TEACHER ACCUSES PRINCIPAL OF FRAUD

Pamela Jones who in her third year as a Special Education Assistant at Mitchell High School is accusing school principal John Ware of fraud and falsifying document. She is also accusing Ware of taking money due her and giving it to a person who did not do the job that she was to be paid for,most likely getting a kick back.

Jones a 6"3 former All-American female basketball player for Mitchell states that Ware asked her at the beginning of the school year to coach both the girl's volley ball team and the girl's basketball team. Jones states that the reason that she was asked to coach these teams is because the coach of both these teams had been removed by Ware for getting a female student pregnant. In fact Jones states that she was present when the young girl whose first name is Tiara told the principal that if he didn't fire Coach Harold Wooten that she was going to the board to report the fact that Wooten had gotten her pregnant.

Jones in a letter to Kriner Cash dated December 23,2008 she states that she coached the girl's volleyball team and that she had not received her stipend for her coaching duties. She goes on to state that stipends were received November 30,2006 to all the other coaches in the city but she had not received hers.

Jones wrote a letter to Ware concerning her pay but was ignored. On December 11,2008 she placed the posted letter to Ware in his school mailbox where on the following day Ware's secretary Mrs. Mayes stated that he had received the letter. Jones states that Ware never mentioned the letter and would go in another direction if he saw her in the hall or anywhere else on campus. Finally Jones decided to contact payroll to see if an error had been made and a Mrs. Lewis in payroll told her that she didn't receive a check because her name had not been submitted as Volleyball coach at Mitchell High School.

Jones was informed by Mrs. Lewis that she needed to speak with Human Resources and talk with a Ms. Tori Black. Black informed Jones that her name had not been submitted and that Lacy Smith was listed as the girl's volleyball coach,and that Eddie Wright was listed as the girl's assistant volleyball coach in which Ware had signed off on. Jones states that finding out this information made her angry because lacy Smith had not served as coach plus the fact that she never had an assistant.

At this point Pam Jones contacted Mr.Smokey Gaines for assistance but was told by him that there was nothing that he could do. She goes on to ask Gaines who was it that she could speak with concerning the manner and was told that she needed to speak Deputy Supt. Dr. Hamer.

After making contact with the administration on December 19,2006 Jones received a call from Lacy Smith late at night telling her to come to a club to pick up a Christmas package,which she did not do. On the following day Smith called again telling Jones that the boss referring to Ware had told him to call. Smith at this point offers Jones $1000. Jones states that she told Smith to tell his boss that he was about $577.00 short. She also asked Smith why was he trying to give her some money instead of Ware. Jones states that she told Smith that Ware should be the one contacting her and not him. But it's obvious as to why Smith was calling he knew that Ware had falsified document stating that he had coached the girl's volleyball team when he hadn't. he knew that Jones was tracing her money which could mean trouble for both him and Ware.

Jones states that after following the advice of Smokey Gaines in contacting Dr. Hamer she never got the chance to speak to him but was told by his secretary that he was in a meeting and that she needed to speak with Ware's boss,a Mr.Rhodes. Jones called Rhodes office several times leaving messages but never received a callback.

Ms. Tori Black did however call Jones back to tell her that she had called Ware and that Ware had stated that Jones was a special educational assistant and could not be paid for the job. But if this is the case why is it that Lacy Smith gave Jones a check for $1,577 of which she has not cashed. Again Smith knew that a fraudulent act has been performed and was trying to cover up the acts of himself and Ware which could bring criminal charges.

On January 8,2009 Jones was called to the office John Ware where Smokey Gaines met her. Gaines knew about the check from Smith and wanted to know why she hadn't cashed it. Even though Ware had given her the coaching job,and even though she had performed the coaching job Gaines told her that because she was listed as a Special education Assistant she could not hold a head coaching position. If that was the case again I ask why did Ware want Smith to pay her,and why did Smith give her a personal cashier check from himself, which Jones asked Gaines. Jones also asked Gaines why since the money for coaching the girl's volleyball team was submitted in Smith's and Eddie Wright's name why didn't he have them to really coach.

Gaines after asking Jones why she hadn't cashed the check tells her 'It's a bad time to be out of a job right now" to which she replied "It sure is". Gaines goes on to state,"Are you suing or taking this further" She replies."no I just wanted my money". Gaines implies that Jones must be rich since she had not cashed the check and urges her to cash it.

Well Smokey it must be apparent to you now that she has taken it further and it seems that you are trying to cover up the fraud that has taken place. it seems that Ware has a racket where he gets other to do work thinking that he can either pay them what he wants or not pay them at all and then falsify documents in the names of others giving them the money where I'm sure he gets a kickback. It is also possible that Smith being with the system at least 40 years(He was at Northside 35 years ago when I attended) receives much more as a stipend for coaching then jones who has only been with the system for 7 years of which she has been at Mitchell for 3,thus Smith could have received as much as $2500 for his stipend.

