Who Killed Martin Luther King, Thursday On "Express Yourself"

On Thursday John Larry Ray, the brother of James Earl Ray will be my guest on "Express Yourself" I will be discussing with Ray who really killed Martin Luther King. It is my belief that Ray is not the killer and that the federal government with the help of local Civil Rights leaders played a role in King's death.

On April 4, 1968, Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee. A year later, James Earl Ray pled guilty to the murder under the pressure of federal agents, and was sentenced to 99 years in prison. But did Ray really kill MLK? Now, at the 40th anniversary of the death of one of America’s greatest leaders, the man who knew James Earl Ray best, his eldest brother, John Larry Ray, offers evidence that Ray could not have assassinated Dr. King – and that he was merely a pawn in a U.S. government conspiracy.
In “Truth at Last,” John Larry Ray, along with historian and co-author Lyndon Barsten, reveals for the first time everything he has long known about the circumstances of his brother’s plea bargain, as well as what he has since learned from thousands of once-secret government documents. Among their findings:

The night before the assassination, James Earl Ray confided to his brother that he feared he was being set up to take the fall in an undisclosed operation.
Ray had been inducted into the CIA and subjected to mind control experiments; two years before the assassination, he was under the influence of several government-related hypnotists seemingly working to make him an obedient patsy.

Forensics do not support the claim that Ray shot Dr. King.

I will also discuss from the book "The FBI and Martin Luther King" by David Garrow a chapter entitled "Informants" which states that Maxine Smith, Vasco Smith, and Jessie Turner, were all paid informants for the FBI when Dr. King was killed here in Memphis.

Why Is K.T. Whalum Pushing So Hard For Whalum?

Why is Kenneth Twigg Whalum pushing so hard to return Willie Herenton to the head of Memphis City Schools? Why does he want to change the process that the school board has put in place to make the selection? has herenton promised Whalum's wife Shelia Lee Whalum a new position. Shelia Lee Whalum presently serves as a political appointee of herenton making at least $100,000 as Deputy Director of Finance for the city. Whalum was brought to the the finance department when her family member Joseph Lee was the Director of Finance. KT Whalum is also Joseph Lee's pastor.

School Board member Martavius Jones wants the process to be followed and not give the appearance that any back room deals have been cut just for herenton. Here's the emails that went back and forth between Jones and Whalum:

It is my opinion that any meeting, with Dr. Herenton or any person who hasexpressed interest in the superintendent's job by any number of boardmembers in a non-search committee setting to discuss the job ofsuperintendent undermines the integrity of the process that the Board agreedupon.

If you feel this strongly about this matter, may I suggest that you bringforth this matter in the form of a resolution in our public forum so thatour public will know where each of us stands.

You can't imagine how delighted I am that you, as Search Committee Chair,have decided to address the entire Board on this matter.

Mayor Herenton sent each of us a letter more than a month ago, inwhich he expressed his concerns about the condition of MCS, and offered tohelp. His exact words, I believe, were - "I simply want to help." TheMayor's letter came well before the recent public speculation concerning hisbecoming Superintendent.

There is no doubt in my mind, regardless of the status of the searchprocess, that we owe it to the Mayor of the City of Memphis (take the nameHerenton out if that makes the point clearer) the professional courtesy of apublic meeting with him to hear his concerns. As far as the "integrity ofthe process" is concerned, as I have said many times: Processes don't haveintegrity; people do. And the most "integrous" thing we can do as a Boardis to hear from the only Mayor in Memphis history who has, by sheer force ofwill, made it possible for our students to receive approximately $90 milliondollars of taxpayer money annually to help us achieve our mission.

Today's "Express Yourself" Memphis Preachers Fleecing Their Flocks

On today's "Express Yourself " we will deal with three local minsters who have according to their members fleeced the flock. The first minister I will discuss will be Pastor Jerry Taylor pastor of Greater Love Baptist Church on Hacks Cross Road. According to Shanna J.who will be live in the studio's of KWAM Taylor embarrassed her from the pulpit after she corrected him in church.

Shanna also states that when she arrived at church the following Sunday Johnson called the Sheriff's department to have her removed. Shanna left and within 15 minutes returned to the church where she's a tithing member.Taylor called the Sheriff's department a second time with the officers who had only been gone from the church 15 minutes returning stating that they had a warrant for her arrest.

It's very unlikely that the officers could get a warrant in 15 minutes. Shanna states that her pastor has family that works for the Shelby County Sheriff's department. Shanna sued the pastor and won a $24,999.00 default judgement after the preacher didn't appear for court. Now the pastor is appealing the judgement in the same court room that gave a judgement to Shanna J..

The second preacher that will be dealt with is Joseph Jackson pastor of Fellowship of Believers Church on Rhodes whose being sued by the church for making a personal loan in the church;s name to the tune of $1.5 million. The case which goes to court on April 8,2008 involves the pastor being pastor for only two years but wants a percentage of all monies raised going to him.

The third minister is Elder Pam Cunningham a minister of World Over Cummers on Winchester. This story involves a young mother of three that lives in the Raleigh area whose car broke down but was so committed to the church that she would catch MATA three times a week to get to the church. The young mother claims that Cunningham came to her and told her that God had spoken to her an that she was suppose to give her a old car that he had.

Elder Cunningham gave the car to the woman even signing the title over to her. The woman drove her 1992 Corrolla to church the following Wednesday night. While in a bible class the churches's security came to the woman and asked her out of the class room. Elder Cunningham after being told by God to give the woman the car changed her mind and while the woman was studying the bible the Elder and her husband using a spare key took all the woman's and her children belonging out of the car and left them on the parking lot.

The woman with tears in her eyes and miles from home asked another female member of the church to take her home. This member lived just moments from the church decided to allow the woman and her children to spend the night with her and take them home the following morning. But somehow Elder Cunningham found out that the member had taken the family to her home. The Elder then told the member something that made the woman take the family to a bus stop at Kirby and Winchester. This woman will be a guest by phone also on the show today.

Did Willie Make A Deal For Rodney?

Sources close to Shelby County government say that the FBI is strongly concern about Rodney Herenton's connection to bonds used to finance the FEDEX FORUM. The sources state that in 2002 while Rodney was employed with Morgan Keegan his father Mayor Willie Herenton placed $20 million in bonds with the firm.

Several weeks after the bonds were placed with Morgan Keegan Rodney left the firm and went to work in the bond department of First Tennessee Bank. After he went the work at First Tennessee former county mayor Jim Rout ordered then CFO for the county Don Trusty to place $200 million in bonds with First Tennessee.

I'm told that the FBI is concerned about whether or not Herenton and Rout allowed Herenton to make commissions off the bond deal, and if money was stirred to either of the mayors.

There is also a concern within the FBI as to ordered the plan change on the missing floor of the FEDEX GARAGE. Its known that the order to take out the floor that was a part of the first plans had to come from powerful authority. the feds are seeking a connection between Herenton, Rout, and the missing floor,along with whether Willie Herenton placed bonds in the company that his son was working so that he could enrich himself and then got Rout to do the same.

Gwen Smith Passed TBI Polygraph With Flying Colors

Last year the woman at the forefront of the attempted extortion of Willie Herenton by "The Sinful Three" to keep him from running for re-election Gwendolyn Smith, took a polygraph test performed by the TBI and passed it with flying colors.

According to her attorney Javier Bailey Smith was asked about her role and the role of Richard Fields,Russell Gwatney,and Nick Clark and everything that she has said happened appears according to the test to be true including her intimate relationship with her then attorney Richard Fields.

If Gwendolyn Smith is telling the truth that means that 'The Sinful Three" must be lieing about there roles in trying to set Herenton up with dancers and strippers so that he could be caught and photographed in lewd acts so that this group of conspirators could extort him into not running for re-election.

District Attorney General Bill Gibbons has allowed Fields who is his friend to get away with a crime in the past so I wonder will he allow it again. Not only did Gibbons not prosecute Fields for having sex with a 16 year old he allowed Fields son Morgan to get away with sexually molesting his own then 2 year old daughter even though doctors and the mother backed up the child's claim.

Many in this community believe that Gibbons is selective in his prosecution,and even though a special prosecutor has investigated this case Gibbons remains the ultimate authority in whether or not charges are filed. Will Gibbons turn his back to the fact that Nick Clark confessed to giving Fields $6,000 to pay Smith? Will he turn his back to the fact That Clark allowed a meeting at his home with Smith, Fields, and a FBI agent to discuss the set up?

If the TBI polygraph proves that Gwen Smith has been telling the truth and we have the confession by Nick Clark,and Richard Fields acting as the "Bag Man, how long do we have to wait before charges are filed?

"Express Yourself" Raises $1,500 for Surviving Children Of Lester Street

div>On Friday I broadcasted my radio program from the parking lot of Family Dollar Store located at 2890 Summer to raise money for the surviving children of the Lester Street Murders. Thanks to the listeners of "Express Yourself" who came out in the cold and rain nearly $1,500 was raised. After the program all monies were turned over to Bob Shannon President and General Manager of KWAM who will turn the funds over to the proper persons on Monday.

Even though there were some technical problems with the new remote equipment I am proud of the funds raised by listeners. Persons of all races made donations to contribute to the lives of these children. Thanks again to Mr. Shannon and Program Director Chuck Woodson for their assistance along with the ladies who came out to hold the buckets and the flags to wave people onto the lot. And a special thanks to Robert Knowles General manager of the Family Dollar Store of Summer.

St. Nick Ain't No Santa Clause

Last year The Commercial Appeal tapped Nick Clark as "St.Nick" a good Christian who uses his millions to do the job of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies. "St.Nick" has been leading his own private investigations into the happenings of strip clubs,and trying to connect Mayor Willie Herenton to wrong doings going in in the clubs.

"St. Nick" has admitted to paying Gwendolyn Smith thousands to provide him with the names and addresses of strippers, he's admitted to having a meeting at his home where the FBI, Smith, and Richard Fields met. His story of what happened that night differs with what Fields has to say but that's to be expected. But why has "St.Nick" taken on this mission,and whose in the hero business with him?

"St. Nick" admitted in the CA that Richard Fields was the person that he used to get money to Smith,But if he's so saintly why was it needed to have a "bag man"? If he's such a good Christian that believes in his cause why didn't he give her the money himself? The answer to this is very simple,Nick Clark is a rich do gooder who thinks that all people should live up to his standards and when they don't it's his job to bring them down.

Nick Clark the leader of "The Sinful Three" which includes Russell Gwatney and Richard Fields are all co -conspirators in a crime to entrap and extort Willie Herenton. The plan was to "get the goods' on Herenton by using Gwen Smith as the set up person, get pictures and other evidence that they thought would be embarrassing to Herenton and threaten to go public with the info if he ran for re-election.

Lets take a look at what extortion is in the State of Tennessee and see if "The Sinful Three" have committed a crime.Under the old common law in Tennessee, there were numerous “stealing crimes.” Some names for these crimes include larceny, larceny by trick, false pretense, embezzlement, and so on. All of these crimes eventually got consolidated into the crime of “theft” in Tennessee. However, Tennessee retained the distinct nature of extortion. Extortion is very close to stealing since the offender is obtaining property that does not belong to him by illegal means. Under Tennessee law, a person commits extortion (a Class D felony)who uses coercion upon another person with the intent to:

• Obtain property, services, any advantage or immunity; or• Restrict unlawfully another's freedom of action.
It is an affirmative defense to prosecution for extortion that the person reasonably claimed:
• Appropriate restitution or appropriate indemnification for harm done; or• Appropriate compensation for property or lawful services. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-112 (2007).
The word coercion is important in the legal definition of extortion. Coercion is what distinguishes extortion from theft. “Coercion" means a threat, however communicated, to:
• Commit any offense;• Wrongfully accuse any person of any offense;• Expose any person to hatred, contempt or ridicule;• Harm the credit or business repute of any person; or• Take or withhold action as a public servant or cause a public servant to take or withhold action. Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-11-106 (2007). The behavior that constitutes extortion can be “blackmail” among other things.

The very fact that Clark gave Richard Fields $6,000 which he has admitted to, to pay Gwen Smith to "Get the Goods" on Herenton so as to "Restrict His Freedom Of Action",and to "Expose Him To Hatred. Contempt, and Ridicule" to "Cause A Public Servant To Withhold An Action"is under the laws of this state a crime.

Now it will be shown to the citizens of this city whether there is a set of rules for the rich and a different set for the poor. Gwen Smith last year took a polygraph test where it was proven that she did not fabricate anything but that she was telling the truth about her involvement with the plot to extort Herenton into not running for office. I wonder why Joe Baugh the special prosecutor didn't release that fact.

I must also wonder if a deal has been cut so that these powerbrokers can be exempt from prosecution. If no charges are brought against "The Sinful Three" Then Bill Gibbons who even though he recused himself still has the charge of providing equal justice under the law should be sued along with Shelby County Government.

