What's Robinson And Webb Smoking?

Sources close to the Board of Education for memphis City Schools say that School Board President Patrice Robinson has the perfect person in mind to replace Carol Johnson as the head of the school system. and that person is herself. Its said that Robinson even has the perfect plan on how to get the interim job without anyone else ever being interviewed for the job.

It seems that Robinson who works for MLGW wanted the school board to position itself like the board of MLGW where if the President leaves,resigns, or gets fired, the chairman of the board becomes the interim President. But what Robinson fails to understand the City Charter and the charter for MLGW provides for the actions of the ulility company and that there is no such provision for memphis City Schools.

Those close to the board states that Robinson wants to present a resolution to the board to create this new policy that would move here into the $200,000 a year position. Sources say that she has another board member ready to sign on to this crazy proposal, but I have spoken with at least two board members who will not support her creation of a new job for herself.

What credentials does Robinson have that would qualify her to head up the system? Is this just another trick of a poli-trick-an to fatten her wallet? I think that board members should be urged to not even allow this madness to hit the table.

Also School Board member Sharon Webb, who is also on the Charter Commission,and earliar this year was stating that God had told her that she would be the next mayor of Memphis, has thrown her hat in the ring to replace Carol Johnson. As reported by me on last year and picked up by local TV stations, Webbs several degrees are all mail order, without any classroom experience. Webb is being called a little Quacky by some in political circles,and I must agree with them if she thinks that a person with mailorder degrees should lead our school system.

Crack dealers must have a special sale going on at Memphis City Schools, cause these board members or either high or crazy.

Black Conservative, A Poster Child For White Racist

There's a regular caller to local radio talk shows who calls himself the "Black Conservative". The real name of this guy who attacks any black issue is Kenny Bolton. He's against anything that the black community finds important, He even called in on Jennings Bernard's Real Talk program to justify the shooting of 12 year old DeAuntae Farrow by Sgt Erik Sammis of the West Memphis Police Department.

Bolton will be loved by many who post on this site, because he's a "Safe Negro" one that racist whites can depend on to sing their praises and carry their banner of hatred. He's the Negro that would slap the horse for the hanging party. He will dance to no music and scratch his head when it's not itching.

I was asked by some listeners to post a picture of him so that he would no longer just be a voice.

Sarah Lewis For School Superintendent

Memphis City Schools is again without a leader. Carol Johnson is leaving our children for more money, and looking at some of the people applying for the interim job,we need help quick. A couple of ladies approached me with the idea of Sarah Lewis becoming the Superintendent,at first I said "naw that's a crazy idea" and then it hit me, MCS needs a crazy person who knows the system and is crazy enough to fight the battles needed to educate our children.

So why not Sarah? she knows the system like the back of her hand. She's held almost every position in the system,including teaching. Yes her style is not politically correct, and yes she can get emotional. But that's what MCS needs, a person who can get emotional for the children, and tell poli-trick-ans to "Go To hell" if needed.

Sara L. Lewis, is a native Memphian and a proud product of the Memphis City Schools. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, from LeMoyne College and a Master’s in Education from then-Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis). She has done post-graduate work at the University of Tennessee and at Memphis State.
Her work with Memphis City Schools has included serving on the “front line”: Mrs. Lewis has been a regular classroom teacher, a curriculum developer, a Title I Project Director and area specialist, an elementary school principal and an Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction. She retired from the Memphis City Schools in 1990, and the following year, she became the first African American to be elected to an At-Large Position on the Board of Education.
Known throughout the community as an advocate for children and the less fortunate, Mrs. Lewis has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the United Way of Greater Memphis, Family Service, the Children’s Service Agency, the Private Industry Council and on former Vice President Al Gore’s Family Reunion Steering Committee.
She is the recipient of hundred of awards, including the Friend of Education Award given by the Memphis Education Association; Susan B. Anthony Award bestowed by the Tennessee Education Association; the University of Memphis Alumni of the Year Award and its Curriculum Leadership Award; the Guardian Angel Award from the Tennessee Black Heritage Celebration, and the First Police Chief in Hurt Village Award given by the women in a public housing development project that she helped reclaim their homes and families from the drug and crime lords who previously controlled it.
Mrs. Lewis believes that all children can learn and that teachers are the critical link in the teaching/learning process. She also believes strongly that “so goes public schools, so goes America.”

Police Shooter Has Had Civil Rights Problems In The past

As blacks in the city of West Memphis have shed "Tears Of Blood' this week for the untimely death of 12 year old DeAuntae Farrow the local news outlets have refused to ID the police officer who shot and killed this child.

My sources in west Memphis state that the shooter is Sgt.Erik Sammis. If Sammis was not a police officer and just was thought to be a part of a shooting his name would have already been revealed. Sammis shot Farrow twice with a 40 caliber weapon,first in the leg and then in the chest,WHY?

But it seems that Sammis has had some Civil Rights problems in the past:

Coming This Weekend: Morgan Fields,Son Of Richard Fields Is A Teacher In MCS, But A Police Report States That He Molested His Own 2 Yr. Old Daughter

On Sunday I will again discuss how Morgan Fields, son of Richard Fields according to an investigative report that comes from the office of Attorney general Bill Gibbons molested his own 2 year old daughter. I will again post that report that will state that the 2 year old states that her father stuck his finger in her vagina. The report also has the statement of the mother of the child, plus the confirmation the the child's "labia" had been by doctors at Lebonhuer Children's hosp.

I will ask why did Gibbons not press charges,and why did the D.A's office claim that the mother was crazy? Did the friendship between Richard Fields and Gibbons have anything to do with charges not being filed?

AND WHY IS MORGAN FIELDS STILL TEACHING CHILDREN IN MEMPHIS CITY SCHOOLS?

Richard Fields Banned From The Shelby County Democratic Party For Life

With precision skill Richard Fields was permanetly banned from the Shelby County Democratic Party. Chairman Keith Norman seemed overjoyed to put Fields resignation up for the vote of approval from the Executive Committee. But before that motion could actually be seconded, Del Gill who now has returned to the committee as a representative of the MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC Club put the motion to the floor to expel.

Norman stated that to make sure that the expulsion stayed in place the voted to approve needed to come first so that there could be no legal challendge. Gill amended his motion to vote on the acceptance of Fields resignation but to immediately vote to expel Fields for life.

The vote to expel was Richard27 to about 5 So Field's sorry ass is out. Norman even accepted being served crow by Jennings Bernard when Bernard challenged the position that Norman took at the last meeting not to allow a vote to expel go forth.In fact Norman seconded the motion against him and devoured his crow.

The move to expel was not something that just came into play tonight, but has been planned since the last meeting,but Fields being a part of putting together a plot to blackmail Willie Herenton put the icing on the cake. And what sweet icing it was. But that's just one of the cakes in the oven for Fields. There's a cake that's being baked that should get him disbarred, and the sweetest cake that is on it's way to the oven is the one that comes in the form of an indictment that reads on the side of the box,indictment for conspiracy to commit blackmail.

Al Sharpton Coming To West Memphis

The DeAuntae Farrow police shooting case is now making national headlines. Reverend Al Sharpton is heading to West Memphis later this week.
A West Memphis, Arkansas police officer Erik Sammis whose name was revealed to me by sources in West Memphis shot the 12 year old Friday, June 22, 2007. The officer says he thought the boy was holding a gun.

Sharpton will fly into Memphis Sunday, July 1, 2007 and attend funeral services for Farrow at 2:00 p.m. at the West Memphis Civic Auditorium. He also plans to speak with the police chief and elected officials as well as Farrow’s family.

Reverend Jesse Jackson is also aware of the shooting. He is in Ghana but plans to hopefully make a trip to West Memphis for a demonstration and march on July 8, 2007.
The funeral for DeAuntae Farrow is open to the public.

The race for the mayor's office is on.Who will be the next mayor? Those close to the Wharton camp say that he's not going to run for city mayor but has his eyes on the Governor's office. I think the next few weeks will tell. I do know that while certain power brokers have been pushing him to run there are others who have told him that it's not in his best political interest to get mixed up in a power move between white power brokers and Willie Herenton.

There is no doubt the the blackmail plot has back fired and has push detractors into a position of Not supporting the mayor's politics, but not going to be a party to white power brokers choosing leaders for the black community. My position is very clear and i will state it again, I have been the mayor's biggest critic for the last two terms. I have disagreed with many of the decisions of his office,and for that reason I lead the recall drive which is a legal provision of the city charter.

Until I became aware of the plot by not only Richard Fields, but Russell Gwatney,Nick Clark, and a FBI agent There was no current candidate that I was going to support,because I didn't think that there was anyone in the race that could beat Willie Herenton. I couldn't support Herman Morris because I could easily see Morris becoming a hired hand to the likes of John Ryder and other power brokers. Carol Chumney has spoken for months about running and has not presented a platform of change. plus after she couldn't get her way on the Joseph Lee issue and refused to vote for a item she presented,i knew then that she was to fickle to be mayor.

The issue of Gwendolyn Smith is a real issue, like many of you when I first heard of it I thought it was a masterful plan of Willie Herenton. When I was presented with the facts and saw the evidence and told of some things that have yet not been revealed I was knocked out of my seat. Richard fields was dumb enough to write down his plan for blackmail,along with a budget for his plan. When the legal pad was presented to the mayor, along with some other information the mayor having used Fields as an attorney in the past knew Fields handwriting.

My position is this, and yes the mayor and I have spoken, I don't agree with much that he's done in the past two terms, but I will not join with white power brokers in an illegal act to take control of the mayor's office. If the mayor is defeated in a decision made by voters I totally support that, But an act of terrorism I will fight against. The thought of some was that since I have taken such a vocal role in being a critic of the mayor, that I hated the mayor. Wrong I hated the politics not the man.

Many in this community do not want to admit that racism is alive and well in Memphis. Many Whites want blacks to feel as though everything is okay, just forget about how you've been treated in the past and go on. But when I read this site and read what all many white posters have to say I am presented with proof that all is not well. You can say what you want about me, because i don't remotely give a damn, but I will not sit back and be a party to a plan by some whites to destroy another black man.

Friday Is Last Day For Axley

Friday is the last day that Criminal court judge Fred Axley will sit on the bench. Axley is retiring after the Tennessee Court of Judiciary gave him a option of removing himself or being removed. Over the years sexual harassement complaints were filed against the judge,and most recently a complaint was filed in Destin Flordia when while getting a massage the therapist states that he asked for oral sex. I guess now he'll be able to get all the oral sex he wants at the house with his wife.

Blacks In West Memphis Want Answers

As I arrived at the West Memphis City Hall this evening for a community meeting that was to deal with the shooting death of 12 year old DeAuntae Farrow, there were people everywhere. There was a massive crowd of hundreds outside the building that couldn't get in,and another massive crowd located in the lobby of the building that couldn't get into the council chambers.

After making my way inside the chamber There were several hundred people sitting and standing all wanting answers to questions that they never received. The police chief had no answers, local radio talk show host Andrew Clark Sr, whose a West Memphis Police officer, had no answers, the city council had no answers, but the crowd insisted that they were tired of the practices of the police department.

Some in the crowd wanted to know why the officer had to shot twice, others wanted to know why the body was moved, someone even questioned why the Coke bottle that Farrow had had not been tagged for evidence,but left on the ground. As I looked around the room to see to what extent the community of West Memphis had turned out, I wasn't really surprised to see only 2 whites in the entire crowd of hundreds. Yes there were elected whites present, but no whites from the community cared enough to be present.

There are many unanswered questions that must be answered by the City of West Memphis.some want to say that the child had no business out that late at night, but his being out which is not against the law, has nothing to do with him being dead tonight. Why would this policeman shoot this child twice. And if two officers were present,why is it that only one officer fired the two shots, could it be that the other officer felt no threat at all.

Some in the crowd suggested that blacks in West Memphis close their wallets and pocketbooks and not spend any money in the city until the FBI and West Memphis police come up with some answers. As I was leaving a lady stated to me that it seems like the 50's and 60's all over again for blacks in America,especially in both West Memphis Ark,and Memphis Tennessee.

And as I looked around and saw the pickets signs, and heard the voices of black fathers saying that they are fearful for the lives of there sons, and many saying that its time for blacks to stand up,I realized that I wasn't in a time warp,but it's 2007 and nothing has changed.

Sources Say That Eric Sammis Is The Name Of The West Memphis Policeman That Shot And Killed DeAuntae Farrow

My sources in West Memphis are telling me that the police officer that shot DeAuntae Farrow twice and killed him is named Eric Sammis. Many are wondering why the officer had to shot twice when the first shot to the leg of the 12 year old surely took him off his feet. A witness has stated that at the time of the shooting the officer was heard to call the name "Jimmy" twice.

Mayor Of West Memphis Refuses To Turn On Air And Mics

West Memphis City Council Woman Lorraine Robertson reveal tonight in city council chambers where hundreds packed into the chambers with no air conditioning on, or working P.A. system that West Memphis Mayor William Johnson had instructed his staff not to turn the air on, or to turn on the mics so that the speakers could be heard.

Why would this mayor not want to allow the citizens to be heard?was this a move to cover up the truth? As one who stood in the sweltering heat of the room, I know that no air was on. I saw numerous mics, but they were never turned on. Does this mayor even give a damn about the life of a 12 year old that has been taken, or is Johnson just another racist that wants the murder of this black child swept under a rug so that he can continue to run this city the way that it has always been run.

It's time that blacks in West Memphis use the power of the vote and remove Johnson and anyone that thinks like him. Mrs Robertson stated that it seemed as though he wanted to treat blacks like dogs by placing the crowd in such heated conditions. I know that many whites who come to this site want blacks to feel that everything is okay, but please explain the actions of Johnson.

Has Richard Fields Plot Guaranteed a Win For Willie Herenton?

As I stated weeks before the plot by Richard Fields to blackmail Willie Herenton was revealed,there is no one presently in the race that can defeat the current mayor.Carol Chumney has built up no steam and even though she has both white and black supporters she is hardly a threat to Herenton. What would be her strong point? What has she done that shows that she's able to handle the mayor's position? What is her platform?

