ALEXANDER FAMILY READY TO FIGHT FOR JUSTICE

The family of Frank Alexander including his next of kin his daughter Lori Marshall will visit both the Fraud and Document division of the Memphis Police Department and the District Attorney's office to seek help in how Frank's live in girlfriend Claudette Eldridge and her sister Adriana Harrison owner of Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home conspired to use the credit card of Alexander to take $10,350 from the dead man's account just days after his death.

The family will produce a Bank statement that will show that even though Frank Alexander died on August 28,2007 That Claudette spent $4,609.00 for new furniture on August 30,2007, paid a Direct TV bill and bought gas with a card that according to Regions Bank she has no authority to use. On September 9,2007 a week after Alexander was buried by N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home, Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home withdrew by credit card machine $10,350.

Harrison's was careful not to withdrew the hold $10,350 at one time,but withdrew $5,000 twice and then the $350. This transactions is called wire fraud especially since Frank Alexander was dead and could not authorized or sign for the transactions. Wire fraud is nothing new to Adriana Harrison since in 1994 she plead guilty to 47 counts of wire fraud.

The family will also produce a bogus funeral bill that was produced by Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home for $5,000 where Claudette Eldridge who also works at the funeral home signed the bill. The Alexander family authorized no such services by the funeral home and knows that the bill serves as a way to cover for a portion of the stolen money. The family will also show official how even though Adriana Harrison stated on my radio show that her firm did not embalm Alexander a Mississippi Death Certificate that they filed showing that they did in fact embalm Alexander. The Mississippi Death certificate also fraudulently shows Claudette as the next of kin (informant).

The family will also show a bogus will that has been produced by Eldridge giving her all the assets of Alexander. The will which I will post tomorrow shows clearly that the signature on the document is bogus and not the signature of Frank Alexander. The family will also show the deed to the Mississippi home of Alexander where he tried to imply that she was Frank's wife and he struck through it. This alone shows intent to defraud since Claudette Eldridge has a husband by the name of Dannie Eldridge.

Back to the bogus will, none of the so called witnesses to the signing is known at all to the members of the family. The signature though straight is not written on the line but well elevated as though it was cut and pasted. But what I find real strange about the bogus will is the person Claudette used as the notary. The document was notarized by Juvenile Court administrator Mal Hooker who I have found out works from time to time for Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home. Hooker's name will also be submitted to officials as a party to the fraud.

IF MULROY HAS HIS WAY GOING TO COUNTY RESTROOMS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME

If Shelby County Commissioner Steve Mulroy has his way with the Gay Rights bill he is proposing Women could walk into a restroom in a county facility and fine a man dressed as a woman in there and do nothing about it. In the bill Mulroy provides "County facilities shall be available without discrimination based on sexual orientation,or gender identity or expression"

This ordinance if passed would also allow for the transgendered male dressed as a woman to be housed at jail East with real women.

With all that the commissioners need to be doing to get this county out of debt and to provide better services for all the citizens of the county how does Mulroy have time to lead the gay parade?

Suddenly Mulroy wants gays to have equal rights but don't they already have those rights? How does an employer know that an employee is gay unless that person makes an announcement stating so? Mulroy has not provided any documented proof that any county employee has been fired because he or she is gay. Neither has Mulroy produced any documentation proving that any employer in Shelby County has terminated an employee for being gay.

In speaking with Commissioner Wyatt Bunker he states that there are six votes in place to oppose the passing of the ordinance but one more vote is needed to make it happen. Wyatt stated in a meeting with clergy prior to the press conference that Commissioner George Flinn stated that he will either vote against it or be absent. I'm not surprised that Flinn would suggest that he would take the coward's approach and not stand on his convictions on this issue,but that's another story for another time.

Bunker also stated that Commissioner Matt Kuhn stated that he will vote in favor of the bill because he will not seek to be elected in the seat that he was appointed to last year. I am sure that when local pastors fill the committee room this morning at 9:15 on the fourth floor,and the chambers on Monday at 1:30 pm with there congregants that another vote to oppose this ordinance will come forth.

But what does surprise me is the fact that Congressman Steve Cohen would send a letter of endorsement on this issue. In my opinion this is a bad move on the congressman's part with the chance of mayor Willie Herenton running against him next year. With the rumors in the community that Cohen himself may be gay even though he has stated that he is not it was not wise for him to endorse Mulroy on this issue because if Herenton does run tit will come back to bite him.

Another factor Cohen did not consider is that if Herenton does run some of the Black pastor support he has enjoyed he will lose,And for those who were trying to figure out how to back away from supporting him to support Herenton he just gave them the opening that they needed.

DEPUTY JAILER RESIGNS AFTER BEING ACCUSED OF RAPE

Timothy Harrell a eight year employee of the Shelby County Sheriff's department resigned in April after a female inmate reported that she had been violently raped by him.

