IS MYRON LOUSY TRYING TO BRIBE DEMOCRATS?

I noticed that the local media played up the fact that attorney Ricky Wilkins had been fired by temp mayor Myron Lousy for excessive spending but never reported that the law firm of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz was about to hired for a higher fee until I reported that while Lousy had screamed about Wilkins firm making nearly $2million dollars in five years, which included a large percentage of expenses okayed by the city council while the large White firm had been paid nearly $5million dollars doing the same period. It was after this revelation that Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz decided that they wanted no part of the Beale Street issue of which Wilkins had lead an 18 month investigation into preparing to take John Elkington to trial in March of next year.

Sources out of city hall now report that Lousy and his deputy city attorney Veronica Coleman-Davis have now selected the law firm of Butler Snow to replace the Baker Donelson group with young attorney Van Turner taking the lead. The selection of Butler Snow with young Van Turner at lead appears to be a conflict for the firm seeing that Turner is the current chairman of the Shelby County Democratic Party and Myron Lousy is seeking an endorsement by the local party and democrats.

At least 95% of all Black registered voters in Memphis are democrats and a push by the local party would surely help "The Lousy One" who is not doing well with Black support. Is the selection of Butler Snow a bribe by Myron? Has Van Turner been made type of promise by Myron for the local democratic party support. But more than that will Butler Snow allow themselves to be played in this game of politics knowing that they have a conflict? Is Butler Snow aware that two former Executive members of the Shelby County Democratic Party who still have ties to the party are very close to this case and The Beale Street Development Corporation?

Butler Snow taking the Beale Street case being lead by Van Turner is a complete conflict and payment of a bribe by Lousy to get black votes.

THE FOUR PAGE SUICIDE LETTER OF A SHELBY COUNTY DEPUTY SHERIFF

Prior to taking his life earlier this month Shelby County Deputy Sheriff Ian Seivwright wrote a four page suicide letter and emailed it to several local media outlets who even though the officers wanted the information in it revealed chose not to. In speaking Friday with Sheriff Mark Luttrell,the sheriff states that the letter was written over a period of several months and that all the allegations have been investigated with no proof being found.

Seivwright alleges that his wife Jennifer who he states when he met her was the greatest thing that could happen to him in life , He speaks of how she started to stay out late at night and how she was sexually involved with his supervisor Sgt Dave Wing. Seviwright states how he confided in Wing who he alleges started meeting his wife late at night while he was at work.

Seviwright states that he had recorders and cams set up in his home and that is how he knew that that his wife and Wing was spending a lot of time talking and how the two set up a night of naked fun. Seviwright alleges that he had his sister watching as Wing met his wife in an empty apartment where Jennifer was half naked. Seviwright states that after his sister called him and told him what was going on he called Wing and told him that he knew he was fucking his wife. He states that Wing begging and claiming that he was sorry and asking him if he was going to take it any further.

Seviwright states that he couldn't believe that his Sgt had done such a thing behind his back after all the drama that he had went through when fellow officer Tom Braswell shot a deer while on duty while training him. Seviwright states that Braswell shot the deer and took it to his house and called officer Aaron Pretti over to see it. Seviwright states that Pretti got fired while he received 1 day no pay. Sheriff luttrell told me that both Pretti and Braswell were fired,But that the firings were not just about the deer. Seviwright also claims that Wing was also present.

Seviwright states that he went to a Capt Sears and a Lt.Luccessi and told them what was going on between his wife and Dave Wing, He states " They both told me that it wasn't right and that they would take care of it" But the deceased officer states that all that happen to Wing was that Wing was moved to HomeLand Security with a take home car. SEviwright also claims to have spoken with Mark Luttrell three different times to no avail. Luttrell states that the officer did come to him but could not provide any proof of the relationship. Luttrell also states that Wing was called in but again no proof was found. Seviwright states that nothing happen to Sgt Dave Wing because his father is Chief Wing.

Seviwright goes on in his letter to speak of a Lt Dave Edmonds. He states that Edmonds was over the Midnight patrol and that one night he came into the roll call room and told everyone working in the East of the county to go to Bridgewater Road and find a Black male and give him some "Street Justice" Seviwright states that he forgot the man's name. Seviwright goes on to state that Tom Braswell and Aaron Pretti found the man and that Braswell beat the man's ass.

Seviwright states that Edmonds denied making the order and that Pretti got charged with handcuffing the man to a building. Seviwright states that nothing was said about Edmonds putting on a pair of SAP gloves (powder lead in knuckles) "And beating the shit"out of the man. Edmonds was move according to Seviwright to Admin Lt. over patrol to work with Chief Wing and Insp Allen.

