he will support anyone else but Morris for mayor. As the pastor of many new members of the committee who are members along with Morris of his church they will vote for Morris's endorsement. He most likely will at that point go after the 18 votes of the Bailey supporters who will most likely throw there support behind Morris since some of the 18 are Anti-herenton, But will he be able to pull his white supporters vote, Or will he find out that Dizzy Desi has more control of the party than he?

New Member Of Executive Committee Plans to Challenge Richard Fields Being A Part Of The Leadership Of Democrats

The new tenure of Pastor Keith Norman could start off with a bang on Thursday night when new executive committeeman Jennings Bernard will challenge Richard Fields position on the committee. Bernard who hosts a daily radio talk program feels that Fields who was placing removal but resigned in 2005 for becoming the attorney for republican Terry Roland who challenged Ophelia Ford;s win for the state senate should not be a part of the leadership of the Shelby County Democratic Party.

Jennings further feels that Fields has proven his total disloyalty to the party by openly endorsing in last years races, Republican Bill Gibbons over Democrat Gail Mathes for Attorney General,and Republican Mark Luttrell over Democrat Reginald French for Sheriff.

Jennings Bernard plans to ask the committee to remove Fields from the committee,by voting him off the committee. Bernard will be a thorn in the side of many on the committee,he will not be pushed around and he plans to broadcast from his program on AM 1600 WMQM whats going on on the committee.

Rules Of Local Party Prevents Richard Fields From Serving

Now that Pastor Keith Norman is the Chair of the Shelby County Democratic Party, lets see if he has the balls to do the right thing. According to the by-laws of the party Richard Fields should not be serving on the executive committee of the party, but will he attempt to anger Desi Franklin,Fields cohort in crime by following the rules?

Here's that portion of the by-laws that proves that Fields should not be on the committee:

The membership of this Organization shall be composed of every citizen of Shelby County, Tennessee, who shares the ideal and goals of the Democratic Party.3.1No member shall show disloyalty to the Democratic Party by supporting candidates running against Democrats in General Elections, either in the form of a public announcement of support of a candidate of another party in a pending election, or by working for or giving financial support to any such candidate running against a duly nominated candidate of the Democratic Party.(Amended March 6, 2003)3.2If a member provides public and/or financial support to a candidate opposing a Democrat, that member will be given the opportunity to resign. However, should that member decide not to resign, after evidence is presented to the Executive Committee, that member shall be expelled during a regular Party meeting from the committee without prejudice of running to serve on the Executive Committee in the future. 3.3 A member who violates Article III, Section 3.1 of this Chapter can be expelled by two-thirds of the County Party’s membership present and voting.

While the by-laws allow him to run again,what has to be remembered is the fact that after he was ousted from the party in late 2005, he openly violated the rules of the party by supporting republicans over democrats. In the infamous letter that Fields sent out and had publish in a full page ad in the CA denouncing black candidates for judgeship's he asked that voter chose Republican Bill Gibbons over Democrat Gail Mathes,and Republican Mark Luttrell over Democrat Reginald French. This fact goes to show that Fields is not loyal to the party and that he committed a second act of treason against the party.

Now that the pastor of Herman Morris has been elected Chair of the Shelby County Democratic party, will the party endorse Morris for mayor, or will the party endorse Sidney chism's man Willie Herenton?

The following is a post I received on one of the topics concerning Saturday's Convention for the chair of the Democratic party. Knowing who sent it and knowing that no matter what some think of this person,his knowledge of the local party is second to none. Let's get pass the fact that Del Gill sent it and ask the question is what he saying true?


An unofficial count of the New Democratic Executive Committee (EC) reveals nothing changed, in fact, things got worse for the African American Democrats of Shelby County thanks to Sidney Chism.

Jay Bailey is an African American whose long service to the Democratic Party inspired his entry into the Chair’s race. Keith Norman was SOUGHT out by sellout Chism to retain his pimpish control of a Democratic Party that is 77% Black and 23% White, by voter participation as of last Nov ‘06. The new EC reportedly has 26 Whites members or 39% control of the new EC, again thanks to Sidney Chism. Sidney this is the BEEF… WHITE VOTERS in Shelby County only vote with the PARTY 23% of the time, yet your puppets on the last EC approved that racist delegate allocation plan (of Myra Stiles) in February, that yesterday gave the White Democrats 39% control of the Democratic Party, WHY?

Keith Norman as you can see, if you choose to open your eyes, you have a problem! Your Church’s faction (8) and Sidney Chism’s Faction (14) of the new Memphis Democratic Coalition (as proclaimed by Dizzy Franklin) is not much larger (22 vs 18) than the Jay Bailey faction of the new EC. The new White Faction, that not even Dizzy Franklin controls, has an advantage... and it’s based on RACE! I’ll prove it. There were 66 votes cast yesterday. Jay received 18 votes (17 Blacks and 1 White); that leaves the 48 votes cast for Norman, now subtracting the remaining 24 whites votes from Norman’s total and you only have 24 Black votes remaining to be split between Sidney and Keith! So why would 24 WHITE DEMOCRATS all vote for one candidate that most of them know absolutely nothing about??? Because simply put, Brother Norman (who has a shoddy Democratic participation record…,) R A C E is the answer… you were pre-selected to run by White Folks! Right Dizzy Franklin? White Democrats don’t have a respect for decisions that initiate in the African American Community of Memphis and Shelby County! Sidney why did the 40 Black members split their votes almost evenly while the White members block voted for Norman … their pre-approved choice? R_A_C_E and/or disrespect for African American judgment!

