ABOARD THE ELECTION EXPRESS
MEMPHIS, Tennessee (CNN)– There is undoubtedly someone out there somewhere who watched last week’s debate in Mississippi between John McCain and Barack Obama and who came away from the debate tossing his or her preferred candidate over the railing, and warmly embracing the candidate he or she previously rejected.
We haven’t been able to find that person.
Granted, we haven’t been conducting official polls, which have been shifting; we’ve just been talking with people as we roll across the country in the bus. But for all the effort the Commission on Presidential Debates put into the first 90-minute confrontation last week, everyone with whom we’ve spoken who watched the debate came away ready to vote for the same candidate he or she liked in the first place.

At Marlowe’s, customer Sandy Coleman, 60, said that she had watched the Mississippi debate with intense interest.
Who had she intended to vote for before the debate?
“John McCain."
Who does she intend to vote for now that the debate is over?
“John McCain."
Was there anything that could have happened in the debate that would have turned her around?
“Nothing.”
Then what was her reason for watching?
“I think I’m like most people,” she said. “I think most of the people who are going to vote know exactly who they’re going to vote for. I just wanted to watch to see what happened.”
She said she had been a lifelong Democrat until seven years ago: “That changed on September 11, 2001. And I don’t want to see someone with no experience be in charge of this country.”
One more time: Was there anything at all in the debate that could have changed her mind?
“Maybe if McCain had screwed up," she said. “But I knew he wouldn’t, and he didn’t.”
Obama’s performance had no chance to sway her?
“No,” she said. “I was watching just in case he showed me something. He didn’t.”
Sitting in a booth not ten feet away from Sandy Coleman in Marlowe’s was Thaddeus Matthews, 51, an Obama supporter.

Did he go into the debate expecting to have his existing opinions challenged?
“No, and they weren’t,” he said. “I saw exactly what I expected. Barack is presidential, he’s persuasive, his demeanor is truly impressive.”
But why did he invest 90 minutes in watching the debate if he was certain beforehand that it wasn’t going to alter his opinion?
“I wanted to hear what John McCain had to say about a number of issues.”
And?
“There’s always the possibility, I suppose, that I would be impressed and surprised by his answers. But that didn’t happen.”
And was there anything that Obama could have done to make Thaddeus Matthews worry that he has been supporting the wrong candidate?
“You mean hearing wrong answers from Barack?” he said. “I knew I wouldn’t hear wrong answers from him, and I didn’t."
So there, sitting in close proximity in the same rib place in Memphis, were two people who saw the same debate and who weren’t moved an inch from the diametrically opposed positions they had held going in. As the vice presidential debate is held this week in St. Louis, and then the final two presidential debates are held in Nashville and in Hempstead, New York, we will let you know, as we crisscross the map, if we find someone who the debates jolt out of his or her prior preferences.
But don’t wait up.
And may we add, in closing for today, that the sight of Graceland at night, now and always, is a thing of beauty.

Even though John McCain kept saying that "Senator Obama just doesn't understand" it is my belief that Barack Obama showed the country on Friday night that he is the best leader for the country. While McCain yes,has lived long enough to remember most wars he proved that he is a dangerous man to have in charge of the nation's security. Forget 9-11 John would rather continue to see the nation's men and women die in a senseless war, Spending billions to prove a wrong point in a war that the Bush administration wrongly placed this country in.

While the nation spends $10 billion dollars a month in a war where no weapons of mass destruction were ever found Obama believes that that money would be better spent on the needs of citizens of this country.

Looking at the two men on stage McCain looks like a old man with old ideas,While Obama looks presidential and has fresh ideas for change in the way America does business in other countrys as well as this one. Obama is willing to sit down with world leaders and not to dictate but to listen while mcCain wants to listen to other old fossiles like Henry Kissinger who thinks that sitting down and discussing issues without placing conditions on those meeting is a bad idea. How are we to learn and decide what is best in issues of war if we are not willing to listen.

OBAMA THE BETTER CHOICE FOR CHANGE NOT ONLY FOR THE USA BUT THE WORLD

ELKINGTON IS NOT ALONE IN CO-MINGLING BEALE STREET FUNDS

Randal Catron the Executive Director of Beale Street Development Corporation contends that he has not made a dime off Beale Street in 25 years. A sealed motion filed in Chancery Court also contends that John Elkington President of Performa Real Estate and Entertainment has co mingled funds from the historic district into his own pockets and into at least 11 different corporations he owns. Catron has lead the fight to make sure that the city knows how Elkington has misused funds for his own benefit but is Catron guilty of the very acts himself that he accuses Elkington of.

While Catron has supplied the FBI with information concerning Elkington and others on Beale he himself needs to answer questions concerning how he himself has misused monies belonging to BSDC and how he has used those funds as his own funds,and how he rents out the Old Daisy and where does that rental money go.

BSDC is listed as a non-profit organization with a board of directors,But who are the board members and what function do they play? I've known Catron for a while now and it has always appeared that he is the sole person making decisions. The only person that I have ever seen working out of his office is his attorney John Candy who he gives free office space to. The only persons that seems to ever work when he rents out the Old Daisy which is the property of the city is his wife and daughter.

Catron who is 70 plus years old has no job so how does he survive? If when he rents out the Daisy does he pocket the money ,if so he is violating his tax free status with the IRS. Where is the accountability for the rental funds? Catron told me that he had to put a roof on his wife's business on Lamar and how he used rental funds to do so. This means that he used BSDC funds as his own funds. Catron serves alcohol at many of his rental events but he states that he only has an event license where he can only serve alcohol on certain events. The question needs to be asked of the Alcohol Commission how often does he receive a permit. Recently he hosts the "Just Blues" Music Awards Show where did the rental funds go and did he have a permit for the alcohol that was sold?

While Catron who has control of the leases in the historic district,and has to sign off on any project that is built states that he has received no funds from Beale Street, Merchants on beale state that he recieved funds when he signed off on the building of the FEDEX FORUM, Hard Rock Cafe, Westin Hotel, and other venues. I was also told today that Catron has asked merchants who need to make improvements on there buildings and have to get his signature on loan papers have had to pay him for signing. Sounds like extortion to me.

My old friend who lied to the CA stating that I brought him a deal from the merchants for $600,000 needs to look into the mirror because the same finger he's pointing at John Elkington is pointing back at him. Maybe the CA will also ask him how he was funded when he ran for mayor in 2003 and what other candidate at the time used him to attempt to split the black vote .

FBI INFORMANT JUST WANTS ATTENTION

Over a year and a half ago Randle Catron Executive Director of Beale Street Development Corporation and informant to the FBI concerning matters within the historic district contacted me to help him bring to the light how his corporation had been mistreated and how John Elkington President of Performa Real Estate had not paid the city for 25 years. During this time I have spent many hours with Catron going over documents and researching the business dealings of Elkington which have been reported on this site. Catron stated to me that no one would help tell his story and he was about to lose everything that he had because of john Elkington refusing to pay the city.

Catron stated that he knew that the Beale Street issue would take a lot of my time and that he didn't have much money but he would contribute to my radio show as he could. I agreed to help him based on the information that he provided that proved that Elkington in fact had a contract with him and had refuse to pay him so that he could pay the city. True to his word Catron would contribute money here and there to my show,In fact in April he allowed me to use The Old Daisy for my birthday party,and most recently when I opened a office he gave me furniture out of his office.

