It seems that the members of New Direction Christian Church are upset with me for discussing their pastors HOW TO SCREW manual entitled "Naked and Unashamed and have been told to come to this site to show support for him and the book. But what pastor Stacey Spencer does not realize is that the more his members come here the more hits the page gets plus someone needs to tell him I care less about his being upset and bigger people than him have felt my wrath here with no avail.
But the "man of God" who is selling his book for $15.00 wants the community to feel that he is not promoting sex but he allows females at his church to come dresses like hookers. They are told to come as you are,some come with halter tops and provocative clothing on while others have been seen as I'm told by insiders in the church showing their thongs on a Sunday morning.
Spencer wants the community to think that his book that tells a woman how to suck a penis with the option to swallow,how to properly eat a vagina,how to suck toes, how the prostate gland is the "P-SPOT for a man and that a well lubricated finger two inches up a man's anus can may the man feel good,will not fall into the hands of young people and will have no impact.
But it seems that "The man of God" already has impact with the youth,not as their pastor but as a sex symbol. The posted picture of the young lady with her thong showing comes from the Face book page of Stacey Spencer. The young lady gives her name as Keratin Taylor. Do you think that if this young lady respected Spencer as the man of God that she would have posted in such a manner? Do you think that this "man of God" was concerned in what light young people would see him in by allowing the picture on his site. Has Spencer started a sex cult in the name of the Lord? By the way the picture was removed from the site after I mentioned it on the radio

SIDE NOTE; I doubt if Ms. Taylor listens to my show or is a regular viewer of this site but she decided to call me this morning on my cell voicing her displeasure of me placing her pic that appeared on Stacey Spencer 's Face Book page as a friend.
Ms Taylor who states that she is a model threatened to sue me if I didn't remove her pic to which I had my first laugh of the day. I told her that since I had blurred her picture and since she was not the real focus of the story she would have did better to leave well enough along. But she began telling me how she would get a lawyer and force me to remove it.
Taylor who told me that she attends Spencer's church and most likely getting advise from there needs to understand she placed her picture for view on the world wide web making it public,And the mere fact that she states that she is a model and that the pic is part of her profile kind of kills her threat. Plus she needs to understand when it comes to pictures on the net I have been down that road with bigger people than her and the threats didn't work.
So since she decided that she wants to threatened me I decided to give a modeling career a boost and unblur the picture. But I still wonder why she would want her pastor to see her ass.

My comments are about false prophets in general, and are not necessarily speaking about Stacy Spencer [that 'Dr.' is highly debatable as well but that's a whole nother investigation].
With that being said here I go. The reason some churches have such a young 'flock' is typically because the said church has such a wattered down 'regligion'. These types of churches appeal to the 'unchurched'; those who were not raised in the church; those who are moved more by music (praise and worship) than by the Word of God; those who "won't be late for Praise & Worship and hearing the choir sing but as soon as the preacher steps to the podium then they pull out their cell phones to send text messages, or start going to the bathroom. I am talking about these new Christians who don't know the Bible for themselves, and only pick up the Sword(Bible) from the floorboard of their car because "Pastor said to bring your Word";people who because they don't know the Word of God for themselves often confuse a false prophets' sermons which rely heavily on pop culture/hip-hop sayings and gosel song sondbites as being "the Bible".
Real men and women of God are moved by God, NOT by the so-called man of God orchestrating a praise.
Be not deceived. God gives each of us a spirit of discernment and all we need to do is use it. No preacher and nobody has to speak to God on your behalf; pray to him and he will answer...it will be as clear as I am typing these comments now.
So to those who are 'mad' that Stacy Spencer has been put on full blast; don't question the move of God because God can, will and does use ANYBODY he chooses to rebuke those who have forsaken him.
Surely a church should welcome anyone, no matter their state of dress or undress to the church. BUT a real church with 'seasoned' Saints and women and men who FEAR the Lord wouldn't allow a young woman to sit through a service in God's house with her behind or undergarments showing. They would escort her out or wrap a sheath around her midriff. They would then counsel the girl and let her know that by her state of undress she is mocking God, and distracting others because of her wandering spirit. It is is a sin and shame to allow such foolish behavior in God's house.
"Touch not my annointed and do my prophet no harm" has been used many times, but one would first have to possess that "annointing" and be a "prophet" not a false prophet for God's Word to cover them.
One thng I know, because God's word is clear; the man of God is responsible for every soul that he has been given watch over. Individually, once you know the truth and have been set free by it ; then you must give an individual account for remaining in 'mess'. It's time to put away childish things.