C.J. the alleged female rape victim states that in March of this year while in Jail East on a shoplifting charge Harrell took her into a secluded area of the jail to paint a room. While in the room the deputy jailer told her that she had missed a spot on the lower part of the wall. As she bent over to paint the spot Harrell grabbed her shirt and twisted it up to her neck and began to choke from behind.

C.J. states that the Shelby County employee pushed her forward against the wall and while continuing to choke her he pulled her pants down and began to forcefully rape. The woman states that Harrell lasted all of 1 minute before climaxing inside of her and wasting semen on her clothing of which she kept and has turned over to Sheriff's office for DNA testing.

C,J. states that when he finish raping her he threw her to the floor and as she cried out for help and asking him why he had raped her he replied "Get up bitch and if you tell anybody you'll never get out of here" The young woman who still remains in jail and feared what Harrell would do to her built up courage and reported Harrell also giving up the wasted semen of the officer.

Steve Shular Public Relations person for the Sheriff's office states that the department didn't terminate Harrell but after he found out C.J. had reported him chose to resign. The woman was taken to the MED to determined if he had contracted a STD from Harrell. She was not taken to the Rape Crisis Center because the needed 72 hour needed had closed. Shular states that all reports and results from DNA testing will be turned over to the grand jury. Harrell did comply with the request for a DNA sample. My question is if Timothy Harrell is not guilty why did he resign.

FEMALE INMATE RAPED AT JAIL EAST

A female black states through her attorney,Javier Bailey that she was violently raped in March by a male Shelby County deputy jailer. The young woman whose initials will only be used in accord with the Rape Shield Act claims that she was raped by Timothy Harrell who since the incident has been terminated from the Shelby County Sheriff's department.

C.J. who is being held in Jail East on a shoplifting charge states that she was told to paint a room by Harrell under his sole supervision. While painting Harrell tells the young woman that she has missed a spot on the lower part of the wall that she is painting. C.J. states that when she bends over to paint the spot Harrell grabs her shirt from behind and twist so as to choke her.

C.J. states that as Harrell is choking her with her jail issued shirt he slams her forward against a wall and pulls her pants down and rapes her from behind. C.J. states that Harrell climaxed within a minute and threw her to floor. While screaming and crying for help without any reply or response she is told by Harrell to "Get up Bitch, and if you tell anyone you're never get out of here"

But C.J. did tell someone but was only taken to the MED to see if she had received a STD from the Shelby County deputy jailer. She was not taken to the Rape Crisis Center as should have been done. It's apparent that the Sheriff's department believes the woman because Timothy Harrell was fired but the question must be asked of the Sheriff why hasn't Harrell been charged with rape,and is there an attempt to cover up this crime against a person that the county has a legal obligation to protect.

There is a legal term called "Loco Parentis" which mean that the Sheriff becomes the local parent of any one in his jail and must by law provide housing,medical care,and protection. In the case of C.J when it comes to her protection there's a lot of answers that must be given by the Shelby County Sheriff's department.

The Sheriff's department must answer why C.J was alone with a male officer. It is a violation of the law for a male officer to be alone with a female prisoner without the presence of a female officer. Since C.J. was in an area alone with Harrell the question must be asked if Harrell conspired with other officers to get the female inmate alone for the purpose of rape which would make those other jailer accessories to the violent act of Harrell.

Since all prisoners are to be under camera surveillance when out of their cells where is the tape of the incident or C.J. being seen alone with the officer. Or is it because of the review of a tape that Harrell was fired.

Attorney Javier Bailey will be sending a letter to the U.S. Attorney Generals office asking for a full investigation into the rape of C.J. while in the custody of the Sheriff's department. The young woman who hopes to be released this weekend will appear on "The Thaddeus Matthews Show" on next week.

UPDATE: Speaking with Steve Schular of the Shelby County Sheriff's department he states that C.J. reported the rape on April 12,2009 when the alleged rape took place a month earlier which is the reason that the female inmate was not taken to The Rape Crisis Center which has to have a 72 hour window to be effective.

Schular also states that Timothy Harrell was not terminated but chose to resign when presented with the allegation. I was also informed that there is no law that prevents a male officer from being alone with a female inmate.

C.J. was able to preserve semen from her clothing after the alleged rape and DNA has been taken from Harrell to be compared in a lab. Schular States that the incident is under investigation and evidence will be submitted to a grand jury.

IS SEX PASTOR STACEY SPENCER A PREACHER OR A PIMP?

In a letter sent to the members of New Directions Church in 2008 Pastor Stacey Spencer states that the church took in $5.2 million in revenue of which $4 million is solely tithes While the church has many ministries some at the church are wondering if the pastor is using church funds to live a very lavish lifestyle and to purchase businesses for himself

Sources within the church state that several years ago a campaign was started to raise money for the purpose of building a family life center. The goal was to raise $2.million and the campaign was to be called The 2X2 Handle Our Business Capital campaign. The sources state that only $1million was raised and no effort has been made to build the center. In fact all members have been told in that the money is in the bank,

Also their was a campaign to raise seed money to buy the Old Martini Room Club. After raising $55,000 the purchase was never made and members were told in the letter that they could not move forward with the purchase until God released them.