I thought that Catron and I were friends, When this man whose over 70 years of age would have problems with his wife that is least 25 years his junior he would allow him to cry on my shoulder. We were so close that when he lied to his wife that he was with me while in fact he was having sex in his office on a mattress with another woman his wife believed him. We were so close that he shared with me that when he has sex he has to use a pump to get an erection. So it comes as a surprise that he went to the CA with a lie concerning the Beale Street merchants brokering a $600,000 deal to get him off the street where he was to pay me a $50,000 fee.

I noticed that the CA did not mention my whole conversation with reporter Amos Maki who contacted me on Monday concerning their story. As I stated to Maki yes The merchants want Elkington gone for the purpose of progress on the street. The merchants pay Elkington many fees that would lessen if the city had control of the street,And its known that Catron's one man corporation does not have the ability to manage the Historic district.

The merchants have been meeting with city officials trying to remedy the problems of the street but neither the city or the merchants have ever made and offer to Catron. In conversations with a merchant the figure that was used that was thought to be fair to give Catron for his years on the street was somewhere between $200,000 and $450,000. But no time line or promise of giving Catron anything was ever mentioned.

Last week Catron called me and asked me to meet him at the Old daisy because he wanted to show me a document. When I arrived he showed me a copy of a sealed court order that had been filed by the city where the city wanted to squash all mediation's and go after Elkington. the document stated that Elkington was intermingling Beale Street funds with at least 11 other corporations he owned. Catron told me that Elkington days of running the street was about over and that he would some be in charge.

I told Catron that there was no way that neither the city or the merchants would allow him to have control and that the city needs to control the district. Catron stated to me that if the city wants him gone that he would have to be paid at least $3 million dollars. I told him that there was no way that the city would ever give him that much money and that he had nothing to offer the street or the city that would allow him to take control. I then told him that the most he would ever get if he got anything was $250,000 to $450,000, of which he ought to give me $50,000 for just worrying with his ass. We both laughed and I left.

The reason that Catron went to the CA with a lie that I represent the merchants is beyond me. The merchants if they had any interest in giving him anything don't need me to broker a deal. And if a deal was to be made it would have to have the approval of the city because the city and BSDC are bound by contract,And its for certain that the City of Memphis would not use me in any capacity to cut any deals.

Catron by his own admittance is an FBI informant who has had meeting with agents and supplied them with documents against Elkington. Catron has admitted to me that he hates herenton for not ever approving his budget an was willing to work with anyone to get Herenton which is why he ran against Herenton in 2003. Since he likes talking to the CA I wonder why he didn't tell them that he was used and financed by John Willingham to hopefully spilt the black vote in that race which Willingham was also a candidate. All his signs were made by Willingham who also gave him money for his materials. How I know, Because I was there when money changed hands and when the signs were made.

Why didn't he tell the CA that when Elkington's past checks are checked there will be numerous ones where loans were made to him, And that he uses the Old Daisy where he pays no rent as his personal property. Randall Catron knows that no offer has been made to him but he feels as though he's a big man because he can call the FBI with information,which every time he called them he gave me the same info he gave them. Every document that I have posted in the last year and a half came from Catron who used me to get his issue in the news Randell I expect the CA not to tell the whole story but I thought we were friends, You've proven that I was just a tool. So now its no holds barred.

ANOTHER MEMPHIS POLICE OFFICER ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Memphis police officer Robert Burch was arrested today on a charge of aggravated assault against his estranged wife. An Affidavit of Complaint states that on August 26,2008 Mattie Burch the wife of Robert states that her husband pointed a gun at her and told her that he was going to blow her straight to Hell. Mrs. Burch states that the weapon was an old revolver black in color. I have been told that the weapon found in Robert Burch's locker at the Ridge way precinct was stolen.

Mattie Burch after having a gun pointed at her contacted The MPD Security Squad to advised them of what had happened and to inform them where the gun may be hid. Robert Burch was arrested at 201 Poplar after he arrived to file an Order of protection against his wife.

IS "SUPER WILLIE" ABOUT TO MEET HIS MATCH IN THE FBI?

Many believe that the FBI has become the arch fiend of "Super Willie" planning to destroy our super hero's reign of power. "Super Willie " who has been able to fly over a missing floor at the FEDX FORUM,Bend Poli-trick-ans with his bare hands, leap over the truth in a single bound,May not be able to escape the clutches of the FBI.

His super speed has allowed him in the past to out run justice while his fellow hero's John Ford,Roscoe Dixon, and Katheryn Bowers, got wounded by bullets bouncing off his chest. Laying in prisons suffering from the wounds that he has thus far avoided they await what may soon be an reunion.

But what will destroy "Super Willie"? Will it be green Kryptonite from outer space,or a Black Moon named E.W.? Or will it be minor league hero's who because of Super Willie's" Power has not been allowed to put on the cape and tights? Will Cliff Dates, Reginald French, John Elkington, And others that hide in his phone booth serve him up to save whatever powers they have left?

Are we about to see "Super Willie" wings clipped, His cape and tights replaced with prison garbs,and his "S" changed to a series of numbers. And who would ever thought that whats going to take our hero out is a Greyhound bus.

THE MISSING PIECES OF THE $600 MILLION DOLLAR PUZZLE.

I read with interest the story written in today's CA by Marc Perrusquia concerning the FBI's probe into Willie Herenton's dealings with developer E.W. Moon. The article speaks of Herenton's plan to relocate Greyhound to the Airport area,and how it could enrich Moon. But if Moon is going to enrich himself you can best bet that Herenton going to get his piece of the pie also.

Sources very close to Herenton told me this morning about another deal that they hope the FBI is aware of that ties right into the Union Greyhound terminal and Herenton's plans for a new $600 million Convention Center. The source states that the story reported by the CA today is not the first dealings that Hhas had with Greyhound and Moon.

I'm told that the old Greyhound garage on North main was purchased by Herenton Investments for less than $50,000 and then sold to Moon for $100,000 who then in return sold it to MATA. The source states that the mayor took careful steps to cover his tracks but believes that the FBI is fully aware of this transaction. If what the source states is true I can see Moon and Herenton involved in the Convention Center deal which apparently has been a Herenton plan now for several years which also explains why he wanted to run again for mayor.

Many of us have wondered how with there being no money for Memphis City Schools,And other grave needs of the city that the mayor wants to build a new Convention Center when the Pyramid stands empty. Where is the money suppose to come from? I think I have an idea.

For the last year I have written stories concerning Beale Street and how for 25 years John Elkington has not paid the city one dime. For many month even after I alone with merchants from the street went before the City Council I was a lone voice against Elkington. But it seems that the city has now taken a new interest in the number one tourist attraction in the state and the millions of dollars in revenue it produces and the hundreds of millions in property value.

Several months ago the city started an audit of businesses and properties in the historic district. Merchants from the street met with city officials to try and mediate a remedy to the Beale Street issues. But on last week a sealed motion was filed in Chancery Court which I got the chance to read calling for a quashing of all mediation. The motion states that they had found evidence where John Elkingtion had intermingled Beale Street Funds with at least 11 corporations that he owns locally and in other states. It is also known that Elkington took the plumbing and kitchen equipment out of a club now called "Double Deuces" which is a Beale Street property and placed them in "Ground Zero" a downtown club not in the district but a club he has an interest in.

The city now wants to take control of the historic district and it is my belief that Herenton has a plan to use the value of property on Beale Street plus the projected income of the street as collateral for loans. To build a Convention Center on Union if you have a financial interest in it only enhances your plan if you also control all the property around it.