This man needs a GENUINE experience of deliverance and transformation by the power of GOD. He truly need to be SAVED through being Born-Again. New Direction is not the type of Church that Jesus prayed for in St. John 17th Chapter. The Church of jesus Christ is a called-out, SANCTIFIED Church. New Direction is a SECULAR-GROSSLY WORLDY-HIP HOP place where the UNREDEEMED go in the name of Christianity. If there's anyone that attends that truly wants to be saved and live a godly life; they will flee. Ministers (Pastors), makes mistakes, and must learn and grow like anyone else, but a false prophet will be revealed. Stacey Spencer need to be saved. The book is not the only RED-FLAG about Spencer; just another issue of a man that's in his own self.
The Bible emphatically speaks about not having the love of the world in your life; coming out from among worldliness, and living a godly; sanctified life. Aint no such thing as "Holy Hip Hop"!!! New Direction is a devil's church. Ungodly, unsaved, religious, worldy people supports this type of foolishness (like the woman displaying her thong).

As a member of New Direction and a woman of God, I find it offensive that you would post a picture of that young woman to further your so-called cause. If this picture was on FB it's because she posted it, not Pastor Spencer. He is saving many lost souls in Memphis and has brought many young men and women to Christ and offered them a better choice. I have been in church services where Pastor Spencer has talked to young women about showing thier bodies and such and how women have more to offer than their bodies so your inuendo is off the mark.
I challenge you to come to New Direction yourself. I also challenge you to read chapters 1-8 of the book. It appears that you are sexually repressed because of your obvious delight in the subject matter. Come to New Direction...and be delivered.
Why don't you join us at NDCC, we have more ministries than I can name to help ALL in needed. You may not admit it but what my pastor is doing is very much needed in the church, What better place. What he is teaching is the gospel stright from the Bible(look up the references yourself). The other side of the issue is that we in the church have lived in such a "phony" type culture that when the real thing comes it almost seems un-natural.
It is easier for us to go to church happy, well dressed, looking good instead of letting folks know how bad we hurt inside.

Here is my problem with this post. Number one, it's a lie and I know it is. Why? Because I know the young lady in the picture and I know the pastor and the page. I have to admit, the book took me off guard and I wouldn't have written and I am slow to support something like that, but to just flat out lie is crazy. Thad, the Black community is flooded with churches. But what are the sermons that these pastors are preaching on a Sunday Morning. Why are so many of our people having babies out of marriage. In our community you have men, women, young boys and girls having baby after baby outside of marriage. If Mr. Spencer was really interested in helping his members to be spiritually healthy, using the bible he would show his members how it is wrong to have sex outside of marriage. Also using the bible he can show his female members how God has set a standard of how a Christian woman should dress. Also, the bible tells us how a man is suppose to provide financially for his household. Also the bible tell a woman how to be a capable wife and helpmate to her husband. I saw the picture that the young lady posted on Mr. Spencer's facebook page and it is a poor reflection upon him. It shows that some of the young people attending his church may like him, but they don't respect him.
A lot of these so called preachers who claimed to be anointed by God are going to find out that Galations 6:7 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." is true. The scripture I just quoted lets us know that we Mock God when we think more of ourselves than we are and we think it is alright to ignore God and his word. A lot of these preachers with their actions have elevated themselves above God

So church members when you go along with a pastor's wrongdoings, you need to ask yourself, who do I love more, my pastor or God? Your actions will show where your loyalty ly.
I'm curious to know if the book gave instructions to husbands about HOW TO please and satisfy their wives too? Or was it one-sided? A good marriage is one where BOTH partners are CONTENT, neither feels violated and debased and is a model of the relationship between Christ and the Church (his bride).
I have a hard time imagining Christ telling his bride to do to him or for him the things you have described with the bride not feeling demoralized. I hope there are other parts of her body that a man desires ardently besides her finger.