"The Sinful Three" Should Be Indicted For Conspiracy To Committ A Criminal Act

Last year Gwen Smith passed a polygraph test with flying colors,and now Special Prosecutor Joe Baugh says that her story about the conspiracy by Nick Clark, Russell Gwatney,and Richard Fields, is credible. In the story that I first broke last year "The Sinful Three" enlisted Smith to set up Mayor Willie Herenton with a sex scandal to prevent him from running for re-election.

No matter what your political view of Herenton may be, it was criminal for Nick Clark who has admitted to paying Smith through Fields $6,000 to conspire to entrap the mayor to serve their own agenda's. The question is does the government have the nerve to indict three white men who have proven to be corrupt like they have several blacks. Will we see another case of selective prosecution where "The Sinful Three" is allowed to walk because of their wealth and status?

Last year I was the only person in media who fought for Gwen because I believed her story to be true. Other tried on a daily basis to discredit her because powerful white men were involved. It seemed to be easy for the media to believe that a young black woman who worked as a waitress in a topless club could be telling the truth when powerful white men were calling her a liar.

After Gwendolyn Smith made it known that Richard Fields was the mastermind behind a plot to blackmail mayor Willie Herenton,the media went on a crusade to tear her down,but what about Russell Gwatney and Nick Clark. Clark has admitted to having a meeting at his home where he allowed Fields and Smith along with a FBI agent to have a meeting in his home. And why did Clark give Smith Money as he has admitted to.Russell Gwatney has admitted that as Smith stated Fields brought her to his car dealership to receive a new Chevy Tahoe,which he did not give. Willie Herenton had a conversation about his acts with Gwatney. Gwatney did not back away from his involvement but wanted to know from the mayor when the story was going public since he was about to get married.

The mayor stated to him that since he(Gwatney) didn't pick a time to try and destroy his life,he wouldn't pick a time for the story to go public.Why is it so hard for some to believe Gwen Smith when both Gwatney and Clark have admitted their roles in this plot aganist Herenton? The mayor has seen the pad in which Fields made his notes concerning the plot that also contains the budget for the plot. The mayor knowing the handwriting of Fields had no doubt that the evidence was that of Richard Fields.

was contacted on yesterday by a major political figure who told me that he had something to tell me that could only be told in person. I met late last night with that person and what was told to me could not only get Richard Fields license taken, but could get him indicted.It's well known that Fields has been on a crusade to destroy black political figures. Last year he went after blacks who were running for various judge ships,he or whoever he's in bed with purchased a full page ad in the CA just for the purpose of exposing personal information about those blacks that were running.

In most cases he never told the whole story about some of the hardships that some of these persons had faced in their lives. In his newspaper article and with the many letters that he sent out he never mention whites who were running for office who had had the same problems in their lives.Earlier this year Fields turn his attack on Attorney Javier Bailey who was running for the chairmanship of the Shelby County Democratic party. He sent out dozens of packets containing in many cases misinformation about Bailey. It appears that Fields whose an attorney for the local chapter of the NAACP is on a mission to destroy black men, but he may have gone to far now.

The person I met with last night alleges that a young black woman in her mid twenties had worked for airline as a flight attendant,but for some reason left the airline and went to work at Platinum Plus as a dancer. Something occurred where she needed an attorney and she was referred to Fields. I'm told that Fields was attracted to the woman and asked to take her out. The young lady went out with Fields,and according to what the young lady told the person I met with, Fields took her back to his house after the first date and tried to offer her money for sex.

After going out with the girl several times taking her to dinners and movies,and buying her clothing Fields presented a plan to her where she could get paid $7-$8,000,plus receive a new car.The plan dealt with destroying the reputation of several men including Willie Herenton, the person I met with and a well known local black doctor.It's alleged that the young woman was to hang around the Peabody where Herenton is known to spend some time,seduce him with her charm, and then start the rumor that she and other woman who were strippers were having parties at the mayor's home. This information was to come forth during the election season this year.But it also seems as though Fields was not operating along but had the help of others of which are close to Herenton. I'm told by the political figure I met with that the young lady met at the home of Nick Clark who is a MLGW board member,and also present was car dealer Russell Gwatney.

Also I'm told that an FBI agent with the last name Risch was a part of the plan.I'm told that Fields wrote his plans down on a legal pad, which the young lady got possession of and turned over to the person that I met with. I'm told that an investigation into this matter has started and that the persons that Fields was going after has plans of going after him. The question has to be asked is there a massive effort by white power brokers to use whatever tactic even if its illegal to get Herenton out of office?

THE INDICTMENTS SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE RELEASE OF THE REPORT?

Cohen Does The Right Thing

Thanks to Congressman Steve Cohen John Ford will not have to spend the next 5 years 1200 miles away from his family and friends. John and his girlfriend Connie Matthews asked the Congressman to intervene with the decision of the Bureau of Prisons who had made the decision to send the former state senator to a Federal prison camp in La Tuna Texas. Now Ford will reside only 480 miles away in a prison in Louisiana.

There will be those who will be angry that John will not be sent 1200 miles away,but why? John Ford no matter what his role in the Tennessee Waltz was a value asset to Shelby County bringing millions into the area over the years for various developments. John's influence went far beyond his senate district ,and many other state officials often went to Ford for help in their districts. So what else could you want, John is going to jail.

Cohen must be commended for taking a compassionate move that many will not think is politically correct,but it was the right thing to do. John's greatest love is his children and with him being closer he has a chance of playing a better role in their lives. John Ford will soon be off to pay his debt to society and if that is all that the law requires why should anyone else want more hardship and sorrow to come his way?

Willie Herenton wants to return as the head of Memphis City Schools,and give up the job of Mayor of Memphis. He has stated that the resignation he gave last week is base solely on him getting the job with MCS,and if he doesn't get the job hill remain mayor of Memphis.

So would you rather have him maintain in his present job,or would you rather he become the head of MCS?

Sidenote: I have received several calls stating that in the agreement where money was paid out by MCS for his sexual harassment lawsuit placed by Ms. Bahrmand there's a clause that states that Herenton is never to return to the school system. The agreement is sealed so we may never know, but then someone at the system should know. I wonder if Attorney John Candy who was Bahrmand's lawyer will tell? The lawsuit was filed for $3 million and I'm told through sources in the Iranian community that the payoff was $1.5 million.

WDIA"s Jeff Lee Refuses To Play Music In My Presence

WDIA radio personality Jeff Lee seems to be upset that his program which airs from 4;30 -6pm is losing traction and that many of his listeners are tired of his uninformed ass and turning to my show on AM 990 KWAM. That must be the reason he lost it tonight when I walked into Tony's Bar and Grill on Mendenhall.

After leaving the studios of KWAM in East Memphis like I do several nights a week i stopped off at Tony's where my daughter works and my former sister in law is one of the managers. When I arrived tonight I was told by a fellow on the door that the admission was $5.oo since Jeff Lee of WDIA was the DJ. I paid and went in,saw Jeff lee and walked over to speak as I would any other radio personality. Lee became irate stating that he didn't want to be seen talking to me because someone might think that we were friends. I asked him what was his problem and he went on to state that he didn't like what i posted on my blog and that I had attacked Willie Herenton.

I told him to his face that I didn't give a fuck what he thought about what I place on my site and what I say on my radio show. He then stated that he had been in radio 22 years and that I had to pay for my program while he gets paid. I told him "Damn fool that means that you work for someone else" What this asshole does not realize is that I pay more for my show in one month then he makes in two months. What this hired hand also does not realize is that everything over my cost is profit. which means that in three months I have paid $18,000.00 to produce "Express Yourself",And if the show was not making money I wouldn't be on air.

Jeff Lee being the petty record player that he is went to the guy at the door and told him that as long as i was in the building he was not going to play any music and that he needed to tell me to leave. I told the guy that I was not going anywhere and that if Jeff lee was that petty he needed to go. What the guy did not realize is that I am a excellent customer in Tony's and that I spend more there in a week than what he's going to get paid as a record player.

Jeff Lee acting like the petty person he is went and sat in the back waiting for me to leave,but I decided that i would stay as long as his petty ass was there. The manager for the night (My former Sister in law) told him that if he didn't play he wouldn't get paid. After about an hour Lee took the mic and told the audience that i was present and that I could suck his dick, and he wasn't scared of me Which I laughed and hollered out "Fat motherfucker when was the last time you saw it". Lee was fired on the spot. I wonder why when I cussed him to his face he didn't say anything but decided to be a bitch with a mic,hahahahahahahaha.

Is this the kind of person that WDIA has representing the station. Lee's program holds no substance and he has no information on issues. The reason that the staff of WDIA is so uninformed is because they are not a part of the community. They never appear at any community meetings at all and use the CA as there source for news reporting.

It's time out for radio personalities to just be buffoons,and uninformed idiots only trying to make an audience laugh while this city is being destroyed by the likes of Willie Herenton and other corrupt poli-trick-ans. Mayor's Tricks Will Not Work

On yesterday Mayor Willie Herenton and Gale Jones Carson had a conversation with James Johnson of the Shelby County Election Comission in an attempt to circumvent the City Charter. The move by the mayor is to state that a special election can not be held until 2011 when the next city elections are held.

But that is totally incorrect and Herenton has to know it if he has read the charter. I have posted the page from the charter that deals with that subject(CLICK ON TO ENLARGE). As you can plainly see the charter states that after the mayor resigns,or has an inability to serve for any reason his office shall be occupied by the Chairman of the council for 20 calendar days, during which period the council shall elect a successor to the mayor from among qualified persons not members of the council at the time of such elections. Such elected person shall take office as Mayor immediately on election and shall hold office until his successor is elected or qualified,which office shall thereupon be filled in the same manner as heretofore provided for vacancies on the Council. In the event the Council shall fail to act within the 20 day period, the CAO shall fill said office until such time as the members of the Council shall have elected a successor or until the next general OR municipal election.

The charter is very plain on the fact that an election to replace Herenton could take place in November in the GENERAL ELECTION. This farce will not work Willie Herenton has now proven beyond a shadow of doubt that he's all about himself and not the citizens of Memphis.

Sources Within ITT Technical Say That The School Is A Rip Off

Sources within ITT Technical School located at 7260 Goodlett Farms in Cordova who are tired of seeing the school prey on the poor and uninformed have provided me with documentation that's shows how the school is ripping students off. In this story we will discuss the high cost of their programs along with how financial aid advisers knowing that students don't qualify for a loan place them in classes any way.

The first thing that the public should be aware of is that ITT is not a nationally accredited school and the grades cannot be transferred. The source states that the diploma received at the end of the course is not worth the paper it's written on. I'm told that ITT Tech allows anyone to enroll in their program.They administer a 12 minute exam that consists of multiple choice questions. The source states that your basic idiot could pass the test that is given until you pass. The school is setup for those who cannot enter a regular Community College or University. The school I'm told is for misfits of education.

Parents should beware when their children go to ITT Tech to check off the programs because the source states that there is a good chance that your child will return home with the paperwork already done and a debt of $80,000 if the child is attempting to enter the bachelors program. The tuition at ITT to receive an associate degree is $40,000,Can you imagine paying such a high cost for an unaccredited school?

At ITT Tech instead of waiting until a student is qualified for a loan,to make sure that money is made off that student they are placed in a class. The source states that the school is having the student come in without their parents so that paperwork can be signed so they can start class immediately.The inside source states that students are being lied to and promised high paying jobs. Students are being allowed to enter the school without having to complete Financial Aid. They are being told to sign an Enrollment Agreement and Cost Summary Form just to sat in class.

The student is allowed to sit in class and return to attempt to complete Financial Aid later. The student is put on a Waiver Program where they are being told that they sit in class for 90 days while ITT attempts to find someone to finance their tuition. ITT I'm told does not currently have a lender to finance loans for their students. After the 90 day process these students will owe ITT somewhere around 5,000.00. ITT is trying to use CitiBank but so far no one has been approved. Students are also allowed to stay in class after their loan money runs out. ITT has also tried to use The Memphis Area Teachers Credit Union,but has been turned down.

I have a copy of many documentations that I did not post but I did provide a copy of an memorandum that shows in highlight how College Directors are instructed to make sure that students sign the Enrollment Agreement and allowed to go to class even if the Financial Aid office has not gotten the student qualified for a loan. I also have a copy of the Enrollment and Cost Summary sheet (Which is posted) which is a finance agreement solely,as you can tell by looking at page 3 of that document.

I'm also told that the Director of the school Steve Temple has went from teacher to Director is just 2 and a half years. The source also states that Temple who is an attorney took students enrolled in a Criminal Justice course to 201 Poplar where the students saw justice first hand when Temple was himself arrested for some act he committed as an attorney. You will also see a document sent to the school from their main office in 2004 telling the staff to beware of Shoppers. If this school is legit and not out to swindle why would a memo have to be sent out telling staff how to answer questions being asked. Parents and students should beware of this school and not fall for the hype of TV commercials.