Seviwright moves on in his letter to a Capt Cobb over all patrol. Seviwright alleges that Cobb called him at home while he was sleeping to yell at him about someone who stole something from a warehouse where he worked. Seviwright states that he made the scene at the warehouse where he was told that an employee might have stolen some items and the management wanted him checked out. He goes on to state that he told the management that he would need a warrant to make such a check unless the employee gave permission for the search.

The employee agreed to the search where three items were found in a truck that possibly could have come from the warehouse but the management was unsure and the items were less then $500 in value. Seviwright states that he told the management that if they could find proof that the employee had stolen the items they were free to have an arrest warrant issued. Seviwright states that Cobb told him that he should have locked the employee up but he told the Captain that it was a misdemeanor not done in his presence and with no proof he also states that he told Cobb that arresting the employee would have violated the person's civil Rights, He alleges that Cobb told him not to let it happen again even if it was a misdemeanor.

Seviwright goes on in his letter to speak of Lt. Oscar Harris who unlawfully pulled a woman's hair and entered her home taking her laptop. Seviwright alleges that Luttrell covered the simple assualt and burglary by placing the report in a sex crimes folder so that it could not be seen by the public.

Next Seviwright speaks of Sgt Jimmy Dollahite who he claims steals gas from the substation by filling containers in the back of his truck. He also states that he followed Dollahite into Fayette County where the officer working the midnight shift was spot lighting deer.

The letter goes on to speak of other affairs of his wife Jennifer including her involvement with two guys from her job, Robert Floyd and Trey. He calls his wife a cheating whore and tells of how she and friend Danille Dunn gets drunk on the weekend he even tells where they can be found driving drunk.

Seviwright closes his letter by stating "In the last week I took care of removing Jennifer's name from all my benefits. I have my sister as my sole everything and she is the sole for all my belongings" He goes on to say "I leave all my personal properties to my sister which she has full power to make all decisions on if any would be given out. My sister will have a list of some of the items that i will send her" Then he ends it by saying 'I hold the SHELBY COUNTY SHERIFF OFFICE responsible for what has happened.

While the Sheriff states that an investigation has been made into all the allegations of Ian Seviwright including bringing in the FBI and Bill Gibbons office why would a man about to take his life lie?

MYRON OUT WHITES A.C. IN DEBATE

Myron Lousy in Saturday night"s debate confused the White community to the point now that they don't know whether now to vote for him or A.C. Wharton. Lousy said all the things that the White community wanted said by a Black candidate and hit A.C. with some jabs that he may not be able to recover from.

The jab that I enjoyed most was right after A.C. spoke of his high standards when it comes to ethics and how he has a ethics plan in place where if he becomes mayor of Memphis if an hopeful employee does not want to follow his rules of ethics they need not apply for the job,Myron hit him with the fact that Bobby Lanier and Susan Adler Thorp were both fired from his administration for corruption but yet he has them as advisors to his present campaign.

I also enjoy wimp backed A.C. take another blow when Myron hit him with the fact that he didn't take up for him when in my interview with Wharton I called Myron a "Good Nigger". I enjoyed this Black man dropping his head and placing his tail between his legs and saying "Yas Sir You Be Mighty Right, I Shoulda Said SomeThing'.

But what the "Lousy One' does not realize is that A.C. had no control over what I said and I would have put his scary ass out of my studio if he had even looked liked he wanted to tell me what I could and could not say. A.C. stated on the debate that he was shocked and in awe of me calling Myron what I did in fact call him. But that's a lie if you look at the interview which I have posted on the sidebar you will see A.C. laughing at the comment.

I must really be pissing Myron off since he made me a part of the debate even asking Charles Carpenter why he advertises on this site and on my radio program. What carpenter realizes that "the Lousy One "does not that no matter what you think of me I carry a large audience both on this site and on my radio show. So Myron, Charles as a businessman and not a poli-trick-an knows that its good business to go where a audience happens to be.

I also notice that A.C. tried to distance himself from being the campaign manager of Willie Herenton in both 1995 and 1999. he wants to paint a picture that only Carpenter has a Herenton connection. Isn't it funny how Herenton and A.C. have never had a public disagreement? Myron also threw a good blow when he mention that Reginald French has been in both the camp of Charles Carpenter and A.C.Wharton, "The Lousy One" is trying to tell Whites that I'm the "Good Nigger" both of the others are tied to Willie Herenton. And it just may work with Whites but the Black community is solidly for the largest part Anti Myron.