So Keith, there are still four Factions on the new Democratic Executive Committee, yours, Sidney Chism’s, Jay Bailey’s and the WHITE FOLKS… sorry Dizzy Franklin, you are part of the white folks, that includes the David Uptonites, a couple of negroes and a whole host of other whites whose only common denominator is their White Race!

It’s actually worst than the KUHN production of 2005 because this year’s “TAIL” that’s trying to wag this year’s Democratic Donkey has grown quite a bit. It didn’t work for Kuhn and thus, shouldn’t work for you either!

So let us all PULL THE WOOL back over our heads and get to work on Dizzy’s Franklin agenda, Right Dizzy???

Local Party Is Now The Party Of Rubber Stamps And Rapist

Forget the fact that at Saturday's Convention to elect the chair of the Shelby County Democratic Party that many rules were broken and after Javier Bailey brought these issues up to Matt Khun the chair of the moment to be brought to the floor for discussion he refused. Forget that it was apparently set up by the Chism and Franklin factions to try and prevent anyone who supported Bailey from getting on the Executive board by having to state in violation of the rules who you were voting for for chair.

There is no rule that states that to be elected or nominated as a candidate for the executive committee that you have to declare who you're voting for. In my house district (96) when I brought this up I was told that they had a right to know if a person would be supporting the right candidate,In fact one of Keith Norman's church members told me that since I was not supporting Norman then I should not be on the executive committee. It's the executive committee that controls the party and sets the rules not the chair, he only chairs meetings and becomes the spokesperson for the party. It became very apparent that a rubber stamp committee has been put in place.

But forget that,and forget that the reporter for the CA can't count, the paper reported that Bailey received 8 votes when the actual number is 18. But the biggest surprise is the return to the committee of Richard Fields. Forget that he's a child rapist and hates black men,but this is the same clown that the party threw out last year when he as a member of the executive committee represented republican Terry Roland against democrat Ophelia Ford.

Richard Fields openly supported and endorsed republicans in last years election over democrats,but he has been allowed back on the committee. One of the persons that Fields supported was republican District Attorney Bill Gibbons,HMMMM is this the same Bill that makes sure that this rapist and his child molesting son stays on the street? When there's police reports that allege that crimes have taken place.

So what we have now with the party is a rubber stamp committee that will do the bidding of Norman, Chism and Franklin. I wonder who the committee will endorse for Mayor, Chism's guy Willie,Or Norman's deacon Herman?

By the way Fields who hates black men was walking around with a OBAMA hat and shirt on trying to pretend he cares for blacks, But maybe the shirt was supposed to say OLD BUM

Now That I'm 50,What Am I Going To Do With The Next 50?

It seems that God does have a sense of humor in having me to be born on APRIL FOOLS DAY of all the days in the year. But today I reached a milestone in my life by turning half a hundred.I know this will bother some,but I plan to stay around for another 50 years just to piss some poli-trick-ans off. I have no special plans for the day other than to thank God for health and strength and to ask him to keep me healthy and strong and of sound mind,so I can continue to piss so many of you off.

Keith Norman Wins,Now What?

Keith Norman along with the help of many members of his congregation became the next chairman of the Shelby County Democratic party. in a 47 to 18 vote Norman now chairs the the party. But will Norman have control or will he become a puppet to Sidney Chism and the white demopublicans that Chism join forces with to obtain his victory?

There were all kinds of games played today at the Convention,it seem as though a meeting had taken place before this mornings meeting. First of all in most house districts where delegates were to choose who would sit on the executive committee, you had to let the group know who you were voting for for chairman and if you were supporting Javier Bailey you received no votes. It appeared that there was a plan to keep all supporters of Baily off the committee.

What I also found very strange was the fact that all the white delegates voted for Norman,Baily received no votes from any whites. was there a white folk meeting where it was decided that Norman was a safe bet and more controllable than Bailey? Did Sidney join forces with with democrats to make sure that a black man he could not control would not win?

But it's over and Keith Norman is the new chair,but what will change? or will the good white folk find out that Norman has plans that does not include them,will they find out that he will cut off the heads of the snakes that sliding all around him? White demopublicans knew that the only way that they can have power is to find a Negro that they think is safe enough for them to allow to front for an organization that they want control of.

I called Norman after the convention to urge him to do the right thing and not to allow Chism and Desi Franklin to taint him with their own self serving agendas. Will the democratic party become a strong organization that has control over those within their party to sit ready to openly endorse republicans? Will this broke group be able to raise money? and will Norman be able to chair the party without having his strings pulled by Chism and Franklin,and all the whites that voted him in? Only time will tell. The first meeting of this group will be Thursday night at the IBEW office on Madison at 7pm