I'm a Kentucky resident of 5 years, but I have lived in Memphis, TN 16 years prior to now. I have one question and one comment: When Jesus came to this earth, he went to the unwanted, the poor, the prostitues, the thief, etc. Our Lord and Savior was giving them Salvation and rescuing their souls from hell! I have attended his church and find his word enlighting the times I have attended. One thing that I disagree with is the way some of his members dress. I know God said come as you are but I don't think Gods intentions was to come to church dress inappropriately. God wants you to come as the sinner, alcoholic, the adulter etc... Nothing in this world surprises me, because the Bible states that we will have false teachers and that nothing is new under the sun, but it offends me when people use God as their money-making tool. I am not going to judge Stacy Spencer, because in the end God will judge him as well as those who decide to follow him. If they believe his entertainment is amusing, will get them to Heaven and like it - I love it!! Romans 12:19 says that vengeance is His and He will repay. The marriage bed is undefiled and what husband and wife do in said bed, is their business.It was not God's intent for this aspect of marriage to be public record. Aside from scriptures that speak of when married couples should adstain(menstrual period, fasting), I have yet to come upon the scripture(s) that give instructions on sexual positions or techniques, such as; putting foreign objects in your wife's vagina or fingering your husband's anus.
While Spencer quotes "Song of Solomon," we must remember that our true and living example is Christ Jesus. Solomon stepped in and out of the will of God. Although he did good things in the name of the Lord, his biggest issue was women and sex. Our goal is to strive to be like Christ and therefore with our conversation(life) and character win souls.
Remember, everything we do is being recorded and when Christ returns each of us will have to give an account for all our actions(all of them)! I am grateful for the ways that you continue to keep up with relevant issues in the Memphis community and provide "raw" coverage of issues that many are so unaware of. I am especailly grateful for you exposing Stacey Spencer. I think you have provided some solid evidence and have stayed with the facts. Of course, you have colored some of the details but it has not change teh facts.
The comments from members of NDCC shows that age level of its members and their lack of maturity. They have blindly followed a person who has taking themes from pop-culture and incooperated them in a sermon (that is if you want to call what he does on sunday morning a sermon). The times I have heard Stacey Spencer speak it has been more of commentary on the latest movie, book, or issue in the community rather than on the scripture. He abuses the scriptures by finding a verse or two, proof reading and twisting it for his own purposes. I think the philosophy behind his ministry is good. There are a lot of lost people in the world who feel abandoned and unwelcome even in churches. The problem is Stacey uses people for all that they are worthy and when he is done he kicks them to the curb. I echo what others have said: Stacy is arrogant, insecure and seek for himself weak and affirming needing young adults to be in his inner-circle. That is why they can't see anything wrong with the pages you have posted on your website. THey have been so vernomous in their response as if you have made something up. You have simply conveyed what he has written. He said he likes it up the butt, not you. He is encouraging women to suck men to completion, not you. Why are they so pissed that their so-call pastor made a poor decision by putting such trash in wwriting. Is he above critic now? Do they think he is some mini-god.

In Hebrews, it speaks of the bed being undefiled when married. It is talking about sex being ordained with married couples and not with sex out of wed lock. It does not mean that anything goes in the bedroom such as anal sex.

I sent Mr Spencer an email once about a sermon I had issue with and he so much as told me if I don't like it then I can get out and join one of the other hundreds of churches in Memphis. Then he has his PR person (LaShundra) to email me to smooth things over. I still have that email. So, he does disinvite you if you don't agree 100 percent with what he not God says. NDCC is cultic.
I wont go as far as some people have gone because this man Does make it clear that this is for Married couples....But I will say (with all due respect) I feel like the issue of sex Should be addressed but I think that you can go too far with anything. I expect my Man of God to teach me what's in the bible (which sex is there) but I don't need him to explain to me the vivid details of how to perform sex with my husband. I have been to service over at New Direction and I must say that I was impressed with how he brought the young people into the house of God. By the time service ended there was standing room only.