What last night's debate has done is open up a door for Charles Carpenter like never before, The Black community saw both A.C. and Myron for what they really are,Yoyos on a spring trying hard as they can to appease the White community. And thanks to Myron now White voters will split their votes between he and Wharton plus Jerry Lawler,Prince Mongo,and Carol Chumney who seemed to be totally out of it last night.

Myron you seem to listen to my show and read this site and even made me a point of the debate so you must think I have some juice,But your mentioning me shows me that I have gotten just where I wanted to be, under your skin. MTRON LOUSY IS THE WHITE MAN'S GREATEST TOOL

Not one time since Myron Lousy became the temp mayor has he attacked anyone White. Not once has he called a White official out for any wrong doings, But he has become a card carrying henchman for White power broker who only want to use his ass until they think A.C. Wharton can take office.


Myron has attacked city attorney Elbert Jefferson twice without merit and has been unsuccessful in getting him fired. In fact Myron knows that the only way to fire Jefferson is for someone other than him to take office. according to the charter even if by a remote miracle Lousy won the mayor's race he can't fire Jefferson without council approval. the charter states that Jefferson is to hold the office for the term of the appointing mayor which was Willie Herenton. Lousy if he were to win would not be serving his own term but carrying out the term of Herenton..

Myron has fired Ricky Wilkins based on a lie stating that his firm was charging excessive fees when he as a council member approved the rate of pay. Why won't Myron discuss the rate of pay that the firm he chose to replace Wilkins makes? The answer is simple because the firm is White and the White folk that pull his chain told his race trading ass not to.

Lousy is fearful to comment on the report from MLGW, I posted on Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz one of the largest law firms in the South which is also the same firm that he chose to replace Wilkins. Lousy wants the White community to see him in a different light than the rest of the Black community. He's willing to dance and scratch and play the role of Steppin-Fetchit to appease the White community so as to bend and pick up the crumbs that his White handlers allow to fall to the ground.

Now because it pleases Whites and he has no back bone at all he wants to go after the legal fees of Joseph Lee which were approved by the MLGW board which as a council member he was aware of. But how can he go after the legal fees of Lee without speaking of the nearly $5 million dollars that have been paid to the Baker Donelson group?

Why is it that no other media has reported on the legal fees paid to this law firm? Jenny Deprazio of Tv stations 24?30 requested and received the same info that I did from MLGW but as of yet has not reported on the EXCESSIVE fees being paid including the raise given them in April of this year. I wonder if Myron or any other media outlet report that Baker Donelson backed out of representing the city in the Beale Street issue?

Myron Lousy is just a few days will return to the city council hated by most in the Black community for being the greatest Uncle Tom in recent history,he will be shunned by most and taken out in his next bid for the council or any other office he runs for. Lousy has allowed himself to be used by Whites who in just a few more days will laugh at how they used his ass and have thrown him to the wolves, who i promise have a plan in place to eat up this worthless race traitor.

MYRON F@%KS UP AGAIN LAW FIRM BACKS OUT OF TAKING ON BEALE STREET AND JOHN ELKINGTON

Temp mayor Myron Lousy in an attempt to prove to the White community that he's their "Boy" so as to win their support for mayor of Memphis fired attorney Ricky Wilkins for what he called excessive legal fees. the move by the bumbling official was a ploy to take a hit at city attorney Elbert Jefferson who had refused to pay his personal attorney fees of $16,000 when the council was sued on a matter. Jefferson refused pay because instead of Lousy using the city attorney he sought his own attorney which he had to pay on his own.,

In firing Wilkins who was being paid $35,000 per month for his legal services on several matters including the Beale Street/John Elkington issue,Lousy cleared the way to make a settlement with his political contributor and give the appearance that he was a mayor at work.

Upon firing Wilkins and knowing that the Beale Street Trial was due, to start in March of next year with tons of evidence that shows that Elkington has done away with millions of dollars of taxpayers dollars,Lousy announced that he had hired the law firm of Baker,Donelson,Bearman,Caldwell & Berkowitz,One of the largest law firms in the south.

I immediately wondered why Lousy would fire Wilkins firm for excessive fees and hire a firm whose fees would have to be higher. I also wondered how much money this fire was receiving also from taxpayers since only Wilkins and Black law firms were of interest to him. i found that the Baker Donelson group has received nearly $5million dollars in five years compared to the $2 million dollars that the Wilkins law firm has received during the same period of time. I also found through my open records request to MLGW that the utility company received an increase in fees in April of this year. I also found that the rate the city was paying Wilkins was much lower than what is being paid to Baker Donelson, So why was Wilkins really fired?