Herman Morris train hasn't even left the station, and with Mr. republican John Ryder as his campaign manager many blacks are considering him as a "Good Negro" that white power brokers want to use to do their bidding. Morris has no real appeal in the black community.What has he done to even merit a vote?.

John Willingham is a nice guy but will never be able to defeat herenton, he was defeated in 2003 by a 3to 1 margin. John would do better running for a city council position. there is no one else that has pulled a petition that has any remote chance of winning, including a name I have not heard in years that pulled a petition today, Willie C. Jacox. A name that was known in the 70's for running for every office possible and never winning any.

The plot by Richard Fields that includes Russell Gwatney and Nick Clark to blackmail Willie Herenton out of running for re-election has backfired and known detractors of the mayor are now rallying to his side not so much because their views have changed but because many in the black community refuse to allow whites to choose their leaders, and will stand behind Herenton just to send that message. I have received many calls that say that because of Richard Fields they will give their vote to Herenton to let whites know that Herenton may not be the best,but he's better than the rest.

If A.C. Wharton Jumps into this race he will be seen as a two faced liar, who has allowed whites to send him out against another black man. I was told tonight that the fund raisers that he's having are not to run for mayor of memphis, but Govenor of the state of Tennessee.

Why Hasn't The Media Went After Fields like they've Done Black Leader ship

After Gwendolyn Smith made it known that Richard Fields was the mastermind behind a plot to blackmail mayor Willie Herenton,the media went on a crusade to tear her down,but what about Russell Gwatney and Nick Clark. Clark has admitted to having a meeting at his home where he allowed Fields and Smith along with a FBI agent to have a meeting in his home. And why did Clark give Smith Money as he has admitted to.

Russell Gwatney has admitted that as Smith stated Fields brought her to his car dealership to receive a new Chevy Tahoe,which he did not give. Willie Herenton had a conversation about his acts with Gwatney. Gwatney did not back away from his involvement but wanted to know from the mayor when the story was going public since he was about to get married. The mayor stated to him that since he(Gwatney) didn't pick a time to try and destroy his life,he wouldn't pick a time for the story to go public.

Why is it so hard for some to believe Gwen Smith when both Gwatney and Clark have admitted their roles in this plot aganist Herenton? The mayor has seen the pad in which Fields made his notes concerning the plot that also contains the budget for the plot. The mayor knowing the handwriting of Fields has no doubt that the evidence is that of Richard Fields.

Gwen Smith will soon be released and then Richard Fields and his cohorts are in for a massive surprise that will rock their worlds, I wish i could tell you now what it is, but I can't but soon Info never revealed will come forth that will get Fields disbarred. The writer of the story Wiley Henry will have some very important info concerning fields in this week's paper,including the police report concerning him and 16 year old Adrieene Hale, along with the police report that states that his son molested his own 2 year old daughter.

I still must wonder why hasn't the media did a investigation into why his son, Morgan being a teacher in memphis City schools is allowed to still be around children with a charge like the ones that they have.

West memphis Police Offer To Pay For The Funeral Of The Child That One Of Their Officers Murdered,Lawsuit Pending

12 year old DeAuntae Farrow was shot down in cold blood on Saturday as a West memphis police officer thought a toy was a real gun. The FBI is presently conducting an investigation along with the West memphis police department to see exactly what happened that has close the book on young DeAuntae

There have been doubts as to whether or not Farrow had a toy gun or not. Tonight I spoke with Myron Bass a paralegal and a former city council member in West memphis who is working with the family. Bass states that there was according to the 14 year old cousin with Farrow, that there was a toy gun, but that in no way did he make any threatening moves toward police. In fact they never saw the plain dress officers. Bass stated to me that the West Memphis Police has offered to pay for all the funeral arrangements, but the family has been urged not to sign any paper work regarding this issue. Some in the family see this as an admission of guilt from the department.

Some in West Memphis believe that the police had a right to shoot the child because he had what appeared to be a weapon in his possission. This type of ill thinking is in both Memphis and West Memphis. The job of officers in West Memphis is to "Protect and Serve" But whose going to protect the citizens of West memphis from them?

TBI Goes To Visit Gwendolyn Smith,But Leave With Nothing

Agents from The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation went today to try and interview Gwendolyn Smith, the woman who says that attorney Richard Fields tried to use her to blackmail Willie Herenton. Smith who has been instructed by her attorney Javier Bailey not to make any statements without him being present refused to comment to the agents. But the agents were nice enough to allow her to use their cell phone,Smith called her father who is staying in the nashville area while she serves out her remaing days in the Nashville jail.

I am in constant contact with Gwen's family and those involved in making sure her story gets told. Stay tune to this site for her first interview when she's released from jail.

Former City Council Member And Her Lover On Bad Terms Again

Former City Council member Pat Vanderschaaf and her "Mandingo" lover Xavier Crawford are in the news again. Crawford was arrested on Friday night night and charged with assaulting Vanderschaaf. According to police reports the man man known as the X-Man overheard his 63 year old girlfriend talking to her son about how to put him out of the house that the two lovers share at 3600 Beechhollow in Raleigh.

Not wanting to be outdoors the report states that Crawford beat Vanderschaaff as well as slap her,and even drug her around the house like a cave woman by the hair. Pat called the police and Crawford was taken into custody on a $10,000 bond. But will she be able to make it through the night without the touch of the X-man? will she long for his kiss and caresses, his handling of her, and his HMMMMMM? Vanderschaaf who is known for taking a drink or two will most likely get him out of jail and give him some make up sex to assure him that she still loves him. But looking at her picture i wonder how much he has to drink to lay with her?

Black Lawyers Ready To Drop S.A.L.T. On MLGW And other Local Issues

There's a group of attorney's lead by Javier Bailey that have decided to no longer wait on poli-trick-cans to come to the aid of citizens of the black community. This group has decided to return to the history of blacks in America and use the courts and the laws of the land to fight for justice and social rights.

S.A.L.T. AKA The Social Action Litigation Team comprises of young black attorney's who have no fear of the reprisals of whites in this community. Being in charge of their own incomes and not depending on crumbs that fall from the tables of corporate America, or power brokers this group has decided to take on issues that have been bogged down in political mud,with nothing happening but the spinning of wheels.

One of the first issues to be addressed will be the filing of a Class Action Lawsuit against MLGW concerning the high bills being paid by the poor and the cut offs received, while the elite are allowed to maintain service with little or no money being paid.

This group is ready to tackle the social issues of the black community,this group is a non-profit that has been organized to fight the good fight. They will tackle issues that black leaders don't have the balls to tackle. I will soon be giving you away to address issues that you have concerns about. Jaye Bailey and his group will soon be meeting with Audrey Kyle mother of Jeremy Kyles to discuss filing charges against several groups that's involved in the shooting of Kyle.

The other attorney's involved along with bailey are Taurus Bailey,Jerome Payne,Ed Bronson, Robert Hardy. and Ross Sampson.

Will A.C. Prove To Be A Liar?

Sources close to the Wharton camp are reporting that there are those close to the county mayor that's meeting with printers, billboard companies and media companies, to kick off the Wharton for City mayor campaign. From what I'm being told Wharton will jump in the race just before the July 19, deadline.

I'm told that one of the main persons leading the push for Wharton is the person that many say really runs the county,Bobby Lanier.

I'm also told that the game that is being played is "Divide and Conquer" power brokers know that there is no one person in the race currently that can defeat Willie Herenton,but the hope is that with Wharton,Herman Morris, and James Perkins in the race the black vote will be split so that a white candidate can ease right on in.

The game is being played similar to the 9th Congressional race. there were 10-15 blacks running for the seat with only one white in the race,common math tells you who will win in a case like that.

If Wharton jumps in the city mayor's race he will prove that he is a liar, he has stated on more than one occasion that as long as Herenton was running he would not get in the race. To do anything other than that would make him a liar,and a person who could not be trusted.

White power brokers don't care whose elected as long as it's not Willie Herenton, the concern is not even so much as if Wharton can win as it is whether or not the black vote will be so divided that the likes of Carol Chumney or Randy Cagle can just walk into office without much effort. There are those who want to take Herenton out no matter what they have to do,even if it means using A.C. Wharton as a puppet to be made to dance at the hands of power brokers. Is A.C. his own man,or does he belong to power brokers who have made sure that white republicans crossed political lines to elect him?

On June 15, the day after the press conference where City Mayor Willie Herenton announced that Gwendolyn Smith had stated that Attorney Richard Fields had masterminded a plot to blackmail him out of running for re-election, According to police documentation Fields was booted off the City of Memphis Police Reserve Unit.

Fields has been a reserve policeman since January of 2002,but there is a question as to whether or not he ever served. If he did not work the required hours under the reserve contract,he has committed fraud and has received free health insurance paid for by taxpayers. This is another insurance issue that Myron Lowery can look into. I wonder how much "United Health Care" paid out for him?

I'm sure after the press conference Police Director Larry Godwin had to fire Fields, he couldn't allow Fields to stay on the force after the news had broke that Fields was trying to blackmail his boss. I'm sure the conversation between Godwin and the mayor went a little like this, "Mr. Mayor I didn't know that sorry ass Fields was a reserve officer, but I'll get rid of him today".

I will submit a letter on tomorrow to the City Attorney under the Tennessee Open Records Act, requesting the documentation that shows when and if Fields has ever worked as a reserve officer,and how much has his insurance with the city been used. If he has not worked the required hours I will request that Councilman Lowery ask that the city sue Fields to get it's money back.

Dizzy Franklin,Is Upset About The Treatment Of Her "Richie"

Dizzy Franklin, Vice Chair of the Shelby County Democratic Party is rumored to be very upset with Chairman Keith Norman for asking the mastermind of a plot to blackmail Willie Herenton,Richard Fields to resign.

It's reported that she called Norman to voice her displeasure stating that he had no right to ask for Fields resignation,and that the Executive Committee should have been allowed to vote on the matter.

This is the same Dizzy Franklin who supported Norman in May when he did not allow a vote to go forth to oust Fields for his disloyalty to the party. It seems that Franklin and Fields are joined at the hip, she has become his biggest fan and reportedly joined him in his anonymous mail outs earlier this year when he attacked Javier Bailey in his attempt to chair the party.

I have been told that there will be an attempt on Thursday night at the monthly meeting of the group to ban Fields permanently from the Executive Committee,making it impossible for him to ever run again for the position. I wonder since Franklin cares so much for Fields if she knows anything about a little old blackmail plot? She can't be looking for love from him,because he only dates black women.

Is the reason that the board is so quick to give this benefit to Lee is because he may have a reason to sue?

I am very concerned about the MLG&W Board decision granting lifetime health insurance benefits to Joseph Lee, III. Perhaps more disturbing is the fact that MLG&W has also agreed to pay Mr. Lee’s legal fees arising from the investigation of a delinquent account belonging to a councilmember.

Offering these benefits to Mr. Lee at this time would be costly to ratepayers and contrary to actions taken by MLG&W and the City Council to restore public trust. These actions are also premature in light of the fact that the grand jury has not yet decided whether anyone will be indicted in this matter.

When these issues come before council for approval, I will recommend that both items be delayed. I cannot imagine the council taking any action until the grand jury investigation is complete.

Is This The Letter Of A Woman No Longer In Love with A Man?

Terisita Watson and Jeremy Kyle were lovers whose relationship lead to the death of Kyle at the hand of Watson's other lover Justin Davis. it is said by investigators that Kyle kicked in the back door of Watson's home and was shot twice by Davis.

With all the camera shots by televison stations no picture was taken of the back door,I'm told by a local TV station that camera men and reporters were not allowed in the back yard were the door was "supposed" to have been kicked in.

It has been stated by some that Kyle was abusive to Watson,but yet no police report has ever been filed to support this claim. No proof has been shown that suggest that Kyle kicked in the the back door of Watson's residence. No proof has been submitted that proves that Kyle went by Watson's home at 4am the morning of his death. In fact no proof has been presented that even proves that Justin Davis fired the shots that took the life of Jeremy Kyle. Everything that has been presented comes from the mouth of Watson who would not allow police in her home when they first arrived. The Shelby County Sheriff's Department had to get a search warrant to enter the home. WHY?

Audrey Kyle the mother of Jeremy Kyle while going through his apartment in North Memphis, found a birthday card that Jeremy had received from Watson. The strange thing about the card was that his birthday is July 10, but yet he had already received the card as if Watson knew he would not be around for the occassion. As you can see from the date that the card was received this year, and addressed to Jeremy whose nickname is "Jerk".

In reading the card I don't find a woman whose scared of a man, but a woman whose still in love with a man where the relationship has not all been roses. It is my belief that Watson cared nothing for Justin Davis and was only using him to make Jeremy jealous. We may never know what actually happened in the Cordova home, but it's my opinion that the death of Jeremy Kyle did not happen the way that Terisita Watson wants us to believe.

A Lot Happened In 15 Minutes

Yesterday I sat with a woman who shared with me the love she had for her only son,and the love that that son had for his mother. I was shown cards that this son had given his mother,including a Valentine's day card. This son loved his mother so that he had had her face tattooed all over his upper arm. This mother's name is Audrey Kyle the mother of Jeremy Kyle a policeman killed earlier this month due to a love triangle. After visiting with Mrs. Kyle I am totally convinced that the real story behind her son's death has not been told.

As i stated several weeks ago I do not believe that Jeremy's death occurred the way that Investigators state that it occurred,and that for some reason the Shelby County Sheriff's Dept is taking part in a cover up.

I was told by the investigator in charge of this case Lt. Sides that on the morning of June 3,2007 officer Kyle left his patrol area and went to the home of Teresita Watson the mother of two of his children and also a police officer. Kyle was working the North precinct and Watson lives in Cordova. The investigator states that around 4am Kyle arrived at Watson's home where she let him in. While at the home Watson calls her lover Justin Davis and ask him to come over,and he does,while Kyle is still at Watson's home. Kyle tells Davis that he needs a moment to talk to Watson and Davis enters the home while Kyle and Watson walk out to his patrol car, Kyle leaves and Watson goes into her house.