Memphis Exploits Murders For Free

The First 48 Hours is a world wide syndicated reality television program that shows homicide detectives working on murder cases. Memphis is also shown each and every week promoting to the world the numerous murders that happen in this city. While this city has tourism organizations that spend millions of taxpayers dollars trying to bring tourist and businesses to the city, The Mayor and Police Director have signed a contract driving tourist and businesses away for free.

Posted is the contract between The City of Memphis and Granada Entertainment USA of Sherman Oaks Ca. which is the company that produces The First 48 Hours for the A&E Television Networks. The mayor having sole contract signing power signed the agreement along with Larry Godwin without council approval. While the contract is the standard in the business this contract does not call for the City of Memphis to receive any financial benefits at all in spite of millions being made by Granada Entertainment in terms of advertisement. One would have to wonder why the mayor would sign a contract to exploit murders in this city with no benefit to the city.

The city has allowed Granada to film and follow homicide detectives within the jurisdiction of the Memphis Police Department. The city has agreed to allow the recording of officers voices and images along with any other employees of MPD. The city has also agreed to irrevocably grant Granada the use of these images worldwide. The contract also calls for the city to use reasonable efforts to make sure that employees of MPD agree to the use of their likenesses being used for promotional purposes. The city gives up all rights,title and interest in the program,and Granada has the rights to use anything that carries the city's name,trademarks and logos whether recorded incidentally or otherwise.

While I have spoke with several persons who have been shown on the program without signing a release the contract states that no one is to be shown without authorization. Are we to believe that persons being grilled by MPD TV stars have signed a release to be shown? Are we to believe that witnesses who have snitch their friends out signed a released to be seen doing so?

While Granada carries a $1,000,000 insurance policy there is no other mention of money going to the city. Is it possible that there is a side contract where Herenton and Godwin are being paid or was the mayor dumb enough to sign a contract with a company making money off the murders in this city without getting anything?

This program has made celebrities out of police officers on the city's payroll without any benefit to the city, but why? If the city is receiving no benefit why should MPD be used to promote a negative side of the city?

The film crew has been in Memphis for several weeks and we can expect to see the Lester Street murders on world wide TV real soon. In fact while standing in the lobby of 201 Poplar several days ago officers Tony Mullins and Caroline Mason walked through,Caroline looking her usual sharply dresses self in high heels and Mullins in a T-Shirt saying "48 Hours Film crew".

School Board Members Should Not Be Allowed To Cut Back Room Deal

Many in this community supported Willie Wilbert Herenton to make history and be the only mayor to ever serve 5 consecutive terms,not to get elected and announce his resignation in 3 months. Herenton appears to have only being playing games with the community seeking only to prove a point. That point being "I can get re-elected and then let you have it".

Now that the mayor has used many who sought to help him because he gave what appeared to be an sincere plea that white power broker were out to get him will now see those same persons fighting to make sure that he does not use Memphis City Schools as his new playground.

There are five school board members up for re-election this year and they should be warned that if they cut a back room deal with Herenton that they will also be cut. Those board members are Tomeka Hart, Patrice Robinson, Stephanie Gatewood,Dr.Freda Williams,and Jeff Warren. Herenton is looking for a deal and that should not happen. he should be made to go through the same process as any one else who wants the job. While Herenton may be qualified for the job he left a lot of baggage the last go around,such as the alleged numerous affairs with teachers, And the undisclosed amount of money that taxpayers had to pay his mistress who stated that she had several abortions for him. There may be many of you who have forgotten the details of why taxpayers had to pay up so here's what happened:

In 1989 Willie Herenton was sued for $3million by Mahnaz Bahrmand. Ms. Bahrmand Who was a math teacher at Bellevue Jr. High at the time sued not only Herenton but Memphis City schools. The reason for the lawsuit was that she claimed that herenton broke his promise to marry her and ended a two-year affair that involved two abortions and a miscarriage.Ms. Bahrmand said that Herenton initiated the affair in 1987 while he was still married by telling her "your future and career will be outstanding".

She contended in the lawsuit that since she was Iranian,by Iranian norms she had been disavowed by her parents and considered her dead because of the abortions,miscarriage,and broken wedding promise.According to the suit, Ms Bahrmand met herenton through a mutual acquaintance in November 1986 on Beale Street. Herenton called her numerous times after that and in June 1987 the affair began at a hotel in New Orleans,where Bahrmand was attending a school conference.

After that liaisons were arranged at hotels throughout Memphis and at Herenton's Rivermark condominium,the suit stated that Herenton broke off the relationship because "among other reasons" he thought it would hurt his chances of becoming Mayor of Memphis. I wonder why? Did he think that he would not get the black female vote? Bahrmand became pregant three times Herenton encouraged her to have abortionsand continued promises of marriage. She also stated that Willie had her pick out furniture in his condo,and promised her and her mother that the wedding would occur after his divorce.

She states that Herenton flew her to Atlanta in 1987 to have an abortions for which he paid for. When she became pregnant in June 1988 "herenton became angry and struck plaintiff several times," the suit said. He then forced her to have sex "in an extremely violent and traumatic fashion".After she became pregnant a third time,Herenton paid for another abortion,then said it would damage his reputation if they got married while she was pregnant. He then ended the relationship and said he would deny her a school promotion,because "she has to much baggage on her" he urged her to leave town.

To those who say this is a lie,Willie Herenton would never do such a thing. He admitted to the relationship.In 1989 than County Commissioner Pete Sisson leveled charges against Willie stating that he promoted a woman he was having an affair with from administrator to school principal. The woman in Question was Joyce P. Kelly. Kelly became principal of Corry Junior High in 1986. Sisson led an investigation into what he called "sex for jobs in Memphis City schools. Sisson also stated that Willie was a poor role model for children.

This case was settle out of court,I wonder The case was sealed and that amount has never been revealed. Willie started treating this community as "tricks" even before he became mayor.It was well known around Memphis that Joyce Kelly considered herself to be the fiancee of Herenton.infact over the years she was introduced as such. But if her relationship started with herenton in 1986 he was still married,but more than that if she has been his fiancee for all these years,that also means he made a fool out of her with Bahrmand.

I feel had by this mayor who promised to fight to make a change in this city. It appears that Herenton never had plans to do any of the things he promised during his campaign,now he wants this community to believe that he is sincere about his concern for children. This city should allow this mayor to retire from public life and not play with the minds and needs of those who have supported him in the past. There's an old saying that says " Fool me once shame on you,Fool me twice shame on me". You got me once doc but it won't happen again. By the way what this rumor I hear about indictments out of Little Rock?

Sidenote: Could the reason that K.T. Whalum is kissing Herenton's ass is because his wife is a political appointee and because he has his eyes on the mayor's office and wants Willie's endorsement?

City Court Clerk Says He Will Run For Mayor Of Memphis

I received a call late on Thursday night from City Court Clerk Thomas Long who states that with the resignation of Willie Herenton he will without a doubt be a candidate for Mayor of Memphis. Long states that had Herenton not ran last year he would have been a candidate then and had plans to run in four years.

Long states that he will not seek the appointment of the City Council,but the appointment of the people. He will make his main focus crime and unity. Long believes that crime is the greatest concern of all citizens and that he would love to see people of all races work together. Long will make his official announcement on Monday.

Thomas E. Long was elected in October 5, 1995 and won re-election on October 7, 1999. As the City Court Clerk, he is responsible for the docket and minute books of the three Municipal Courts and the collection of traffic fines and forfeitures for the City of Memphis. He is responsible for a staff of 56 full-time and 14 part-time employees with an operating budget of $2,993,660. Mr. Long served as the Coordinator of the Multi-jurisdictional Disparity Study, Legislative Liaison and Senior Internal Auditor for the Memphis City Schools, a career spanning over 20 years.

He also served as the Director of Fiscal Affairs for the Memphis Urban League and Assistant Manager, Bank Premise and Property Section for Union Planters National Bank. Mr. Long volunteers his time and talents to many civic and service organizations: Chairman of Central District, Chickasaw Council 558, Boy Scouts of America; Finance Chairman of Pyramid Recovery Center; Chairman of Memphis Area Neighborhood Development Corporation; a member of Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church Manna Outreach Program and Whitehaven Community Development Corporation. He has a degree in Accounting from Tennessee State University, attended the Institute of Internal Auditors and is licensed in Real Estate and Insurance. Mr. Long and his wife, Valerie, have three children: Thomas II, Taura and Turner.

Why Is Herenton Waiting Until July?

Memphis Mayor Willie Wilbert Herenton has delighted the hearts of many today by announcing that he will step down as mayor on July 21,2008. Herenton has also bamboozled many in this community who thought that he was sincere about making a change during the next 4 years.

I for one feel played by returning my support for a mayor that I once lead a recall to oust. In looking at the candidates that ran last year I didn't feel that we had a better choice. I decided to go with the lesser of the evils. On my radio show today prior to the announcement I conceded that with the high crime rate and no workable solution from the mayor that Memphis had made a mistake in re electing Herenton for a 5th term, and that I had made a mistake for supporting him. After the announcement my lines blew up from callers from all over the city that stated that they were glad that he was resigning and why was he waiting until July.

Sources are stating that Herenton is headed down an indictment road,where at least one of the indictment may come out of Little Rock. I don't know whether or not this is true but something made Herenton decide to resign.

There is conversation that Herenton wants to return as the head of Memphis City Schools, or either run for congress. As for Memphis City Schools the school board would have to appoint him which would be political suicide for any member that supports this crazy idea. If Herenton was fearful of remaining mayor and fighting for the ills of this city how could he be trusted to fight for the education of our children?

Jake Ford May Have Just Dug Nikki Tinker's Political Grave

With Jake Ford pulling a petition to run for congress the race becomes very interesting. Ford plans to run as an Independent which means that whoever is the democratic nominee has to run against him in November. While the Ford name carries very little influence in Memphis now there's still enough crumbs left to cause some impact.

While I doubt that Ford can defeat Steve Cohen in what will pro badly end up being the race. Cohen cannot take him for granted. Ford if he's smart at all has went over the mistakes he made 2 years ago and has sharpen his skills. Cohen will have to defeat him with his record and the fact that the district does not belong to the Ford family. Cohen must also remind the community that like Tinker Jake Ford has no record of service and that he can't live off the record of his father.

Nikki Tinker is a weak candidate and with the entry of Ford into the race she could pick up a trumpet and play "Taps" on her campaign. There is no doubt that Ford will cut into her base and will cause her problems in the South Memphis area. Ford who has watched his father and brother campaign will out campaign her and out speak her. While Ford has to actual record of service other than that of his family that will be enough in some areas of District 9. Ford will be able to campaign off his family's record while Tinker has nothing to fall on.

The other factor that Tinker has to take now into consideration is the lost of some of the minister support she presently has in the Black community. Harold Sr. will call in his many markers among black clergy and she will see a back paddle by many.

Cohen must change his strategy now because the only candidate that could beat him in a one on one is Jake Ford if he can convince enough Blacks that he is a better choice than Cohen. I support Cohen and believe that the record of the Congressman will be enough to send him back to the halls of congress be this is politics and anything can happen. Cohen can not be shy he must campaign hard all over the district.

He must attack the issues and show what he has done for the district in two years. he must address his experience vs. no experience by either Ford or Tinker.

If Ford had ran as a democrat he wouldn't be facing a problem at all, but no matter what Ford will be in the general election in November and there will be a large turnout because it's also a Presidential election.

Candidates in the race: Steve Cohen, Jake Ford,Nikki Tinker,Perry Steele, James Gregory,Latroy Williams, and Isaac Richmond. I was told also today by former assistant to Atlanta Bill Campbell, Dewey Clark that he intends to run for the seat and that he will have at least $200,000 for his campaign. Clark is presently a bails bondsman here in the city.

Lawsuit Has Been Filed Asking That Beale Street Goes Into Receivership

A lawsuit has been filed to protect the interest of tax payers in Memphis. Because the Herenton Administration has refused to demand that John Elkington and his company Performa Entertainment Real Estate Company pay the city in excess of $10 million dollars due The Beale Street Development Corporation has filed a lawsuit in Chancery Court asking that the Historic District be placed in receivership.

Elkington for 25 years has not payed BSDC or the city one cent and is total breach of his contract with BSDC. Elkington has lead many to believe over the years that he developed Beale Street bit that is a lie. Elkington had nothing at all to do with acquiring the $25,000,000 from the federal government to rebuild the once blighted street.

BSDC was the group that was given a 52 year lease agreement by former mayor Wyeth Chandler to manage and control the street. This long term lease was given due to the fact that the city had no matching funds at the time,so the city put up the land to match the funds and became the co-grantee with BSDC. Elkington was hired by BSDC to manage the street and collect rents period. His contract calls for him to collect rents taking 15% for his company turning the remainder over to BCDC who in turn takes out their monthly budget and turn the rest over to the city. But for 25 years Elkington has acted as though the street belongs to him and has refused to pay either BSDC or the City of Memphis.