Jones who states that she is aware of another woman who was treated the same way of which I will be speaking with also claims that there is documentation at the board that shows that Ware has submitted documents for stipend pay that shows Smith as coach of the girl's soccer team when a Mr. John Wiley is actually the coach. She also claims that a Mr. Murphy is listed as assistant football coach but hardly ever attends a game.

Dr. Kriner Cash should conduct an investigation into this matter and bring charges against John Ware, Lacy Smith and any other school official who may be involved in fraudulently receiving taxpayers money. The very fact that Smith submitted a check to Jones proves that something is wrong and that tracks were trying to be covered.

The other issue that should be addressed is the statutory rape of minor student by a school employee in the person of Harold Wooten. This girl an her family could sue the system for this act by one of their employees. Jones states that even after Wooten was supposedly removed from Mitchell that Ware allowed him to be an assistant coach on the boy's football team. Jones also states that on a certain date after a girl's volleyball game when the team arrived back at the school on a bus as the girls exited the bus they all ran over to Wooten who was waiting for them. According to Pamela Jones many of the girls crowed into Wooten's car where he stated that he was taking them to his house for a private meeting for basketball. Jones states that she called Ware and told him what Wooten was doing and was told by him that he had given Wooten permission to take the girls to his home.

POLICE OFFICER WHO CONFESSED HIS SINS TO MYSELF AND JUDGE JAYNE CHANDLER INDICTED

Police officer Ivory Robinson has been indicted on the charge of tampering with or fabricating evidence,a crime that he confessed to City judge Jayne Chandler and myself on Monday August 4,2008. A local Tv news program reported tonight that the police spokesperson stated that Robinson sent the letter to the judge,that is totally incorrect because I was present in the judge's chambers when Robinson made his confession. In fact since there was no copying machine present i wrote down the confession word for word after he laid the confession down.

Here is the article that I wrote on Monday August 4,2008 which includes the content of the letter of confession:

Today while visiting Judge Jayne Chandler in her chambers an off duty City of Memphis Police officer insisted that he needed to repent and make a confession to her. I had made a visit to division 3 to see if officer Sampson Pryor III was at work and to get his feelings on today's hearing in the court room concerning the ticket fixing of Bradley Greer by Police Director Larry Godwin and Deputy Jim Tusant.

When I entered the courtroom Judge Chandler who is a friend asked me to approach the bench. After a brief conversation she asked me to come to her chambers where our conversation continued. Before leaving the bench a officer asked her court officer if he could address the judge concerning her speaking to a group that he's involved with.The judge spoke with him and told him that she would get back in touch with him and left the bench. While sitting in her chambers officer Pryor brought the officer around to to the chambers where again Judge Chandler told the officer that just leave his phone number and she would get back with him concerning addressing his group.Moments later the officer again was at the door to the judge's chambers holding two sheets of legal paper.

The judge opened the door and asked the officer what was it that he wanted, he stated "I want to repent for something that I've done. I want to make a confession". I looked at the judge and she looked at me I got up to leave but she told me " I need a witness to whatever he's about to say". She asked the officer who by now has identified himself as Officer Ivory Robinson #2010 of the Ridgeway precinct if he knew who I was, he stated that he knew that I was the blogger. I asked him if he was sure that he wanted talk in front of me, he stated that it was okay.Robinson preceded to read from a prepared letter addressed to Judge Chandler,In the letter he states:

I am writing this letter to apologize to you and to your courtroom for past actions that caused a great disruption and discord both to you and your courtroom. I am truly sorry and ask for your forgiveness in having a form to have citations voided. I did not know that such actions were causing a problem within this courtroom.

Actions that were or have been practiced for many years I thought were correct and proper since all we had to do was fill out a Void Ticket Form and submit it along with the hard copy. This was done for family and friends.There were in some cases people who just didn't have the money or transportation but they didn't want to miss, nor go to jail and risk deportation so I thought that since we (officers) do the voided ticket actions for our own friends and relatives why not for those who need more time to get there business in order.

FORMER POLICE UNION LEADER INDICTED

The former head of the Memphis Police Association was indicted today on theft charges.Tommy Turner who is the best friend of Police director Larry Godwin,who was also the best man in his wedding, former business partners in a fence company and a restaurant was charged with stealing between $10,000 and $60,000 from the Memphis Police Association over a nearly three-year period from November 2004 through July 2007, said Jennifer Donnals, spokeswoman for the Shelby County District Attorney General's Office.