The investigator goes on to state that when Kyle gets off at 7:30 am,he returns to Watson's home parks his truck, kicks in the rear door, enters the bedroom,and is shot twice and is killed by Justin Davis. The investigator states that Kyle was still in uniform but did not have his service weapon when he entered the house,but entered with his old weapon. I was also told that this trained marksman never got off a round,and that Justin Davis got off three. the first shot entered the neck of Kyle, the second square in the chest, and another shot gazed Watson. Sides also stated that they found a bullet in the residence next door.

In speaking with Sheriff Mark Luttrell several days after the incident,I asked him about the fact that when investigators arrived at the house that they were not allowed in, he stated to me that he found it strange that they had to get a search warrant to enter the home where a homicide had taken place. So what really happen that tragic Sunday Morning?

Mrs Kyles can't understand why her son would have to kick in a door when she knew that he had keys to to Watson's home,where sometimes he would care for his children while Watson was on patrol. She also states that Kyle would have done nothing to endanger his children who were present in the home at the time of the shooting.

Some have stated that Kyle was abusive to Watson,and that she was scared of him. But if that's the case why did she let him in her house at 4am in the morning? Another factor that is puzzling is how was Kyle able to get off work, drive from Frayser to Cordova, park his truck in the drive, walk around the house, kick in a door, get shot twice, in 15 minutes? His death certificate which I saw has him pronounced dead at 7:45am. This does not account for the 30 minutes that another police officer states that he talked with Kyle after he got off,neither does it account for the time that investigators had to wait to get in the home.

I'm also puzzled by the fact that if her relationship with Kyle was over, why did she give him a birthday card a month or so in advance claiming her love. Mrs. Kyle while going through her son's apartment after his death found a birthday card from Watson to Jeremy. what's strange is that Jeremy's birthday is July 10, which is still several weeks away. Why would anyone give a card so early? The card talks about "A Fine Black Man" and in her own hand writing she states " Even though we are going through some hard times,we manage to get through it together. I might haven't been there for you like I should but I have learn that it takes two to make it work. I don't know what the future holds for us only time will tell. I will love you always."

It is my opinion that Jeremy and Watson were still involved and that she was using Justin Davis to make him jealous. And that on the morning of his death her game of playing two men against each other failed. Here's another reason I think that they were still involved,I've seen his cell phone records for June 2, and 3, and it tells a story. He started calling her cell (517-2034) at 2:01 am,then 2;03,2:08,3:20, and at 3:21,and 3:41, he blocked out his number but still didn't get an answer. He calls again at 3:42. At 3:43 she answers and they talk for 18:44, at 4:02 they talk for 3:35,at 4:06 they talk for 3:16. I think we have a man here you can't find his woman on a Saturday night and continues to call until she answers.

If he arrived at her house around 4:00 am she knew that he was coming,but if he had a thought about killing her or Justin Davis why didn't he kill him or them when Justin arrived while he was there? Or did Kyle even go to the house at 4;00am that morning? This statement comes from the woman who wouldn't let the police in her home. If she felt that Kyle was a threat why didn't she call his commanding officer and tell him that Kyle was out of his area and on the way to her house. If Kyle was at the house I'm sure he didn't stay long knowing that he could be dispatched to a call at anytime and he was across town. His phone records also show that at 6:23am he spoke again with Watson for 8:21.

If Justin Davis was still at the house why would she spend 8:21 on the phone with Kyle? Also if he was in a killing rage why when he arrived back at the house did Kyle park his Yukon in the drive which is on the far side of where he had to enter the gate and supposedly kick in the door. Why didn't he just park on the street and enter the gate and kick the door in? why didn't he just kick the front door in? Why when he had just gotten off work didn't he have his primary weapon,why did he supposedly have his old weapon? Why did he supposedly kick in the back door when he had keys?

Why did investigators tell me that the shooting took place in the bedroom, but told his mother that he kicked in the back door,and Watson ran up to him and he threw her to the ground and was shoot by Davis? How could Kyle throw Watson to the ground and Davis shoot her? Why if Kyle had a weapon in his hand didn't get a round off and he's thrown Watson to the ground before being shot?

The other strange factor in this case is why after Kyle's mother went to pick his truck up on Monday at the Arlington office of the Sheriff department,did she fine in the console of the truck a specimen bag from the morgue that had been torn open. Mrs. Kyle had received the same bags from the funeral home which contained Kyle's wallet, keys, and other belongings, But why was a bag found in the truck and who placed it there? The bag had not just been opened but torn open which means that something was in the bag. But since the truck didn't go to the morgue why would a bag from the morgue be in the truck?

Mrs. Kyle who has not heard from the Sheriff's department since picking up the truck from Sides is wondering where her son's clothing are, she also wonders where his service weapon happens to be? She also wonders if he still had on his Bullet proof Vest and where it is.

It is my belief that Kyle did in fact go to the house that morning but I'm not sure that he went earlier that morning. I believe that he had argued on the phone all morning with her and that she invited him over when he got off work. His truck being parked in the drive represents to me a man going to a place he calls his second home. It's my belief that he may have gotten there earlier than planned and Davis was there,he unlocked the door and found them in bed an argument occurred and he was either shot by davis, or by Watson. The fact that Watson would not allow investigators in makes me think she needed time to create the crime scene that she wanted to be seen. This killing did not qccur the way that investigators want the public to think that it happened.

Jeremy Kyle had just graduated from Lemoyne Owen with a 3.5 GPA and was on the Dean's Honor roll. and oh by the way Kyle's phone record shows that Watson tried to reach him 4 times on Saturday evening. Tonight I will post the birthday card that Watson sent to Kyle and you will see that this was not a woman fearful of a man, but a woman that loved a man and was using another man to make him jealous? Does that make her liable for Kyle's death?

Gwendolyn Smith Will Only Spend 30-45 Days In A Nashville Jail

Gwendolyn Denise Smith,who has become known for revealing the Blackmail plot against mayor Willie Herenton, today appeared before a Nashville judge for breaking her probation.

Smith testified under oath that both Nick Clark and Richard Fields told her that they had taken care of her being on probation including paying her probation fees.

As soon as the judge sentence Smith the local media went live some stating that she had to do the remainder of her sentence, which was 18 months, This is not true.

Because Smith qualifies for the 'DETERMINATE RELEASE SYSTEM program,which is a program that allows anyone with a sentence of less than 2 years where a crime of violence has not occurred, to be released early she will only stay in jail 30-45 days. The court is giving her 27 days of jail time credit. The Judge had also sentenced her to a program called the "Chances Program" a program that deals with substance abuse, But Smith asked that she just be allowed to serve out her time because she has kicked the drug habit. The judge complied.

Smith states that Fields told her that "He has never lost a criminal case"but did nothing to protect her from violating her probation, in fact it will soon be revealed that fields himself did drugs with Smith. A drug dealer who did not want to go public before Smith's hearing will be going public stating that Fields purchased drugs to use with Smith. The former dealer has done his jail time for selling drugs and has turned his life over to Christ.

I must also note that the information of Smith having 3 children as published by the CA is totally wrong. Smith is the mother of two children of which she does have custody of,both fathered by her husband Stevie Bernard. The unfounded attacks against Smith for revealing that Richard Fields,Nick Clark, and Russell Gwatney were a part of a conspiracy to blackmail Willie Herenton will not work, because I will counter every lie with the truth no matter who it hits. Gwendolyn Smith may not be an angel, but Fields an his cohorts are real demons.

Did Bill Gibbons Purposely Place Gwendolyn Smith's Life In Danger?

Earlier this week Shelby County District Bill Gibbons sent a letter to Wally Kirby,Executive Director for the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference that he knew would become public. In the letter that was requesting a special prosecutor to handle the blackmail plot against Willie herenton made by contributors to his campaign.

In the letter he states that Gwen Smith had contacted a high ranking law enforcement official who reports directly to him seeking unsuccessfully to become an informant. Seeing that the Organized Crime Unit got involved in a domestic dispute between her and her husband I believe that Gibbon is being totally untrue when he states that Smith was not an imformant.

The mere fact that Smith may have been to be an informant places her life in danger. Last wednesday night after the story was broken here, her mother's home was broken into.

If Smith is labeled as a snitch her life is in danger in both prison and on the streets. And the fact that Gibbons made the "informant" statement in the letter that has went publice,is careless and reckless. But maybe since he and Richard Fields are close friends he wants her hurt or killed before she can tell all, on all the players in what has become the biggest story of the year.

Is This Site The Leading Source For Local Media

It seems that this site has become the main source of information for local media outlets. I spend a lot of time doing research,and have contacts in every law enforcement agency in the mid-south, people contact me daily knowing that I will not back away from a story because of who it may piss off. This site has become the leading source for reporters who get paid for what I do for free(crazy me).

It does get irritating sometime when I see a station use my info as "Breaking News" without giving this site credit for the info. Today I saw two local stations follow my lead on the info I posted earlier this week concerning Gwen Smith and her domestic abuse call where the Organized Crime Unit got involved. It's also well known that this site was first to report the story about the blackmail plot against Mayor Willie Herenton and stations have followed up on every article I have written.

With all the negative comments that I receive on this site about not being a media outlet,I get a lot of pride in watching media outlets scramble to be the first to "Break" what's already broke. Yes I have several reporters that I have a relationship with that I have no problem giving information to, but I'll get calls from reporters I don't know asking for copies of my information and get upset when I say only if you give credit for the info you've received here on your newscast. I received a call from a reporter yesterday from 24/30 who wanted a copy of the police report that showed the OCU connection,but when I told Sarah, that only if her station was going to give me credit I was told that her bosses said that they could only report from their own sources. If that was the case why did I receive a call?

Local television and radio stations say that I'm to controversial to hire, but they all make money off my work,Why? because they don't have the sources that I have,and many are just to lazy to do the work. I just felt like venting I'll continue to provide Memphis and the Mid-South the info that only I can bring, because every time the media does a story that's broke here first they give the site creditability.

Local Democratic Chair May Be Ousted Over Richard Fields

Shelby County Democratic Party Chairman Keith norman would have the public think that it was his idea to remove Richard Fields from the executive committee of the local party,but Norman was aware that members of the party were preparing a all out fight to remove not only Fields but him as well.

Just two months ago Norman fought against those in the party that wanted Fields removed for being disloyal to the party. Norman blocked a vote that would have made that possible. There are members of the committeee who think that Norman does not have the welfare of the party as his best interest and should be removed,a effort that may be attempted at the party's next meeting.

Richard Fields along with Dizzy Franklin campaigned hard to get Norman elected as chair,including putting together a smear campaign against Attorney Javier Bailey who was running against Norman. It is believed especially now that Fields has been named as playing a role in the blackmail plot of Willie Herenton, that Norman who is the pastor of Herman Morris was elected chair so that the local party could throw support behind Morris.

Dizzy Franklin has also pulled a petition to run for city council to run against Jack Sammons, those who live in the district need to know that Franklin is tied to the hip with Fields,which means that fields will be a part of her camp. Fields and Franklin have sought to take control of the local party,Is the local party being used to support Herman Morris who says that he is a democrat with a little D?

Attorney Javier Bailey visited his client Gwendolyn Smith on Tuesday evening in a Nashville jail. Even with all that is going on around her,Smith is very upbeat and is preparing for hear hearing this morning. It is Bailey's belief that he will be able to work out something with the court that will get Bailey released.

Is Peete Preparing For Prison

Several weeks ago at a "Stop The Killing" Rally former City Councilman Rickey Peete made an appearance. Peete told the crowd how he was a target of a plot to destroy black men and that he would never plead guilty to a crime that he did not commit.

Now we know that this morning he will walk into the Federal building and state the he is in fact guilty. It is no doubt Peete has cut a deal to make sure that same a second time offender he does not spend the rest of his life in prison.

BREAKING NEWS: Richard Fields Is A City Of Memphis Policeman

I have received documentation that shows that Richard Fields is a reserve policeman for the City Of Memphis Police Department. According to that documentation his IBM# is 1009,and he has been a reserve since January 9,2002.

I'm told that Fields whose commissioned to carry a gun does not report in monthly to do his 24 hours of service. Just how scary is it to have a sexual pervert loose in memphis with a badge and gun. Whatcha bet that He's removed from the reserves before the day is over?

The Other Side Of The Story

So much has been said in the past week by local media to tore down Gwendolyn Denise Smith for coming forth and revealing a plot to blackmail mayor Willie Herenton. Many have sought to discredit her because of their feelings about Herenton, others because she has a past that consists of mistakes, and then others because her complaint taints white power brokers who are not to be touched no matter what they do.

Some have painted this mother of two has a whore with many children. She's even be labeled a crackhead trying to bring down Richard fields, Nick Clark,and Russell Gwatney.
Yes like most people on the planet she has made mistakes, she's even had a drug problem at one time. Byt does that make her a evil or bad person? has life's trials caused her to be labeled names by people who don't even know her? Does the mistakes that she's made in life cause her not to be telling the truth? No it does not.

Gwendolyn Denise Smith was born on February 2, 1978. her Father Readus Smith Jr. lives out of state but has come to be with his daughter is an Elder in C.O.G.I.C. She grew up around her grandparents and song in the choir pastored by her grandfather Readus Smith Sr. Gwen has never been a rich child and sometimes had to do without some of the things that she saw other children with. With parents in C.O.G.I.C. she had a strict upbringing,and when she got of age as most young people do she rebelled.

But even through the hardships she's rising her two children Malik Bernard and AAliyah Bernard,who both have the same father, by her husband Stevie Bernard. Presently her and Stevie are separated but continue in spite of their difference to raise their children. I know this type of information does not make front page news in the CA, or make a lead in story on the evening news, or make for interesting conversation on local radio talk shows, But I thought that someone needed to tell the other side of the story.

Why Was The Organized Crime Unit Interested In Gwendolyn Smith?