For some unknown reason Elkington has been allowed to take control of all the signage on the street with all the money going to his company. He even cut a deal with Pepsi to place their name on Handy Park. Did I mention that for some reason the Herenton Administration gave Elkington total control of Handy park for just $1.00 per year.

The lawsuit ask that the court appoint a receiver for the safe keeping,collection,management and disposition of Elkington's company regarding all matters relating to the 1982 sublease agreement. It also ask that the receiver would collect all monies due and pay all monies owed and take all actions necessary to run the day to day operations of the Beale Street Historic District.

When you read the lawsuit and see the breach of contract that John Elkington has committed along with the millions due this city you will have to wonder when the FBI is going to start an investigation of the mishandling of the government's $25,000,000. I wonder why our mayor and council is not seeking to make Elkington pay up?

Closing Libraries And Community Centers Is A Crazy Decision By The Mayor

Mayor Willie Herenton wants to save 1.5 million dollars a year on the backs of the youth of this city. The mayor has propose to close 5 libraries and 5 community centers but yet he says that even with these closings it's likely that homeowners will still see a property tax increase.

This proposal is totally stupid if the mayor wants to save money then he could cut some of his staff and bring the number of appointees within the limits of the city charter. If he really wants to increase revenue for the city he could go after the millions that John Elkington and his company Performa owes this city from the rent and other incomes from Beale Street.

This new City Council now has the chance to prove to the citizens of this city that they are not a rubber stamp group of poli-trick-ans whose only agenda is to please the mayor. These closings cannot take place without the approval of the council,so will they do the right thing and demand that the mayor look for other sources to cut and leave the libraries and Community Centers along?

Our students need a place to study and research along with having a place to gather in the summer time with youth programs to keep them out of trouble. It's bad enough that he has placed someone over the library system who has no experience but to close 5 libraries is crazy. Every citizen of Memphis needs to contact there council person and demand that the libraries and community centers be left along and that they seek to cut elsewhere. And why is the Herenton Administration scared to go after the money John Elkington owes?

Mother Of 6 Year Old Should Be Charged Also

19 year old Jerome Black has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in the death of 6 year old Charlis Fleming. According to his Affadavit of Complaint Black had placed a 357 handgun under the cushion of a couch in the living room of the apartment located at 3178 Madewell#G. Charlis and his brother Keveon found the gun and tussled over it,the gun discharged hitting the 6 year old under the eye killing him.

The affadavit names Black as Uncle Jerome, but sources state that there is no blood relations between Black and the mother of the child. Maybe Black was the uncle of the week. Since the shooting took place in the living room,what room was "Uncle Jack" and the mother in that they couldn't hear or see the two boys? What was going on at 9:30 in the morning that had them so preoccupied? And if Black has a car why was the 357 inside the apartment or at his home located at 160 Caldwell?

This is not Jerome Black's first gun charge in 2006 he was charged with carrying a weapon on school property,also that same year he was charged with robbery. The Mother should also be charged for allowing Black to bring the weapon into her apartment. She shares as much blame for the death of her child as "Uncle Jerome". Memphis has become a danger zone for children and their "Uncles".

Knife At The Scene Could Clear Dexter Cox At Trial

The confession/statement of Dexter Cox that was posted on this page in February that brought all kinds of conversations about police leaking information to me that was denounced by Larry Godwin seems to be the accurate account of facts after all.

Claiborne Ferguson Cox's attorney in a three hour probable cause hearing used the document as a part of his questioning of witnesses. In the statement Dexter Cox states that he went to the home of Ed Vidulich to receive payment for pictures showing the police officer and his wife have sex with numerous persons,and vegetables being used on the officer as sexual objects of pleasure. The statement goes on to state that an argument ensued after there was a disagreement about how much was to be paid to Cox and that Vidulich picked up a knife to come after the 18 year old.

Today Lt. Tony Armstrong admitted that a knife was in fact found on the floor about 8 feet away from Vidulich's body. Cox states that he wrestled with the nearly 7 foot 350 lbs officer over the knife and then shoot him twice in self defense. The state argued that Cox went to the house with a gun and therefore had an intent to rob the very huge policeman.

The fact that Cox had a gun is not surprising,but that does not mean he went to Vidulich's home with an intent to rob him. The agreement had been made several days earlier that money would be exchanged for the picture so there was no reason for Cox to think that he would have to rob him. Plus can you imagine someone the size of Cox robbing Vidulich? There's probadly not many young men walking the streets of North Memphis that don't carry a gun.

It has been believed that a computer in the Vidulich home contained the sexual explicit pictures and that he was removed from the home by MPD. Armstrong testified that the computer was removed but he didn't know who gave the order to remove it. A crime scene officer testified that the only items that he removed were two shell casings and the knife.

There is no doubt that the grand jury will indict Cox on the murder charge,but the question will be if he can be convicted on first degree murder. Will the state be able to prove to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Cox killed Vidulich with premeditation, or will attorney Ferguson be able to create that doubt by showing the knife that is a part of the evidence as the weapon that was held by a frightening man the size of Ed Vidulich weighting 350 lbs, attempting to kill a thin small man weighting 120 lbs. I see a hung jury or a reduced charge.

With Ballin As His Lawyer Chris Jones Could Put On High Heels And Go Free

Chris Jones the former Shelby County Deputy Sheriff will sit in jail for the time being on a $500,000 bond. The Jones family has not been able or does not wish to come up with the $50,000 it would take to bond this former law enforcement officer turn killer out of jail.

The Jones family has hired Attorney Leslie Ballin to defend this killer who shot a man twice in the neck and another man in the ass. I can't blame former City Councilman E.C. Jones for hiring the very best,and I can understand why Chris must set in jail,hiring Ballin does not come cheap and it's better to pay ballin the $50,000 then to post a bail and not be able to hire a good attorney.

Even though Jones shot Donald Munsey twice and shot another man once as he tried to exit the Windjammers he has only been charged with second degree murder which in this state only carries 15- 60 years in prison. It's my opinion that since Jones entered the club with a gun and shot Munsey twice that there was an intent to kill.Thus the charge should be first degree murder. But then there is also the possession of a weapon inside a bar that he has not been charged with.

I wonder if now that Ballin has ordered a crazy test for his client will Jones walk into court with high heel boots and claim that the reason he shot Munsey was that he was forced to have sex in his high heels. Ballin made it work for Mary Winkler, I wonder if he can make it work for Jones before someone at 201 changes his name to Christine.

Rumor has it that Jake Ford the brother of former Congressman Jake ford has plans to make another attempt at running for the congressional seat. When you add his being a zero to Nikki Tinker's being a zero you have two zero's wanting to be in congress without a plan or platform for the people. Personally speaking I would rather have a Buick.

Nikki Is No Obama

Attempting to sound like Presidential candidate Barack Obama Nikki Tinker on yesterday spoke of change in the 9th Congressional District,as she announced her second bid for the seat that is presently held by Steve Cohen.

It's Tinker's belief that since she is Black and the protege of Harold Ford Jr, that will be enough for her to win the seat. But I'm afraid that there are many Blacks that believe that Congressman has done an excellent job since being elected. She has a group of Black preachers prepared to campaign on the lie that Cohen's support for the Hate Crimes Bill is an attack on preaching against homosexuality. The preachers will try to use the public's ignorance of what the bill is all about to deceive the community. That will not work because I will use this site and my radio show to inform the community about the preachers and Tinker.

Tinker who has only been in Memphis less than 10 years and has only voted in Shelby County according to the Election Commission 5 times has no history of service to this community,and running for office does not count. Yes Nikki It is time for a change in the 9th Congressional District but that change should be voting for the most qualified candidate and not just the Black candidate that just got off the porch.

Washington, DC – Yesterday, Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) met with Senator Barack Obama (IL) outside the U.S. Senate Chamber where the two discussed several legislative initiatives, primarily legislation dealing with crime. Congressman Cohen stated, “Senator Obama and I discussed the importance of the COPS reauthorization program which will put 50,000 police officers on the beat over the next six years. I expressed to Senator Obama my strong support of Congressman Charlie Rangel’s Second Chance for Ex-Offenders legislation, which would permit the expungement of non-violent offenders’ criminal records, within very strict guidelines.”

If Not For The Children Would Memphis Even Care?

Around the world people have heard of the murder of the Lester Street 6. On my radio show by way of the Internet I have heard from people all over the country who have read or heard about this horrific act of taking lives.. People in Memphis have open their hearts to the children that were killed and to those who survived. But would Memphis care if the murders had only had adults as victims?

In a city where Black on Black crime is rampant,and where it's become the norm to hear of Blacks involved in drugs and gangs killing each other just for the sport of it would this story had stayed in the news more than a couple of days if not for the children?

But the biggest question is now that all the victims have been buried will this story go away,will the concern for the children fade and life return to normal in Memphis or will the citizens of this city find a way to support the surviving children and not support leadership that have to workable plan to fight crime?

Close Associate Of The Dotson's Tells How Murders On Lester Street Took Place

Here's what someone close to Jessie and Cecil Dotson has to say in their own words about Jessie's relationship with his brother and former girlfriend Marissa Williams and the other person believed to be involved in the Lester Street 6:


Marissa dated Jessie befire he went to Jail ..She started liking Jessie at age 11 and begin having sex with him at age 12..She was 15 when he went to Jail NOT 12..Jessie was in love with her and also gave her money. She was a young girl at Westwood high School in love with Jessie Dotson. She started dating Cecil Dotson in late 1995. They had 4 kids together and she loved him with everything in her. And Cecil loved Marissa. They broke up for a short time and had a Child with Erica which she named Cecil Dotson the second..KNOWING he had a child with Marissa ALREADY named Cecil Dotson..

The Police are looking at the wrong other person. Erica Smith was in LOVE with Cecil and was SOOOOOOO mad when he went back with Marissa and they had another Child with is a Lovely Little Girl his only Daugther..Daddy's little Gril. When Jessie was got out of JAIL which was August 1st, 2007 the REAL date not January like the Commerical Appeal reported..he was still in love with Marissa ..BUT she was Pregnant by his Little Brother and had three other Children by him.

In the mean time Erica Smith still being in love with Cecil started FUCKING Jessie, because Nicole and Erica are Friends very good Friends to this day. Erica no WAY went on Sunday and did not tell Nicole that same day Cecil's Car was home the Door was open BUT KNOW one was there..HELL NO someone is ALLWAYS at that house because they left the KIDS there along ALL OF THE TIME..ERICA KNEW, NICOLE knew and Jessie DID IT...

Erica started fucking Jessie to make Cecil MAD and..But Cecil was in love with Marissa.....BUT Jessie wanted Marissa and he HATED his brother CECIL for taking his GIRL..but tried not to let it show, And when Jessie went to Jail at age 19 Cecil SPENT the DRUG money he left along with the Mother, Sister and they never went to visit him NOT ONE TIME. He was mad at them all. But when he came home NICOLE let him stay with her and she took care of him so he forgave her.

She dates DRUG boys, get over $500 dollar a month in Food Stamps and live in section 8 almost for FREE. She goes to the CLUB every weekend and SMOKE more Drugs than the average MAN. If they give her a DRUG test today she will FALL OVER and FAIL it.....Now you ask HOW i know this.......I can tell you this is ALL true and ERICA and Nicole should both be in JAIL for the COVER up.

Once Jessie started Fucking Erica she liked it..But still loved Cecil and wanted to get rid of Marissa not Cecil...Cecil came home and got Jessie killing Marissa and Shrindri and it was all over. He had to shoot him at that point. he was trying to make Shrindri and Marissa tell where Cecil kept the Money and Drugs in the House.

When Cecil and Pete came in he shot them..He hated MArissa for what she did while he was in Jail and not coming to see him. I dont think he was going to kill Cecil at frist just Marissa, the kids and take the money and drugs. It was a VERY BAD plan gone wrong. ERICA wanted Marissa gone and Jessie had not seen Pussy in 10 years and did anything ERICA came up with.

A Witness Reflects On Chris Jones Killing An UnArmed Disc Jockey

Here's what a witness at Windjammers states happen when Sgt.Chris Jones pf the Shelby County Sheriff's Department took a man's life over a parking spot:

I had soccer game at 9, ended about 11. A few of us from the team went to brookhaven and had dinner. About 12, we went to the windjammer and bought a pitcher of beer. We had not even made it through 1 pitcher when everything happened. There was this guy there that was stumbling around drunk trying to hit on all the females and saying extremely inappropriate things. He had parked his truck sideways outside blocking people in.

Someone asked him to please move his truck so they could leave, at which point he unleashed a string of expletives near our table, and the 2 guys got in a fight. It was broken up, no biggie, but this same drunk started yelling he was going to kill the other guy.Not the first time a drunk idiot at the wind jammer has yelled something like this, so no one really thought about it. He left, everyone went back to doing whatever.