We know that the FBI is investigating Willie Herenton, E.W. Moon, John Elkington, Cliff Dates, And others but how long do the citizens of Memphis have to wait for relief from political corruption?

MEMPHIS POLICE OFFICER ON THE RUN

Sources state that Memphis police are looking for one of their own who is known to have a problem with alcohol who was involved in an accident where it is believed that that officer was DUI. Newton Morgan Jr. a officer in the Crime Scene division of MPD is stated to have flipped his car several times on yesterday and ran from the scene and hid in nearby bushes.

Officers arriving on the scene located Morgan where he had the strong scent of alcohol and slurred speech. An ambulance was called and the off duty police officer was taken to the MED. Its reported that after arriving at the MED Morgan disappeared and has not been seen since.

I'm told that this same officer was found last year slumped over the wheel of his car at the West Precinct and allowed by his supervisior to run out a side door after he was brought inside. I have to wonder if it's a practice that while MPD make arrests of citizens for DUI they allow their own to get away to kill someone because of their drunkness.

SOURCES STATE THAT THOMPSON WAS SEPARATED FROM THE CITY ON MAY28,2008

Police Director Larry Godwin has convinced some in mainstream media that their reports on Regina Thompson not being a Memphis police officer was wrong. WREG like myself spoke with Brian Grisham of the state POST office that certifies all law enforcement officers in Tennessee,And found that there is no record of Thompson ever being POST certified.

Godwin told the television news organization that Thompson was in deed a police officer who graduated in the June class and that the city has up to six months to report her POST status.And for that reason it seems that the mainstream media has backed off.

But what is interesting is that state law requires that a police officer be POST certified before they hit the streets with a weapon,And in reading the POST law for the state I can't find the where it allows a six month report date. Godwin should know the rule since he sits on the POST board. What the so called mainstream media is doing is falling for Godwin attempt to cover up his blatant violation of the law and the liability of having a person in the streets with his knowledge impersonating a police officer.

After I reported that Thompson is not a police officer according to City records, Godwin tells WREG that Thompson graduated in the June class,which still would not present a reason that her name would not appear as a city employee.

The June class graduated on June 12,2008 but according to the same city hall source who couldn't understand Godwin's rational checked further and found out why Thompson's name does not appear. On May 28,2008 according to the source Thompson was separated (FIRED) from the city. If my information is correct and I believe that it is WREG got played by Godwin because he knew that they would take his spin and run with it.

The uncover thing also does not work because Regina Thompson is using her real name and according to the Affidavit of Complaint filed last week when broke into the home of former boy friend Henry Brown it was Brown's new girl friend Trina Hayes that informed officers on the scene that Thompson was a police officer. If Thompson was so undercover how did Trina Hayes know that she was the police. Also WREG asked for the personell file of Thompson and was refused,But why when the file is public information and her so called cover has been blown. Maybe it's time that MPD hear the sounds of DOT,DOT,DOT, TAP,TAP,TAP,

SOMETHING VERY SHADY ,ABOUT THOMPSON ROLE WITH MPD

Lt. Billy Smallwood the lead officer on the scene when Regina Thompson broke into the home of former boy friend Henry Brown has be removed from his status on Monday when the incident occurred to Auto Theft because Larry Goodwin is upset that he wrote his incident report correctly stating that Thompson was a police officer. Smallwood has been moved so that Godwin can keep his eyes and ears on him. The 12th floor suspects that the Lt. is my source, But they are no where close to being correct.

Brian Grisham of the state POST office which is the organization that certifies all law enforcement officer has confirmed that no one under the name of Regina Thompson is certified in this state as a police officer.

I also had Thompson's name ran through the City of Memphis employment computer and the name Regina Thompson does not appear. I'm told that Thompson also has a sister, Kimberly Woodard that works out of the Vice Squad and that her mother Barbara shot and killed her boyfriend while sitting in a chair several years ago...I guess its that apple and tree thing.

IS THOMPSON REALLY THE POLICE?

Sources at the Memphis Police Training Academy state that Regina Thompson the undercover officer who broke into her former boy friend's house has never spent one day in a patrol car.

I'm told that Thompson is a former stripper who was in the PST class when she informed supervisors that she had information on drug dealers. Sources state that the 23 year old Thompson was pulled out of her PST class and taken straight to OCU to work undercover.

Some at the academy are wondering how a 23 year old with no real police training was allowed to work in the Organized Crime Unit. There is also a concern as to whether or not Thompson is post certified. Since she's a former stripper some are wondering what is her relationship with Michael Rallings who has an obsession with strippers.

To be a Post Certified officer in the state of Tennessee one has to be at least 21 years old,So the questions that the Director needs to be asked is why was Thompson pulled out a the PST class and placed with the OCU unit. PST or Police Service Technicians are non commissioned employees of the police department who respond only to accidents,In fact they can not respond to accidents on the expressway. With this knowledge Godwin needs to let us know if he's placing the city in liability by placing non commissioned persons undercover.

Has the police department allowed Thompson to also commit the crime of acting in the capacity of a police officer? What Training Academy class did she graduate from? What PST class did she graduate from? Whats her state Post certification number? Whats her police IBM number? If she's a commissioned police officer where has she worked? If Thompson is a non commissioned officer why was she not charged with possession of a fire arm when she broke into the home of her former boy friend? Why was a non commissioned officer driving a city owned undercover car? Has Godwin and Jeff Clark broke the law themselves by allowing Regina Thompson to work in the capacity of a police officer?

SOURCES WITHIN THE JAIL STATES THAT INMATE IS THE VICTIM OF A BEAT DOWN,SHERIFF'S DENYS CLAIM.

Very early this morning my cell rung and it was someone within the jail giving me info about an inmate that supposedly was severely beaten in jail and was taken to the MED an is brain dead. I was also told that the inmate came into the jail on Sunday night without any bruises on his body. The caller states that the jail is trying to cover up the beating by saying that the inmate had been in a car accident prior to coming to jail and refused treatment. I was told that the inmate was William Pender booking # 08131750.

So I got out of bed and started to do what I do. I first checked to see if there was a Sunday night arrest of Pender,and there was. Pender 57, who has a history of DUI and reckless driving was booked into the Shelby County jail at 10:15 0n Sunday night on a charge of DUI and placed on a 20,000 bond.

After finding out that that much of what the caller stated was true my next call was to the Med. I spoke with a nurse named Stephanie who states that Pender is in very critical condition in an area called the Neuro Trauma ICU,Stephanie also states that Pender is on a respirator. The nurse also confirmed that Pender has severe head injuries and was brought in from the jail early Monday morning.

The caller stated to me that Pender was beaten by inmates within the jail and was taken to the MED about 3am on Monday morning and that jail officials are saying that Pender had the injuries when he arrived at the jail on Sunday night. What makes this so hard to believe is the fact of how severe Stephanie states that the head injuries are,and the fact that she stated that"They don't know what happen to him" in reference to jail officials.

I will be looking deeper into this matter later today,And will speak with Sheriff Mark Lutrell to get his take on this matter. But after seeing the tape on Duanna Johnson it's easy to believe that a beat down in the jail could happen.

Before I could call the Sheriff's office this morning I was contacted by Steve Shular spokesman for the Shelby County Sheriff's office because the so called main stream media was already calling him. Shular states that the person within the jail who contacted me is incorrect with their information. Shular states that Pender was involved in a fight at the scene of the DUI. Upon arriving at 201 and being checked out by medical personnel Pender who had refused any medical attention at the scene was found to be okay.

