Claudette Eldridge the woman who the family of Frank Alexander feels murdered him and certainly stole thousands from one of his bank accounts just days after his death including $10,350 that went to the funeral home that is owned by her sister for services that were never rendered told NEWS CHANNEL 3 that she was set to marry Alexander just days before she states she found him dead.
But whats strange about her statement is that there is no record of her divorce to Dannie Eldridge to whom she married in 1998. It's also strange that if it was the intent of Frank Alexander to marry Eldridge and they share the home that he had only lived in a month at his death that he would strike off the word wife on the deed.
While Eldridge tells NEWS CHANNEL 3 that the her sister's funeral home,Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home did not do anything to cover up how Alexander really died and that the body was only at the family owned funeral home for just a few hours,she did not mention that her brother in law embalmed the body and signed a Mississippi death certificate to that effect. Adriana Harrison the sister of Eldridge stated on my radio show that her funeral home did not embalm the body but has not given a reason that they filed for a death certificate when they rendered no services to the family.
NEWS CHANNEL 3 reported that no charges of fraud has been filed in this matter against Eldridge, but that because the family only went to the Fraud and Document division of the Memphis Police department this past Monday.
NEWS CHANNEL 3 also reported Joseph Faulkner to be a brother of Frank Alexander who made the statement "This is a lot of Bullshit what they need to do is let Frank rest". While he is the half brother of Frank Alexander his relationship with the family was strained prior to Frank's death. In fact his name is not even mentioned as a family member in the obituary. One of the reasons that his relationship is also strained is because it was his wife/girlfriend. Peggy Flowers who introduced Eldridge to Alexander who was involved with another Alexander brother at the time. The family reports that Flowers told Eldridge that he had the wrong Alexander because it was Frank with the money.
While the news story was a good one many questions that needed to be asked were not. Such as why did she have a funeral home employee and her nephew sign the will as witnesses,Why does the signatures on deed and the will of Alexander look so differently,Why would Alexander leave everything to her and her son Victor Colbert who didn't even live in the house with Alexander and herself,Why did she use the credit card of Alexander after his death and why did they produce a bogus funeral bill. CHANNEL 3 there's still a lot to do with this story.

Memphis 6/3/2009) - Claudette Eldridge remembers the first time she met 58 year old Frank Alexander in February 2007.
Soon after, they bought a home and were to marry in August of that year.
But Frank Alexander died two days before the wedding.
"I heard something like a big boom. I ran back and saw the shower curtain hanging out partially in the bedroom. He was wrapped in the shower curtain."
Alexander had collapsed. His brother Robert would later tell News Channel 3 he had questioned Frank's death from the start.
"Things that he said before he passed away made me suspicious of the way things were handled during his death." Robert Alexander said in an interview last year.
Robert, suspecting foul play, had Frank's body exhumed and was shocked when the medical examiner reported Frank Alexander's internal organs were missing.
His body was stuffed with bed sheets.
The funeral home where Claudette works was the first to handle the body. But within hours, the family had the body transferred to another funeral home.
Claudette says she has no idea what happened to the organs.
"No one here did anything to this man at Harrison's funeral home to try to cover up a murder." says Claudette.
In court documents, Claudette has been accused of forging checks and using Frank Alexander's credit card.
She has never been charged and denies doing anything wrong.
She raises her own questions about Robert Alexander.
"He can't believe his brother died and didn't leave him anything. That's the whole purpose." says Claudette.
Now the story is all over the internet and has taken on a life of its own.
"People are calling and saying if we end up getting anything in the courts, they are gonna kill me and my son." says Claudette.
Robert says he knows nothing about any threats, but he has hired a lawyer to contest his brother's will.
Other family members are fed up.
"This is nothing but a lot of bull*. What they need to do is let Frank rest." says Joseph Faulkner, who is Robert and Frank's brother.
Claudette Eldridge gave us a copy of Frank Alexander's will. It leaves his home, vehicle, bank accounts, and retirement to Claudette.
Robert Alexander says the will is bogus.
He told us, from his lawyer's office, he will take the will to court on Monday.

Robert Alexander stated on your show yesterday he didn't know of Joseph Faulkner and they didn't have either the same mother or father. Robert aslo said Claudette slept in his bed for 3 months.