In a letter to Wally Kirby,Executive Director of the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference,Shelby County District Attorney Bill Gibbons washes his hands of his good friend Richard Fields and is requesting that a special prosecutor be named in the case of the blackmail plot against Willie Herenton.

He states that the request is being made because "several of the alleged participants in the alleged plot are significant financial contributors to my campaign committee. In addition,on several occasions,Ms Smith has contacted a high ranking law enforcement official who reports directly to me seeking unsuccessfully, to become an informant."

I agree that because of his relationship with Richard Fields and his cohorts that the general is doing the right thing, But in the case of Gwendolyn Smith not being successful in becoming an informant,I don't think that Gibbons is being truthful. I totally believe that Smith was either an informant or working with Gibbons office through Richard Fields.

I noticed that the letter does not give a date that Smith contacted Gibbons office to become an informant. Are we to believe that Smith walked into his office of her own accord to become an informant? who is this high ranking law enforcement official that reports directly to him? I had to think about this one for a moment. the Sheriff does not report directly to him,neither does the police Director. But his chief of investigator does. And if this is the person who he in reference to, how would Smith on her own know about this person But I do know that in May of this year she had strong police contacts.

According to case # 0705001292ME, on May 3,2007 Memphis Police responded to a Simple assault at 1356 Clementine and Smith advised officer W.Burns(IBM# 2318) that her husband whose she's separated from came over to her residence and jumped on her striking her in the face,then grabbed her hair and pulled her on the ground. The husband was gone when police arrived.

Normally in such a case police would have advised her to go downtown and press charges,and went on their way, but not in this case. Somehow the Organized Crime Unit got involved. This intelligence unit as a norm does not handle domestic disputes. I'm told by police sources that the only time that OCU would get involved is when the person is an informant or someone who is working on a case that the Police department or the D.A.'s office wants protected.

The report shows that she was taken to the OCU office at 225 Channel 3 drive where a report was taken by Detectives Paul Sherman and Jeff Dennison. My question is why did the City of Memphis police department take an interest in this case. If OCU was involved Police Director Larry Godwin had to be aware of who Smith was. I do know that Herenton was made aware of Smith and her dealings with Fields sometime in late April and prior to May 4th, but she was not in protective custody until last week.

On May 3,2007 no one knew who Gwendolyn Smith was. so why did she call OCU and why did they respond? Does Bill Gibbons know more than he's telling? Does Director Godwin know more than he's telling...stay tuned as this saga continues to unfold.

The local media for the last week since I broke the story concerning the plot to blackmail mayor Willie Herenton, has only dealt with the lesser portion of Richard Fields plan. The attention has solely been on Fields wanting to use Gwendolyn Denise Smith's to videotape strippers at the mayor's house which would not within itself be a crime, but to say that tapes of the event would be shown if the mayor didn't do the bidding of Fields and his cohorts, is a crime.

So let's look at the bigger picture,the real conspiracy and it's players. First of all I was told today in a meeting with a veteran of law enforcement that it's believed that Richard Fields has long been a "Covert Operative" for the federal government,supplying the government with detailed information concerning black leaders and organizations, As in the days of Edgar Hoover and Martin Luther King Jr.

Fields was groomed for his job in Civil Rights,by Maxine Smith,Vasco Smith, and Jessie Turner I'm told that his representing the NAACP has supplied him with the perfect cover,and the ability to get information to report to those in federal government like in the days of , who were all leaders in the local chapter of the NAACP. These three also have been documented as paid informants to the FBI at the time Dr.King was slain here in Memphis. In a book by Robert Garrow entitled "The FBI and Martin Luther King" these three are mentioned in the chapter entitled "Informants". So Fields had great teachers in the art of betrayal.

When we look at the complaint filed by Gwendolyn Smith,the media has told you about Richard Fields,Russell Gwatney,Nick Clark, and FBI agent Richard Reicht. But the media has not mentioned "Lambert". According to Smith's complaint "Lambert" was the person that Fields and his cohorts wanted her to go to a federal prison and convince to lie under oath to the FBI that Willie Herenton had played a role in securing the liquor license for the former club called "The Martini Room".She also states that Fields wanted her to gather information on any and all African American leaders and business persons that he and his benefactors could use to either destroy or control them,and to gather information on Ralph Lunati.

You may ask why did they need Smith to go into the federal prison, simple. a woman visiting a man in prison would not send up any flags. A white man going in to visit "Lambert " would cause attention,and a FBI agent going in would label "Lambert a "snitch" which could get him killed. So Smith who knew "Lambert' going in would give the appearance that one of his girls was coming in for a visit. Where does "Lambert" fit into the story? I'm glad you asked. Lambert knows that there is a federal statue that could reduce his time or get him released if he could share some information that could bring charges against someone else especially political corruption.

Does that mean that "Lambert" had something on Willie Herenton? No he was to lie, to create a plot directed by Fields and given to him by Smith. Smith states that Fields had given her a sealed federal indictment against Ralph Lunati and others that he instructed her to study as homework. In plain English Smith was to share the info of the federal indictment with 'Lambert" who would lie under oath that he knew of an involvement between Ralph Lunati and Willie Herenton, and that he would share that information to be released from prison. The same thing that was done with the FBI and Tim Willis in the Tennessee Waltz sting.

So how does Richard Fields get a federal sealed indictment? First of all to have a sealed indictment means that the federal grand jury has met and is prepared to indict, when the indictment comes down would be left to the U.S. District Attorney who would be working with the FBI. If the FBI agent that's working the case is Richard Reicht he's aware of who the government is going to indict, but he wants to ad others to the indictment so the indictment is held up while Reicht works not to spook the others who he has his eyes on. but this gives Reicht access to the indictments.

In enters Richard Fields whose a "Covert Operative" who see's the chance to bring down Herenton, and find grace with local power brokers who want the mayor out of the way. He gets with Reicht who tells him what he's working on and concocts a scheme. Fields plan is unknown to the Bureau,only to Reicht who will get major brownie points if he's able to bring down Herenton. This plan is not financed by the FBI, which is the reason that Fields has to find help in financing his plot.

Fields tells Nick Clark, and Russell Gwatney that he has black woman who can take the mayor down and tie him to drugs and sex. Fields also tells them of the FBI's federal indictment that comes from the raid on Platinum Plus that Reicht was the lead investigator on, with Memphis police. But to make the plot work they needed someone who was willing to lie. "Lambert is willing to do whatever is needed to get out of prison, so the plot is ready, but Smith tells Fields, she can't get in to visit "Lambert" because of her record, Fields tells her that that is no problem, the FBI agent will get her in. the FBI agent and Fields meet at the home of Nick Clark along with Smith to confirm their plans and the financial arrangements promised to Smith.

In the process of all of this promises made to Smith are not kept,and Fields starts to threaten Smith, she gets scared for her safety along with the safety of her children. she also decides that what she has been told to do is wrong so she goes to the mayor to reveal the plot. In the meantime she's able to steal Fields handwritten notes detailing the plot along with the indictments. So what's secret agent Fields to do now?

Coming later this week, I 'll tell how Fields as the lawyer for the NAACP tried to block the lawsuit that determined that runoff elections were illegal. Why would Fields who was representing a black organization try to block something that would benefit the black community? But then why did he attack blacks last year running for judge ships? Is this "Covert Operatives' job to report on blacks and destroy anything that advances the them? Is this the misson of the federal government?

As I was reading the complaint that has been filed by Gwendolyn Smith concerning how Richard Fields had masterminded a plan to blackmail Willie Herenton I became concerned about how the complaint reads of sexual abuse by fields to Ms.Smith. In fact it reads:"After being there for several hours he took me to his house where he assaulted me and TRIED to force me to have sex with him against my will. He offered me cash to keep quiet,and regretfully I took it.

Smith goes on to say "Richard Fields agreed to represent me in my criminal case,and so I had to meet with him again after he had reviewed the case. At that time he told me that I was going to have to go to jail for possibly 4 months but definitely for 10 days.So over the next several months,I was forced to submit to his unwanted sexual requests which included being forced to watch him MASTURBATE, in order to try to stay out of jail.

After reading this my thoughts were that here's another woman he has raped or tried to rape, here's another woman like 16 year old Adrienne Hale that he has sexually violated. So I made contact with someone close to Gwendolyn whose aware of what she has to say about Fields sexual violations.

The person I spoke with told me how angry she was that Fields was such a "Dog" but than she started to laugh uncontrollably, I thought to myself " This woman must be crazy" but than she explained why she was laughing. She stated that she had been told that Fields had tried to have intercourse with Smith but failed because he has a very small penis, In fact the source stated that she was told that he was so small that his penis looked like a withered raisin. And all he could do was to give her oral sex and play with himself until he had a orgasm.

Carol Johnson,the city's highest paid public official at $204,000 is leaving the children of Memphis for more money. Johnson was selected on Sunday to lead the Boston school system of 57,000. She will be paid nearly $300,000 in her new post.

It appears that her tenure here in Memphis was only about building her resume so that she could move on to greener pastures. What's your opinion of Johnson's departure,I say tie her up in a "Blue Ribbon" and send her on her way.

Former Drug Dealer Will Reveal How Richard Fields Purchased Drugs For Gwen Smith

According to sources close to the family of Gwendolyn Smith,a former drug dealer who has done his time and has turned his life over to Christ will be coming forth to reveal that some of the problems that Smith has had in her life is due to the drugs that Richard Fields bought for her.

Attorney Javier Bailey and the Walter Bailey Law Firm has been retained by Smith's family to represent her on her violation of probation charge in Nashville and to protect her interest in any future circumstances occurring from her revealing the blackmail plot hatched by Fields. Upon her release in Nashville Bailey states that there will be no further media interviews without his presences.

The Commercial Appeal has try to dissect the life of Smith,but has left the perverted acts of Fields along. As in the case of Judge Fred Axley I have reported for the last year ago the statutory rape as reported by then 16 year old Adrienne Hale, who states that Fields paid her for sex and that he enjoyed having dildos stuck in his ass. Bill Gibbons office refused again to press charges and stated that the mother was crazy. So it's easy to understand why Willie Herenton has asked for a special prosecutor in the case involving Fields blackmail plot against him. Bill Gibbons has proven that he has no plans of treating Fields as any other criminal.

The relationship between Richard Fields and Gwendolyn Smith goes back several years, to when he was hired to represent her in her Nashville case. Smith states that Fields begin to sexually prey upon her. Why is it that the CA has not reported how she claims that he raped her and how he offered her money to keep quiet?

Why hasn't the CA reported they have the same copies of her complaint that I have,that She claims that in order to stay out of jail Fields forced her to watch him masturbate. Fields in violation of professional ethics not only had sex with his client but according to a former drug dealer bought drugs for Smith to keep her high and so she would spend time with him.

Yes Gwendolyn Smith has had a troubled past, but much of her turmoil has been brought on by Richard Fields. For months A.C.Wharton has been approached to run for city mayor,with him saying that as long as Willie Herenton his friend was running he would never run. It's also a well known fact that power brokers feel that he is the only person with a chance of defeating Herenton. Thus this is the reason that there is a massive push going on behind doors to force him to run.

There are those who state that a rumor about Wharton having a baby by a white woman in county government is being used to intimidate him into running,which would be another case of blackmail. With the current issue of blackmail being used to get Herenton to step aside,if Wharton jumps in the race now when he has said he would not run against his friend he will be perceived to be a liar and the snake that Herenton spoke of that has not raised his head.

Why hasn't Wharton spoke out for his friend? why hasn't he denounced the actions of Richard Fields,Nick Clark, and Russell Gwatney? Is it because he's preparing to run against his friend? I believe that Wharton has been forced to make a decision that was not made by him but by those who control him.

Within the last several weeks Wharton has had one fundraiser,and has another one planned for this coming Wednesday. It will take place at the Racquet Club from 5:30pm -7:30pm, the cost of the event is $1,000 per couple and $500.00 per person with checks to be made payable to WHARTON FOR PUBLIC SERVICE. the invitation states that the money is being raised to help him with his expenses as county mayor. It states that Wharton has to attend many functions and needs an expense account.

Anyone who believes that "BULLSHIT" is crazy. Why all of a sudden does he need an expense account? Since when has he had to pay to get in anything? He has a car provided by taxpayers so why the sudden need. This is a scheme by Wharton and those whose pulling his strings to raise campaign funds for him to run against his friend.

If he has no plans of running why the fund raisers, he can't run for re-election as county mayor,and any other office he has his eyes on could wait until after the October election. His raising funds now dries up the money for anyone who is presently running for office.

If the fundraiser was on the up and up why are the tickets so high,why aren't the tickets affordable for the average Joe to attend? and why is the amount the limited amount that a person can give a candidate running for public office?

If Wharton had jumped in the race prior to the "GWENGATE SEX PLOT" he would have been accepted with open and welcoming arms, but his entry now will be perceived as "A Snake Raising His Head"

Gwendolyn Smith Is As Believable As Russell Gwatney And Nick Clark

There are some in this community that think that Gwendolyn Smith is not crediable because she has had a spotted past.They think that the plot to blackmail Willie Herenton is a fabrication by Herenton to energize his base of support.

I have went on record of stating that I believe the account that has been given by Smith,and that with the confession by Nick Clark that the meeting that Smith claims happened at his name really did occur,and with Russell Gwatney stating that Fields did appear at his dealership,some what puts the nail in the coffin of fields.

Why is it that so many are trying to make the plot about Smith instead of dealing with the facts that we know to be facts. Why hasn't the media spent time dealing with fact that Nick Clark who was a friend of the mayor,who appointed him to the MLGW board turned his back on his friend and had a meeting with an FBI agent in his home? Where was Mrs. Clark? are we to believe that Clark would allow a black woman in his home and leave? Why did Clark as he admitted pay Gwendolyn Smith? Why did he feel the need to spend money for a investigation to be lead by the FBI? We know that the FBI has plenty of money to launch an investigation,Ask John Ford.