Early Monday morning while still in intake Pender is stated to have started to complain about his neck and showing evidence that something might be wrong with him by walking up to detention officers voicing his complaint.Shular states that at that time Pender was taken to the Med.

UNDERCOVER POLICE OFFICER BLOWS COVER BY BECOMING A CROOK HERSELF

Regina Thompson a 23 year old undercover officer working in the Organized Crime Unit of MPD has blown her cover by just being stupid. The officer who I'm told was working undercover dealing in the area of drugs has been charged with aggravated Burglary and aggravated assault.

On Monday Thompson went to 1483 Wabash the home of her former boyfriend Henry Brown where she broke in and hit him in the lip while pointing a silver Smith and Wesson 28 Special at him. According to police reports after blowing up his cell cell and banging on the front door the police officer decided to pull his air conditioner out the window and climb in.

Brown says that he was in bed with Trina Hayes when he heard Thompson breaking in. He states that he and Hayes went into another bedroom hoping that the officer would not see them, But that didn't work once Thompson was inside she made her way to the bedroom where she struck him in the mouth and started to tear items from the walls. Thompson also turned over an aquarium with two snakes in it, And took clothing from his closet. By the way police found blood on his lips

Hayes states that Brown and Thompson went into the living room where she heard arguing and a physical altercation. Hayes states that while the argument was going on she was on the phone calling a ride. Hayes also states that even though she saw Thompson with the gun she never made any threats towards her.

Thompson who was driving a undercover Mustang told police arriving on the scene that she was a police officer and that she did in fact have a gun which was found in the glove compartment with 5 live rounds in it.

What was the real intent of this officer was she there to threatened her former boyfriend or kill him? what would have happened if brown would have attempted to take the gun away from his 23 year old undercover girl friend,more than likely he would be dead. If Brown refused to come to his front door why did this police officer decide to become a criminal herself and break in the house.

There should be no review Godwin should fire this undercover crook who does not have enough self control to be on the force. But will he do whats right or try and find a way to protect the woman who drug dealers may now be looking for.

MAJOR WHO GAVE STRIPPER TWO STD'S USES HIS POSITION TO HAVE HER ARRESTED

Major Michael Rallings Commander of the MPD Training Academy whose in charge of police training in now using his position to get his revenge against stripper Quana Giles for going public telling about there year and a half relationship where he gave her two STD's. I received a call on Saturday from the 12th floor telling me that a plan was being put in place to have Giles taken into custody when she reported to court on today(MONDAY). True enough when Giles arrived for her hearing on harassment which was filed against her by the major she was taken into custody for violation of her bond.

To violate her bond would mean that Giles would have had contact with the Major since receiving the Order of Protection that she received on last Tuesday morning, Which I do not believe happened. During the last week Giles changed her cell phone number and on Monday she changed her Mississippi home number. Giles Has called me several times each day to let me know what was going on with her,In fact after the death of Chancy Jones she stated that she feared for her life and wanted no contact with Major Rallings.

I was told by sources on the 12th floor that he was upset that she had exposed him on this site and on my radio show and that he planned to get even. So it is my belief that the Major has used his position to serve his own personal vendetta.

Giles whose today's mug shot is shown here has been in a intimate relationship with the major for over a year and as you can see from the email from him posted on Sunday he lead her to believe that he cared for her. The mere fact that he met her in a strip club violates MPD policy. The fact that he has been in a very intimate relationship with her where he frequent her home and her his further violates the policy of MPD. So how can he maintain his position as commander of the training of police officers when he himself does not follow the rules?

Giles stated on my show that Giles has done TBI background checks for strippers so that they could get other jobs alone with calling her former boyfriend Harry Williams whose in charge of Vice and Narcotics to find out what strip clubs were going to be raided. Is it possible that the major has used his position to obstruct justice and prevent his girl friends and club owners from being arrested by tipping them off?

It will be interesting to find out when Rallings says that Giles violated her bond by contacting her. If he reports any date prior to last Tuesday when she received the Order by Desoto County Sheriff's deputies while I listened on the phone he has a problem because the order only becomes effective after the order is in hand.

On Sunday Giles called me telling me of the calls she was receiving at on her home number telling her to leave Rallings alone. How would these woman know her home number and the fact that she does not live in Memphis? the answer is very simple Rallings gave the women her home number. No matter what Giles does for a living she has no right being misused by this MPD Commander,She thought that she was in a one on one relationship with him and had every right to confront him when she found out he was a liar.

Giles states that Rallings only likes anal sex which is why is her email she states that she was trying to keep her backside tight and had purchased some "Ease cream" to satisfy him. She feels that the STD's were transmitted because he would stick his finger deep into her anus and then want to play with her vagina. She goes on to state that after calling him "Nasty" he became very angry and wanted to have other women and her to. After telling Rallings she would not be a part of this new role he stated that he couldn't understand why she didn't want him to have other women.

It is no doubt that Rallings want to keep Giles from from hoping to deter her from telling me more and to avenge himself from the ridicule that he has received from co-workers to now laugh at him as he walks by. In fact as I stood today in the lobby of 201 he walked by and several women looked at him and then looked at me and laughed saying "He'll never get any more pussy here". Woman now at 201 think also that he's nasty and are staying away from him.

The major should be investigated by TBI for doing background checks for strippers and Bill Gibbons who has been on a journey to close strip clubs should investigate to find out if he has hindered or obstruct justice because of his association with strippers and strip clubs. Larry Godwin should immediately move his "Golden Boy" from the training center because with his history of violating policy there is no way that he can effectively train officers on how to follow policy.

I spoke today with city CAO Keith McGee informing him of Rallings history with Quana Giles and telling him to inform Godwin that this case is being watched closely. I asked McGee to check when the warrant was issued and what is the cause behind her being arrested. McGee states that he will get back with me and let me know what he finds out. I also informed the CAO that citizens in this community are deeply concerned about the actions of officers and that the mayor may need to look closely at making a change at the head. When there are more police officers being arrested than any other criminals it's time to get someone who can take control of the department.

Some police officers close to Ralling are saying that Quana Giles is just a "Hoe" so she has no right to treated with respect, But what do you expect when your Director allows "The Boys" to pass around pink panties as a sign of solving an easy homocide case stating that "That case was as easy as getting into woman's drawers'

IS JONES FAMILY AS CRAZY AS HIM?

Today on my radio show a woman who claimed to be a relative of Chancy Jones the murderer of Phyllis Malone,called in and stated on air that the killing of Malone solved the problem.It was hard even for me to believe that a person could be so cruel as to state that they were glad that Malone was dead.

In court today Jones received a bond of $200,000 as his wife looked on. We found out that the couple was separted but yet Mrs. Jones wants him to come home to her and the kids.

COMMUNITY SAYS THAT CITY IS ALLOWING THEIR COMMUNITY TO BE USED AS A THROUGH-FARE FOR HEAVY TRUCKS

Citizens on Semmes Street are in an uproar because the city is allowing this mostly Black community to be used as a through-fare for heavy trucks going to and from Northfolk Southern Railroad.

Longtime resident Anthony "Amp" Elmore is leaving a crusade to stop the traffic of the sometime speeding 18 wheelers from rattling homes in the area. He is also concerned that someone is going to be struck and killed by the trucks that are not allowed to go through the neighboring mostly White community on Goodwyn where the Memphis Country Club is located and where President Bush visited on October 15,2007.