About 10 minutes later, someone screamed oh my god. I looked up and saw a guy in the doorway with a silver gun, as he grabbed the guy he had been fighting. The guy rolled off him and hit the ground, and as the guy with the gun tried to point it down and shoot him, the DJ (one of the nicest people you'd ever meet) attempted to tackled the gunman, causing him the miss the guy on the floor. At that point, everyone started screaming and running in all directions. He fired 2 more shots but by then Luke and I were running out the back like most everyone else, some people just hid under tables and stuff.

Those 2 bullets were into DJ's neck and chest, basically killing him on the spot. Luke and I got outside to my car and were about to leave when this guy about our age came hobbling out of the back door. I guess we were feeling courageous at that point (or stupid), but we ran over to make sure he was okay. The first bullet fired had ricocheted off the floor and hit him in the ass, so we picked him up and carried him around the corner into the light to wait on the ambulance. What we didn't know was that inside the gunman had taken the clip out of his gun, sat it on the table, and was just chilling inside. Didn't try and run or anything, just hung out looking at everyone with 1 bullet left in the chamber.

So Luke and I stayed outside with the masses of other people (you know it's a bunch of white people that have never been in that situation when instead of leaving everyone stands around outside 30 feet from a guy with a gun, real intelligent) trying to keep the guy that got shot calm. I tried to go inside to paper towels so we could keep pressure on the bullet, and found a few other guys giving CPR to DJ (who was obviously dead).

I can't impress upon you what a good person DJ is. He never knew either of us parents, raised himself for all intensive purposes, and made the most out of the cards he was dealt in life. Has a 9 year old son and 7 year old girl, and was just one of those good all guys that would do anything for anyone cause he didn't know any better. He saw someone in trouble with a gun to their head, and reacted in a way I know I never could have, trying to help the other person out, and it cost him his life. So please keep his wife and children in your thoughts and prayers.The worst part is when the cops got there the gunman identified himself as a sheriff's deputy, and believe me the guy was nuts.... does not make me feel safeAnyways, that's the long and short of it. Hope everyone has a happy friday

Cop Should Be Treated Like Any Other Citizen

Sgt Chris Jones,son of former City Councilman E.C Jones has been charged with second degree murder for killing 42 year old Donald Munsey. Munsey was the disc jockey at Windjammers where the murder took place. It's reported that Munsey was only trying to break up the fight between Jones and another man that had started outside the club.

This Shelby County Deputy Sheriff proved that had no attention of following the law by the mere fact that he was carrying his gun inside a bar while of duty which is against the law. Jones, a member of the West Tennessee Drug Task Force, has been employed by the sheriff's department since 1991. He's been involved in a number of traffic stops that led to major drug busts, including one in 2007 that led to the seizure of more than a million dollars worth of marijuana. The way he was acting it seems as though he may not have turned it all in.

Chris Jones should be treated the same as any of citizen when a life is taken recklessly and his position or his father's former position should not prevent equal justice. Law enforcement officers should set the example for restraint but it seems that if the citizens of Shelby County want that we're looking in the wrong place

A Little Birdie Says That Dotson's Bloody Clothing Found In Sister's Apartment

A little Birdie states that the break in at Nicole Dotson's North Memphis Apartment was staged by the Organized Crime Unit on last Thursday to gain entry to find evidence in the murders of the LesterStreet 6.

Nicole Dotson while at 201 Poplar received a call on her cell from her home number, But what was odd about that was the fact that no one was supposed to be there. Dotson tells the detectives she's visiting what has occurred and they along with the TACT UNIT and OCU raced to Goodwill Village to check to see if anyone is inside. which it wasn't but they had to search the apartment naturally to make sure.

While they didn't find a burglar, they did find I'm told bloody clothing belonging to Jessie Dotson along with other evidence that ties him to the crime scene. One may ask If the break in was staged how did Nicole Dotson receive a call showing her home number on the caller ID? Very simple OCU staged the call.

As I know from the fake cell phone texts that I received in December when I exposed the fact that a OCU officer ran over a young man in North Memphis. OCU being the intelligence unit of MPD has the technology to portray phony numbers into someones cell phone. It's a process where any number that one wants to be seen can be planted in any one's phone.

The posted picture from my personal cell phone is the perfect example. After I spoke out against the OCU officer involved in the North Memphis shooting of a young man that was shot in the back and ran over by a MPD SUV I started to be harassed by OCU officers. My phone shows the number 260-5926 sending me a text. The number is the call in number for my radio talk show,and since I was the only person in the station and the only person with access to that phone box I realize that I had just received a cloned number from the officers who had been sending me threats for exposing what happened in North Memphis.

This was the same trick that was played on Nicole Dotson, even though MPD suspected Jessie Dotson in the murders they had no evidence that placed him at the Lester Street address,but they knew he stayed with the sister from time to time and that he and Nicole were close. There was no legal reason at that point to get a search warrant so OCU used the rouse of a break in to gain entry where clothing belonging to Jessie Dotson was found that contained blood.

Now if what the birdie says is true that means that Nicole Dotson was fully aware that her brother was a crazed killer. But why would she protect someone who had just killed her brother and babies? Why is it that she never showed any emotion? and did she become the spokesperson so that she could protect Jessie?

I received a call from an unknown person stating that both Jessie and Cecil had robbed someone of at least $300,000 which is connected to drugs and gangs and that those robbed persons came to collect. Cecil not having a great love for his brother because of Marissa Williams who was his girlfriend before he went to prison but became Jessie's girlfriend after he went to prison played a role in the murders but he was not along.

It is my belief that since the children are still in protective custody and the FBI and the U.S. Marshall's are involved in the case that some major drug dealers are very upset and are on the loose. I'm also told that there is a special unit of Federal TACT officers also in the city just in case something heavy goes down. Well this all comes from a little birdie,do you think he's singing the right tune?

Is It Love Of The Children Or Love Of The Money?

The family of the children who survived the Lester Street murders were seen today in Juvenile Court inquiring in how to get custody of the children still held in protective custody by the police. I'm told that the family left disappointed. It is my feeling that the concern for the children may be more tied to the out pour of financial support that is coming from this community then a genuine concern for the children themselves.

It is my belief that the children would be in certain danger if placed in the care of persons who might have been involved in the murders. There is some reason that the MPD has kept this family away.Could it be as I believe that Jessie Dotson did not act alone but that members of the family have full knowledge of what really went on at 722 Lester.

There is word on the streets that the Dotson brothers were robbers and that they along with others made a big score($300,000) where all the parties didn't get there part of either cash or drugs and that the parties left out came looking for their portions of the ill gotten cash involved.
It's also reported by sources close to the Dotson family that Cecil Dotson's girlfriend Marissa Williams who was also murdered, was Jessie's girlfriend prior to his going to prison in 1994 for a murder that his brother may have committed. The sources state that Cecil never got over the fact that his brother took his girlfriend and also got her pregnant several times. Earlier this year Jessie pulled a gun on Cecil over a coat so why would Jessie have him at his house?

The madness in this family goes on and on and for that reason the courts should appoint a trustee to handled all the funds that have been raised for these children. DHS should also placed the children in a foster home after the rest of the murders are found

Little Nikki Wants To Be In Congress,But Why Should She Be Elected?

Nikkie Tinker who registered to vote in Shelby County on March 2,2002 and has only voted in this area 5 times wants to be elected Congress person for the 9th Congressional District, but why? Tinker has no history of service to the community at all. Tinker who is a protege of Harold Ford Jr. who did nothing for the district for 10 years is her teacher so what do we have to expect from her?

Her being Black and will not be enough to get her elected. Yes there are some who think that only a Black should hold the seat that is presently held by Steve Cohen. Tinker can not name one thing that she has done as a leader in this community but there are those who will support her solely based on her being Black.

What reason does this community have to support her? what is her history of service? What has she done in the community? what was she doing in Memphis before she decided to run? Oh I forgot she hasn't been here long enough to serve but than Harold Jr. needed to have someone in place that he collected? Or maybe Harold Sr. who has become a multimillionaire lobbyist since leaving congress needs someone in place that he can control to help his clients. But whatever her reason Memphis should not be fooled by her or those who support her not because they think she is best for the job but because she's black.

Pretty soon I will go on the attack both here and on my radio show tearing into her for not having a record and for thinking that she deserves to be elected because she's a cute skinny girl from Alabama. I will attack those who think that she should be elected based on her skin color and not her record of service. Steve Cohen in the two years has made a difference in this city and we need to keep strong leadership with a record of service instead of someone who just "Got off the porch".

How Much Does The City Make For Promoting Memphis Murders?

Is one of the reasons that Memphis is thought to be the murder capital of the world because Willie Herenton and Larry Godwin has entered into an contract with the A&E Network to create that image? The Memphis Homicide department is seen weekly on the national network being followed around the city on murder cases. But how much is the city being paid for it's weekly appearance on national TV?

The network runs commercials during the show which means that A&E is making a profit off of the murders of this city. But what are the terms of the contract that has to be in place that allows Memphis to be placed in a negative light weekly? Who made the deal? Did the City Council agree to the terms? How much is being paid and where is the money doing?

I have asked a City Council person to look into the matter and I will be submitting under the Tennessee Open Records Act a request to the City Attorney for a copy of the complete contract so that this community will know how much the city or someone is being paid to turn our murder victims into national stars,and police officers who are paid by the city into our national ambassadors of homicide

It's Time For The Village To Respond

While Gov. Phil Bresden wants the state to give the $50,000 reward that was put in place for the arrest and conviction of the killer or killers of the Lester Street 6, I think that the Black church and black business's and organizations need to also step up to the plate. It's time out for the Black community to continue to look to others to take care of it's own.

While I am grateful that the Lester Street murders have crossed racial lines and people of all colors have been able to come together not only against these this issue but against the reign of crime in Memphis. Black on Black crime and crime committed by Blacks has gone to far and it's up to the black community to reel this problem in. There is no more time for marches and meetings just to have a meeting. It's time to produce a workable plan and enforce that plan. This week has shown us that we can all work together for the common good and if the death of the Lester Street 6 brings this community together that their deaths would not have been in vain.

There is well over 2,500 black churches in Memphis and Shelby County and it's time for these organizations to be more than a Sunday morning meeting place and join the Governor in raising funds for the children of Cecil Dotson and Marrisa Williams. I often hear in the Black community that it takes a village to raise a child,well it's time for the village to step up,

These children will forever need the assistance of caring people,the children lost their mother and father in such a terrible way and to see one of your family members try to kill you after killing your parents is something I'm sure will forever haunt them. Millions of dollars cross offering tables every Sunday morning it's time to take some of the money out of the storage room and help the least of these.

The shout can no longer be it's the white man's fault, But the shout must be what's going on in the black community is the Black community's fault and no longer can we seek to just place blame but find a solution for our own problems. Racism will forever exist but it does not have to stop growth or productive lives. So in the case of the children of Lester Street It's time for the Village to take care of it's own.

WHAT"S THE DIFFERENCE?

While the District Attorney General and the Director of Police are trying to come up with a way to charge me for posting images of a murder victim on this site,I wonder if they have considered that if I'm guilty of a crime so are they. The A&E Channel produces a show that is shown nationally called the First 48 where cameras follow homicide detectives around on a murder investigation. In the program images of the dead are shown at crime scenes,also witnesses are shown the pictures of the murder victim.

In many of the shows when detectives are questioning a suspect they show that suspect the dead image which is also seen by the viewing audience around the world. In some cases the picture is not even distorted. The program shows bodies laying on the ground, in trunks of cars, are just images of the person who was murdered.

Because of the high murder rate in Memphis, murders in the city are often shown where victims are seen in their dead state. Victims images are broadcasted or published around the country. Does the Memphis Police Department seek the permission of families to show their love ones on TV? No!!! But then there is no law that says that they have to. So what's the difference? There is none. Some one may say that when we view the show we don't know who the murder victim happens to be. The family does.

While I made no money off of posting the pictures of Shindri Roberson or ever had an intent to do other than inform, A&E makes millions off of the murder victims in Memphis by selling advertising. And it's unknown how much the MPD makes from the show's viewing. There has been a camera crew from the show in Memphis for several weeks,I've seen them while inside 201 Poplar myself,And are we to think that a Memphis murder case that went world wide will not be seen on nationally TV? So my question is What's the difference/

Here's a scene from the show where a murder victim's hands and arms are shown on the ground along with the victim on the ground. While the face is removed, her family knows who the victim is

In the last week this city has been rocked by the tragic deaths of Cecil Dotson, Hollis Seals, Shindri Roberson,Marissa Williams,and to young children. during this week a city plagued by racism has put hatred on a back burner and unlike anytime in recent history joined together to say that these deaths were wrong no matter what color the victims are and that all people of all colors and religions should banned together to declare war on crime.

This week of hurt and pain has made grown men weep,and mothers hold their children just a little closer because hearts in this city was broken over the thought that anyone could be cruel enough to murder and torture small children less along 4 adults.