The TBI turned over evidence to the office of Bill Gibbons a month ago and a grand jury made the indictment on Turner and also William Robbins also a former union officer. Sources within 201 Poplar also believe that Godwin's business relationship in Pappy's restaurant may come into question because there are those who believe that union funds was laundered through the business that some say the director and Turner owned.Turner was arrested late Tuesday afternoon and released on $10,000 bond. The charge is a class C felony and carries a jail term of 3-6 years, if convicted.

On Wednesday night an emergency meeting of The Memphis Police Association was called by the Board of Directors because there seems to be a serious misappropriation of the organizations funds. Some members even wondered if the move by Police Director Larry Godwin on the group's office earlier this year was to protect Godwin's former fence Business partner and best man at his wedding Tommy Turner who was voted out as President from being investigated for mismanagement of the MPA's funds.

It has been found that there is no accountability for checks paid out,and also documents showing where funds belonging to certain checking and saving accounts cannot be found. The MPA has no idea how much money the organization is suppose to have. It has also been found out that the organization is receiving credit card statements,but don't know who has the credit cards.The group is looking at former President Tommy Turner and Secretary to the Treasurer Billy Roberts as the persons who should know where the MPA's money happens to be. The MPA will be asking for an investigation from the State Comptroller where the organization's book will be audited.

There is no doubt that thousands of dollars can not be accounted for,and that the books have been mishandled,and that there has been an abuse of credit cards. There could be criminal charges in the future of Godwin's close friend. Also members have found out that MPA credit cards have paid traffic tickets for political dignitariesOne thing that is sure is that Tommy Turner will steal, and that Larry Godwin will cover up his thievery.

Remember this;On April 7, 2006 Hulet T. Gregory went by a house he owns at 8542 Essex Court Cv. and noticed that some items had been stolen out of his back yard. In the police report Gregory states that he had been by the house on April 6, and all was well. What he noticed was missing was a wooden swing, a metal chair, stone walkway pieces, and plastic flower pots,all valued at $500.00.

The report goes on to state that a neighbor told Gregory that a gray pickup was parked in his drive on April 6,in the evening. the same neighbor showed him the truck that had been at his house at a nearby residence located at 2074 Kings Cross. That residence belongs to Tommy Turner,the Memphis Police Association President. The gray Tacoma with FOP tags TN-6936 belongs to Turner.Police were called and the slate stones taken from gregory home were found in Turner's driveway.The other items listed as stolen was piled up in front of Turner's garage. The Lt. that made the scene called Turner,who agreed to return the items the next day. A CSI unit was called to the scene to take pictures and to verify the location of the stolen items. There were 23 stolen items found at Turner's home.Why hasn't Turner's face been on the front of the CA for being a petty thief?

My guest will be mayoral candidate Carol Chumney. The three hour show will focus on what Chumney would do as mayor and is Memphis realdy for the return of a White mayor.

I must admit of all the persons that I have heard that may be entering the race Chumney may be the best candidate. Some who are running have no chance of winning while others are just feeding their overgrown egos. While many think that County mayor A.C. Wharton will get the majority of the Black vote and a large percentage of the White vote,If 4-5 blacks get in the race while Chumney is the sole white in the race......Will remember the congressional race a few years ago?

Another thing that must be considered is the fact Wharton does not have the black vote sewed up. many Blacks feel that while he is a nice fellow that he is not strong enough to lead,and others like at Shelby County and wonder why he should be elected as city mayor when he has not really done anything about the county especially the debt.

Among the many things I will ask Chumney is,What does she think the condition of the city happens to be, The crime problem and what is her proposal to reduce it, When would she do as mayor to create a cash flow for the city other than taxes,what would she do about the leadership of MPD,and what would she do for black communities that would make the Black community feel as though she supports them.

Chumney cannot become city mayor without a strong Black base and I feel that many of us in the Black community are fed up with the empty lies of Black leadership and just may be willing to give her a chance. I know some who read this site are wondering if I'm saying that I can support Chumney for mayor and push my listening audience of thousands to do the same. The answer based on those I have heard may be running is YES, But i will allow all candidates to appear on the show.

VAN TURNER SELECTED TO CHAIR THE MEETING OF THE SHELBY COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY

On Saturday attorney Van Turner was selected by the newly seated Shelby County Democratic Party Executive Committee by a margin of 10 votes. Turner who was handled by White demopulican Desi Franklin was able to garner the numbers needed to win. In fact Turner was able to garner every White vote given even though mayoral candidate Carol Chumney made endorsement calls for Javier Bailey.

Some of Turner's supporter say that Bailey received no White votes because it was their fear that the attorney would divide the party and Whites would lose their voice. The Tennessee State Democratic Party added additional seats to the executive committee which was not the desire of whites seeking a position of power in an organization that has not proven that it has the resources nor the finances to support democratic candidates for office

It is my opinion that Turner who is an attorney for labor busting Butler Snow.a local law firm will serve the bidding of White democrats who in the past have crossed party lines to vote for white republicans when there was a black democrat in a race. Does Turner have the balls to stand up for what is right or will he bow to pressure and dance to the music of Franklin and her Klan.

