JUVENILE COURT ADMINISTRATOR INVOLVED IN THEFT OF A DEAD MAN

Juvenile Court administrator Mal Hooker who is also a public notary,And works from time to time at Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral is the lastest piece to the puzzle of how Frank Alexander died and how his co-worker at the funeral home has conspired to steal the assets of a man she had only known for several months.

On Monday morning I accompanied the daughter and brother of Frank Alexander to the 11th floor of 201 Poplar where they met with Sgt.Denise Jones of the Fraud and Documents squad of the Memphis Police department Given to Sgt Jones was various documents that show that after the death of Alexander his credit card was still in use even though according to Regions Bank no one other then Alexander was authorized to use it. Proof was submitted that shows that Orange Mound Funeral Home used the card of Alexander to withdraw $10,350 from his account,and it's for sure he didn'y authorized it's use.

Also submitted is a bogus will created by Claudette Eldridge and notarized by Mal Hooker. The will shows to be signed one month before Eldridge claims to have found Alexander dead in the bath room. Even though she claims that the death occurred while Frank Alexander was taking a show the family found no water on the body or in his straight hair that he always wore in a pony tail.

The question must be asked if Hooker was aware of the fact that prehaps Eldridge may have had intents to murder Alexander, or help her conspire to steal his assets. Hooker late on Sunday night after becoming aware of an article that wrote about him texed my attorney and friend Javier Bailey trying to get a return call. In fact his messeges all stated that he urgently needed to contact Bailey. When Bailey contacted him early on Monday morning Hooker told Jay to talk to me about Sunday's morning worship. Jaye comments is that he will in no way get in involved in telling me not to report a fraudent act.

Late Monday afternoon I received a call from former talk show host Jennings Bernard stating that Mal Hooker wanted me to give him a call on his cell phone (649-7347) I called numerous time with no reply along with calling his Juvenile Court office ,still with no reply.

Bernard in his conversation with Hooker tells me that Hooker claims to have notarized the signatures of the witnesses along with Alexander and Eldridge but did not have the witenesses nor Alexander and Eldridge present when the paperwork was presented to him.

Ray Charles could look at the differences in Frank Alexander's signature on the Deed of Trust which is his actual signature and the co called signature on the bogus will . The first signature I have presented on the site shows a man signing his name way above the line but yet on his deed his signature is on the line plus the family states that Frank Alexander never signed his name with SR. behind it.

You will also notice that the initials Alexander used on his deed are totally different in style from that of the will. The family of Frank Alexander states that many of the names in the will are incorrect and that they have no idea who any of the so called witnesses are.

You will also notice on the front page of the deed the word WIFE has been drawn thru. Claudette even though she has a husband named Dannie Eldridge conspired to have her name placed on the deed stating that she was the wife of Alexander. You will also noticed that she used the name Eldridge instead of Alexander when she claimed to be the wife.

If you're wondering why, it is my opinion that Eldridge had a plan to murder Alexander and steal his assets but she knew that with a husband she couldn't sign her name as Alexander because she knew that the name would be noticed and come back and bite her in the face.

It is also my opinion that Eldridge to steal the assets of Alexander needed a death certificate showing her as the next of kin, which she aquired when she filed a Mississippi death certificate showing herself as the next of kin. To further make her scheme work she needed a last will and testament where she could make herself the sole heir of Alexander. This is where Hooker comes in, Claudette doesn't want the notary to appear to be connected to her so she doesn't use her brother in law Charles harrison she uses mild mannered mal hooker who she knows will ask no questions to notarized the will even though Alexander nor the so called witnesses are ever seen by the Juvenile Court administrator.

It is no doubt that Mal Hooker can lose his notary seal over this, but he could also lose his freedom if he conspired with Claudett Eldridge to steal the assets of Frank Alexander or to murder.

It has been revealed to me that one of the witnesses,Demetri Chatman is an employee of Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home, And the other witness Jerry W. Madison is the son of Claudette's sister, Adriana Harrison. Hmmm, the plot thickens