This is what Elmore has to say about the issue,"On my street of Semmes I saw Northfolk Southern Railroad turn our community of over 60 years into a “Commercial Trucking Through-fare.” People talk of drugs, gangs and the decline of a community but I saw instantly a corporation disregard and disrespect of our community. I had people who have come to me and not our city officials and asked me to fight this issue. These truck flying down our streets have made me at times a nervous wreck and I understand why people are upset. You can be in your house and suddenly you thing that you are in an earthquake because they are transporting overweight truck through our community at rapid speeds. We are not talking about one or two trucks but we are talking about hundreds of trucks. I talk to City Engineer Wain Gastons and I told him that he was racist because there was no way he would allow one single truck to travel down Goodwyn Street where President Bush visited this past October 15, 2007 but he allowed our neighborhood to be assaulted."

Elmore produced a video of citizen reactions and of of trucks speeding down Semmes Street. The residents have not been able to get City Engineer Wain Gaskins to give a response to the community's concern. Elmore also states that he has called City Councilwoman Wanda Halbert who represents the area 5 times without her returning a call. Elmore did state that after 1 call to Councilwoman Janis Fullilove she did come out to the area. After speaking with councilwoman Halbert she states that Elmore has not made any personal contact with her. She also states While he may have contacted her office her office would have forward his request to the proper division director.

EMAILS REVEAL THAT MPD COMMANDER AND STRIPPER HAD FEELINGS FOR EACH OTHER

Memphis stripper Quana N.Giles goes to court on September 16th on charges that on Labor Day she went to the home of her boyfriend Major Michael Rallings of the Memphis Police Department uninvited and harassed him. She was arrested and since has received a refraining order filed by the major.

Giles revealed on my radio show "The Thaddeus Matthews Show" that Major Rallings who is over the Training Academy gave her STD's two separate times which she believes came from their enjoyment of anal sex.

Giles has also revealed to me that prior to her involvement with Rallings she was romantically involved with Lt. Henry "The Hat" Williams who is in charge of Vice and Narcotics. Giles stated that Rallings would call call Williams prior to the raiding of strip clubs so that he could be present because he had an obsession with strippers. She also stated that Rallings did a TBI background check for a stripper called "Shy" who received a job at Jail East but fired when her car was checked for drugs and marijuana was found.

It would seem that the actions of the Major borders on being illegal. Is the reason that Rallings if what Giles says is true wanted to know what clubs were being raided is because he was protecting someone? And why would be doing background checks for strippers? Should these actions if true be the actions of the person in charge of training police officers.

've heard from police officers that know Rallings that he has stated that their was no relationship between him and Giles and that she was only someone that he knew casually. Giles on last week gave me access to her Yahoo account,Nickole4sho which I found several emails that prove that the two were involved and that they each had feelings for the other

CITY OF MEMPHIS SENDS ME A LETTER OF APOLOGY FOR THE ACTIONS OF LARRY GODWIN

On yesterday Police Director Larry Godwin called a press conference to discuss the murder of Phyllis Malone by Memphis police officer Chancy Jones. I arrived on the 12th floor with many other members of the media where we all stood and sat in Godwins outer office.

Shortly after our arrival MPD Public relations officer patrolman Monique Martin opened the doors that lead into the area where the press conference was to be held. As I entered Martin stopped me and told me to step out because I was not going to be allowed to attend the press conference. When I asked why she stated "Let me speak with the director" in all of 10 seconds she returned and stated " The director says that you are not welcome here and you have to leave" which she stated very sternly. I replied to her "tell your boss it want end here.

I immediately got on my cell and called city Council woman Wanda Halbert telling her that I couldn't believe that martin and Godwin was so stupid as to play right into my hands and to find out where was the policy that allows Godwin to control a public meeting of the press. She stated that she didn't know of any policy that would give Godwin the authority to ban a member of the press or any other citizen from a public meeting.

I than made a call to city hall and spoke with CAO Keith McGee who assured me that he would check into the matter and get with me. I also informed him that I plan to sue Larry Godwin, Monique Martin, and the City of Memphis for violating my First Amendment Rights and for discrimination based on Godwin's personal dislike for me. McGee told me that he would never tell me not to do what i thought I needed to do. I also contacted City Council chair Myron Lowery who also stated that he was unaware of any policy that would not allow me to enter a public meeting.

On this afternoon i received a letter of apology from McGee on behalf of The city of Memphis. In the letter McGee states that he would like to apologize for the incident at the press conference where I was denied access. He goes on to say that members of the media or general public should be allowed access to press conferences and public meetings held on behalf of the City of Memphis.

The letter states that the public has a right to information regarding its policies,programs and activities,It further states the City supports communications with all news media in an effort to keep the public informed. And McGee closes by thanking me for bringing the incident to his attention.

The very fact that I received this letter concedes that the city knows that the actions of martin and Godwin were wrong. Godwin could not have been stupid enough to think that I would let his actions pass. Anyway I appreciate Keith McGee for going the right thing and I know that before he could send me the letter he met with the mayor on the matter which means that Herenton was not pleased with Godwin being just plain stupid. I still have every intent of filing a lawsuit unless the mayor does us all a favor and fire Godwin.

MONIQUE IS NO DETECTIVE

Police Director has fooled Monique Martin into believing that she is a detective when in fact all she is is a patrolman. Martin who presently has the job of police spokesman uses the title detective when referencing her ranking with the Memphis Police Department,in fact when main stream media speaks of her they used the title detective but this is another deception by Larry Godwin.



Martin has been with the department for less than 6 years spending only about a year in a squad car after leaving the training academy. After spending a short period of time at the Appling Road precinct somehow she was moved to a plush downtown office at 600 Jefferson working for Richard Janikowski a so called crime expert that Godwin uses for advice.

After some within the department complained about this young rookie moving up so face she was moved from Janikowski's office to the media office of MPD. I guess her skills were more pleasing to Larry Godwin then those of Vince Higgins because soon he was moved and Martin had his job.

One would think that if your job is to deal with the media that you would at least have some experience in the area but not Martin, so why does she have the job? Monique Martin calling herself a detective is a lie that Godwin is allowing. According to MPD records that a source allowed me to view Martin has no rank at all she is a P2 which is patrolman status.

A detective normally has a learned skill in some area that allows he or she to used the title. What learned skills does martin have that allows her to use this title,And what skills does she have that has allowed her to move up so fast on the MPD ladder.

Her actions on yesterday in asking me to leave a press conference shows just how dense she is and how she has no knowledge of media law or the First Amendment. There is no doubt as I prepare to sue the department for their actions that her lord and master Larry Godwin is going to lay all the blame at her feet. martin will soon fine out that the ass that she has been kissing will threw her dumb ass to the lions. Police Director Larry Godwin proves daily that he's a idiot with a badge with a GOD complex that has no idea how to fight crime,has lost the respect of his employees,has officers who are committing as many crimes as the people that they arrest,and loves the taste of Willie Herenton's ass.

Godwin has allowed his son to rake in overtime that he did not work for, Lies about the reduction of crime when his own records show that every year under his tenure crime has increased, Placed his cronies in high ranking positions, Given special treatment to officers connected to the mayor, Sent a team of detectives to the scene of his daughter"s truck break in to take finger prints when the common citizen can't receive the same treatment, Fixes tickets for friends,Closes hotels for prostitution that open right back up several weeks later, Has a major that sleeps with strippers and buys table dances,And the list goes on.

While the citizens of this community are daily threatened with crime and the lost of there lives this idiot has the time to file lawsuits against bloggers who point how how stupid he is and how he has no idea how to combat crime. His ego was crushed last week when it was found that a lawsuit that was filed against THE MPDENFORCER was based on nothing but his desire to control what the press has to say about him.