In his concession statement Bailey asked his supporters to join Turner in working to make the local party a unified organization,and I'm sure that they will but, Franklin and the Whites who seek to control need to understand that their actions will be watched and reported and that Turner will not be allowed to act like a jockey on the entrance to his master's home or there will be repercussions that could result in their selected candidates losing races. And if you wonder what I mean you'll find out if and when it happens.

TRUE DEMOCRATS PREPARE TO CUT OFF THE HEAD OF DEMOPUBLICANS

Keith Norman who as Chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party has only attended 6 meetings in the last two years has joined forces with demopublicans to attempt to violate a directive that has come down from the Tennessee State Democratic Party which charters the local organization.

There has been a rumbling going on for several weeks concerning the fact that more seats is to be opened on the Executive committee,based on the fact of the large democratic vote turned out in the last presidential election. White democrats lead by Dizzy Franklin who until 2000 voted republican and works for the law firm of Baker and Donelson, known heavy republican contributors feels as though White democrats will lose power and strenght on the executive committee with new committee seats being added. Franklin and her cronies understand that based on the rules of the party and the fact that in Black house districts that Blacks in some cases increase there votes by 50% that the increase is what is right.

Franklin's group knows that if the new executive positions become a reality that those positions will go to Blacks in areas that they have no control over and where Bailey and his organization hold the majority of delegates. Franklin also knows that the added seats in House districts will most likely be held by those who support Bailey guaranteeing him the chairmanship.

Van Turner is being led like a young calf to the slaughter his association with Franklin may cost him any role in the local party most especially a position on the executive committee. Turner has proven that he is does not have the wits to manage the party by joining forces with known demopublicans like Franklin who he removed his bow tie for because as he stated to me "I don't want them to think that I am Muslim".

Why would this young Black man be concerned about how Whites portray him unless he's ashamed of his Blackness and feels proud to be the trophy of White democrats who only see him as a method to their madness,and a tool to tighten their loosen grip on a party that for years was controlled by Whites.

Keith Norman has joined forces with Franklin for two reason first of all both he and Turner attended Morehouse University,and secondly it's strongly been rumored that he has plans to run for public office and needs the support of Franklin to garner White votes. Norman who had called a meeting for Friday of executive members to attempt to change the bylaws so that the addition of the new seats could not take place has been told by the state party that he does not have the authority to call such a meeting and that if he does the state party would step in.

Javier Bailey who is a state committee member states that in a conference call on Sunday Norman was given his orders by the state party and agreed that the addition of the new positions was the right thing to do. Bailey states that pastor Norman later decided to lie about that position to Franklin and her cronies and join forces with her to attempt to find a way to get around the state party's orders.

There is no doubt that if Franklin and her group persist in their attempt that there will be plenty of friction at 12 noon at Airways Middle School and a verbal floor fight on the issue will take place that may very well totally disrupt any selection of any executive members or a chairman. The state party will be ask to take over and handle the selection process of which Franklin's group has no control because the Shelby County democratic party is chartered by the state party.

So bring your popcorn because Saturday's meeting of democrats could envy Saturday morning wrestling with political vets ready to drop kick Franklin and her cronies and put Van Turner in a sleeper hold that he just may never politically wake up from.

WHO REALLY WANTS TO CHANGE THE DESIGN OF THE NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM. COULD IT BE PITT?

National Civil Rights Museum Director Beverly Robertson stated that as she exited her car at the museum she was asked "what kind of food do you serve" by a person on the street. She says that she thought to herself that this person thinks that the museum is a motel.

But are we to think that this is where the design change of the historic spot where Dr. Martin Luther King was slain by an unknown sniper was born? I suggest that in a meeting that was controlled by Pitt Hyde Chairman of the Executive Committee of the museum, who has sank much of his own dollars into the civil rights facility the decision was made to do away with the appearance of the once Black owned motel with the history of whores and drugs and give it a more upscale look.

Granted Black organizations and so called Black leaders have failed in their responsibility to support the museum with more than just lip service, But what is the need for the design change and whose going to pay for it?

Designers were in town on last week with new design ideas,But why does the museum that was born out of the civil rights movement and the death of King need to destroy the history of the balcony and and the appearance of a historic time in the history of Blacks in this city and this country? Is it that Pitt will feel better about putting his money into a facility that supports his image and not the images that many Blacks who lived,suffered,and died during that time remember?

Mrs. Robertson when the person asked you what were you serving, You should have replied "Myself". Because you and the rest of the "Old Negro Brigade" some of who sit on your board and were FBI informants when King was slain have forgotten about your history and the movement wish is still active to serve benefactors like Hyde and those who can bring a dollar to the table.

