Its seems that some Whites feel that Ford is their 'Great Black Hope" in taking down the "Super Negro" in the person of Willie Herenton whomn they hate more than a Ford. Some even want to believe that Ford has gotten involved in the congressional race between Herenton and Cohen because he feels that Cohen is the better man. And if you are White and believe that you are just plain stupid.
Harold Ford Sr. Only cares about White people when he sees a chance to make a buck or that White person has something that he needs. Again I will state that Cohen must be desperate to align himself with Ford who just a few years ago with TV cameras rolling he called a White man a "Cracker". Herenton will fill his war chest with early fund raisers where he will rip off the business leaders who will pay their "juice" to avoid being screwed by Willie as a mayor or through the remote possibility of his being elected to Congress for more screwing, ala Willie Herenton.

Ford referred to the man as a "tracker" - political speak for someone who follows the opponent of the person he or she supports around. It's been widely reported that Ford said "tracker" when referring to the Bob Corker supporter and not "cracker" as originally reported.

Am I understanding that a white person shouldn't represent a district with a high black population? Does that mean that a black person shouldn't represent a predominately white district? If that is what is being expressed by some, I would say it is racist, divisive and wrong.
Being born and raised in Memphis, Tn; now living in San Antonio, Texas(Retired Military)and loving every second of it, I see Memphis will always be the "HICK" town that it has been for so long. 2 Government??? No one has no shame about what going on in there town? Do anyone there have any new ideals. MUD ISLAND??? RiverWalk is a beautiful thing. Just one of many places and things to do in San Antonio. I read where one of your City Council Women didn't want to give up her free lunch program? Why do you allow the same people to sit in positions for a life time? It seems to me that we just hate each other so much and who is the blame? There are so many shootings, killings, robbing and etc. right here in Memphis, and in MY opinion, that's what's important. You hardly hear of this type of behavior in other ethnic groups. Many of them could hate the others guts; but you will never hear about it. People are sick and tired of the black whiners. Let them have their pictures spread all over the Commercial Appeal. White subscribers are becoming dear to that paper. Those that subscribe don't spend ten minutes scanning it's pages much less read their ads unless they are thinking about a new car which is, on average, only every few years.