This morning deputy city attorney Veronica Coleman sent out emails to attorneys involved in the Beale Street issue telling them that the Baker Donelson group had decided that they wanted no part of the Beale Street case. Sources state that my revelation into why they are being paid is one of the reasons they are backing away. sources also state that there may be some conflicts of interests involved as well along with the fact Baker Donelson didn't want to work for the low fees that Wilkins was receiving.

So what are the taxpayers going to do now? Myron has fucked up again and the taxpayers will be left holding the bag on Beale Street and John Elkington will continue to go unpunished for stealing from taxpayers,HMMMMMM maybe this was Myron's plan all the time.

MEMPHIS CITY SCHOOLS IS TRYING TO COVER UP BRUTAL ATTACK ON TEACHER AT FAIRLEY HIGH SCHOOL

Relatives of Alta Ware a art teacher at Fairley High School have reached out to me to expose the brutal beating see received from a student Thursday in her class room. Ware has received a letter from Memphis City Schools telling her not to speak to the media,In other words MCS is trying to cover up the attack.

Relatives state that Ware was attacked by student Xavier Stewart and as the woman tried to get to a button on the wall to call the office I'm told that Stewart told the woman as he beat her "Bitch Ain't Nobody Coming To Help Yo Ass" and rung the bell himself and just like he said no help answered or came to her rescue.

The relatives state that the principle Clint Jackson did not call the police and the police were only called after Ware arrived at the hospital and that call was made by family members. The relatives state that the principle stated that the student was a "Special needs" child and should go to detention.

I often hear of cases of violence against teachers in MCS but there is a strict policy of covering up these acts. Since I know that the City of Memphis police read this site someone needs to investigate this matter and school board members should seek to find out why Kriner Cash is covering this issue and other issues of violence up.

LAWLER TO FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST WREG

WREG TV plans to televise a debate next week that just may place their FCC license in jeopardy. The TV station and the Commercial Appeal is holding the debate but excluding most of the candidates.

The station and the newspaper conducted a poll of only 400 people and state that based on such only the top four in the poll will be allowed to share their platform with the citizens of Memphis in the race for mayor. However the exclusion violates FCC policy and mayoral candidate Jerry Lawler plans on Monday morning to get with his attorney and ask for an temporary injunction against WREG asking that the debate does not take place until the matter can be heard in court.

I spoke with Lawler on Saturday night suggesting to him that the injunction be filed so not just him but all qualified candidates have the chance to be presented. Even if the large number of candidates in the race is crazy every candidate has a right to run and proves that A.C. Wharton is not the favorite of everyone in Memphis.

Section 73.1941 of the Equal Opportunities clause of the FCC guidelines part E entitled Discrimination between candidates states; In making time available to candidates for public office, no licensee shall make any discrimination between candidates in practices,regulations,facilities, or services for or in connection with the service rendered pursuant to this part,or make or give any preference to any candidate for public office or subject any such candidate to any prejudice or disadvantage nor shall any licensee make any contract or other agreement which shall have the effect of permitting any legally qualified candidate for any public office to broadcast to the exclusion of other legally qualified candidates for the same public office.

The FCC under Section 73.1940 defines a qualified candidate for public office as one who has publicly announced his or her intention to run for nomination or office and is qualified under the applicable local,State or Federal law to hold the office for which he or she is a candidate.

One should question why the TV station and the CA want to exclude citizens from presenting their platforms ,is it because what the others may say will make more sense then the so called front runner? ALL THE OTHER CANDIDATES SHOULD CONTACT LAWLER AND JOIN IN ON THE INJUNCTION

WREG REPORTER STALKING CITY COUNCIL WOMAN JANIS FULLILOVE

Tuesday September 15,was the birthday of Myrna Ford mother of city councilman Edmund Ford Jr. After the council meeting on Tuesday Ford was driving fellow council member Janis Fullilove home who can not drive due to her present legal problems. As the two city officials pulled out of the city garage on Front street Fullilove after hearing that it was Mrs. Ford's birthday stated that she would like to present her with a bottle of wine.



Edmund Ford Jr. stopped at a liquor store on Front Street where Fullilove exited Ford's SUV and went in and made the purchase. As Fullilove returned to the SUV Wreg's Keli Rabon met her with mic in hand questioning her as to why she was coming out of the liquor store
Fullilove not driving or breaking any other law blew Rabon off with pleasant comments and returned to the SUV where Ford fulled off. Rabon out to get a story even if there was none begin sending emails (Which I have copies of) to Ford because she does not have his cell number.