WHITE PRIVILEDGE CONFERENCE IS COMING TO MEMPHIS

A conference that teaches Whites how to deal with Blacks is coming to Memphis April 1-4 at the Hilton on Ridgeway. The 10th annual "White Privilege Conference" serves as a yearly opportunity to examine and explore difficult issues related to white privilege,white supremacy and oppression. In other words its a study group on how to deal with Black issues if you are white.



Strangely enough the founder of the White privilege Conference is a Black man. Dr. Eddie Moore Jr., is currently the Director of Diversity for the Seattle Bush School. He is founder/CEO of America & MOORE Research and Consulting, a company that provides diversity and cultural competency training across the nation. In 1999 Eddie founded the National White Privilege Conference that examines issues around privilege. Eddie is a frequent speaker at conferences national conferences like the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity and the National Association for Multicultural Education and lectures and conducts diversity trainings at colleges and universities throughout the nation.

One of the area that will be addressed is how to deal with Black youth in the class room. I purchased one of the books that will be used for this purpose entitled "White Teachers/Diverse Classrooms". The introduction of the book is entitled "A Call To Action For White Teachers In Diverse Classrooms". The book seeks to explain how Whites should deal with a diverse classroom,how to promote high expectations,and how to eliminate racism. the problem is no book can produce those results.

So it appears while many blacks are making speeches,and meeting to have another meeting,Whites are gathering to study the Black community and seek how to survive in the midst of the racism that they created in this country even if they have to use a black man to do it. reports state that already over 1200 persons are registered to attend the April conference

THE COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION PUTS FULLILOVE ON TRIAL ON FRIDAY ON THE THADDEUS MATTHEWS SHOW

On Friday on "Thaddeus Matthews Show" the court of public opinion will convene again. This time on trial will be city council woman Janis Fullilove. Janis will be charged with being a detriment to the public,And being politically insane.

No one is believing that with her license being revoked in both Tennessee and Mississippi that she was stupid enough to drive in front of a TV camera and reporter Mike Matthews.

HAVE THE FEDS BEEN FISHING IN A DRY HOLE?

There has been rumor after rumor that Mayor Willie Wilbert Herenton is bound to meet the same fate as some other local poli-trick-ans have met, which means that that the longest tenured mayor of the city would be indicted. When the grand jury met several months and E.C. Moon and mayoral aid Pete Aviotti testified many said that the indictment would come before Christmas but it did not happen. With all that some thought the Feds had on W.W. one must wonder if the Feds went fishing in a dry hole.

Sources are saying that the Feds are being very careful bringing charges against Herenton because they don't want to come away with their hats in their hands as they did with Joseph Lee. Sources also don't want to indict the city's first elected Black mayor and end up not being able to prove their case as in the case of former city councilman Edmund Ford.

It is my belief that if the Feds had anything that they could prove that the indictment would have already been served,So what is going on? While I do not believe that the mayor will serve out the remainder of his term I don't think that it will be due to an indictment because whether the mayor did anything illegal or not I don't believe that the Feds can prove a case against them and they would rather be safe or be sorry and give the appearance that there is a Federal witch hunt against Black leaders

SHELBY COUNTY DEMOCRATIC LEADER TO APPEAR ON MY SHOW

Pastor Keith Norman Chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party will be my guest on Thursday on the "Thaddeus Matthews Show" which airs on AM990 KWAM daily from 4pm-7-pm.

We will discuss many issues concerning the party that has allowed democrats to cross party lines to support republicans without retribution. The other areas of discussion I will not post so that the chairman can give me a honest reply and not a prepared reply.

AFSCME PRESIDENT SUPPORTING ATTORNEY WHO WORKS FOR UNION BUSTING LAW FIRM

There are members of AFSCME local 1733 that's wondering why their President,Ruth Davis has thrown her support behind Attorney Van Turner whose bidding to become the next Chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party,especially since Turner is a part of the Butler Snow Law Firm that specializes in busting unions.

Butler Snow brags on their website of their ability to eliminate Unions,Thus AFSCME members are concerned that Davis has join forces with the law firm to perhaps shut them down and receive some kick back for doing so. They feel that what other reason could she have for supporting a union buster.

I received several calls on Thursday from members who plan to let the national office of AFSCME know of her betrayal and who plan to be present on March 28th at Airways Middle School for the democratic convention to record and photograph Davis voting for a union buster.

But there seems to be other concerns that the members have also. I received an anonymous letter left for me at an restaurant that advertises on my radio show that states that Davis should be investigated. The letter claims that the union that represents city employees has lost over 1000 members since she took over. The letter goes on to claim that members paid $65,000 for a roof on their union hall that has no warranty and is still leaking.