It is no secret that Godwin does not care for me,which is perfectly okay with me since I have no love for him either. He became very upset in January when i published a confession from Dexter Cox who he has every intent of railroading into prison without sufficient evidence. The confession showed that his press conference on the death of Ed Vidulich was made up of manufactured lies designated to silence the fact that the dead officer died perhaps by the hands of someone trying to save his own life.

Godwin is upset with me because of the many sources of information that I have within his ranks. He can't figure out how what is suppose to be his best kept secrets seem to fall in my hands as soon as he makes a plan. What the idiot does not understand that the very hands he shakes every day despise him. He doesn't seem to realize that my sources and his leaks are right there on the 12th floor with him,like today when Sgt Allan Ruhl placed the Real time cameras on my car to see me when I left the building I got a call from Godwin's office informing me that i was being watched. His leaks are Black and white men and woman that want his sorry ass removed .

In fact someone very close to him who he will never suspect called me at about 4Am this morning to give me the info on police officer Chancy Jones killing Phyllis Malone,So I know his pink panties were in a wad when I reported the names and what really happened on Whitten Road. And because he has such a Hugh ego he allowed himself to play right into my hands.

A press conference was set for 1:30 on Wednesday I went up to his 12th floor office with other members of the press. When his public relations person Monique Martin opened the door i walked in with the other members of the press. martin stated to me "Mr. Matthews You need to step out I'm sure the director does not want you here" She steps into Godwin's office for about 10 seconds and returns and states "The director states that you are not welcome here and that you need to leave"

I couldn't believe that this fool who had just been crushed by a blogger last week was this stupid but he was. Whether Godwin likes me or not he opened himself, Monique,And The city of Memphis up for a lawsuit.Godwin has no power in a public building to pick and choose what media is allowed to cover a press conference when he has called one to discuss a public issue.

Godwin today violated my First Amendment Rights, And I have every plan to sue. The First Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the freedom of speech and the press. It also prevents the government and government agencies from restraining or punishing the press. In fact the First Amendment does furnish the press with the right to most judicial proceedings

Not only does the daily publishing of this blog make me a member of the press, but the fact that I produced a daily radio talk show adds to that fact. Shelby County Government which owns and controls 201 Poplar also respects me as a member of the press. My press badge has been registered with the Shelby County Homeland Security office who provides security for the building,Which allows me daily to enter through the door that is designated for the press.

201 Poplar is owned by the citizens of this county,The Memphis Police Department pays rent at the sum of $4million a year for the space they occupy. As a citizen of this county and a person who has been recognized as a member of the press by the landlord Godwin has no power to prevent me from any area that is open for public access,or opened for public access.

Godwin must also know that at city hall where his boss resides I'm recognized as media, having the same access as any other media,in fact I park on the mall in front of City hall, The Federal Building, And the county building,with media tags on my cars as all other media cars,trucks,and vans.

I will be consulting today with both my personal attorney Javier Bailey,And my ACLU attorney Bruce Kramer on today with plans of filing a First Amendment violation suit and whatever else that needs to be filed against Larry Godwin, Monique Martin,And the city, And remember Larry you can no longer keep the public in the dark because those close to you want to shed light and i just happen to have the switch

WILL POLICE OFFICER WITH NO CONNECTION TO WILLIE HERENTON BE TREATED THE SAME AS POLICE OFFICER WHO DOES?

On June 10th of this year police officer Eric Dates was found slumped over his wheel at Riverdale and Winchester. Police officers arriving on the scene saw 4 40oz bottles of Miller Lite,3 empty and the fourth half full. Police reports state that Dates who has the smell of alcohol and slurred speech refused to take the drunk test which under state law calls for at least 5 days in jail with a mandatory revoking of license,which would make it very impossible for a police officer to patrol the streets of Memphis.

On last week all charges were dropped against Dates accept the open container law which Dates was fined $50. even though the law calls for certain things to happen,Bill Gibbons office alone with Director Larry Godwin more than likely dropped the charges because Eric Dates is the son of Cliff Dates a long time friend and confidant of Willie Herenton.

But the public must be concerned about whether or not Officer Thomas Mote who was arrested for the same crime will receive the same slap on the wrist as Dates. There is no doubt in my mind that Cliff Dates spoke with his friend Herenton who made the backroom deal come together that would allow Eric Dates to go free and perhaps kill someone driving drunk.

Officer Thomas Mote on June 21,2008 just weeks after the arrest of Dates found himself in the very same fix as his fellow officer. He was found slumped over his wheel at Summer and Lester in his silver 06 Monto Carlo. Like Dates he had the smell of alcohol. Mote also had bloodshot eyes and staggered as he walked. Like Dates he refused to take the breath test and was placed under arrest and taken to jail. Mote's case is set for the 23rd of this month in the same courtroom that dismissed the charges on Dates.

Mote more than likely does not have a father who is a close friend of the mayor but he deserves to receive the same treatment as Eric Dates. There is no doubt that Bill Gibbons office had to be in on dismissing Dates charges,so why shouldn't Mote go free and be allowed to keep his job.

Police Director Larry Godwin because he loves the taste of the mayor's ass dares not to do the right thing and fire Dates so Mote should be prepared to sue the city, Gibbons and Shelby County, and Godwin if his charges are not dropped. Will the White officer with no connections be treated like the black officer who has connections to Willie Herenton? I don't think now that they have any other choice

MEMPHIS POLICE OFFICER BEING HELD FOR MURDER OF HIS GIRLFRIEND

I'm told that the officer has confessed to the shooting of the women with whomn he was romantically involved. Sources also say that the woman was shot 3 times in the head with the officer's service weapon.

The officer being held on first degree murder is Chancy Jones who was having an affair with Phyllis Malone Sources within the MPD state that Malone had told Jones that she was pregnant and was going to let his wife know about the relationship and future birth of their child. For this reason Jones shot Malone 3 times in the head.

FREAKY POLICE OFFICER FILES CHARGES AGAINST STRIPPER GIRLFRIEND

Major Michael Rallings is one of Larry Godwin's golden boys and Commander of the Memphis Police Department's Training Academy. In fact it was Rallings who when reports showed that Blacks who enlist for training are kicked out faster than any other race jumped to Godwin's defense. Many within the MPD state that Rallings does not have a mind of his own and is a "Yes man" for the director.

But it seems that "The Golden Boy" is having some woman problems that could prove that the Major has violated policy but being a customer at strip clubs and paying for lap dances,And being romantically involved with a stripper who now he has placed an order of protection on.

Quana Giles is an stripper who has been dancing for several years to stake a claim for her and her children. Giles in my conversation with her says that she owns her own home valued at $80,000,purchased and paid for her truck, has mutual bonds,And has plans to leave the profession shortly. Giles states that she entered her relationship with Rallings a year and a half ago after he approached her telling her that he had been watching her since 2000 when he first started coming in the strip club that she worked in. She states that he had had her number all that time and now wanted a relationship with her.

Giles who had been in a relationship with another police officer Henry "The Hat" Williams who heads the Vice/Narcotics squad which is responsible for raiding the strip clubs, left that relationship to be with the Major. She states that she told Rallings that she was not looking for a booty call but to have a man to be by her side which she says Rallings claimed he wanted as well.

Giles stated that when she first started her relationship with Rallings he didn't have decent sheets on his bed or cable tv at his house. But the lovemaking was good. She states that he doesn't have much in the penis department but he knows how to use what he has and he orally pleases her for at least 45 minutes.