Also to the unbelievers, you have the word of brother Russell Gwatney who confirms that Richard Fields did in fact try to get a car for Smith. Is Nick Clark and Russell Gwatney Crediable, if you think they are , why is it so hard to believe Smith?

What Were Burglars Looking For At The Home Of The Mother Of Gwendolyn Smith?

Gwendolyn Smith claims that she has a legal pad that belongs to Richard Fields that outlines the plot to blackmail mayor Wilie Herenton,so I wonder if thats what burglars were looking for when Smith's mother's home was broken into and vandalized.

For the safety of the mother I am not revealing the name or address(sorry local media you'll have to work for this one).

Listening to the cell phone recordings of Richard Fields promising money and threatening Smith,her and her family's life could be in danger. It is my belief that Fields is just a patsy and that there bigger names that control the plot to take back city hall even if it means that gangster tactics must be used.

The break end took place on Thursday night after Herenton's press conference. Do you think that the break end was coincidental or a plan of power brokers to recover any evidence that might lead back to them?

Why The Double Standard?

I have read the many comments that attack Gwendolyn Smith for having a criminal past. Many are trying to say that she is not credible and that her statements about Richard Fields,Nick Clark, and Russell Gwatney can't be true because of her history. But yet these very same persons were willing to believe the statements of convicted felon Tim Willis and his claims of corruption against John Ford,Roscoe Dixon, Michael Hooks,Calvin Williams,and Katheryn Bowers.

How is it so easy to believe Willis and not Smith? Could it be that Willis was bringing claims of corruption against Blacks, and Smith is bringing claims of corruption against whites? The white community does not want to accept that there is corruption among themselves, but is willing to believe anything negative about a black man,and you wonder why some blacks feel the way that they do about racism in Memphis.

Richard Fields Caught On Tape

While attorney Richard Fields is now trying to cast a negative light on Gwendolyn Smith stating that he was just trying to help her and that he took her to the FBI because Smith had stated that Willie Herenton was involved with strippers, his denial of a role in the plan to blackmail is tarnished by a tape recording that Smith took of a conversation between herself and Fields.

In the recording that was made recently two comments are heard, On one, Fields says at one point, "OK, it will be two grand on Tuesday. Cash money.'' At another he says, "If you've already talked to him you're making a real big mistake.'' in her complaint Smith states how Fields has threaten her for several months. If Fields played know role in the blackmail plot why was he giving her $2,000 in cash?

Also as the mayor's friend and attorney why would Fields even entertain taking Smith to the FBI? Why is he now saying that Russell Gwatney is wrong about his bringing Smith to the dealership to purchase a car for Smith and that he wanted Gwatney to front for the car while persons working with Fields paid for the car? Why is Fields now saying that he just wanted to rent a car from Gwatney, Gwatney doesn't run a car rental service. Surely if the FBI could spend millions on Tennessee Waltz they could afford a car.

Nick Clark is now saying that the meeting did in fact take place at his home but he wasn't present. Yeah Right, Why would Clark allow Fields, Smith and a FBI agent meet in his home without being present? Why being the mayor's friend would he allow he allow the meeting in the first place?

Richard Fields has had a couple of days to put his lies together, but he was unaware of the tape recording. Also Smith was able to get from him a legal pad that in his own hand writing details his scheme. ApparentlyFields has never heard the old saying " It's better to remain silent and thought a fool,that to open your mouth and remove all doubt".

SIDENOTE: I received a call this morning who states that there is a person that was connected to Ralph Lunati that's prepared to tell the FBI that he took strippers to Herenton's home. I'm told that that person goes by the name of "Skinny". I hope since he's willing to state that he's been to Herenton's home that he can describe the house,and name the girls that were present.

Is A.C. A Snake?

Willie Herenton went to great pain in his press conference to speak of snakes. He stated that one snake had raised its head, but there was another high level elected snake that was still crawling on his belly. My sources are telling me that the snake that Herenton is waiting to raise his head is County Mayor A.C.Wharton.

It is no secret that power brokers have been trying to convince Wharton to run against Herenton,it's even rumored that power brokers have dangled an alleged affair where a child was born over his head to intimidate him into running for the city mayor's office,which sounds like another case of blackmail to me.

Wharton has stated that he would not run as long as Herenton was running,and that if he dropped out or decided not to run there was a chance that he would in fact enter the race. Could this have been a part of the plot masterminded by Richard Fields, to get Willie Herenton not to run by using Gwendolyn Smith to have taped sex with Herenton and shaming him into not running giving Wharton an open door to get in the race?

The question has been asked why all of a sudden is Wharton having $1,000 a plate fundraisers,which another is planned for next Wednesday night.Wharton is in his last term as county mayor,so why is he raising money? And if he has plans of running for another office why is he raising money during this political season?

The answer is very easy, to run against Willie Herenton he's going to need a lot of money,and the water is being tested to find out if he can raise the required funds to run a strong campaign. But I must ask Wharton if he's weak enough to allow himself to be used by Richard Fields and his group of political gangsters?

Wharton must realize that if he jumps in the race now he will be perceived to be the flunky of power brokers whose using him to destroy Willie Herenton. In certain segments of the black community Wharton is already looked upon to be the black candidate of white republicans who cross over to vote for him. Wharton must remember that if he has plans for another elected position that his getting in the race now could spoil those chances. Wharton needs to tell the power brokers to "Kiss His Ass" and not allow himself to be the instrument of their pleasure.

But then there's a bigger picture that must be looked at, Wharton would not have to step down to run for city mayor,leaving his county seat protected. But the plan by power brokers may not be for him to win but to split the black vote so that a white candidate can landslide there way into the city mayor's office, and he returns to his office having done the job that was planned all the time, to make sure a white becomes mayor.

Have White Power Brokers Awaken A Sleeping Giant And Given Blacks A Cause?

In 1991 when Willie Wilbert Herenton made history and was elected as the first full term black mayor of Memphis, his election was not political, neither was it about him. His election was about a race of people who had longed to take their place in a positive and powerful spot in the history of this city.

The election of Willie Herenton was about a race of people finally being able to say that their time had come,it was about black people being able to see someone who looked like us in charge. The election of Willie Herenton was spiritual,not political.

n fact in 1980 as the head of Memphis City Schools Herenton made the statement "the job that I hold is more than a position for Willie Herenton.The position that I hold is an embodiment of the aspirations and expectations of a lot of black folks.If I succeed,my race succeeds.If I fail,then my race fails". This same quote is what blacks looked for in his becoming mayor. Blacks found a sought after pride in his election, blacks finally could believe that the Civil Rights struggle was not in vain, finally Martin Luther King taking a bullet and lying on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel in his own blood,after coming to Memphis fighting for a group that wore banners around their necks with the words "I AM A Man"meant something.

I don't expect many whites to understand this,and there are some blacks who choose to forget that as a race of people we have been left out of the game of fairness,left to eat the crumbs that fall from the masters table. Many blacks feel that because they have been allowed to live in certain neighborhoods,drive certain cars, work on certain jobs,and able to place their children in certain schools,that they have arrived and that white America is ready to accept them with open arms. Many whites want blacks to forget about their history in this country and say "that was then and this is now", But when we look at present day Memphis some are trying to make the now then, there are those in this community that would like to rewind time and place a race of people in their control.

Certain white power brokers have decided that it's time to return to "White Rule" or to find themselves a negro to control. the same whites that pretended to love Willie Herenton. are now the ones who are trying to blackmail him. The same whites that he has helped to make wealthy are now ready to smear his name and maybe even take his life to maintain their status quo. The same whites that many times Herenton forgot about the black community for, no longer find any use for him, and the same racist destruction that caused the life of Martin Luther King is ready again to raise it's ugly head.

But what these rich, powerful elitist, power brokers have forgotten is that as a race of people we have survived everything that they could thrown at us. There history will show that when we come together in force for a common cause,that we can change the very course of history. When blacks decide that a wrong has been placed upon us by the hands of whites,there is no gun that can kill us, no lynching branch that can hold us,no cross burning that can scare us,and no rope that can hold us. We decide that the words "We shall Overcome" must come true.

I have been the mayor's biggest critic,I think that he has left some stones unturned, I have not approved of his politics in the last two terms of his tenure. I read the City Charter and saw a legal provision that would recall him from office,I lead that effort not because I didn't like Willie Herenton the Man,But Willie Herenton the mayor. I have thrown no rocks and hide my hands, I have been for than upfront about my feelings about Willie Herenton. I feel that he has been in office long enough,and that he should not be re-elected, but this process should take place in a polling place at the wishes of the citizens of this community.

When the dust settles of being called names, having my past brought up on my own site I know who I am, and don't give a damn about how others think of me, and what Richard Fields,Russell Gwatney,and Nick Clark has done is wrong, And I will stand against their actions. Yes if that means standing side by side with Willie Herenton to fight against white power brokers who want control, and is willing to destroy a black man's life to do it, than thats where you can expect to find me.

I have received calls all day from blacks who had decided not to vote for Herenton,who have now said they will give him their vote,note for Willie Herenton's sake,but for the sake of the history of a race of people who fought to hard for political power to just give it back to gangsters like those who have decided that the mayor's office is there's. This cause is bigger than Willie Herenton it about the pride of a people. Herenton must understand that he does not get a free ride because of the blackmail attempt,he must come to the table with a plan that gives life to not just downtown, but the whole of the city, he must be willing to sit down with those who have been detractors and present a plan that's workable and a promise to work that plan.

Richard Fields and his partners in crime may have just caused the biggest turnout in political history by not attacking Willie Herenton,but a race of people who will not give in to white oppression any longer. Some whites will see this as a racist post,and there's nothing that I can do about your thoughts but it's not meant to be racist just reality.

Can Nick Clark Be Believed Now?

Just a few months ago MLGW board member Nick Clark was crying that former MLGW President Joseph Lee was trying to blackmail him,but now we find that he himself is a part of a blackmail conspiracy with Richard Fields and Russell Gwatney.


In a complaint filed today by Gwendolyn Smith who states that she was hired to seduce and have filmed sex with mayor Willie Herenton to shame him out of running for mayor for a fifth term states that Fields to convince her that there were powerful people really to pay her to bring herenton Down met at the home of Clark. At the meeting at Clark's home was FBI agent Bob Reicht. The FBI agent confirmed everything that Fields had told her concerning the plot to blackmail Herenton.


So is Clark a part of a group of power brokers who are on a mission with Fields to destroy black men? Is it possible that Lee never blackmailed at all? Can the FBI believe anything that he has to say about the dealings at MLGW? Look like Clark's claim of being blackmailed by Lee is a case of the pot calling the kettle black. Herenton needs to remove him from the MLGW board.

Richard Fields,Mastermind Behind Plan To Blackmail Willie Herenton With Sex Caper

In the story that was broke here first,it has been confirmed that attorney Richard Fields was the mastermind behind a conspiracy to blackmail mayor Willie Herenton. The CA whose following my lead on this story has failed in their article to name all the players who were also involved with Fields to smear the mayor's name.

As I reported on yesterday I was informed by a major political figure that Russell Gwatney, Nick Clark and a FBI agent by the name of Bob Risch were also apart of this plot that should lead to indictments. I was told that a meeting took place at Nick Clark's home where the FBI agent was present. the agent could not have been acting in an undercover role since the young lady that was to be used knew that he was FBI.

29 year old Gwendolyn Smith who at one time was a flight attendant who later became a cocktail waitress at Platinum Plus hired Fields after having legal problems in Nashville. Smith who is a relative of one of his ex-wives was preyed upon by Fields,who wined and dined her and according to information she gave to my source tried to have sex with her on the first date and offered her $200.00.

Smith has recorded her story with the city of Memphis police Department and plans to file a lawsuit on today. She states that Fields wanted her to hang out at the Peabody Hotel and seduced Herenton and than take pictures of them having sex,she according to my source was also to try and get strippers at the home of Herenton. If Smith had went along with the plan and it worked Fields along with Gwatney and Clark would have used the pictures to try and blackmail Herenton to keep him from running for office for a fifth term.

Smith goes on to state that Russell Gwatney who owns a car dealership offered her a new Chevy Tahoe. Gwatney has played his role out and is placing all the blame on fields,stating that fields came to his dealership to get Smith a new car,but wanted him to front the money for the car and that other rich businessmen would pay for the car over a period of time. But my question is if rich businessmen were going to get Smith a car why would they need to pay for the car over a period of time?

Smith states that she has been paid nearly $20,000,with Fields giving her a credit car where she shopped st "Joseph's", a high end boutique.What I also find interesting is the fact that she says is that Fields wanted her initially to be a part of an FBI investigation. How could Fields get her involved in an FBI investigation unless he's another Tim Willis,being used by the FBI to go after black males. Smith can also prove Fields involvement because she was able to get possession of Fields legal pad were he had written out his plan.

It must also be asked if Gwatney and Clark were behind the crusade lead by fields last year to make sure that black judges were not elected. Was it Clark and Gwatney who paid thousands for a full page ad in the CA to promote Fields message. Is Gwatney and Clark the head of some group whose mission is to bring down blacks? Is Fields, Clark and Gwatney "Grand Wizards" of some racist group?

But now that we know that a crime has taken place,who do we turn to to file charges and seek indictments? We can not trust the office of Bill Gibbons whose a close friend of Fields who has also failed to press charges against Fields for statutory rape of 16 year old Adrienne Hale. Is field being protected because he's a paid informant? Does he and Tim Willis share a secret?

Since a FBI agent is involved this case becomes a federal case,and i would advise the mayor to contact the office of Congressman Steve Cohen and ask him to contact the U.S. Justice Department and ask for an independent investigation. If this agent is involved in a conspiracy to commit blackmail,can we trust the local office to DOT,DOT,DOT, and TAP,TAP,TAP, itself?

This matter is very serious and should not be taken lightly by this community. The same demand for justice against corruption should be voiced as in the Tennessee Waltz sting. The cry should go out for the heads of Fields, Clark, and Gwatney, as it did for the heads of John Ford, Roscoe Dixon, and Katheryn Bowers. It's time that Bill Gibbons, David Kusoff, and My Harrison prove that the blinders can come off Lady justice and all criminals black and white will be treated the same.