The letter also claims that the union had to pay in 2007 $12,000 to a previous President Willie Joe Anderson who the letter claims Davis was sleeping with because she changed her testimony in a court proceeding. But the union members have a point in being concerned as to why their union President would support an attorney that is a part of a law firm that seeks to destroy Unions. Has Butler Snow been hired by someone to destroy the union that Martin Luther King Jr. came to Memphis for and lost his life for? Why would this firm so boldly brag of their ability to destroy unions?And how can Ruth Davis support Van Turner knowing that he may be a part soon of destroying the union she works for unless the deal has already been cut?

WHITE DEMOCRATS WANT A UNION BUSTER TO BECOME THE NEXT CHAIR OF THE SHELBY COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY

Attorney Van Turner wants to be the next chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party but does not support the working class or the unions that represent them. Turner is a lawyer with the law firm of Butler Snow who brags on their website of busting unions, in fact the web states:

Turner who has no background of service to the community is the choice of White democrats who want to maintain a level of control within the party. Whites fear that if Attorney Javier Bailey wins that he will confront such issues as White democrats crossing over and giving their votes and support to White republicans rather than to a Black democrats.



Whites who support Turner would rather have a person who is every thing that the party should stand against then to have a Black man who will not bow to their wishes based on their racist views.



Democrats have long been known to support unions and the working class and to have Turner as the chairman sends a message that the racism of politics is more important then the needs of people. As an attorney with Butler Snow Turner represents the republican view that unions are not needed and that he will do what is needed to destroy the groups that represent the working class.



In the above picture Turner can be seen with his handler Dizzy Desi Franklin getting his orders. This young "Black" man has decided that he is going to carry the water of Franklin and her group. Turner and Dianne Withers met with me on last week where the discussion on White disenfranchisement came up,Turner stated that he knew that the right thing to do was to vote to extend the delegate seats based on the number of votes rendered in the presidential election,but it wasn't the politically correct thing to do if he wanted to win because he knew he would not be able to get white support.



So we have a Black man who would rather have White support than to do what is right. Turner is a political novice who wants to win any way he can and damn the people. Turner is stupid enough to believe that Franklin really care about him and not just the instrument of their pleasure. Turner get out your shoeshine box Desi needs her shoes shined.

WHY DO WHITE DEMOCRATS FEEL AS THOUGH THEY ARE BEING DISENFRANCHISED

The Shelby County Democratic Party held it's convention on Saturday to elect delegates for the march 28th meeting where the next Chairperson,officers,and executive members will be selected. After being warned by the Tennessee State Democratic Party the local party in accordance with the presidential numbers of voters that turned out on November 4,2008 the local party did not add more delegate seats in black precincts which may throw out their convention.

How is it that the population of Shelby County being nearly 80% Black Whites in the party won't equal delegations seats. One of the persons leading the White cause is Dizzy Desi Franklin who wants power within the party for herself and knows that she can only gain that power by having a certain amount of control over the chairperson.

Whites lead by Dizzy Franklin have chosen Van Turner a local attorney as their choice because he is considered by them to be "The Safe Negro" who will not push for the right number of committee members as subscribed by the Tennessee State Democratic Party. White Democrats want a level of control that they can only receive under the chairmanship of Turner and not the leadership of Javier Bailey.

I met last week with Turner and his campaign manager Dianne Withers where Turner stated that he knew that adding the extra seats that would bring more Black delegates was the right thing to do,But it was not the politically correct thing to do if he wanted White support. It appears that Dizzy Franklin has chosen her "Good Niggra" to do her bidding which is a danger to democrats both Black and White because if by chance Turner does become chairperson we now know that we won't have a man ready to face issues and fight for democratic candidates but a stooge waiting to get his orders.

DID CITY OFFICIALS CHECK OUT THE BACKGROUND OF THE ACCOUNTING FIRM THAT THEY ARE USING TO AUDIT BEALE STREET?

With all the accounting firms in the Memphis area I have to wonder why the City of Memphis had to go all the way to Philadelphia to find someone to do a forensic audit of Beale Street. Why has the city reportedly paid an out of town firm over $400,000 when a Memphis firm could have used those dollars.

Reading emails from Robert Lipscomb and others who by these emails came up with a conspiracy with Paul Harless the stepfather of Justin Timberlake,Guggenheim Partners, the company that handles the finances of Timberlake,and the Cordish Company, a company wanting to develop the riverfront and perhaps take over the mangement of the Historic distict, maybe the reason that this accounting firm was chosen is because of alleged past shady dealings. Perhaps they were chosen because of having a knowledge of covering shady deals.

I have post newspaper and magazine articles that question whether or not Parente Randolph the firm that has been chosen by the city to audit Beale Street was involved in a shady deal several years ago concerning laundering money for a member of the Russian mafia who was involved in large scale extortion,prostitution,arms dealing and drug trafficking where this company audit report gave the Russian gangster a clean report but was willing to pay with others without appeal $85 million when the Russian's office was raided by the FBI.