There is nothing that can be said that can bring the victims back. We along with their families are left to figure out what has gone so wrong in our society that we dismiss gunshots as just noise,and have forgotten to be our brother's keeper. Today it does not matter what was the past of each victim, or what fallacies they had in life because their souls are no longer present in this world to suffer with life's trials.

None of us can say that their souls is not with God,in fact the bible says "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" and just like the thief that hung on a cross next to Jesus as he was dying told the Lord "Remember me" and Jesus put death on hold and told that man with a criminal record "This day you'll be with me in Paradise".

To the love ones of each victim may the love of God which passes all understanding keep you in your hour of grief and hold you when this issue becomes old news, and the calls from friends stop coming and when you're all alone with just you and your memories.

And again to the family of Shindri Roberson I again apologize for any anguish that I may have caused you this week and please charge to my head and not to my heart.

Would You Wait Your Turn To Be Killed?

Larry Godwin would have us believe that one man was able to kill 4 adults and 2 children and brutally torture 3 other children all alone. So as he was killing one did the others say "I'm not going to run I'll just wait my turn?" Are we to believe that none of the adults tried to get out the front door since they were all found in the front room?

I don't doubt that Jessie Dotson was present but I in no way believe that he committed the murders by himself. The pictures I posted of Shindri Roberson being shot twice twice in her left kneecap kills Godwin's notion that Dotson was just trying to kill off the witnesses. If that was the case why was Roberson only shot in the knee cap?

On Tuesday the MPD stated that they were working from a "Blank Sheet" and had no leads,so what lead them to Jessie? Is it the statement of a minor child under the influence of medication that had no other adult present other than the police? Since the police still have the family under protective custody are we being lead down a garden path while police are still looking for the murders? Is Dotson being used as a patsy while the MPD,FBI,TBI, and U.S. Marshall's,are looking for the real butchers? All these agencies had a 4 hour meeting with Godwin along with his command staff on Friday. But why when Dotson was brought in at 7pm Friday evening.

I am also troubled by Dotson's sister Nicole, There is something about her that just does not add up. While on TV Monday night she never shedded a tear,plus the alleged break in of her apartment strikes me strange. Who breaks in a house and gives the occupant a call to tell them that they are there? Could this have been a plan by MPD to have a public reason to place the family in protective custody or to have a reason to get in her apartment? The alleged break in took place while she was at 201 Poplar with the police.

There is no way I believe that the adults would not have rushed Jessie Dotson when he started to shot or tried to get out while someone else was being shot. Godwin stated that Dotson shot each adult multiple times so are we to believe that while one person was being shot several times by one person no one thought to run?

While Bill Gibbons may or may not be concerned about me taking pictures at a funeral home,which only channel 3 is reporting with who I don't have a great relationship with. In fact April Thompson quoted me on Friday as though she had spoken with me. When I called her on it yesterday she told me that since the AP wire stated what I said,which was wrong she just went with it since when she called me at 3:58 I was going on air and I couldn't give her a comment. But that being what it is with most mainstream stations, here are a couple of things the District Attorney may want to work on:

The Truth About N.J. Ford And Sons And The Pictures

The state board that regulates funeral homes in Tennessee is due to make an appearance at N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home on Monday. The appearance by the state board is in reference of the photos taken of Shindri Roberson on Thursday by myself. Since I will not be there let me give them my accounting of what took place.

Knowing that the funeral homes attempts to hustle the bodies of all the black homicides in the area I called Assistant manager Edgar Miller on his cell number which I received from him on Wednesday when he called E.H. Ford Mortuary to see if they had any of the bodies. Edgar stated that while he had contacted all the parties that could release the bodies to N.J.Fords he was only assured of getting the body of Shindri Roberson.

I stated to Edgar that I had a interest in seeing the body to be able to report on this site and on my radio show the true conditions surrounding the various rumors of torture. He assured me that I could come to the funeral home when the body was picked up from the morgue.

On Friday morning I called his cell number and asked if the body had been picked up,he stated that the funeral home received the body Wednesday afternoon. I asked if I could come by and see the body, he stated that I could. Upon arriving at the funeral home I entered through the back with my camera in hand and made my way to the lobby. Edgar was in his office and Joseph Ford was in his office with the door open. Edgar told me to go on back to the morgue. Having once being employed there I knew exactly where the morgue was located.

Upon entering the morgue two longtime employees were present,Beverly Malone who was doing hair and Phillip Martin who was dressing bodies. There was a heavyset woman also working in the morgue who I don't know. I had a conversation with Beverly who asked for one of my business cards and seeing nearly 20 bodies in the morgue asked Phillip where the body of Roberson was. He lead me to the table where Roberson's body was and removed the sheet. I could clearly see that she had not been embalmed and was in the condition that bodies are when they arrived from the county morgue.

Phillip and I observed the body to see where the wounds were and could only see the two entry gunshot wounds to the kneecap with one exit wound in the back of the leg. At that point I took pictures of the wounds along with a facial shot. After taking the pictures I stayed in the morgue maybe another 5 minutes in conversation with Phillip and Beverly.

When I exited the morgue I went back up front where Edgar was now sitting in the outer office of Joe Ford's office. Edgar and I had a conversation along with Joseph Ford and John Ford. we walked out of the office and down the hall to another office and continued conversation about the fact that the Ca had published the criminal record of Roberson and the other adults in the Lester Street Murders. While we were talking Melvin Ford the eldest of the Fords walked in and we said our hello's

While I didn't ask if I could I take the pictures both Edgar Miller and Joseph Ford saw the camera in mt hand,and the morgue employees saw and assisted in taking the pictures. The fact that Joseph Ford now wants to say that I was trespassing is as he stated "a bold face lie". To trespass would mean that I was on the property without there knowledge when in fact I was on the property because I was given the okay by the assistant manager of the funeral home. In fact while I was there Miller asked me to call a Mrs. Anderson or a Mrs. Askew in reference to helping him to secure the bodies of the children. I made the call but a gentleman answering the phone stated that she was sleep.

I find it strange that the state board is concerned about pictures being taken of the dead,when in 1994 this same board had no interest when through Mr. Charles Harrison of Orange Mound Funeral home I submitted proof that N,J. Ford And Sons were body snatching, paying off then homicide detectives for giving them the names and phone numbers of next of kins in homicides so that the funeral home could hustle the body. I also gave them proof that the funeral home called homicide daily to get the names of all DOA's that died at home. BUT YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT ME AND PICTURES.

The state board had no concern when I presented to them a funeral bill where the Garner family in North Memphis purchased a blue "Going Home" casket that had already been used, but because the family didn't have enough money and because the body was going to the county cemetery was pulled out of the casket and resold. The board had no interest when I submitted names of dead persons who were pulled from caskets and all placed in one container and buried in the county grave yard. BUT YOU'RE CONCERNED ABOUT ME AND PICTURES.

The state board was not concerned when I submitted proof that N.J. Ford and Sons in the 90's took advantage of families when TENNCARE first arrived in the state. EXCESS MED PLUS had a $10,000 death benefit that most poor families were not aware of. Harold Ford Sr. had the print out of all families in Shelby County and when persons on the plan died we were dispatched to the home,where fa miles were sold $1500-$2500 funerals for $10,000. Or to get the body the next of kin was promised $2-$3,000 from the $10,000 to acquire the remains. BUT YOU'RE CONCERNED ABOUT ME AND PICTURES.

Joseph Ford I have admitted my role in taking the pictures,Your bragging to some about filing criminal trespassing charges against me want wash because you had full knowledge of my presence on your property. Speaking of things that don't wash when I left the funeral home in 1994 you were making a salary of $10,000 a month but yet you were on TENNCARE. Do you want me to post the proof about that?

This story is solely based on the fact that Joseph Ford has lied about there role in the taking of pictures at the funeral home and stated that I was a bold faced liar. When the CA and Associated Press called I wouldn't ID anyone at the funeral home, but your bragging about what you're going to do to me lead me to totally exposed what took place and to remind you that there is even more that you know I know that's not here..........YET.

I Will Not Be Silenced

Channel 3 has been reporting that Police may seek to file charges against me for publishing the morgue image of Shindri Roberson. There is no state law that prevents the publication of images of the dead, but I'm sure Larry Godwin would love to attempt to silence me. Godwin is upset because he can't figure out where mi information comes from out of MPD, He's also angry that I reported that he has a $20,000 security system on his home on Wesley Wood Drive paid for by tax payers.

Godwin is also upset that I reported about his best friend Tommy Turner who also was his business partner,and the best man at his wedding,and former President of the Memphis Police Association stealing from a neighbor several years ago and allowed to give the stolen items back instead of being charged. And this week I reported that Turner is alleged by the MPA to have mishandled at least $500,000 of members money. Plus I have been very critical of his leadership and stating that he must have something on Willie Herenton that keeps him in his job. So yes I can see him seeking to come after me.

But the police department is only an enforcement agency the charges would have to come from the office of Bill Gibbons who I could also see trying to silence me. I have question how he allowed the man who brutally killed Mickey Wright to cut a deal. I questioned how with evidence and a police report he allowed the son of a friend to stop be charged with rape of his own then 2 year old child. So yes I could see Gibbons being selective in his prosecution. But Gibbons knows that there is no state laws that prevent the publishing of the image of the dead. If that's the case the CA needs to beware on April 4th of publishing the picture of Martin Luther King laying dead on the balcony of the Lorraine motel.

There is a desire by certain public officials to keep information from this community. There are those in public office that think that you need to only know what they want you to know. They have a problem with me because they can't control me like they can some in mainstream media. They have the power to call certain newsrooms and kill a story of interest that the community needs to know. But they know that that will not happen with me.

This blog is the most read site in the mid south and with the story about the pictures nearly 100,000 persons have logged on since Friday. In fact so many were hitting the site on yesterday that for a while the site went down. Some were critical of the posting of pictures but thousands came just to see. The media and Godwin's rant has now increased the readership. Plus you add my radio show to the picture you have two forces of uncontrolled information. The powers that be don't want an uncontrolled source of information around that they know has sources in all areas of government along with street sources.

If Godwin and Gibbons choose to attempt to silence me with bogus charges than they can be prepared for a legal battle. And the city and the county can prepare for a lawsuit for it's officials using their positions to violate my First Amendment Rights. I've had the state and federal laws researched the last several days and there is no law that prevents the image of the dead being published or photographed. In fact I'm sure at the funeral of the young woman pictures of her will be taken. Plus when they push this button news stations will no longer be able to show you crime scenes where a body is laying on the ground. I wonder if they arrest me for showing the image of the dead will they arrest the photojournalist from the TV stations that showed the dead bodies of the Lester Street 6 coming out of the house. hmmmmmm,this could get very interesting.

Mr DA what about the pictures of the dead that's shown to witnessses on The First 48 hours? Bodies have been shown even though the face was distorted. Did you ask the family of those persons if those pictures of there loved ones could be broadcasted on national TV?

9 Year Old Should Receive $81,000 Reward

Larry Godwin stated on Saturday that the $81,000 reward that was in place to pay for a tip that would lead to the arrest and conviction of the killer or killers of the 6 victims on Lester street will not be paid because it was not a tip that caused MPD to arrest Jessie Dotson.

Excused me Mr. Director wasn't it the 9 year old who was brutally stabbed that told you that "Uncle Junior Did It?" if that's not a tip I don't know what one is.

This child has lost both a mother and father along with the fact that the child was brutally unjured,plus the fact that MPD could not have gotten their man had it not been for the child,I feel that the money should be placed in a trust fund for the child. Do you think that the plan was never to pay anyone for the tip that would lead to an arrest and a conviction?

Whats your thought on this,should the $81,000 go to the child or back in the coffers of city and state government,

What's Right Is Right And What's Wrong Is Wrong

The picture shown here is the image of Shindri Roberson taken by the Memphis Police Department. We all saw it for the first time when the Commercial Appeal published it after her death. The publishing of Ms. Roberson's picture made her a public figure. Thus there are laws that apply to public figures and images. I am sure that the CA did not request permission from the family to post this picture but solely used it for there story about her death. There is no difference in the publishing, both were a image and both were published after her death.

There has been a lot of conversation about my posting her image, while I stand by my decision to post her image after her death like the CA did I have decided to remove the image of her face. While there is no Tennessee law that prevents her image from being published either in life or in death,and while my sole purpose was and is to make sure that the Memphis Police Department handles this case properly and does not attempt to cover up the truth, many of you are correct when you state that I should have consulted the family. While like the CA I don't need there permission to publish the right thing to do would have at least been to let them know my intent.

I have never removed anything that I have posted from my website even though I have been asked many times I am removing the facial image but the image showing the shots will remain. I think with what the Police Director is now saying happen it's important that there is a reminder that that story just does not hold water and that whoever the killer or killers happen to be there should be no cover ups,or convenient stories given by police because they can't find out the truth.