The members of New Direction have no ideal how much they pay Spencer but many are becoming concerned as to whether he is misusing church funds for his personal gain. Whatever he is paying himself is it enough to live the lifestyle he lives.

While many of his members live in poverty Spencer lives in Collierville in a home that has been appraised at nearly $700,000.Not only does in live in the home which is located at 9405 Forest Wind Drive,He and his wife Rhonda own a home at 5575 Jamestown in Hickory Hill appraised at $147,900.

But the real concern of some members is his recent purchase of property at 3581 Hickory Hill. The property which houses a car wash, beauty and barber shop,and a nail salon all in one is appraised at $621,500 and called "Wash and Cut" the members are wondering whether the property that is in the name of Spencer and his brother Shawn was purchased with church funds.

Is New Direction paying Spencer a large enough salary that he can afford to have two homes and a Car wash, beauty salon, barber shop,and nail salon. Is Spencer fleecing his flock for his own gain while peddling sex on the side?

But the question must also be asked of the members why do you keep on giving your money and not seeing a return on the promises made by Stacey Spencer. Did the members think that the hickory hill business was church property? Why has not someone ask Spencer how much of their money he's stealing" Is Spencer another pulpit pimp or great business man?

It seems that the members of New Direction Christian Church are upset with me for discussing their pastors HOW TO SCREW manual entitled "Naked and Unashamed and have been told to come to this site to show support for him and the book.

But what pastor Stacey Spencer does not realize is that the more his members come here the more hits the page gets plus someone needs to tell him I care less about his being upset and bigger people than him have felt my wrath here with no avail.

But the "man of God" who is selling his book for $15.00 wants the community to feel that he is not promoting sex but he allows females at his church to come dresses like hookers. They are told to come as you are,some come with halter tops and provocative clothing on while others have been seen as I'm told by insiders in the church showing their thongs on a Sunday morning.

Spencer wants the community to think that his book that tells a woman how to suck a penis with the option to swallow,how to properly eat a vagina,how to suck toes, how the prostate gland is the "P-SPOT for a man and that a well lubricated finger two inches up a man's anus can may the man feel good,will not fall into the hands of young people and will have no impact.

But it seems that "The man of God" already has impact with the youth,not as their pastor but as a sex symbol. The posted picture of the young lady with her thong showing comes from the Face book page of Stacey Spencer. The young lady gives her name as Keratin Taylor. Do you think that if this young lady respected Spencer as the man of God that she would have posted in such a manner? Do you think that this "man of God" was concerned in what light young people would see him in by allowing the picture on his site. Has Spencer started a sex cult in the name of the Lord? By the way the picture was removed from the site after I mentioned it on the radio

This man of God has added a whole new meaning to the term CUM AS YOU ARE.

SIDE NOTE; I doubt if Ms. Taylor listens to my show or is a regular viewer of this site but she decided to call me this morning on my cell voicing her displeasure of me placing her pic that appeared on Stacey Spencer 's Face Book page as a friend.

Ms Taylor who states that she is a model threatened to sue me if I didn't remove her pic to which I had my first laugh of the day. I told her that since I had blurred her picture and since she was not the real focus of the story she would have did better to leave well enough along. But she began telling me how she would get a lawyer and force me to remove it.

Taylor who told me that she attends Spencer's church and most likely getting advise from there needs to understand she placed her picture for view on the world wide web making it public,And the mere fact that she states that she is a model and that the pic is part of her profile kind of kills her threat. Plus she needs to understand when it comes to pictures on the net I have been down that road with bigger people than her and the threats didn't work.

So since she decided that she wants to threatened me I decided to give a modeling career a boost and unblur the picture. But I still wonder why she would want her pastor to see her ass.

SOMETHING STINKS AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND ITS NOT THE DEAD

On last week as I discussed the death of 58 year old Frank Alexander on my radio show speaking of how Alexander's family believes that his girlfriend Claudette Eldridge poisoned him for his assets and money even going to the trouble to create a bogus will that she claims Alexander made before his death where names are wrong and gives everything to her and her 8 year old son Adriana Harrison gave me a call on my cell phone. I told Harrison that if she wanted to speak with me about what was being said on air we would have to speak on air. She stated that that would be fine so I called the funeral home number and began my conversation with her.

Speaking of Channel 3's story on how Mr Alexander died in his home in Mississippi and the body went to her funeral home and then at the request of the family to N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home and went from Ford to the medical examiner in Jackson Ms, and back to Ford,and a funeral and burial is held,and a exhumation in March where the medical examiner states that the organ were missing and that sheets were in the cavity of Alexander.