It's also reported that Gwendolyn Smith's father has had to come to Memphis because she has been receiving threats from Fields,threatening to do her harm if she went to the police.

Richard Fields has finally crossed over into a land of no return where if true justice prevails he will be indicted and tried for conspiracy to commit blackmail,maybe finally Adrienne Hale will get justice. And by the way Richard when you get indicted, I wouldn't call a black lawyer if I was you.

Is Attorney Richard Fields A Part Of A Plan To Bring Down Herenton

I was contacted on yesterday by a major political figure who told me that he had something to tell me that could only be told in person. I met late last night with that person and what was told to me could not only get Richard Fields license taken, but could get him indicted.

It's well known that Fields has been on a crusade to destroy black political figures. Last year he went after blacks who were running for various judge ships,he or whoever he's in bed with purchased a full page ad in the CA just for the purpose of exposing personal information about those blacks that were running. In most cases he never told the whole story about some of the hardships that some of these persons had faced in their lives. In his newspaper article and with the many letters that he sent out he never mention whites who were running for office who had had the same problems in their lives.

Earlier this year Fields turn his attack on Attorney Javier Bailey who was running for the chairmanship of the Shelby County Democratic party. He sent out dozens of packets containing in many cases misinformation about Bailey. It appears that Fields whose an attorney for the local chapter of the NAACP is on a mission to destroy black men, but he may have gone to far now.

The person I met with last night alleges that a young black woman in her mid twenties had worked for airline as a flight attendant,but for some reason left the airline and went to work at Platinum Plus as a dancer. Something occurred where she needed an attorney and she was referred to Fields. I'm told that Fields was attracted to the woman and asked to take her out. The young lady went out with Fields,and according to what the young lady told the person I met with, Fields took her back to his house after the first date and tried to offer her money for sex.

After going out with the girl several times taking her to dinners and movies,and buying her clothing Fields presented a plan to her where she could get paid $7-$8,000,plus receive a new car.The plan dealt with destroying the reputation of several men including Willie Herenton, the person I met with and a well known local black doctor.

It's alleged that the young woman was to hang around the Peabody where Herenton is known to spend some time,seduce him with her charm, and then start the rumor that she and other woman who were strippers were having parties at the mayor's home. This information was to come forth during the election season this year.

But it also seems as though Fields was not operating along but had the help of others of which are close to Herenton. I'm told by the political figure I met with that the young lady met at the home of Nick Clark who is a MLGW board member,and also present was car dealer Russell Gwatney. Also I'm told that an FBI agent with the last name Risch was a part of the plan.

I'm told that Fields wrote his plans down on a legal pad, which the young lady got possession of and turned over to the person that I met with. I'm told that an investigation into this matter has started and that the persons that Fields was going after has plans of going after him. The question has to be asked is there a massive effort by white power brokers to use whatever tactic even if its illegal to get Herenton out of office?

It seems that Fields represents the NAACP in Jackson and many of the citizens have concerns about him. Herenton Needs To Remember Who Brought Him To The Dance

As Willie Herenton looks at the current political horizon he must remember that for us many years he has played into the hands of the rich elite political power brokers and developers. He must remember that they used his "sole contract signing power" to build their empires while providing him with the crumbs that fell from their tables.

Herenton has been able to amass a fortune because of the same power brokers who now want him out, in other words Willie has served his purpose. He has allowed the power brokers to feel as though they are in control. the whole idea of building a stadium was the idea of power brokers, more than likely Henry Turley who wants to buy the fairground property. As Herenton walks around his office and wonder why these same businessmen that who gave him the appearance that he had their support are now willing to pay him to leave,he must remember that they feel that way because for so many years they felt as though they owned him and that he was their puppet because they gave millions to his campaigns coffers. But now they want to cut the strings from this puppet because he wants to now think on his own,without consulting them.

Herenton must remember that it was not power brokers or the rich elite that brought him to the dance, but they have played the music that he has dance to. Poor blacks walked the streets and knocked on doors rallying their friends and loved ones to bring to the history books something that many thought would ever happen in this city, and that was a black man as mayor of this city. As his biggest critic I supported him wholeheartedly for many years and was proud to call him my mayor. I have never disliked him as a person, but grew to dislike his politics.

I watched developers use him to build up downtown while many area of the black community,the community that put him in office go to waste. I saw these same power brokers use eminent domain to take the property of the poor in the name of progress. And it has now come to the point that the same asses that he kissed,want to kick his. He has been the instrument of pleasure for power brokers,but now they need a new toy, someone else that they can wind up and spin. Herenton needs to look in the mirror and be honest with himself about his tenure as mayor. And even though I think its time for new leadership, I don't believe that he should allow the rich elite that cares nothing about the poor of this city push him around or buy his out. Mr. mayor it's time to take off the "For Sale " sign.

Should Memphis Have Majority Rule

Willie Herenton says that power brokers and businessmen have offered him high paying jobs if he would not seek re-election as mayor of Memphis. It's known that the power brokers are rich business persons who want to now control the city after they for 16 years have given the mayor free reign while he allowed their downtown developments to be built.

The issue of race will play a major role in this years elections, Many blacks feel that with the population of the city being at least 70% black, that a black should be mayor. Some whites feel that it's time for them to return to power and it can only be done by controlling the the mayor's office and placing people that they control on the council.

So what do you think, does it matter to you whether the next mayor is black or white? Should the mayor be a new black? Do you think that a white mayor would be a better mayor,if so why? What white would make a good mayor and why? Since Herman Morris is not received well in the black community will whites cater to him?

What is it about Willie that has power brokers upset? Why is such power brokers as the Cates family throwing their money behind a no-name like Randy Cagle,are they so desperate for a white mayor that they picked the first one from the garden that they could? Is former FEDEX senior vice James Perkins whose planning to contribute $1,000,000 of his own money the hand picked black of Fred Smith?

Do whites trust black leadership,and why should blacks trust whites in charge? This conversation may offend some, but this is the conversation of the office so why not let it all hang out and let the community know how you feel about political racism. and answer this why should whites expect blacks to want to give up it's power and whats in it for the black community?

How Far Are Power Brokers Willing To Go To Replace Herenton?

Several months ago I received a call from a republican in the know asking me about a rumor concerning A.C.Wharton. The rumor dealt with something of a very personal nature concerning Wharton. I stated to the person that I had heard the rumor but had not checked into it at that point. I contacted someone close to the mayor and told that person what I had heard and what some in political circles were saying and asked him to have Wharton call me from a line that was secure. I normally am able to get a call from the mayor when needed,but on this matter which I told the associate of the mayor to tell him what my concern was about,I have not heard from A.C.

The person who called me told me that there were businessmen and power brokers who were aware of what they think is a deep dark secret that Wharton has that he does not want exposed that they were dangling over his head if he didn't run against Herenton. I don't know whether or not the rumor is true or not and will try to contact the mayor again today to find out,but with what city mayor Willie Herenton released concerning how power brokers and businessmen are trying to buy him out of office,I wonder if the rumor is true an are these rich white men using gangland tactics to attempt to take control of Memphis.

Just how desperate are power brokers to take control of the city? and will these power brokers reduce themselves to bribers and intimidators to take over memphis? Is there a move by white businessmen to return Memphis to total white rule? What is it now about Herenton that they fear after bowing to his will for many years as he has done there bidding.It is felt by many that the only person who could even close to defeating Herenton is Wharton,so if the rumor is true will local gangsters sitting in corporate offices use intimidation to try and force Wharton into the city mayor's race?

Herenton Should Not Allow Himself To Be Bribed

The CA is reporting that Willie Herenton is saying that certain local power brokers want him out of office so badly that they've made financial offers to him that border on bribery. Herenton states that he's received three offers of high paying,private sector positions in exchange for not running for re-election.

One of the offers was for Herenton to become President of Lemoyne Owen college,the other offers the mayor would not reveal.After reading the article I started to make calls to see if anyone knew who the other corporations were or who the power brokers were. There was one name that kept coming up and that was the Cate's family, a very wealthy family that has their hands in a lot of pots and said to be the money behind Randy Cagle who is running for the office of mayor.

While I may be the mayor's biggest critic for several years,I must agree with him that these offers to influence a political decision is bribery and is as much a crime as what Ricky Peete and Edmund Ford have been indicted for,and Herenton should make this community aware of whose trying to buy the office and report them to the FBI.

Whether some want to admit it or not white power brokers have met and have made a decision tp return this city to "White Rule". Herenton at one time operated at their pleasure, but in recent years he has in their words "Gotten Out Of Place" so with them knowing that their is presently in the race that can defeat him they are attempting to buy him.

While I disagree with Herenton on many issues, and think that it's time for a change at the helm,I can't blame him for standing firm against those in power who only want control of the city. The power brokers know that Herman Morris does not have a chance to win and that the black community knows him not. Carol Chumney has become so "Fickled" that her chances of becoming "The Great White Hope" is now hopeless.

There are presently 18 persons who have pulled petitions to run for mayor,15 of them have no chance at all of winning but with family and friends will pull votes away from Morris and Chumney,while Herenton's solid base will vote and re-elect him to office. I will be doing research on the Cates this week and will reveal why they need along with the other power brokers their own person in office.

I Will Not Be Terrorized

It's no secret that I live next door to Police Director Larry Godwin, and it's no secret that he is probably not please to have me as a neighbor,and it's no secret that I don't give a damn one way or the other about how he feels about me, but I will not be harassed by him or his goons. Tonight as I pulled into the subdivision that we live in,I'm always careful of my surrounding and there was no police cruiser to be seen,but as soon as I raised my garage door to enter the house a cruiser pulled up and started to flash blue lights.

The cruiser stopped at the edge of his drive I went on into my garage and lowered the door.at this point the cruiser cut out the lights and went on up the street. I went into my office and looked out and the same cruiser had made the circle this time driving by with lights off. What the purpose of the drive by was for I don't know, but I want the director to know if he's watching me I'm watching him as well, for instance I wonder who the black female in the dark blue Tarsus with the short haircut and jogging suit was that my wife saw him with today standing in front of the house, that he took to the rear of the house. More than likely she was a police officer coming by for something that would not wait until Monday.

Several weeks ago my car with a media tag on it was pulled from the media parking spot at 201 Poplar, Officers heard Jamie Whitney his assistant, on the radio saying that she was at Thaddeus Matthews"s car and called for a wrecker to have it towed. The car was towed and when I called the impound lot and spoke with Leonard Draper who runs the lot asking him if he had my car he didn't have to check to see,he knew my car was there.

About 3am this morning my Rottweiler who lives in the house started to growl and bark. My dog is trained and does not bark unless she has reason to,and from the tone of her bark i knew that she had seen or heard something outside the house. With shotgun in hand I checked I saw nothing. But if anything or anyone enters my home I will have no problem shooting to kill,and neither does my wife.

But I serve notice on the director and his goons that I will not be silenced or harassed. If I am stopped they need to may sure there is probable cause for the stop me. I have a tape recorder on me at all times and having my car wired tomorrow to record both audio and video just like the cruisers. I don't drink and drive neither do I do any type of drugs. I have received unknown threats this weeks,and I have heard that the director is not pleased with my story on Ashely Scott.

The information on Ashley Scott is coming from within his department from officers who allege that when she was killed on Thanksgiving Day and the report went out that the text messages that had driven her husband into a violent rage, that those messages were from Godwin who lives up the street from where she was murdered. The same officers state that Lt Joe Scott who was the homicide investigator checked the phone and found the messages from Godwin and is not trying to conceal that information. On last week Leslie Ballin the attorney for Jeffery Scott told me that Godwin was walking in the building with him and told him that he's not the one who sent the messages. Why would Godwin say anything to Ballin at all concerning this matter?

I am aware that with the $20,000 security system that the city gave to the director for his protection that he sees all my comings and goings and with the mike on that system can more than likely hear into my home as well, but with all that I serve him notice I have no fear of him at all,and if he's having me followed make sure that I am always aware of my surroundings and will document how long a cruiser or unmarked stays behind me. I am also aware of the "Enterprise" the van made to look like a work truck but has long range listening devices and other types of surveillance equipment on board.

Truth B. Told What's Ricky And Janis Up To?

Ricky Peete resigned from the City Council two weeks ago and he's still can't shake his old habits of political control. Peete has sent Council Chair Tom Marshall a letter lobbying for former radio personality and Charter commission member Janis Fullilove to replace him on the City Council. Janis who has pulled a petition to run for the seat should have run from the endorsement of soon to be imprisoned Ricky Peete.

His endorsement means nothing to fellow council members and may take votes away from those who might have voted for her but now feel that she is connected to the indicted former political kingpin.Janis is soon to air her own TV talk show entitled "Truth B Told".

But if the "Truth B Told" Janis may have other problems, such as ,can she run for the council seat when she already holds a city elected positions ? as a elected member of the Charter Commission can she hold a second elected seat? If the "Truth B Told" her appearance on Jennings Bernard radio show each Wednesday could cause both Jennings and WMQM some problems because under FCC guidelines WMGM must afford all candidates running for the same seat as Janis the chance to be heard for one hour once a week. In fact even though Jennings is paying for the show, a person running for the council seat Jennings is running for must be given the chance by WMQM to purchase the same amount of time that Jennings is heard on the airwaves.

If the "Truth B. Told" Janis could very well run into this very same problem at WLMT-30 even though she's not paying for the show she's a announced candidate for City Council. The TV station must allow a candidate running against her the chance to purchase the same amount of airtime .

If "The Truth B.Told" Ricky Peete should have kept his mouth shut about the selection to replace him. He no longer has any power or control over the political happenings in this city. He has no right to seek his own replacement. He needs to be seeing how he's going to stay out of prison. What's your opinion Should Janis be able to hold two City of Memphis elected positions?