She states that she recently found out that she was not the only woman that Rallings was sleeping with and that he bragged about how other woman wanted him. Giles states that on more than one occasion while in his bed at his home woman have knocked at the door. When asked why the woman were showing up unannounced at his door he would tell her that the woman were hard up and just wanted him.

Giles states that Rallings who she says enjoys anal sex has given her a STD twice, she says she believes that he comes from the fact that while having sex he enjoys sticking his finger in her anus and then when he touches her vagina it becomes infected. Giles states that Rallings became upset with her when she told him that she could "no longer fuck him raw" meaning that she would no longer have unprotected sex with him knowing now that he was sleeping with at least 6 other woman.

Giles states that on August 30th Rallings came to her home to ask her why she had a problem with him sleeping with other women. She says that she told him that he was just "Nasty" which she says really upset him. At this time Rallings tells her that he wants to step back from the relationship. Giles also states that when she has told the major the same thing he didn't want her to step back or have sex with any other man.

On the following Saturday night Giles says that she went to Rallings home to find out the status of their relationship when he heard her knocking he called police and told the officers that arrived that he was being harassed. She was handcuffed and taken to jail and remained there for several days until she could make the $3500 bond

Giles states that Rallings has told her that he has an obsession with strippers and would often call Henry Williams to find out what strip clubs were going to be hit so that he could show up. But the question is was this a way for Rallings to tip off his girl friend or girlfriends that their place of employment was going to get raided,and did he use this knowledge to get involved sexually with the strippers or receive other favors

This morning while on the phone with me Giles received an order of protection filed by Rallings claiming that he has a fear of her. She is to be in court on the 16th to face the charge of harassment. WOMAN WANTS TO TELL ALL ON HOW A HIGH RANKING POLICE OFFICER HAS USED HIS POSITION TO MISUSE HER

On Wednesday on The Thaddeus Matthews Show, a woman will tell all on a high ranking police officer that has abused her as a woman. She will tell how this officer who is close to Police Director Larry Godwin has misused her and is now trying to use his position to further destroy her life. She will also tell of how this officer has given her STD's on more than one occasion .

This woman who has also been involved with another high ranking police officer has told me some things that could be criminal on the part of the masked officer shown on this post. She states that she has no fear of coming on my show because she wants the world to know why he had her recently arrested.

If this officer figures out who he is and the woman involved and attempts to contact her and threaten her It will do him no good because she has told me the whole story and I'm prepared to tell her story for her. She has been advised to tape any calls he may attempt to make to her so that he can be played on air either threatening or begging.

POLICE OFFICER WITH TIES TO WILLIE HERENTON GIVEN SPECIAL TREATMENT

On June 10,2008 police officer Eric Dates was found in the middle of Shelby Drive and Riverdale slumped over the wheel of his car. Officers arrived and placed Dates under arrest who stated that he was on his way home after dropping his cousin off. Officers could smell a loud odor of intoxicants on his person and his speech was slurred. Officers could see in plain view 4 40oz.bottles of Miller Lite Beer.Three of the beer bottles were empty and one of the bottles was half full. Dates refused to submit to all test that would determine the alcohol and/or drug content that may be in his system. Dates was taken to jail charged with DUI,refusal to submit to BAC test, And the Open container law,And placed on non enforcement status.



On this past Wednesday even though Dates refused to take the BAC test, And was driving under the influence,Both of those charges were dropped and Dates was found guilty only on the Open Container law. But why was this police officer given such a break by Bill Gibbons office And why is Police Director Larry Godwin not holding Dates to the same level of justice of any one else? It's very clear what the law states in this matter,Dates refusal to submit to a BAC test is a violation of The Tennessee Implied Consent Statute,TCA 55-10-406 which states:



The Tennessee Implied Consent Statute (Tennessee Code Annotated § 55-10-406) deems that any person who drives a motor vehicle in Tennessee has given consent to a chemical test (blood, breath or urine) to determine the drug or alcohol content of the person's blood. Such test may be requested if a law enforcement officer has reasonable grounds to believe that the person is driving under the influence. A motorist does have a right to refuse to submit to a chemical test in most cases; however, such refusal normally results in the revocation of the person's driver's license. It is important to note that even if a person wins the DUI case, he or she may still lose the Implied Consent case, resulting in loss of license and, in some instances, mandatory jail time. Even with no prior conviction there is a mandatory lost of a driver's license for one year.



But who is Eric Dates that the District Attorney General and police Director would circumvent the law for him? Who is Eric Dates connected to that he would receive special treatment that someone faced with the same charges won't receive? Eric Dates is the son of Cliff Dates a very close friend and confidant of mayor Willie Herenton. In fact Cliff Dates resides within Herenton's Banneker Estates subdivision. Cliff Dates is the owner of CDA Security,A partner in the Beale Street Landing Garage with E.W. Moon who the Feds is investigating the relationship between himself and the mayor. In fact Cliff Dates made a $46,000 bad check good for millionaire Moon. Cliff Dates also worked closely in Herenton's campaign for re-election providing finances and security.



It is no doubt that Willie Herenton made calls to save his close friend's son's job. Had Eric Dates been found guilty of the dropped charges he would have lost his driver's license thus not able to patrol the streets of Memphis arresting those who are driving under the influence. This police officer has been given a pass that is not available to the average citizen,Thus a federal investigation should be held into the Mayor's involvement,Along with the role played by Bill Gibbons office, And Larry Godwin.


Eric Dates just based on the fact that he refused the BAC test according to the law in Tennessee should be charged with a Class A misdemeanor with a probationary period of 11 months and 29 days,with his license being revoked for 2-5 years,With a minimum of 5 days in jail. But none of this will happen because Cliff Dates used his influence with Willie Herenton to cut a deal with the help of Bill Gibbons and Larry Godwin. Some will say Godwin played no role the deal had to be cut between the mayor and Gibbons, But the Police Director did not stand up for what is right and what other citizens will receive at the hands of his officers when they are arrested for the same offences.

I received a call from my attorney Javier Bailey that Michael Floyd the attorney for the State of Tennessee working through Juvenile Court will seek this afternoon to get a gag order to keep me from talking about my cases and the fact that he violated my right to due process. Now he wants to go after my right of free speech. What does this man who states that he is just a good soldier have to hide?

RESULTS: The state dismissed there motion for the gag order,Michael Floyd was removed from the cases,I made some agreements with the officials,My lawyer will get with their lawyers,And I'm moving on to more pressing issues.

JUVENILE COURT ATTORNEY IS JUST A GOOD STEPPING AND FETCHING NEGRO

Michael Floyd is a State of Tennessee attorney who works out of Juvenile Court. This attorney states that the reason he selectively went after me is because he's a good soldier. But who has this Black man who has called County mayor A.C. Wharton a "Uncle Tom" and Judge John Fowkles "The white man's boy' during his unsuccessful bid for Criminal Court Judge marching?

It seems that Floyd is some one's water boy and not his own man,It seems as though this field hand choose to carried his master's water instead of letting them do it for themselves.

I must applaud Judge Curtis Person for stating today to Floyd and other Juvenile Court attorneys that he promised in his campaign for office that all person's that come through his court will be treated fairly and with dignity. Thus tomorrow's hearing that had purposely violated the laws of due process will not take plan which will either give me time to make arrangements with the court to pay off the debt that is due or file the proper papers to remove my cases from Juvenile Court to another court where I can be dealt with fairly.