Adriana Harrison stated that she does not know what happened because the body was only at her funeral home for a short time and THAT THE BODY WAS NOT EMBALMED AT HER FUNERAL HOME. I found this to be very strange since Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home filed a death certificate in Ms stating that her husband the late Charles Harrison was the embalmer. if what she stated on air is true that could only mean that the embalmer at N.J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home had to embalm the body which now opens another can of worms in this conspiracy against the Alexander family since the embalmer at Ford's at the time states that he did not do the embalming.

James "Butch" Herndon in 2007 at the time of the death of Frank Alexander was the embalmer for Ford's. I spoke with Herndon today who states that the body was already embalmed when the body arrived in his morgue at the South Memphis funeral home even though Ford's charged the family $850.00 for embalming charges. Herndon states that the mere fact that Charles Harrison signed the death certificate proves that fact.

So why would Adriana Harrison come on air and lie? The answer is very simple I believe that not only did Adriana plot with her sister to steal the assets of Frank Alexander but may have helped with the death as well. The family states that Claudette stated that Frank Alexander died while taking a shower but no water was found on his body or in the shower.

Claudette instead of calling 911 calls to East St.Louis Ill. to tell a nephew what has happen and that she is "Fixing" to call 911. Robert Alexander states that with end moments of his arrival at his brother's home Adrianna, her daughter,and her sister arrived. Moments later Charles harrison arrives with the hearse even though the family has made no contact with him to remove the body. While an argument is taking place with Claudette and the Alexanders Charles takes off with the body.

What I also find strange is the short period of time it took for the Harrisons to arrive. Adriana stated that when she got the call at her home her husband was already at church. Charles attended a church on Knight Arnold near Getwell which means that he had to leave the church drive to Orange Mound get a hearse and get to Mississippi. I question why he went himself and not his regular removal person especially on a Sunday morning. The Harrison's were able to get to the Mississippi home almost as quick as Frank's brother who only lived 15 minutes away. Could it be that they knew he was already dead or how he died and needed to cover up the that fact?

Could it be that Claudette planned to kill Frank who had just told his brother the night before that he thought she was trying to kill him and that the sister was in on it to? Could it be that Adriana needed her husband to embalm the body to cover up the traces of poison if the Alexander family wanted the body to receive an autopsy? The question is what poison could she use that an embalmer could easily cover, METHANOL. This chemical is found in anti-freeze and also in formaldehyde. And Alexander's toxicology report found only this chemical in his body and with the body already embalmed when it arrived at the medical examiner's office in Jackson the M.E concludes that the methanol detected in the body came from the formaldehyde used to embalm.

If my theory is true Claudette took embalming fluid from the funeral home and slowly induced him with the chemical. On the Sunday morning of his death Frank gets sick gets upout of bed and makes it to the shower which is located in the bedroom. He falls to the floor dead,she calls her sister and tells her what has happen. Adriana calls Charles and tells him that Frank is dead and that he needs to hurry and get the body and get it embalmed because her sister is going to be in trouble.

When Adriana tells Claudette that everything is in motion,Claudette to give herself more time calls East St. Louis instead of calling Robert who is only minutes away. When Harrison gets the body knowing that the family is not going to want him to keep the body he immediately embalms knowing that if an autopsy is given the embalming fluid will cover the methanol.

Here's where I think the plot thickens we know that Harrison's funeral home took $13,350 out of Frank Alexander's account using a credit card. We know that they even produced a bogus funeral bill to attempt to cover at least $5,000. My thought is that Harrison paid someone at N.J. Ford's to lie that it was them that embalmed the body and that money passed hands with Dr. Steven Hayne the medical examiner in Jackson who has been recently fired for tainted autopsies.

We know for a fact that Adriana is liable for the $13,350 taken from the dead man's account that her sister was not authorized to use. We know that there is a bogus funeral bill from Orange Mound funeral Home which Claudette sign for. We know that they acquired the money without a signature. We know that the Mississippi death certificate is bogus based on the fact Claudette names herself as the informant or next of kin. We also know that Adriana has a history of wire fraud and embezzlement.

In January 1993, George Mariani, the president of Gem Seal, Inc., traced a shortage of approximately $70,000 to the company's Memphis sales office. He then learned that Harrison, the Memphis employee responsible for reporting sales, had not been following proper reporting procedure. Harrison eventually admitted to Mariani that she had taken some of the company's money.

On February 9, 1994, a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging Harrison with forty-seven counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1343. Harrison was arrested on February 16. On May 9, the case proceeded to trial. After three days of trial, on May 12, Harrison plead guilty to the forty-seven count indictment.

At her September 30 sentencing hearing, Harrison testified that notwithstanding her original plea of not guilty, she never denied misappropriating company funds for her own benefit. According to Harrison, she took $32,457.23 from Gem Seal, not the approximately $60,000 estimated in the indictment or the amount to which Mariani testified at trial. Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Russell Gregory, III, testified at Harrison's sentencing that based upon his calculations, approximately $77,000 was missing from the corporate coffers.

