ALEXANDER FAMILY TO FILE $1.5 MILLION LAWSUIT AGAINST FUNERAL HOME AND GIRLFRIEND OF DEAD RELATIVE

The family of Frank Alexander who believe that his girl friend Claudette Eldridge murdered him but know for a fact that she and her sister Adriana Harrison stole $10,350 from one of his bank accounts after his death, created a bogus will, created a bogus funeral bill for services never rendered, sign a Mississippi death certificate stating that Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home embalmed him, But stated on my radio show that they did not do the preparations will be filing a $1.5 million lawsuit against the funeral home and Claudette Eldridge later today.

The lawsuit to be filed in Chancery Court will seek to change the venue of probate from the state of Mississippi to Tennessee in light of the fact that the will was prepared in this state with all parties living in this state and signing in this state. The suit also names Juvenile Court Administror Mal Hooker as the person who notarized the documents with out Frank Alexander being present. In fact he told former radio host Jennings Bernard that he notarized the paper work without the presence of all parties being present.

The lawsuit will also seek to dissolve the deed to the home of Frank Alexander and eject Claudette Eldridge from the property asking for rent that should have been paid while she has lived in the house.

The lawsuit also will seek to recover the $10,350 stolen out of Alexander's bank account a week after he was buried by N.J.Ford and Sons Funeral Home.The lawsuit will cause Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home upon discovery to show proof that a funeral service was given by them for $5,000. It will also force them to testify why they filed a Mississippi death certificate stating that they embalmed the body of Alexander and then state on my radio show that they did not embalm the body.

Mal Hooker an administrator for Juvenile Court will be subpoenaed to court to state under oath whether or not he illegally notarized paperwork when he knew that the witnesses to the paper work were not present. THE BEST IS YET TO COM!!!!!!