Rest In Peace Officer Jeremy Kyles

City Of Memphis police Officer Jeremy Kyles will be laid to rest on Saturday,a victim of that which as a policeman he fought against, senseless violence.

No matter what the reason behind his death, no matter who fired the fatal shot, his death is a waste. The fact that another black man has fallen prey to the sickness of violence is sad but his death will not be taken at face value,there are to many holes in the story of Teresita Watson and her lover Justin Davis, to just let the Shelby County Sheriff's department close this case.

I have been contacted by an attorney who is prepared at no cost to the family of Kyles ready to file a wrongful death lawsuit and summon all evidence in this matter. I have also been in contact with a former girlfriend of Kyles who sheds a whole new light on the feelings and behavior of Watson.

REST IN PEACE JEREMY KYLES THOUGH YOU'VE LAID DOWN YOUR SWORD AND SHIELD THE FIGHT FOR JUSTICE WILL GO ON.

WasThe Lover Of Police Officier Teresita Watson Used As A Hit Man?

Yesterday I was told by the Shelby County Sheriff's Department that no picture of Justin Davis the killer of police officer Jeremy Kyles existed. I was told that yes he has been arrested before but that his record had been expunged. This would mean that there would be no criminal record or mug shot of Davis.

Well it seems as you can see that the Sheriff's department wasn't totally honest with me because they did have a mug shot of Justin Davis. I wonder why the department didn't want me to have his picture? Well it makes no difference now I have his posted his picture for all to see.

The information given to me on yesterday by the investigator handling the case sounds good but after reviewing my notes from that interview I must ask "Did Teresita Watson use her white boyfriend to kill her black boyfriend?" Now I know some of you can't stand to talk about racism but maybe it played a role in why Jeremy Kyles is dead. And if you are easy to get offended,stop reading now and find something else to do.

Well for those of you who stayed let's look very closely at the events that took place. The investigator states that Jeremy Kyles left his patrol zone early Sunday morning to go to the residence of Watson,and that she let him in the house. If Watson had any fear of Kyles why did she at 4am allow him in her home,and did she call him over? There was some reason that Kyles who knew he could lose his job for leaving his patrol area went to Watson's home.

While Kyles was at the residence the investigator states that Watson called for Justin Davis to come over. Why if Kyles was at the house did she call for Davis to come over? Did she want a confrontation between the two? Was she playing one guy against the other? Or was she trying to make Kyles jealous?

While at the residence at 4am Davis arrived,the investigator states that Kyles asked Davis for a few moments along with Watson. Davis complied and went into the house as Watson walked kyles to his patrol car. If Kyles was jealous and had an intent to kill,why didn't he pull out his weapon and shot at that time?

An area that is gray for me is what happen between the time Kyles left and returned. Did Watson make a call to Kyles? Did she say something to him to upset him enough to make him want to return in a rage? Did she tell him that her white boyfriend was going to raise his children,or did she call Kyles and tell him that Davis was mistreating her and his children and she needed him to come back to the house. In other words did she sat Kyles up?

In reviewing my notes the investigator states that in April, Watson claims that she woke up with Kyles in the house. There was no force entry but she told the investigator that he didn't have a key,so how did he get in the house?

Now lets look at Sunday morning, the report is that Kyles kicked in the door with a gun in hand and was shot in the bedroom by Davis. If Davis was in a jealous rage why did he go to the back door? If Davis parked in front of the house he was close to the front door,and if he parked in the drive by the garage he had to walk around to the other side of the house to get to the gate that leads to the back yard. Would a man is a jealous rage go to all the trouble of selecting which door to kick in?

I'm still also puzzled over why would Kyles have his secondary weapon in his hand when he had just got off work and had a more deadlier weapon to use if his intent was to kill. And how is it that he was able to get to the bedroom where the couple states that they were without firing a shot. Surely if the door was being kicked in the couple heard the noise and would have moved into a position to protect the three children in the house. How was Davis able to get all the shots off while a train marksman never got a shot off?

Here's something else that puzzles me,I was told by a City of Memphis police source on Sunday that five shots were shot. the investigator told me that three shots were fired, but he also stated that kyles was hit twice,once in the neck which was not the fatal wound,and once in the chest that was the fatal shot. But he also stated that a bullet was found in the house next door and that a bullet had gazed the stomach of Watson. That's four shots fired.

I was also told on Sunday by my Memphis Police source that the Sheriff's department had to get a warrant to go in the house, and that since they had probable cause to believe that a homicide had taken place there was no need for a warrant. I spoke directly with Sheriff Mark Luttrell concerning this matter on yesterday and he stated to me that Watson would not allow officers in her home. So they had to get a warrant to enter the residence.

The investigator told me that Luttrell didn't know what he was talking about. He stated that Luttrell knew nothing about police work and that when they entered the home and found the body he backed his men out so that anything used as evidence would be covered under a warrant. I have asked several law enforcement persons about this, and they all stated that that was the craziest thing that they had ever heard.

Why wouldn't Watson want to let police in? could it be that she needed time to set the stage to make it appear that Kyles had kicked the door in? Is it possible that the reason that the back door was kicked in is because Davis kicked the door in,and that because of the high fence no one could see him do it? Is it possible that Kyles never entered the back yard but entered through the front door and something went wrong while he was there? Is it possible that since Kyles once lived in the residence that the weapon was already there and that after he was shot by Davis the weapon was used as a drop weapon?

Did Teresita Watson whose children by Kyles will receive his insurance benefits, use 23 year old Justin Davis to serve as a means to an end? Is the reason that she got shot is because at the last minute she didn't want to go through with either making Kyles jealous or killing an struggled to get the gun away from Davis. And what did Davis have a weapon in the house with him? if he feared Kyles he wouldn't have been in the house.

Are we to believe that Watson, a 27 year old police woman wanted a 23 year old man who has a criminal record for having a blue light on his dashboard and flashing it? are we to believe that Watson was in love with a youngster with tattoos all over his body? Can we believe that Justin Davis from Frayser was just a toy who has gotten played?

I know some of you will have a problem with the picture that has been painted, but look real hard at what has been painted and you to with ask questions that have not been handled. From some that I have spoken with after Kyles is laid to rest this weekend other measures will be taken.

The Shooting Of Jeremy Kyles Is Sad,But What's the Real Story?

On Sunday morning 27 year old Jeffery Kyles lost his life at the home of his former girlfriend Terisita Watson,by the hands of Watson's new boyfriend Justin Davis. There has been a lot of speculation by me and others as to what happen on Sunday that lead to the violent death of Kyles.

Today I cell phoned Sheriff Mark Luttrell to ask him some questions about my concerns,after a brief conversation he referred me to the Homicide division of the Sheriff's Department which is handling the case. After interviewing the investigator in charge of the case I have a new outlook on what took place on Sunday morning. This article is an exclusive,and the following information has not been reported by any other media.

It seems that Sunday morning was not the first time that Kyles kicked in a door at the pictured residence located at 1271 Breezy Gate in Cordova. You will notice in my picture of the front door that it appears to be new,that's because in April Kyles in a rage of anger kicked the door in. The door was replaced by Watson's father.

On Sunday morning between the hours of 4-5am Kyles while on duty violated department policy an left his patrolling area of the North precinct and went to Watson's home. Upon his early morning arrival Watson let him in. During his visit that became heated Watson called new boyfriend Justin Davis and asked that when he leave work that he would come over to her home. He let Davis know that Kyles was present at the house.

Kyles came right on over and Kyles was still present when he arrived. Kyles asked him as he was being escorted back to his patrol car by Watson to give him a moment with Watson. According to the investigator Davis complied and went into the house.After a few moments Kyles left the residence. Watson went into her home and apparently got in bed with her lover.

After Kyles got off work at 7:30am he returned to Watson's residence,where he opened a gate leading to the backyard and with weapon in hand kicked the "rear door" to the residence in. Upon his entry Davis who had hearded the forced entry picked up his weapon and fired upon Kyles killing him in the bedroom.

I asked the investigator if Davis had an permit to carry a weapon, I was told that he does not but because he was inside the residence he had a right to have a weapon. I also asked the investigator about the fact that the Sheriff's department got a search warrant to enter the residence. I was told that after finding the body of Kyles the Sheriff's department backed out and got the warrant to make sure that anything removed from the residence could be used as evidence in court.

It appears from the investigators report that Kyles could not stand the fact that Watson had moved on with his life without him. It probably bothered him that the man that was now sleeping with Watson was white so in the fit of a violent foolish rage he lost his life over something that she's left to give any man that she chooses for as long as she lives. It bothers some that the issue of Davis's race has come up, but the question must be asked if the fact that a white man was now over his children was a concern.

Even though I have the statements of the investigator there are still some concerns that I have like why I can't find a picture of Davis.When it comes to a picture of Justin Davis the police department says that they do not have one. Davis has been arrested before but due to the fact that his record was cleared I'm told that a pic does not exist.

But as I was typing this I got a call from someone who has all his info,date of birth social, arrest info, RNI number,etc. I will do what I can to make him as visible as Watson and Kyles.
Even though I interviewed the investigator there are still some gray areas to the case such as why did Watson call Davis over? Since Davis did not live with her was she sleeping with both men? What triggered his mode to kill?Was the children being used as pawns in this game?Why didn't he get a round off knowing that Davis was there?

If there was a struggle that took place why did Jeremy not get out while the struggle was going on?Why if Kyles came with the intent of killing someone did not still have on his service weapon and not a secondary gun?Is it possible that Kyles didn't have a weapon and that since he once lived at the house the gun was already there?

And why did Mark Luttrell tell me personally that the Sheriff's Dept had to get a search warrant because Watson would not let them in, but his investigator says that the Sheriff doesn't know what he's talking about? There's more to come on this story.

Is It Time For Larry Godwin To Go?

I was told today by both black and white police officers that one of the reasons that crime is the highest that it has ever been is because police officers have lost trust in Director Larry Goodwin and his staff. Many are concerned that his "Blue Crush" numbers are just for public relations and does not accurately tell what is really going on when it comes to the crime problem in this city.

I'm told by some officers that if Willie Herenton wants to see a reduction in crime he needs to get rid of Godwin.

But on the matter of Godwin and Ashley Scott. I am told by high ranking officials in the police department that the text messages in the phone of Scott came from Godwin and that he is using Lt Joe Scott a long time friend and former head of the homicide unit to cover his involvement with Ashly Scott.

It is believed that Jeffery Scott struck his wife and caused her death because of text messages in her cell phone of a intimate nature. I'm told that when Joe Scott checked the cell phone he recognized the number that produced the messages to be that of Godwin, and sought out to protect his boss and friend.

Some police officials believed that to reward Lt.Joe Scott for attempting to cover his involvement with Ashley Scott he was given the job of being in charge of " Crimes Against Persons" which is normally lead by an inspector. Joe Scott was also given an 5% "Out Of Rank" pay increase. This has angered majors and inspectors who now take orders from someone with a lesser rank. The new positon that Lt. Scott holds covers Homicide, Robbery, and Sex Crimes. I must note that Scott received this new job after the Thanksgiving death of Ashley Scott.

Larry Godwin who is my next door neighbor,lived within walking distance of Ashley Wood,in fact the walk from his home to where she was living can be walked in less than 3 minutes, So is it possible that Godwin could have known Ashley Scott? I reported that the information of the text messages was also known to Attorney Leslie Ballin who represents Jeffery Scott the husband and accused killer of Ashley. I spoke with Leslie today at 201 Poplar, who mentioned to me that this morning that Larry Godwin approached him as they were walking in the building and told him that he didn't know Ashley Scott.

Why would the Director of Police tell an attorney that he's not guilty of sending text messages to Scott. I relayed to Ballin that I have also been told that the messages were erased from the phone, but that the carrier of the service would still have those messages. If Godwin bears no guilt or involvement in the death of Ashley Wood why would he go to Ballin?It must also be stated that if what is being said about Lt.Joe Scott he could come up on charges of obstructing justice.

There's an old saying that says " If you throw a stone into a pack of dogs, the dog that gets hit hollers first". It seems that the director has barked.

Fred Axley Is Axed

The spin that some in the media is trying to put on the axing of Fred Axley is totally incorrect. Axley is not resigning of his own accord.The Tennessee Court of Judiciary is forcing Judge Fred Axley to resign by July 1,or the Court was prepared to go after him. Axley submitted his letter of resignation to Governor Bredesen several days ago. Word is that the court had received several complaints recently and many over the years.

This site along with others in the community kept the pressure on the perversion of Axley. Just several weeks ago when the news was broken that he had asked for oral sex in Florida, Axley stated that he wasn't going anywhere. Look like he lied,his perverted ass is being axed. To many women haven fallen victim to his harassment,now justice is being handed down. The community must realize that the power belongs to them and not to self serving poli-trick-ans like Axley.

Some in the media want to give the appearance that Axley is resigning on his own after just running for re-election, when news directors in this city get the balls to tell the truth and stop doing selective news stories than this community can trust that there're not being hoodwinked. Carol Chumney Pulls The Trigger And Kills Her Chances Of Becoming Mayor

City Council woman Carol Chumney must think that she has all the white vote sewed up and doesn't need the black vote to become mayor to make the political blunder she made in Tuesday's City Council meeting. When the issue of giving Lemoyne College $3million dollars came up,she along with councilman Scott McCormick wanted to give the money with restrictions.

McCormick only wanted to give the money if he knew that the state and county were going to match funds.Chumney who must have black votes to even think about becoming mayor made the error of stating that the money should only be given if the alumni of the school match the funds to be given by the city. Not having her facts correct she stated that the alumni was not giving like they should. She was corrected by Rev. James Netters who told of the funds contributed by the alumni along with the thousands being given by local black churches.

In a vote for the restrictions that were placed by Chumney and McCormick the vote was split right along racial lines,with all the white council members voting for giving the money with strings attached. The vote failed because there were 6 black members present to only 5 white members present. City Councilman Brittenum reminded the council that over the years the council has voted to give Rhodes College and the University of Memphis funds without asking for restrictions,and that Lemoyne College deserves the same treatment.