The family of Frank Alexander has been out of the Memphis area for about a week due to the graduation of a family member in another state but will be returning the end of this week. It is the family's intent to send Claudette and Adriana to prison and to close down the funeral home. The courts may never be able to prove that Claudette murdered Frank Alexander be there has been enough other crimes committed that should send them away for a while. the transferring of funds from Alexander's account by way of device is the very same crime that Adriana served prison time for before.

GOLD DIGGER CONSPIRED TO STEAL DEAD MAN'S ASSETS AND SHEETS LEFT IN DEAD MAN'S BODY BY N.J. FORD AND SONS FUNERAL HOME

On Tuesday I received a call from a friend who asked had a seen a story broken by Channel 3's Stephanie Scurlock about a man who had died buried and exhumed and sheets found on the inside of his body. My friend stated that the news piece left a lot of unanswered questions and asked with my knowledge of the funeral business if I would look at the piece and maybe look into the matter.

After looking at the piece on the Internet I immediately knew how and who placed the sheets in the body but became intrigued by the family's belief that the live in girl friend had poisoned the dead man for his money and home. I felt something was very wrong in this matter and decided to investigate myself.

Finding out that the deceased was 58 year old Frank Alexander I ask my audience on Wednesday on my radio show to put the family in touch with me. I got no calls on Wednesday but on Thursday morning I received a call from Lori who lives in East St. Louis Ill who had googled "Body snatching" and found an article by me on the net. Lori is the oldest of two children of Frank Alexander and feels as though Claudette Eldridge her father's girlfriend had killed her father and that Eldridge's sister and brother in law Adriana and Charles Harrison owners of Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home had conspired to assist in stealing the property and money of Alexander.

Lori put me in contact with her uncle Robert Alexander who was interviewed in the news piece and after speaking with him and his faxing me documents there was no doubt in my mind that several serious crimes had taken place.

Robert Alexander states that his brother Frank had lived in East St. Louis retired and moved to Byhalia Ms where the two brothers could be close to each other. Robert states that his brother's worth is at least $500,000 and has never been married and had no desire to have a wife.

Robert states that the night before his brother's death Frank had told him that he thought that Claudette was trying to kill him. Roberts states that they didn't go deep into the conversation because it was Frank's birthday weekend and they were celebrating and he didn't want to put a damper on the night. On Sunday morning August 26,2007 Robert states that his son who also lives in East St. Louis got a call from Claudette stating that Frank was taking a shower and fell out and that she was "fixing to dial 911". Robert's son call his father who only lives 15 minutes away from his brother telling him that he needs to get over to uncle Franks house. Robert finds it strange that Claudette would call all the way to East St. Louis to tell a nephew that Frank is sick and not call him when he lives just minutes away.

Upon his arrival at his brother's home Robert finds paramedics working on his brother to no avail. his brother Frank is dead. within moments of his arrival Roberts states that Claudette's sister Adriana Harrison arrives with her daughter and another sister known in Memphis as blues singer "Sweet Angel". Also Adriana's husband Charles Harrison arrives with a hearse.

Robert states that Claudette story is that Frank was taking a shower and fell out, but their was no water found on the body and Robert states that the shower was dry. Robert also states that his brother worn his hair in a ponytail and there no water or moistness to his head. Robert also states that his brother was one that stayed up all night and slept and was not a church goer at all so he finds it hard to believe that his brother was up at 9Am on a Sunday morning taking a shower.

This may be a good place to note that Frank and Claudette had only been involved for several months,in fact Claudette had been in a relationship with Julius Alexander,Frank's brother prior to being told by another woman that Julius was broke but Frank had money. Immediately this gold digger broke off with Julius and turned her sights on Frank.

Back to Sunday August 26,2007 an argument took place in the house as Frank lay dead with another of Frank's brother who wanted Claudette to leave the house. a shoving match took place where she was pushed out the front door but ran around to the back and reentered where she called the police. When the police arrived Claudette showed them a deed of trust with her name on it thus the police made Frank's family members leave the house. By the way it was later found out that Frank Alexander was told by Claudette that since he had no job he needed someone with a job to be on the house.

While family members were arguing County medical Examiner John T. Garrison had pronounced Frank Alexander dead and Charles Harrison had left with the body without the permission of the family. Robert Alexander called Harrison and told him that the family did not want him to do anything with the body and that N.J. Ford And Sons Funeral Home would be coming to pick up the remains of his brother. Adriana Harrison stated on my show Thursday when she called in that they did not embalmed the body and that they charged N.J. Ford $350 to pick up the body.