To the family of Shindri Roberson I extend my apologies here to you for any discomfort that seeing the pictures may have caused you. While you may think that my actions or tactics were not proper there was no intent to disrespect you or the memory of Shindri. This apology does not come to prevent you from taking any legal actions that you choose, because I'm totally prepared to deal with that,and there in no legal laws broken. But I may have broken a moral law by not at least contacting you. I still totally stand by the decision I made but a person leaving a comment asked whether I would want her child to see the picture of its mother and have that image as the last memory of a mother.

I don't know as to whether or not she has a child but I decided that the facial image was improper for her child to see if she has one. Please understand I don't bow or bend for anyone and have no fear of legal actions at all,but whats right is right and what is wrong is wrongand perhaps in this case I was wrong to post the facial image of Shindri. I will continue to investigate and caused this community to see the Forrest and not just the tree that is prevented. I will also publicly extend this same apology on my radio show on Monday afternoon on AM 990 Kwam.

Are You Buying What Larry Godwin Is Selling

The story that Larry Godwin presented today at the 3:00 press conference is full of holes and stinks of presenting a story to cover his ass. As I first reported on this site early Saturday after receiving info from a police source Jessie Dotson Jr. was named as the lone killer of 4 adults and 2 children. He also confessed to brutally cutting and stabbing 3 other children,and his nieces and nephews.

According to my source the 9 year old told the police "My Uncle Junior did it". The source again states that the killing was over an argument that Jessie had with his brother Cecil after they went to buy guns. The source states Jessie says that he was drinking Hennessey and shot his brother in the chest and than attempted to kill everyone else in the house.

Even though Jessie Dotson has confessed according to MPD to the murders I still have strong doubts if he committed the crime,or if he committed the crime alone. It could be possible that Jessie Dotson feels safer in jail than on the streets, because there is still someone out to kill him and members of his family. Let me give you my reasoning for this observation which is based on what Godwin said at the conference.

Neighbors on Lester Street and the house behind the 722 address state that they heard the shots Saturday evening, but Godwin stated that the murders took place early Sunday morning. Godwin also stated that Jessie Dotson was placed in protective custody within 24 hours after the bodies were found. The rest of the family was placed in protective custody on Thursday,so why was Jessie Dotson placed in protective custody two days earlier? In fact if Godwin states that he has his man why is the family still in protective custody and he doesn't know when that protection will end? And why if he has his man and believes that Dotson is the lone killer is there still an ongoing investigation?

Godwin stated that Dotson shot all the adults multiple times without reloading, but refused to state what kind of gun was used that could shot 4 adults several times without having to reload. Godwin also stated that Dotson after shooting his brother intended to kill everyone else in the house so that there would be no witnesses. Sources within MPD report that not only was Cecil Dotson shot but beaten to a bloody pulp. Why would Dotson shot him and then beat him,and why would the rest of the adults stay around while this is going on?

If Dotson's plan was to kill his brother and kill all the witnesses to cover his tracks, why was Shindri Roberson shot twice in the kneecap? this doesn't sound like some one trying to take a witness out, he had to know that shooting her in the kneecap would not kill her. It seems as though someone was trying to get information out of her and asked her a question,got the wrong answer and shot her in the knee,asked again still getting the wrong answer and shot her again,and then smothered her. This is the reason that Godwin was so upset yesterday about my posting the pictures it destroys his bullshit story.

Why if Dotson just wanted to kill his witnesses didn't he just shot them all and be done? why was there a need to torture the children? Why would he take the time to cut off the fingers and leave a sharp object protruding out of the skull of one of the children?

If Jessie Dotson was in protective custody within 24 hours of the bodies being found as stated by Godwin, then who was it that broke into the home of Nicole Dotson on Thursday giving her a call? Is it possible that whoever killed and tortured the persons at 722 Lester didn't find what they were looking for and went to the sister's home to find it,and that's the reason police immediately placed her and members of the family in protective custody? Also how do we know that the 9 year old made the statement,and what medication the child was under when making the statement.

I strongly believe that this community is not being told the truth by this Director and that there are still killers in the streets of Memphis. I also believe that the director does not want the community to be aware of certain criminal elements that are alive and well in this city. His anger about the posting of the pictures is based on the fact that he had nothing on yesterday and he has nothing today and that the pictures brought attention to the fact the murders were more than a brother being angry with another brother but that the murders were brutal beyond thought. If what the Director has said is true and that he has his man and there is no other elements like drugs and gangs involved, why did he have a closed door meeting on yesterday with the TBI,FBI, and the U.S. Marshall's?

Police Have Charged Brother With First Degree Murder In The Case Of The Lester Street Murders

Sources within the Memphis Police Department state that Jessie L.Dotson Jr. confessed to killing his brother and three other adults,along with killing two children and brutally beating three other of his young relatives and has been charged with First Degree Murder in the case of the Lester Street murders. Jessie is the brother of Cecil Dotson one of the victims.

Jessie Dotson who was brought into 201 Poplar on Friday on yesterday at first denied his involvement, but police had gotten a statement from the 9 year old still in LeBonheurwhere when asked you stabbed you the 9 year old replied "Uncle Junior did it".

I'm told that Jessie and Cecil had went to purchase a gun and an argument insued between Cecil and the person selling the gun. the argument continued to the Lester Street address where Jessie said that his brother Cecil wouldn't let it go.

Jessie states that they were all drinking Hennessey,and he got mad and shot Cecil in the chest,and attempted to kill everyone else in the room so as not to leave any witnesses. Jessie Dotson was released last year after spending 18 years in prison for murder. His booking number is 08107778

Joe Ford Is The Real Bald Face Liar

Shelby County Commissioner Joseph Ford who is also the President of N. J. Ford and Sons funeral Home told the CA that He didn't have any knowledge of me being at the funeral home and that I was trespassing. Joseph Sampson Ford went as far as to call me a bald face liar, when it's he who lied.

On Wednesday knowing that the funeral home practices the art of body snatching,where instead of a family calling the funeral home the funeral home goes to the family's home soliciting the body from the family I called their body snatcher Edgar Miller who also is the assistant manager of N.J. Ford's. I asked miller if he had any of the adult Lester Street bodies. He told me that he only been able to get the body of Shindri Roberson,but the body had yet to be released.

On Thursday morning I called Miller again to inquire if Roberson's body had been released, he stated that the body was in fact at the funeral home. I asked Miller if I could come to the funeral home and see the body, he stated that I could. When I arrived at the funeral home I went in through the back door where I parked and went into the lobby where I chatted with Joseph and John Ford with camera in hand. Miller told me to go on back to the morgue. Having worked at the funeral home I knew exactly where to go.

Upon entering the morgue three employees dressing the room full of bodies directed me to Roberson's body. Upon moving the cloth back in the presence of the employees I took the pictures that are posted on this site. After taking the pictures I went back up front where Joseph, John, and myself had a conversation concerning the CA posting mug shots of the victims .

While I didn't ask if I could take pictures they saw the camera in my hand and gave me permission to go to the morgue. So Joe Ford's statement that I was trespassing is the bald face lie. The picture of Shindri Roberson is not the first pictures of the dead that I have been allowed to take. Joseph Ford is just feeling the pressure of the State Board coming down on him.

In fact when I came back up front Edgar Miller asked me to call a Mrs. Anderson who he stated had control of the babies bodies. He wanted me to express to her that if N.J. Ford was allowed to get the bodies he could get victim compensation to pay the funeral bill. Miller stated that he could get $6,000 per body which would be much much more than would be needed to bury the children. Miller wanted me to call as a radio personality because he had failed to convince the family to use their services.

I still stand behind my decision to post the pictures, but the fact that Joseph Ford stating that I didn't have permission to be in the building and in the morgue is just totally untrue. What the family needs to be concern with more so than the posting of the pictures is how they're going to get screwed on the bill.

Here's what the family needs to do, tell the funeral home that they have no insurance on Roberson and that they want to use Victim's Comp. She more than likely would be approved because she did not play any role in her death. The state would pay the next of kin $6,000 but only spend $2,000 with the funeral home which would give the family $4,000. But make sure that papers are signed where Ford's only receive it's 2,000 at it's address while the balance goes directly to the family. If you don't do this the entire $6,000 check will do to the funeral home and the family will never know it arrived.

ASK THE ROBERSON FAMILY IF THEY CONTACTED N.J FORD AND SONS,OR DID SOMEONE JUST SHOW UP AT THE DOOR.

Victim Of Lester Street Murder Dies A Painful Death

As you look at the picture of Shindri Roberson you can see the fright in her face ( Which has been removed) as she died a tragic death. Seeing the expression on her face and after checking her body finding no other wounds than the 2 bullet wounds to the left knee. Its my belief that her killers shot her twice in the kneecap breaking her leg and then suffocated her. This happen to her while one of the babies was left with a knife stuck in it's skull and another child had it's fingers cut off.

No matter what her past was no one deserves to die in this manner. It is no doubt that this woman suffered a very painful death. There is total horror written across her face,can you imagine how she felt as she fought to catch her breath while being in severe pain from the gunshots? Can you imagine just visiting someone with the expectation of going home,and leave in a body bag? Can you imagine watching children killed and cut up,and then waiting your turn to die?

There is no doubt that the murders on Lester Street has closed a racial divide among many in this city as we all see that Memphis has become the most dangerous place in the country to live. This dead woman's picture should be etched on the walls of the memory of the mayor and the Police Director who have played this community with their stage show called "BLUE CRUSH". This sideshow of capturing a few small time drug dealers and street walkers in front of a camera has only served as an illusion as the crime problem in Memphis has continued to grow.

Sources State That Murders On Lester Street Due To Drug Debt

What the FBI considers as the most dangerous gang in America may be behind the death of 6 people at 722 Lester Street. The gang MS-13 a Mexican gang that is known to be in this city has been rumored all week to have went to the address to kill Cecil Dotson for an incident involving drugs,and that the other deaths were collateral damage.

This group is known to be very dangerous with no regards for human life at all,which would certainly ad up to what was the mindset of those who kill Dotson along with 3 other adults and 2 children. It is believed that the Mexican went to the Lester to collect a debt. Tonight I was put in contact with a person in transportation who stated to me that without a doubt drugs were being sold at 722 Lester.

I was told by the source that she/he took a person to Cecil Dotson's address and was told to wait a moment when the person riding with the source returned he had went to a side window at the address and purchased cocaine. I'm told that Dotson was killed because he had robbed a Mexican of a large sum of money,and that he was a member of the Gangster Disciples

I was also informed that the home invasion that took place at 3151 Jackson on Monday night was also connected to the MS-13 and that that the house is a Distribution spot for drugs in the Binghampton area also controlled by the GD's. But what really makes me believe that the MS-13 is behind the killings on Lester is this posting that was posted on my site earlier tonight:



You people were warned time and time again, not to come into the latino areas and harass, rob or intimidate.I told you about the black boy robber who was found in the dumpster with his throat cut for robbing our people but you would not listen.Now you would have a group of people try to do these things en mass. This very same group must pay the price from the oldest to the youngest!Negro stay in the negro area to do crime. White people stay in the white area to do crime. Come into the latino areas to do crime and you face the machete! It will follow you back to your homes and your beds and your children. Your police can do nothing.

Now I understand why the family of those murdered have been placed in protective custody and why the remaining children are all under guard. The MPD is aware of what is going on but has not shared this information with the community. If this group is as dangerous as reported none in this community is safe because a gang war is about to explode in this city between the GD's and the MS-13.

Larry Godwin did away with the Gang Unit,but in speaking with a former member of that unit I was told that the MPD has been aware of the presence of the MS-13 for at least 5 years but has made no move to deter it's growth.

If the mayor does not attack this problem and make a move on these gangs the citizens of Memphis have not seen murder like it's going to see it. The mayor can no longer drop his head and say he does not know what to do. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE and it has to be done NOW. This problem is bigger than BLUE CRUSH, the MPD must take it to the streets in a very forceful way with a strong presence with 0 tolerance.

Thousands Of Dollars Missing From The Memphis Police Association

On Wednesday night an emergency meeting of The Memphis Police Association was called by the Board of Directors because there seems to be a serious misappropriation of the organizations funds. Some members even wondered if the move by Police Director Larry Godwin on the group's office earlier this year was to protect Godwin's former fence Business partner and best man at his wedding Tommy Turner who was voted out as President from being investigated for mismanagement of the MPA's funds.

It has been found that there is no accountability for checks paid out,and also documents showing where funds belonging to certain checking and saving accounts cannot be found. The MPA has no idea how much money the organization is suppose to have. It has also been found out that the organization is receiving credit card statements,but don't know who has the credit cards.

The group is looking at former President Tommy Turner and Secretary to the Treasurer Billy Roberts as the persons who should know where the MPA's money happens to be. The MPA will be asking for an investigation from the State Comptroller where the organization's book will be audited. There is no doubt that thousands of dollars can not be accounted for,and that the books have been mishandled,and that there has been an abuse of credit cards. There could be criminal charges in the future of Godwin's close friend. Also members have found out that MPA credit cards have paid traffic tickets for political dignitaries

One thing that is sure is that Tommy Turner will steal, and that Larry Godwin will cover up his thievery. Remember this;

On April 7, 2006 Hulet T. Gregory went by a house he owns at 8542 Essex Court Cv. and noticed that some items had been stolen out of his back yard. In the police report Gregory states that he had been by the house on April 6, and all was well. What he noticed was missing was a wooden swing, a metal chair, stone walkway pieces, and plastic flower pots,all valued at $500.00.