Michael Floyd intended for me to never know that he had set a special hearing for me for Friday morning at 9am. He made sure that all parties were served other than myself. Had it not been for a source within the court that called me on Saturday I would not have known about the hearing which means that I would have missed court and a warrant would have been issued. It is well known that Floyd personally fulled my file and started the process. In front of witnesses he stated "I finally got Thaddeus Matthews". The paper work that was supposed to be served to me was found on Tuesday by my attorney on a shelf. So Floyd's plan was to selectively prosecute me under the color of the state using a charge that is very uncommon to be used.

It is my belief that Floyd is carrying the water for someone outside of the court that wants to silence me on the radio,and to stop the publising of this blog. Someone feels that I am a threat to their corruption and that I have some information coming soon that may destroy some in city hall and within the Memphis Police Department,and they are so correct.

Michael Floyd who stands in judgement of others who have debts himself is in debt having a nearly $7,000 judgement from November of last year and a bankruptcy from 2000 and I am in the process of checking him all the way back to Penn. But how can the state of Tennessee allow someone in debt to rule over others in debt having the power to lock those debtors up. How can the state allow a person to maintain employment when the proof presents itself showing that that person violated my right to due process?

Michael Floyd is what is known as a "Uncle Tom" or a "Sell out Negro" who will sell his republican soul to be accepted by Whites. This "Good Soldier" is a coward who wants Blacks to feel as though the White man orders have to be followed even if the orders are wrong. To those who sent this negro out you need to stamp him voided and find yourself another,or hang his worthless ass from a tree. And please understand that all Black men are not like him some of us don't dance unless we like the music. By the way Floyd be careful what you say the walls have ears and they're listening for me.

JUVENILE COURT ATTORNEY SAYS ABOUT HIMSELF "I'M A GOOD SOLDIER"

Michael Floyd a State of Tennessee attorney for Juvenile Court who himself has a recent booking number(08628985) has taken it upon himself to revenge my non support of his recent bid for judge of Criminal Court Div6 by using his position as a Juvenile Court attorney to charge me with 4 counts of criminal contempt of court,a charge that no one at Juvenile Court can remember the last time it was used.

On last Saturday I received a call from a source within the court who called to tell me that a special court proceeding had been arranged for me on Friday September 5th. I asked how was that so when I had not been served with any papers stating that I had a date in court. I was told that Floyd had stated in the office that deals with the paper work "I got Thaddeus Matthews". I was told by the source that Floyd had pulled my file personally and started the process.

Not being able to make any inquiries until Tuesday my attorney Javier Bailey contacted Juvenile Court speaking with George Blanchett the head referee who stated that he had signed the paper work last week. When asked why I had not been served Blanchett stated that he did not know that we needed to speak with Floyd. After several attempts to reach Floyd failed Jay and myself went to Juvenile Court where Floyd was in courtroom 3. When Jay asked Floyd about the court date and my not being served he replied "I'm just a good soldier' implying that someone else had told him to come after me.

Jay and Floyd went to the back to check on my paperwork where it was found blank on a shelf. No attempt had been made to serve me at all. While Floyd in the presence of those in the room kept stating that he was "A good soldier", the remark in reference to why I was being charged with criminal contempt was that I had never been to jail and that with the charge of criminal contempt the issue was not money but me going to jail.

Floyd's plan was for me not to find out about the court date so that I would miss it and a warrant for my arrest could be filed and then arrest me as I arrived at the radio station. The proof in that the service was intentionally flawed is in the fact the mothers involved were all sent summons to court while my paper work was left on a shelf. Further more a summons was sent to KWAM radio station so that what I pay to the station can be revealed. Why wasn't I served at the radio station? Because Michael Floyd is using his position as a state attorney to selectively prosecute me.

If Floyd is "A good soldier" who gave him his marching orders? because if he was told to come after me then we have a conspiracy to selectively prosecute under the color of the state, which is a crime that could be tried on the federal level.

For the last two years I have tried to have my case removed from Juvenile Court because it is my feeling that I can not receive fair treatment as as been proven by the actions of Floyd. On last year I exposed the fact that former CAO of the court Juene Wood had a conflict of interest in that she was stirring her husband a million dollar a year contract and had been doing so for a while. Wood resigned. This year I exposed the fact that a male guard was sexually involved with teenage females and in one case after a child returned home to California was sent a bus ticket to returned to Memphis where the guard according to the child was having sex with her. The guard was fired.

In the case of the guard I produced documentation that showed that the guard was not to be in the presence of the females but the court turned a blind eye to his behavior and only fired him after I made the incidents public. Based on the fact that the administration went out of the way to protect the guard and the fact that Wood being a high ranking official of the court with friends I seek to remove my case from Juvenile Court to another court.

I have not ran from the fact that I owe back child support in fact I made the contact with Fox News to go public with the story that they ran today. But the amount owed is not on going and is all arearage. I have tried for the last two years to end my problems with the court paying nearly $10,000. In fact after going to court in January of this year I made $4,000. It was thought that an appeal had been filed and after several months of not receiving any info concerning an appeal I made contact with Court Clerk Steve Stamson who stated that the appeal had been filed and that I needed to make a payment in which the very next day i took $500 to the court.

While I will not win the Father of the Year award in the case of my ex wife who I divorced nearly 20 years ago its a matter of when she decided to leave after our daughter was born I kept the child many days taking her to the radio station that I worked for at the time. When I filed for divorce I asked for joint custody. At the meeting between myself, her,and the lawyer, she brought her new boyfriend who told her to only give me a divorce if she could have sole custody. I agreed with the clauses in place where I was to have the baby every other weekend, and one month out of the Summer along with child support.

Juvenile Court without my knowledge removed my case from Circuit Court but only was concerned about the money. My ex moved and for nearly 11 years we had no contact. i was told by her friends that she was raising the child that was only a little over a year at the time of our divorce that the new boyfriend was her daddy. Juvenile Court refused to enforce the parts of the decree that included me playing a role in my daughter's life. Juvenile Court along with my ex was only concerned about the money. i felt that it was wrong for the ex to raise the child to think that the boyfriend was her father but wanted me to pay. So I stopped paying.

In one of the other cases the mother told me 17 years ago that her son was not mind. In fact the young man who was employed by me told me that his mother had told him that 3 other men could possibly be his father. During those 17 years Juvenile Court never contacted me once and even though this woman has done jail time for forgery and food stamp fraud they allowed her after 17 years and seeing the other mothers on TV to get back in the loop. Then I have 2 children who I being young I just didn't do the right thing by. There is no excuse.

I have been making an attempt to pay the debt and is willing to pay as much as $500 a month to do so, But I will not be selectively prosecuted by a renegade attorney who wants to make a name for himself off of my back. The records clearly show that after my conversation with Mr. Stamson a payment was made,who told me that as long as I'm making payments I would not have any court problems.

I want to make it clear that even though I have problems with the procedures of Juvenile Court and don't agree with Judge Curtis Person on many issues I don't think that he had anything to do with the role that Michael Floyd has played. But the court has to make sure that those who represent the court treat all parties equal or they become liable and a party to the violations made. I will filing a complaint against Floyd with the Tennessee Bar Association, The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility and a lawsuit for selective prosecution under the color of the state, and for civil rights violations dealing with his willful attempt to keep me from being served.

The McCain camp today announced that Sarah Palin's daughter Bristol is pregnant. It seems that the McCain camp may have been unaware of this little fact prior to Sarah Palin being selected as the running mate for John McCain. It seems that the woman that may have to watch over the U.S. if McCain is no longer able to serve can't even watch over her own daughter.