Robert Alexander states that he told Joe Ford that he did not want the body embalmed because the family wanted and autopsy done to determined the cause of death. But the Alexander family found out that their instructions were not followed by N.J. Ford And Sons and the body was in fact embalmed. When asked why the body was embalmed knowing that the body was going to Jackson Mississippi to be examined, the family was told by Joe Ford that it was to hot outside not to embalm. But my question is knowing that the funeral home has a cooler why wasn't the body placed in it. And if the air was on in the morgue the body would not have spoiled in one day.

Ford took the body to Jackson Ms. where an autopsy was done,And after the body was finished picked up and returned to the funeral home for further preparations. Here's where the sheets come in. After an autopsy medical examiner do not close or stitch up the body, the body returns to the funeral home open. THE SHEETS HAD TO BE PLACED IN FRANK ALEXANDER'S BODY AT N.J.FORD AND SONS FUNERAL HOME. There is no one else who could have placed them there.

Lets look now at the acts of Claudette Eldridge and her sister Adriana Harrison who now is the sole owner of Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home since the recent death of her husband Charles. I might also state that criminal behavior is not unknown to this pair. Claudette is married to Dannie Eldridge who most recent arrest is for robbery but has a long string of other arrest. Adriana Harrison was indicted and convicted in 1994 for conspiracy to commit a felony where she stole money from a bank where she was employed. When I asked Harrison Thursday on my show about her criminal act and her time served in prison she stated " I did like Martha Stewart did and was just being good to myself".

Claudette who would not turn over Frank's keys or wallet used his credit cards after his death. Regions Bank verified that Claudette Eldridge is on no bank account or credit card of Frank Alexander. On the bank statement that I have posted you will see where she spent $311.99. on August 28,2007 she used his card to purchase $30.00 in gas. On August 29,2007 she paid DirectTv $70.92. And four days after the death of her boyfriend she spends $4,609 of his money on furniture for the house she now thinks that she will be allowed to keep. Isn't the use of some one's credit card without their permission a crime?

The furniture store where he spent the $4600 which has since went out of business stated that the furniture had been ordered and had to be paid for and that they thought that Claudette was Frank's wife. The store knew of Frank's death but still allowed Claudette to use his card.

But the gold diggers plot to sell from Frank thickens. Claudette Eldridge is and was at the time the Office manager for Harrison's orange Mound Funeral home. On September 9.2007 Claudette or her sister removed by credit card $10,350 from the bank account of Frank Alexander. (You will note one of the credit card slips that's posted along with the bank statement).

Why would Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home not having Frank's body and not handling any of the services remove money from this account and who could sign for the transaction with Frank dead? Claudette having his credit card could. You will also notice that Harrison produced a phony funeral bill for $5,000 was this an attempt to try to cover up a portion of the theft? but how does Harrison's funeral home produce this bill period. When I asked Adriana Harrison who did not know I had a copy of the bill this question on air she replied that the bill is for a memorial service. The family never authorized such a service and you will notice that Claudette Eldridge sign the bill. This is a very apparent case of fraud which Harrison can not deny knowledge of.

You will also not a copy of the funeral bill of N.j. Ford And Sons Funeral Home who did in fact handle all of the funeral arrangements. So again it appears that Adriana Harrison is conspiring to committ a felony.

For Claudette to be able to carry out her plot to steal the assets of Frank Alexander she needed documentation showing her the rightful heir, So she produced a bogus will and has committed fraud in the state of Mississippi by submitting a death certificate that she knows is bogus.

On the death certificate which is an official document that carries the state seal, Claudette names herself as the informant which is the spot provided for the next of kin or relative. And even though Harrison's Orange Mound Funeral Home handled no services and stated on my show that they did not embalm Frank Alexander, Charles Harrison's name appears on the document as the embalmer. Another very apparent case of fraud.

Lastly Claudette Eldridge fraudulently created a will to carry out her criminal act. You will note that she has made sure that the will gives the appearance that Frank Alexander has left her and her 8 year old Victor Lord Colbert the belongings of Frank. In her attempt to commit her crime se didn't take time to get her facts together. She claims in the will that Frank's children are Frank Alexander Jr. and her child child Victor. What she did not know is that there is no Frank Alexander Jr, But Frank Alexander II. Surely if Frank had wrote this will he would know his son's name and would not have left out his daughter Lori. And as for 8 year old Victor, he was never adopted by Frank and did not live in the home. Also other names in the will are totally incorrect.

With the organs missing from Frank's body and the Mississippi medical examiner being fired the cause of his death may never be known be it is for sure that Claudette Eldridge has committed many questionable acts and has defiantly committed fraud in the production of a phony funeral bill, and has committed a felony in Ms, With knowingly filing a bogus death certificate. The use of Frank's credit card after his death is also crime. the theft of nearly $20,000 is a felony and transferring money from the account using an electronic device is wire fraud.

The Alexander family deserves justice and Claudette Eldridge and her sister Adriana Harrison deserve prison. Hopefully Channel 3 who broke this story will not drop the ball and use there resources to not just produce a news piece but help a family get the justice they rightfully deserve.