Can you believe that after the heat the New York Post received over the cartoon that depicted President Obama as a monkey being shot by two White police officers laying in a puddle of blood stating that "I guess they'll have to get some one else to write their stimulus plan" that a business would be very careful about the racial overtone of the first Black president being compared to a monkey.

But not so with a Barnes and Noble bookstore located in Coral Gables Florida in the Miracle Mile Mall.

BEALE STREET MERCHANTS WILL BE FILING A $35 MILLION DOLLAR LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CITY AND OTHERS

There has been much conversation about the mismanagement of Beale Street by John Elkington and his management company Performa. It is known that in the many years that Elkington has collected rents from merchants on the street nothing has reached the coffers of the City of Memphis. It is believed that Performa and Elkington owes the city millions of dollars and many wonder why the city has never tried to collect.

I started writing about Beale Street and Elkington two years ago even setting up a meeting before the city council to ask them to investigate as to why the city has never sought to get paid by Elkington. The city pretended to go after Elkington but he still remains in charge of the management of the historic district.

In the latter part of last year the City of Memphis was meeting with merchants trying to work out a deal to replace Elkington with a new oversight committee of merchants and city representatives. The merchants had come up with a plan that they thought would allow Elkington to leave the street and still maintain the contracted commissions due that would be paid by the merchants not costing the city anything and stop the reported $47,000 a month attorney Ricky Wilkins is stated to be making working on this matter for the city. The merchants were prepared to offer Elkington at least $1million in future commissions for his exit and the merchants who met with mayor Willie Herenton state that he told them "If you can get it done do it". But I am told that when the merchants put the deal together Robert Lipscomb,the head of the Division of Housing and Community Development blocked the deal and would not allow access to the mayor. The committee was to be called The Beale Street Trust.

An email dated July 24,2008 from Robert Lipscomb to Onzie Horne Executive director of the Beale Street merchants Association titled Trust Proposal Discussion Document,shows Lipscomb recommendations for the new oversight committee

During this same time it was strongly rumored that entertainer Justin Timberlake was interested in having a role in the development of some downtown projects including Beale Street. The merchants believed that a Beale Street take over was being planned which was the reason that Lipscomb was now blocking the plan for the street to have an oversight committee of city representatives and those who daily manege the businesses on the street.

It was also during this time that the city decided to do a forensic audit of the street measuring and inspecting every building reported every detail from a leaking toilet to a door off its hinge. The city hired the Philadelphia accounting firm of Parente Randolph, a firm according to news reports in 1999 was among the defendants who quickly paid $85million(Canadian) following the collapse of Ontario based YBM Magnex International. The company went into receivership after the FBI raided its Pennsylvania offices in may of 1998 to probe company ties with Russian organized crime and money laundering. It's reported that the city has thus far paid Parente Randolph over $400,000.

27 merchants received subpoenas asking each to submit the following: 1. Any and all internally and externally prepared financial statements for each business for the period 2002 to the present. 2.Any and all federal income tax returns for each plaintiff for the past six years. 3. General ledgers,including all supporting journals and ledgers for each plaintiff for the period of 2002 through the present. 4. All leases or agreements associated with each plaintiff for the period of 2002 through the present. 5. Any and all documentation including but not limited to contract agreements,correspondence,and financial records relating to the common area of maintenance payments,signage and other expenses paid for occupancy or maintenance of each plaintiff. 6. Any and all documentation including but not limited to contract agreements correspondence and financial records related to income received between 2002 and the present from Performa or any entity associated with the operation of each plaintiff.

Now the city had all the personal information on each business and business owner plus the city had checked every building on the street which is extremely valuable to a person who has a takeover in mind.

Through emails it has been revealed that Robert Lipscomb, Paul Harless the stepfather of Justin Timberlake, Rey Fleming former director of the Memphis and Shelby County Music Commission who now works for Timberlake's stepfather, Barry Klarberg of Guggenheim Partners,the company that handles Timberlake finances, The Cordish Companies, a development company based out of Baltimore whose involved in various aspects of entertainment development and commercial construction, have all conspired to get information on the properties on Beale street and its owners. To help them with their plan Onzie Horne the present Executive Director of the Beale Street Merchants has been their inside source. The Beale Street merchants were not aware of Horn'e involvement until the emails were revealed. I might note Horne's contract has expired and he is working from month to month. Sources state that his contract will not be renewed.