The main vote on the issue of giving the college $3million over 3 years passed with only Jack Sammons and Scott McCormick voting against the college. Even though Chumney voted in favor of giving the money,after the vote she made a motion that didn't get a second to hold the money for a year while the alumni matched the money.

Carol Chumney has just committed political suicide,on Tuesday evening she closed the door on being able to get the support of the black church whose pastors she insulted today control over at least 200,000 potential votes. White poli-trick-ans have long presented themselves on Sunday mornings to black congregants soliciting votes. I heard several ministers state that she will not be welcome at their churches. Chumney was a damn fool to take the position that she took. The black community cares as much or more for Lemoyne as some care for the University of Memphis.

This same council voted to spend $29,421,o26 for a boat dock,that is totally unneeded,as they were told by the standing room only crowd packed into the council chamber,but they want to put restrictions on the education of black youth. Maybe Sammons and McCormick don't need black votes to win re-election to their seats, but Chumney does. She might as well pull a petition to run for her present council seat because her ass is grass when it comes to becoming mayor of a city where blacks are the majority when she takes a negative stand against the Lemoyne.

If white Memphians were hoping that Chumney was there "great white hope" she just blew it. The black community will be reminded throughout the rest of the political season by me and others that she took a position that the black college should only be given money with strings attached. Chumney also made it known that she has never supported giving money to private colleges,so why did she vote to support after her motion passed,because she knew that had she voted against the funding Councilman Edmund ford would have had the pleasure of embalming her, because her political career would have had a very sudden death, instead of being left on life support to have her plug pulled on October 4.

WasText Message That Led To School Teachers Death From High Ranking Police Official?

On Thanksgiving Day as I set in my office here at home I noticed fire trucks and police in the subdivision. I would later find that a neighbor Ashley Marie Scott had been killed by her husband Jeffery. It seems that Jeffrey had become angry over a cell phone text message that his wife had received, an argument occurred, blows were passed,and she was sent to the garage to sleep.

Many suspected that perhaps she had received a message from a student, but surely Jeffery wouldn't get upset over some "boy" having a crush on his wife. But maybe Jeffery became upset because the message wasn't from a "boy" but a "Man". But you will also notice that there has been very little conversation about the text message.

I am told by sources close to this case that once homicide detective Joe Scott checked the name and had the texts traced, the message came from a cell phone number that he recognized, and that that number belonged to Police Director Larry Godwin. Again this information is coming from sources within the Police department who state that this information was also discovered when Jeffery Scott's attorney Leslie Ballin sought "Discovery" to find what evidence the state had against his client.

This alleged text message has been the rumor of 201 poplar now for several months,it even has some officers wondering how Scott is able to give orders to other officers of higher rank. Some would asked how would Godwin meet my deceased neighbor,well he is my neighbor to.

Was Police Killing Justified Or A Heat Of Passion Killing?

After reading and listening to what the local news had to say concerning the death of Police officer Jeremy Kyles, I began to have some doubts about what really happened. So I contacted one of my primary sources within the Shelby County Sheriff's department. From what I'm being told from someone who is in a position to know,there's an attempt to cover up facts going on.

What has not been stated is that the Shooter Justin Davis who is white is a police recruit in training with no business having a weapon in his possession. Also what has not been told is the fact that Kyles had been by the resident at least twice prior to his death,once while on duty around 4AM and then again around 6:30am.

I'm also told that there was a struggle that to0k place in the house,and that Justin Davis fired at least 5 times, striking Kyles "center mast" twice in the chest. The question that investigators are asking is how did he shot Kyles twice "center mast" if he was struggling with Teresita Watson?

The question that has me puzzled is how do you kick in the door of a police officer,and they were still in the bed room instead of seeing what was going on. I also question how is it that a trained police officer allows another man to get to his weapon. Also when the Sheriff's department reached the home that is owned by Watson according to my sources she did not want them to enter the house,and why did the Sheriff's depart seek a search warrant to be able to enter the home when there was a dead body present? And why wasn't the homicide division of the City Of Memphis Police not allowed to enter the residence by the Sheriff's department,only Internal Affairs

The local media reported that Kyles who never fired a shot an had a old weapon in his hands when he was shot. But why would he have an old gun,and how do we know that he even had a gun in his hand? My sources tell me that at the time Kyles was shot he had just gotten off duty and had on his uniform pants, along with a T-shirt and his his bullet proof vest still on. The City of Memphis police carry as their standard weapon a P29 40 caliber, so if he still has his uniform on, why wouldn't he have his service weapon on? If he had his service weapon with him why would there be a need to change weapons?

Why hasn't the Sheriff's department released the caliber of the bullets lodged in the chest of Kyles? It is believe by some officers of both the city and county enforcement agencies that when the medical examiner releases his report that 40 caliber bullets will be found in Kyles body. It is believed that Davis used Watson's weapon to killer the father of her children who I'm told she was still having sex with.

Since Watson did not want the Sheriff's department to enter,why are we to believe that Kyles kicked the door in? Since a noise had to be made if Kyles did in fact kick the door in why were Watson and Davis still in the bedroom instead of seeking to find out who was entering the house? Are we to believe that Kyles did not have a key to the resident that he had once lived in and where two of his children still lived?

I'm told that an attempt to cover the details of this shooting is taking place. The TBI needs to get involved in this investigation, there are to many loose ends to this matter. I was also told by another female police officer that Watson was in the habit of giving her goodies to white officers. By the way why hasn't Justin Davis picture been shown?

Two City Of Memphis Police Officers Shot With One Dead In Domestic Dispute

As I was getting in my car this morning to leave for church,my cell rung and it was one of my sources at the city of Memphis Police department. I was told that two police officers had been shot with one dead and the other at the Med in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the stomach. After running back in to write the info I had on this site,I got back in my car and left. As I drove the source called again and told me that the shooting at 1271 Breezy Gate was a domestic between two City of Memphis Police officers who were romantically involved.

I was told that the male was dead and that he had only been on the force for a short time I'm also told that since the location of the shooting is in the county the Shelby County Sheriff's department is handling the investigation. The officers are Teresita Watson and Jeremy Kyles. It seems until recently Watson and Kyles had lived together but were presently separated.

Kyles kicked in the door of the Cordova resident with a gun in hand went to Watson's bedroom where he found her with another man. The man rightfully shot him in the chest,where he died on the scene. In April were called to the home for a domostic dispute but unlike the rest of the community no one was arrested. It seems that the police is as crazy as the persons that they arrest.

The Memphis City Council Can Not Be Trusted To Do The Right Thing

Since the resignation of Rickey Peete three people so far have submitted their names to the city council to serve out the rest of Peete's term. Del Gill who is the former Parliamentarian for many years for the Shelby County Democratic Party and presently a member of THE MEMPHIS DEMOCRATIC CLUB INC. has also expressed his desire to also serve out Peete's term with no interest in running for the seat this fall.

But whoever the choice happens to be you will have to watch out for trickery from present council members who will break their own rules to make sure that the person selected is of their choosing and is of no threat to their various agendas which does not include the best interest of the community.

In the selection process to replace Tajuan Stout Mitchell, Tom Marshall gave a deadline for names to be submitted, he also stated that the council was looking for someone who just wanted to serve out the remainder of Stout's term so as not to give someone an advantage in this year's election. Tom Marshall Lied. When the interviews were over three black men who had submitted there names on time and who were all qualified were left. When Marshall saw that he had three men in Jennings Bernard, Coleman Thompson, and Ike Griffith who would not bow to his will and fight for the needs of the community he changed the rules.

Tom Marshall changed the rules and reopened the process,telling fellow council members to get on the phone and call others who may be interested in the position. Tajuan Stout Mitchell who by this time was working for the mayor was contacted in the building (City Hall) and asked if she knew of someone,never mind the rules and process that had been set up. Stout contacted Madeline Taylor of the NAACP who has no history of service to the district at all,and works with an organization that presently serves no purpose to blacks in this community at all.

Taylor was selected by the council because she's a safe negro who will do the bidding of Tom Marshall and will not rock the boat. You can see from the picture of her first council meeting how safe she is SHE'S ASLEEP . I have been present at since her selection I have not seen her open her mouth one time to address any issue,and she certainly has not had one meeting in the district. At the time of her selection she stated as all the others that she would not seek to run this year for the council position, but now we know that she's a liar, she has picked up a petition to run for the seat,Tom where's the integrity you're preaching about,or is that sermon just for others not you and your fellow members?

The selection of Peete's replacement takes place on June 19, already in the bidding is Roscoe Williams 83, Michael Hollowell 51, and Jesse Neely 75, Neely who has ran for many offices over the years and who has pulled several petitions for this year can not run for office due to the fact that he owes thousands of dollars in fines to the State Election Commission. There are those of us who are waiting to see what the process will be for the selection of Peete's replacement.And if Marshall violates the process a lawsuit will be filed against him and other council members who go along with his self serving agenda and a injunction will be sought to keep the selective person from serving. This council can not be trusted to do the right thing so we must keep our eyes on them and demand fairness. LETS MAKE SURE WE DON'T GET ANOTHER SLEEPER

Tom Marshall Is As Guilty As Rickey Peete

In the CA on Friday Council chairman Tom Marshall could be seen in the backgroud grinning as Rickey Peete posed as he submitted his letter of resignation. While Peete may be guilty of using his office to enrich himself,it is my belief that Marshall himself is as guilty as Peete.

Marshall received millions from Memphis City Schools while serving on the body that in part funds the system.What we have is a councilman funding an agency that enriches himself. Isn't this the same thing that Peete is accused of?

Whether he voted or not, and I believe that he did,he still had the influence to get fellow members to approve the budget, plus he knew according to state law the city cannot refuse to fund the system lower then the previous year. The council does not have to increase but it cannot decrease.

I was reading the City Charter tonight and I ran across something interesting. City Council members are known also as a board of commissioners in the charter and I wonder if Tom has read this portion of the rules that guides what he can and cannot do:

Sec. 20. Commissioners not to be interested in city contracts.
(a) No commissioner shall be connected with or interested in, directly or indirectly, any contract with the city.(b) No person can become a member of the board of commissioners who is interested, directly or indirectly, nearly, or remotely, in any contract with the City of Memphis, or who holds an office of trust or salary in any corporation which holds any contract with the city, the terms, rates, or prices whereof are subject to modification or enforcement by said board. Nor shall any member take any interest whatever in any form, manner, or shape, whether directly or indirectly, in any contract with the City of Memphis, or be the beneficiary of any contract, either in labor or work, or for goods or supplies of any kind. (Acts 1905, ch. 54, § 17; Acts 1909, ch. 298, § 20)

With Peete And Jones Out,Does Council Seats Belong To Fullilove And Gatewood?

With the resignation of Ricky Peete and E.C. Jones stating that he will not seek re-election,will the seats they hold go to the persons whose most qualified or the person with the most name recognition? Janis Fullilove is one of the numerous persons who have pulled a petition for the Super District seat that covers half of Memphis.

Janis is a well known radio talk show host and a member of the Charter Commission who in 2003 nearly defeated Tom Long for his City Court Clerk position. She is also preparing to soon air a television talk show on WLMT 30. Even though she states that she's not paying for the program she could still have some FCC equal access problems from other candidates in the race. Janis is very popular and will present a problem to anyone else in the race based solely on her name. But my concern and I will have to check the city charter closely is that she will be in violation of the charter along with Myron Lowery for holding two city elected positions at the same time.

In the North Memphis district that E.C. Jones will be vacating School Board member Stephanie Gatewood's name will be the best known name in the race. While there are others who have pulled petitions there is no doubt that Gatewood will be the leading candidate based solely on her name. Gatewood who does not have a shy bone in her body and has never met a stranger will be hard to beat, unless the others in the race have the money to buy name recognition and campaign very hard. One of the persons in the race Antonio "2Shay" Perkins has spent most of his time campaigning against Gatewood being in the race instead of dealing with the issues of the district. No matter what you think with Jones out of the race Stephanie Gatewood will have the edge.

SIDENOTE: Dell Gill would like to be considered as the interim replacement for the Super District seat formerly held by Rickey Peete. If selected Gill says that he will not run for the seat.

Corruption Is No Laughing Matter

The picture of Rickey Peete posing in yesterday's CA gave the impression that he feels as though the corruption charges that he face is a laughing matter. Even though there are others like Tom Marshall who in is official capacity received millions from Memphis City schools, Peete knows better than anyone,what it means to be a corrupt poli-trick-an.

18 years ago Peete went through the same thing that he faces now, he went off did his time came back and the citizens of his district gave him another chance. But he repays the trust of those citizens by betraying that trust by getting involved with the likes of Joe Cooper who he knew he couldn't trust but because of greed he went along with Cooper's plan.

Rickey's resignation gives all the signs of his guilt,even though at a function several weeks ago he claimed that he was innocent. If he thought that he was innocent Peete would not have resigned, but he knows that the FBI have him on tape like those involved in the Tennessee Waltz and that that tape will do him in.

While Peete is not along in being politically corrupt, and while there may be a plan to target black leadership, there still is no excuse for falling for the trap,If a poli-trick-an is not corrupt,all the phony companies in the world could be set up with nothing happening. Peete having gone down this road before should have known better, he has no excuse or reasoning at all.

Rickey faces a lot of prison time as a second time offender, I like many others that I have spoken with believe that he has cut a deal with the Feds to help reduce his time, It is believed that Peete will dig up some political graves and give the Feds some bones that still have meat on them. Rusty Hyneman should be very uneasy right now along with several black state legislators. Peete also has the knowledge that could most likely bring indictments on other council members and maybe even the mayor himself. And Edmund Ford should really be concerned.

Whatever happens to Peete is of his own choosing, the excuse that I have heard some blacks make of the white man has been doing it for years can not be accepted as an excuse for political wrong doings even though the Federal Government should work as hard to bring white crooks in as well. If William H. Thomas was the person who was paying Cooper to get City Council persons to get him the zoning for billboards, and he had drug dealers cars registered in his name and address, Why is he not under indictment?