FORMER MCS EMPLOYEE ACCUSES IKE GRIFFITH OF MISMANGEMENT OF SCHOOL FUNDS

Former Memphis City School employee Tim Stroud is alleging that Ike Griffith has mismanaged at least $250,000 in school funds raised from field trips through an unauthorized vendor. I have received numerous documents from Stroud that seem to back up his allegations including sworn statements from Griffith where he states he did not follow policy.

When contacted by Stroud I told him that I knew Griffith and that I had supported his bid for the city council but that if he could document his claims I would go forth with the story. I made contact with Griffith who states that Stroud is just upset because he was fired from the school system which I stated could be the case until I started reading many of the documents. I received a call from school board member Martavious Jones who states that the board did a review of this issue and found nothing wrong and that Stroud had been fired for pawning school equipment but Stroud's letter of termination does not state anything at all as to why he was fired. Stroud denies doing anything wrong and feels as though he was fired for exposing this issue.

While I will be posting the documents of Stroud, here is what he claims has happen:

Dear Board of Commissioners, I am Timothy A. Stroud and I am writing as a concerned parent of a Memphis City School student and a taxpayer here in Shelby County.

I am writing to ask you to launch an immediate Forensic Accounting Investigation relating to all of the past Memphis City Schools Telecommunications Center sponsored out-of-town field trips and Papa John's Pizza Coupon Card Fundraisers coordinated and promoted by Ike Griffith from 2000 - 2007.

Trips were taken to: Chicago - (2001 - 2002) Atlanta - (2002 - 2003) New Orleans ( fall 2003 ) New York (spring 2004 ) Several TCC out-of-town field trips were also taken to the campus of UT Martin during this period as well.

The Papa John’s Coupon Card Fundraiser was used for all of the aforementioned TCC sponsored out-of-town field trips and in addition to those, Ike Griffith as President of the John P. Freeman Parents Association, coordinated a Papa John’ Pizza Coupon Card Fundraiser in which the funds raised were used to purchase a brand new school marquis/sign being used today. Ike Griffith testified under oath on November 16, 2007 and on July 15, 2008 and admitted that he has never received District Approvals for any of the Papa John’s Pizza Coupon Card Fundraisers that he has coordinated in the past.

Ike Griffith testified under oath and admitted to having never filled out a required MCS School Activity Accounting Fundraiser Approval Form. There are no MCS School Activity Accounting Fundraiser Approval Forms on file at the Board for any of the past TCC sponsored Papa John’s Pizza Coupon Card Fundraisers that were executed at the TCC and in the TCC feeder Schools dating from the years 2000 – 2007. I believe that on the TCC sponsored out-of-town field trips to Chicago (Spring 2002), Atlanta (Spring 2003), New Orleans (Fall 2003) and New York (Spring 2004), an average of 125 students attended those trips at an average cost of at least $500 per student.

The amount of money paid to Ike Griffith would be approximately $62, 000.00 per trip x 4 trips = approximately $250,000.00. Being that Ike Griffith has never filed a single required MCS School Activity Accounting Fundraiser Approval form with the District, there has never been any financial accountability given by Ike Griffith to justify his actions with those funds over the years. There are no records on file at MCS to show the contracts entered between Ike Griffith and Papa John’s Pizza (Kelly Thomas). Therefore, it is undetermined how many Papa John’s Pizza Coupon Cards Ike Griffith had at his disposal over the years. Each Papa John’s Pizza Coupon Card sold for $10.00 and of the $10.00, $8.00 would go to the seller and $2.00 would go back to Papa John’s Pizza. Without contracts and required MCS School Activity Accounting Fundraiser Approval forms on file, Ike Griffith has not given accountability for his actions with those fundraisers.

After hearing that Ike Griffith has never complied with Board Policy relating to these out-of-town field trips and Papa John’s Pizza Coupon Card Fundraisers, self-appointed Director of Schools and Labor Relations Administrator Kimkea Harris and Director of Internal Auditing, Melvin Burgess, II, have failed to launch an investigation into these blatant violations by Ike Griffith.

As a concerned parent of a MCS student and as a taxpayer in Shelby County, Tennessee, I am asking the elected MCS Board of Commissioners to launch an immediate Forensic Accounting Investigation into these financial matters. I made this request to Dr. Kriner Cash and Mr. Melvin Burgess, II and I have not received any feedback. Therefore, with all due respect, I am asking you to please provide feedback into your findings from this requested Forensic Accounting Investigation.

I feel this is very important and relevant as you are in a heated battle with the City of Memphis over millions of dollars. I also feel that before you look to external revenue sources, you should make sure you have control internally of the revenue sources already under your stewardship and hold any and all parties accountable for misuse and abuse of those funds. For the last month I have been in contact with a former memphis City School employee by the name of Timothy Stroud.. Mr Stroud has contacted every media source and every poli-trick-an in the area wanting to blow the whistle on a current MCS employee who he states has done away with at least $250,000.