The merchants believe that the stated parties with the assistance of city officials have used the subpoenas and the audit as a ruse to supply Justin Timberlake's people with an unfair advantage of knowledge for a takeover of the historic district and have violated the Tennessee Trade Secrets Act. Some of that reasoning comes from these emails:

On July 30,2008 Onzie Horne sends Rey Fleming an email asking him when a meeting was going to to be set and Fleming replys next week. On the very same day an email entitled Memphis Update was sent by Barry Klarberg of Guggenheim Partners the company that represents the finances of Justin Timberlake to Rey Fleming,Paul Harless, and a representive of the Cordish Companies that state:

Rey,

Have you been able to get any more information on the nature of the relationship between the city and Beale Street?

If the city owns Beale Street fee simple,what exactly is that property?

What are those leases?

have we seen a P&L?

Thanks, it will be a big help to have this info before the meeting.

Its believed that Guggenheim Partners,The Cordish Company and Parente Randolp have conspired to gather privileged and confidential proprietary information for the purpose of valuating acquisition of beale Street. In a meeting unknown to Beale Street merchants Onzie Horne sent the following email to Robert Lipscomb on July 30,2008:

Hi Robert, Onzie.

we would like to arrange a team meeting to discuss Beale Street. i have copied all the prospective attendees on our side so that we can arrange a mutual agreeable time. Would you please provide your open days for the next two weeks so that we can clear a date?

Here's more emails that show that a plan and conspiracy was in place to take over Beale Street by Justin Timberlake's people and that even though Robert Lipscomb was meeting with the merchants he was fully aware that there were other plans on the table that he was fully aware of which shows why he blocked the Beale Street Trust Plan even though he made recommendations and the mayor had approved the plan of the merchants.

August 16,2008 emails between Rey Fleming to Robert Lipscomb, Barry Klergerg of Guggenheim Partners, Onzie Horne,Chase with the Cordish Companies-Subject Re; Beale Street Discussion.

"I think that it's premature,but to defer to your judgement,I think we will need a couple of meetings to develop a plan and then activate the mayor for support but I am open to any course that you recommend.'

The following emails show why the city needed the audit and the financial records of the merchants and how the city conspired to get them:

August 17,2008 Rey Fleming sent the following email to Onzie Horne and Robert Lipscomb:

"below is the request for information,Any and all the following information that we could receive prior to the meeting would be extremely helpful.Have we been able to receive any information on the property itself.

key items being:

Property Manifest (Who owns what property)

terms of existisng agreement

Profit and Loss statements

Rent roll from existing tenants

Any other information that we can get from the city.

On September 22,2008 Rey Fleming sent the following email to Onzie Horne stating: How much information below can you get us and how soon can we get it it? We would like to reschedule,but want to make best use of the time.

The above message was forwarded from Chase martin at the cordish Companies to Barry Klerberg of the Guggenheim Partners and Erica Thayer of the Cordish Companies. On October 21,2008 Onzie Horne sends an email to Ray fleming stating;

Rey.

I believe that now is the time.I will this week have wrapped up most if not all the essential elements to extinguish the litigation and create opportunity for consolidation.

It is for these reasons and others that I will provide this week that the Beale Street Merchants are filing a $35 million dollar lawsuit against the City of Memphis, Beale Street Development Corporation,Performa Entertainment and Real Estate Inc. The Cordish Companies, Guggenheim Partners. Parente Randolph,accountants and Consultanta, and its agent Paul Pocalyko,CPA. The lawsuit is being filed by the law firm of Evans Petree Bogatin represented by Russell J. Hensley and William L. Hendricks,Jr. The lawsuit which i have a copy of has been drafed and only needs to be filed.

COMING TONIGHT: BEALE STREET MERCHANTS TO FILE A $35,000,000 LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CITY AND OTHERS

For over two years I have written about corruption on Beale Street and how John Elkington has done away with millions due to the City of Memphis. In the latter part of last year Beale Street merchants put together a plan to remove Elkington from the street with their own money that had the blessing of city officials. Elkington was to have been gone from the management of the street in November with the merchants still doing what they have always done operate their businesses and pay their rents.

Suddenly the city lost focus of removing Elkington and started to dig into the personal finances of merchants. The city wanted to know how much money each business was making and how much each building in the historic district was worth. Merchants wondered what was going on,Why wasn't the city trying to remove Elkington and go after the millions due? Why was the city auditing the businesses and concerned about the income from these businesses.

It was thought at first that maybe the city was just being efficient in its investigation but then it was discovered through emails (which I have copies of) between Robert Lipscomb of the city and Onzie Horne Executive director of The Beale Street Merchants Association that they were conspiring with others to take over the street and was using the audit as a means to give outside investors an edge.

The merchants will filed a $35 million dollar lawsuit against the city and those outside investors tonight I will reveal who those investors are, I will also post emails between Robert Lipscomb and Horne that show that without the knowledge of the merchants their director was setting them up to be taken over and that the audit was just a scheme to gather information for the outside investors.