The report goes on to state that a neighbor told Gregory that a gray pickup was parked in his drive on April 6,in the evening. the same neighbor showed him the truck that had been at his house at a nearby residence located at 2074 Kings Cross. That residence belongs to Tommy Turner,the Memphis Police Association President. The gray Tacoma with FOP tags TN-6936 belongs to Turner

Police were called and the slate stones taken from gregory home were found in Turner's driveway.The other items listed as stolen was piled up in front of Turner's garage. The Lt. that made the scene called Turner,who agreed to return the items the next day. A CSI unit was called to the scene to take pictures and to verify the location of the stolen items. There were 23 stolen items found at Turner's home.Why hasn't Turner's face been on the front of the CA for being a petty thief?

Memphis City Council Offers $30,000 Reward For Capture Of Demonic Killer Or Killers

Immediately after the death of a police officer several weeks ago Police Director Larry Godwin went on Tv and stated that he took the murder of a friend personally. Godwin also stated that no stone would go unturned to find the killer of the slain police officer. Godwin even went as far as to reorganize the way homicides are handled to make sure that Police would get there man.

There was a outcry from the community to find the killer and business owners and others in the community put together over $40,000 to add to the CRIMESTOPPERS reward to induce persons in the community to give the police a call to ID whoever it was that killed the friend of the Police Director.

The Police Director has not made the same public statements in the case of 4 adults and 2 children would were found brutally murdered on Monday and neither has business owner again put money in place to capture the dogs that killed the 6 and cut up 3 more children found in the house. The most brutal crime in the history of this city should demand that every citizen no matter what color should be outraged and the Police Director should show the same desire and anger as he did when his friend was found dead.

The killer or killers are still running loose in the streets of this community and there should be a state of alarm from Godwin and mayor Willie Herenton because we don't know when the dogs may strike again. The officers in the street should be beefed up, reserve officers should all be called in to make the citizens feel as though they are being served and protected.

The statement from the mayor where he in so many words states that he does not know what to do does not gel with me. While the mayor nor anyone else could have presented the tragic act of brutal murder, I would have love to have seen the mayor take a "We will find the dogs who did this" approach. I would have loved to have seen Godwin and the mayor stand with the families of the murdered like was done with the slain officer and tell them that the police of this city is on full alert and 'No stone will go unturned until the killers are brought to justice" But I guess that would be to much to ask.

On my radio show this evening I wondered why the business community and local black churches had not created an reward inducement to get persons knowing the killers to turn them in. when I received a call from City Councilwoman Janis Fullilove stating that the council had agreed to add $30,000 to the CRIMESTOPPERS fund to get someone to turn in these low life dogs. Also Council Shea Flinn who represents the Binghampton area called in supporting the reward and to show his concern which he states crosses a racial divide.

It's time for Willie Herenton to take the lead and help put a workable plan together to deter Black on Black crime. The attitude of " don't know what to do" is no longer a statement that citizens want to hear. A caller who lives close to the 722 Lester address stated on air that while they are use to hearing gunshots and having to duck in their homes, when the police are called they take their time coming. This is a problem that immediately needs to be solved, even if it means finding a police director who knows what he's doing.

Former Police Lt. States That Crime Is Being Fought Wrong In Memphis

For several weeks now I have been receiving emails from former Memphis Police Lt. Lawrence Johnson who spent nearly 30 years on the force stating the Larry Godwin's Blue Crush program is not fighting or reducing crime but is a stage for Godwin to promote himself. Johnson until now wanted to remain anonymous but after the murders of 4 adults and 2 children Johnson now wants to go public and let this community know the MPD is not fighting crime effectively.

Will The Tears Of Blood Bring Memphis Together?

The scene inside 722 Lester is stated to be the most gruesome crime scene that many of the Homicide and Felony Response officers have ever seen,where 4 adults and 2 children were found brutally killed. I'm told by sources close to both the MPD and the family that the bodies were mutilated like something out of a horror movie including a small child whose head was nearly cut from the body.

It's reported that some bodies where shot while others were heavily mutilated by a sharp object. Cecil Dotson who was renting the house is said to be among the dead along with his wife. It appears that whoever the killers are had no intent of anyone living that was inside the house. I spoke today with a neighbor who lives across the street from 722 Lester who states that he heard a series of shots Saturday evening as he watched a basketball game. The neighbor states that he didn't get alarmed because he hears shots all the time.

This grisly act by demonic lowlifes has risen an anger in this community that stands strong and beyond racial divides. I spent several hours in the area this morning and went over to First Baptist Broad pastored By Rev. Keith Norman. After a short visit with Norman I went across the lot to the old church building where prayer was being held. When I entered the building around 12 noon there was a group of about 50 Whites who had come from across the city to pray and cry with the citizens of Binghampton. It sent chills through me to see something that brought relief to racism and made Blacks and Whites join hands and shed tears over the death of common people.

It's time that the Black community come together to find a solution to the senseless killings that's taking place in this city. This problem is not a White man's problem but the problem of those of us in the black community who have not done the things that we should have to fight Black on Black crime This is not a problem we can meet away or march away,but it's a problem that we must put a plan of action to. This crime cannot be blamed on slavery or a slave mentality, but on the the only persons at blame the killers.

The killers of these children do not deserve to live, in fact they should never make it to jail. It's a waste of taxpayers dollars to house the dogs who with there heartless selves could take the lives of children who could never ID them.

It's reported that these murders could be gang or drug related, but whatever the reason the killers are not fit to continue to live on this planet. It takes a very cold blooded person to cut up a 2 month old, or leave a knife in the skull of a child. If never another this should be one issue that we can all agree on and demand that when these dogs are captured that no deals are cut and that the death penalty is given. Also we should free whoever inside the jail decides to save the citizens of Memphis the cost of a trial by killing them.

I urge anyone who knows who this killer are to call the police,anyone harboring these criminals should also be arrested and spend the rest of their lives behind bars. I will spend the rest of this week on my show dealing with this subject and calling for the black community to create a plan to fight Black on Black crime and put that plan into action.

Could Grisly Murders Be The Result Of A Drug Deal Gone Bad?

Sources are saying that the grisly scene at 722 Lester where 4 adults and 2 children were found dead,and 3 other children found near death themselves could have been the results of a drug deal gone bad. The source states that at least two to three of the adults have criminal records. But what is still confusing at the house that shows no force entry is the killing of children including a 10 month old. Even in criminal circles this violates the rule of the streets.

This gruesome ordeal unfolded on yesterday evening when the mother of one of the children went to pick up her child and with cars in the yard no one answered the door. I'm told that the mother felt that something was wrong and made contact with the police,who entered the small house in Binghampton and found what some say is the worse scene in 35 years when on Kansas Street in South Memphis David Sanders randomly shot and killed 5 people including a police officer.

Also the source was concerned why all homicide officers and OCU had not been called in to canvas the neighborhood and demand that the killers be found as in the case of the killing of Ed Vidulich. As of 3AM this morning the source states that this had not happened.

It is time that the Black community do something about the serious conditions of Black on Black crime. That something will not come from poli-trick-ans, preachers, or elected officials, because they have all had the chance and have given great speeches with no results. The cure to this problem that is destroying the Black community must start at home. Police Officer Gives His/Her Accounting Of Yesterday's Shooting Stating That Records Will Show The Officer Fired His Gun By Accident

On yesterday afternoon at the Raleigh Quik Stop #2 on Ridgemont a fist fight between alleged gang members broke out and then turned to gunfire. Witnesses state that and argument broke out between males in a black Jeep Cherokee and a gray Lincoln. It's believe this incident is a carry over between several gangs. Several of the men were wearing orange bandannas which represent gang colors.

Witnesses at the scene saw one of the males involved in the fight go to the car and pull out a gun. Witnesses also state that at least 10-15 shots were fired. The manager of the store flagged down a lone police officer after the two cars took off from the scene. The officer caught up with the Lincoln down the street where one of the men was shot.

A Memphis Police Officer sent me an email stating that when the officer fired the shot that he was not compliant with state laws and that the MPD will cover up the true facts of the shooting. here is the email that was sent. The email address has been removed to protect the officer's ID.

I'm sure you are aware of the officer involved shooting at Ridgemont and New Allen. What the Police dept isn't telling you is that the officer was not compliant with State Laws and Department regulations in firing his shot. First, the suspect that was shot was not armed at the time of the shooting and as witnesses on scene stated the suspect actually had his arms in the air, holding nothing, when he was shot.

The Officer involved admitted to detectives on scene that he had his weapon in one hand and was attempting to cut off the sirens to his squad car with his other hand when he accidentally fired the shot. Second, on the way to the scene of the shooting, I and all other officers, can clearly hear the officer asking the suspect "..what were you reaching for then?" while he was keyed up on the radio. It turns out the suspect was reaching for a cell phone. Obviously, this was recorded and is at 201 Poplar. Also, all the weapons recovered on scene were on the ground on the passenger side of the vehicle; however, the suspect was shot on the drivers side. Nowhere near a weapon.

Third, officers are trained that if they see a threat to "engage" it and to keep firing until the threat is neutralized. At the range we are trained to shoot three rounds in three seconds. This is because we are trained that if we are authorized to use deadly force that we are to fire until the suspect is down and no longer a threat. Also we are trained to shoot center mass, in the chest. The one stray shoot into the suspects leg can be further proof that the shot was accidental and that the officer was not authorized to shoot. I am sure that the department is covering this up, but everything I told you is recorded and is public information.

Judge Victor Hill Will Move Forward To Covene Special Grand Jury

On Saturday Special Prosecutor H.G. Foster announced that the criminal investigation into the killing of 12 year old DeAunta Farrow at the hands of Erik Sammis is closed. Foster states that even though new evidence was submitted he found no reason to place charges against the former police officer who took the life of the child last summer.



Judge Victor Hill attempted to convene a special grand jury to allow all the evidence to be presented before the citizens of West Memphis,but was intercepted by Foster who took the matter before the Arkansas State Supreme Court. the high court ruled that based on Foster stating that the case was still open that Hill had no right to convene the grand jury because it was still under the authority of Judge David Burnett no selected Foster to serve as the special prosecutor. But now that Foster has publicly closed the investigation Judge Hill has decided to move forward.

I spoke with Judge Hill today after he spoke to a group in South Memphis. The judge stated to me that he has every intention of moving forward in trying to convene a special grand jury. Foster in closing the case open the door for Hill to allow the citizens in West Memphis to decide if the killing of Farrow was cold blooded murder or not. Erik Sammis and the police department of West Memphis need to understand 'No Justice No Peace".

Rumor Out Of 201 Is Wrong

There is a rumor coming out of 201 Poplar that the hard copies of the pictures showing Lt. Ed Vidulich and his wife in the midst of perverted sex acts were destroyed. The rumor states that Jeff Clark got his hands on the pictures and were ordered destroyed by larry Godwin. I can assure you that that is only a rumor and that the pictures do exist and when Dexter Cox goes to trial they will all appear for the world to see.

By the way it is known that the computer taken from Ed's home by OCU contains the pictures also on the hard drive. So I hope OCU doesn't decide to destroy evidence or change the hard drive.

Dexter Cox claims in his statement to police that he shot Vidulich twice after he came at him with a knife which is reported by sources within the MPD to be laying beside his body in crime scene pictures. Cox had been to the home Vidulich the Friday night before the shooting to attempt to get paid to return the sexually explicit to Vidulich. The statements claims that Cox was told to return on the fatal Sunday night to get paid by the police officer.

The Change Is Only Temporary

Due to the large amount of spamming on the site I made the decision to temporarily moderate comments. This change will last until I'm able to put in place a system that will permanently banned spammers from the site,which I am working on. This site is the most controversial and most read blog in the area and even though you see a reduction in comments the hits to the site remain the same.

There were those who wanted to use my site as their own,and that can no longer be permitted. There were those who only made negative comments about me which had nothing to do with the article of the day. That no longer will be permitted. If your sole desire is to attack me, then create a blog site for yourself and do just that. If it has something to do with the article then that's one thing,but to provide a forum just for negatives to be posted that is completely off topic is another.

The spammers have now since they can no longer do it here posted their negatives on other sites,which makes me no difference at all it just will not be done here. My haters are still stupid enough to attempt to post knowing that there comments will only be read by me and I don't give a damn.

This site is about my views and information which I welcome comments about both positive and negative. Many readers have complained about having to wade through the bullshit that is off topic or the long essays just to post a comment. Also the so called Newshound is now a dog of the past. Very soon the free flow will return but until then I will be posting the comments that you have written several times a day.