When I was told who the current employee was I told Mr. Stroud that I know the person and that I had supported the person in a recent bid for the Memphis City Council. But I assured him that if he could provide documented proof of mismanagement and proof that the person's actions had not been approved by MCS I would go forth and break the story. I even made contact with the accused person who stated to me that nothing had been done wrong by him/her.

On tonight Mr. Stroud supplied me with documents that make me wonder whether or not the MCS employee/want to be poli-trick-an is telling the truth. On tonight I will post the name of the person along with a letter from Mr. Stroud that breaks down exactly what he believes happen to the $250,000.

I am posting the first letter I received from Mr. Stroud which will give you an idea of what he states happened. I am removing the name of the employee and the vendor that was used until I break the story on tonight. You will notice that every media source has been give the opportunity to break the story but has refused to do so.

I will supply documentation that will show that the current employee admitted in a 2007 hearing that he/she did not fill out fundraiser forms,Did not fill out school activity accounting forms.neither did he/she have board approval to use a certain vendor as a fund raising source. Documents will also show the current employee stating that he/she filled out approval forms for out of town field trips,and that a fundraiser for John P.Freeman school was unapproved.

Dear Dr. Cash,
I am Timothy A. Stroud, Parent of a MCS student and Shelby County Tax Payer. I am writing you to ask you to launch an internal investigation and a forensic audit into the financial dealing of XXXXX and XXXXX Pizza Representative XXXXX in association with past XXXX Pizza Coupon Card Fund Raisers held between aproximately the fall of 2000 through the spring of 2007.

I am presently involved in a Chancery Appeal hearing as a part of my Appeal process revolving around the wrongful and illegal termination of my employment from Memphis City Schools by Labor Relations Administrator Kimkea Harris on Janaury 26, 2007.

On November 16, 2007, XXXXX testified under oath in my illegal post-termination and upon being examined by Board contracted Attorney Jeff Weintraub, XXXXX acknowledged that he has coordinated and promoted several XXXXXXXXXX Center (TCC) sponsored XXXXCoupon Card Fund Raisers and that he has "NEVER" filled out and turned in a Fund Raiser Approval form. The Fund Raiser Approval form is required to turned in prior to conducting any fund raiser and should be turned in by the coordinator of the fund raiser. It captures the economic features of the fund raisers such as profit margin, tax info, amount to be donated to the school and how the funds collected will be used.

I find it disturbing that self appointed Director of Schools, Kimkea Harris sat in this hearing and heard XXXXX zealously testify about how much money he has raised with this coupon card fund raiser while admitting that he has never given any finacial accountability to the district for all of the money he has raised using this fund raiser.

Within my rights to discovery, I requested and MCS was compelled by Hearing Officer Jay Roger Robinson to produce all of the financial records associated with "all" TCC sponsored XXXXX Pizza Coupon Fund Raisers. Attorney Jeff Weitraub answered Motion to Compel and clearly stated that there are no records of any TCC XXXXXPizza Coupon Card Fund Raisers on file at the TCC or at the Board of Education.

In this day and time of economic crime from Wall Street to Avery Avenue, as a concerned parent of a Memphis City Schools student and as a tax paying citizen of Shelby County, I am asking you to please follow up with this very serious situation. I am aware that XXXX recently ran for City Council and I would hate to think that he could have possibly misappropriated those funds to help finance his campaign! I am just saying....this really needs to be thoroughly investigated and if there is no findings, at least we will know the truth of his financial dealings associated with all of the past TCC sponsored XXXX Pizza Coupon Card Fund Raisers from the year 2000 through 2007.

The fund raiser is a very lucrative fund raiser and when operated correctly is very advantageous to the students that participate because each sell of a coupon card yields a 80% profit margin to the student. The cards sell for $10.00 and $8.00 from each sell goes to the student to use towards the payment of their trip and $2.00 from each sell goes to XXXXX Pizza.

I would also suggest that you all contact XXXXXat XXXX Pizza at XXXXXXPizza and he is willing to share his books to show how many cards he issued to XXXXX during the period in question(2000 - 2007). Mr. Thomas can be reached at 901.XXXXXXX.

COREY MACLIN TO JUMP INTO THE POLITICAL RING

Cory Maclin, president and chief executive officer of Maclin & Associates Advertising and Promotions, TV personality, and owner of Memphis Wrestling appeared Friday on The Thaddeus Matthews to make it known that he plans next year to be the next Shelby County Clerk. Maclin who filed for the position in January is the only candidate for the position at this time. The office of clerk will be opened with present clerk Debbie Stamson letting it be known that she has no plans to seek re-election.

>Maclin who lives in Lakeland but grew up in Millington states 'The office needs new blood and better ideas on customer service". Maclin spoke of the fact that the technology of the office is years behind but that even with the present budget that issue could be addressed without costing the tax payer any additional money.