Ford does not return media calls from his cell phone but returns calls either at the family funeral home or when he has breaks as a teacher at Central High School. After several emails and after Rabon contacted his mother he returned her call where she told him that the station had been following Fullive for four months and that she wanted to see the receipt from the wine that was purchased. Ford refused telling the stalking reporter that what the councilwoman had given his mother was none of her business and that Fullilove had broken no law.

Myrna Ford who went out to dinner with her husband Edmund Ford Sr. on Tuesday night and was unaware that her son had placed the bottle of wine in the fridge was unaware of what Rabon was speaking of when the reporter called her and stated that she had not received anything from Fullilove she then called her son who told her to look in the back of the fridge. Myrna Ford did however tell Rabon that she should be ashamed of herself for stalking Fullilove.

Neighbors of Fullilove often call her and tell her that they see WREG's vans in the community or parked down the street from her home. While the acts of the council woman have made the news for the past year or more does the TV station have the right to harass and stalk. No matter what your opinion of the legal plight of Fullilove may be she does have the right to live her life without a TV trying to just create a story when there is none.

Fulliove's entering or making a purchase at a liquor store is not against the law and thus is not a story. I wonder how many other city officials are being followed by WREG? Are we to think that only Fullilove drinks? Has any White city officials been followed? Some issues in a persons life is their personal business and not the business of the public.

What if I had reported that while sitting in a local downtown bar inside the BenchMark Hotel watching election night returns,I saw a gay reporter of WREG in a drunken state looking for his live in gay lover who happens to be a reporter at another local TV station?................YOU WILL SAY THAT'S THEIR PERSONAL BUSINESS,WHICH IS MY POINT.

SOURCES STATE THAT ELKINGTON HELD FUNDRAISER FOR WHARTON

Sources state that on last Friday night at his east Memphis office John Elkington held a reception and fund raiser for Memphis mayoral candidate John Elkington. Whats strange about this if the Beale Street source is correct is that Elkington owes the City of Memphis millions. According to a forensic audit done on his company Performa Real Estate. between 2002 and 2009 $6.4 million dollars is missing.

It's also known that the temporary mayor Myron Lousy is seeking to settle with Elkington which means that all though he has stolen millions Lousy wants to give him a past while others have been indicted,charged,and placed in prison. The question stills remains WHY?

What does Elkington have on local poli-trick-ans that makes them want to let him out the back door while the city is left holding the bag. We know that Elkington has contributed to Lousy's council campaigns, We know that under the direction of former city councilman Ricky peete who also was the Director of the Beale Street Merchants Association that Lowery received contributions from the Beale Street Merchants Political Action Committee. So was the fundraiser a way of bribing Wharton to continue if he's elected to office to forgive him of his sins?

If the source is correct the presence of Wharton at a gathering where he's receiving money from Elkington gives a signal that maybe Wharton is not as pure as many want to make him out to be. The only reason that Elkington would want to give Wharton money is to bribe him . So is Wharton a snake waiting to get his fangs into Beale Street or does he think that Elkington can step on him and some of his friends?

ELKINGTON WANTS A JURY TRIAL

John Elkington according to an outside auditing company has gone away with, commingled funds,used Beale Street funds for his own purpose and since 2002 done away with $6.4 million dollars is asking for a jury trial in the case against him that is set for March of 2010.

An answer and request for a jury trial has been filed by Elkington and delivered to J.Michael Fletcher Esq, Attorney John Candy, who represents The Beale Street Development Corporation, David Cocke,Evans Petree Bogatin P.C.,John Speer.And Bass Berry & Sims.

I wonder why Elkington suddenly wants a jury to hear his case? What could he possibly say to explain why millions are missing from Beale Street and why he has used Beale Street funds to finance other of his projects around the country.

Does Elkington feel froggy now that attorney Rickey Wilkins is off the case and a brand new law firm that knows nothing about the case is now in charge? maybe Elkington feels that Myron Lousy will settle the case,But I wonder how a settlement can be made with Elkington when the City of Memphis has no contract or other agreement with him? Elkington's contract is with BSDC and not the city. Or maybe Elkington feels that A.C. Wharton will be the next mayor and his holding a last Friday night fund raiser for A.C. will buy his freedom.

MYRON LOUSY HAS LOST HIS BLACK CARD

Every where Temporary Mayor Myron Lousy goes in the Black community he is met with boos. Even in the Southern Heritage Classic Parade held in Orange Mound on Saturday morning sources state that as he and his wife set on the back of a Mustang convertible rocks were thrown at them. Lousy was booed as the parade started, he was booed at the FedEx Forum last week when Alan Iverson was introduced as a Grizzly team member. What this means is that Blacks know that the "Lousy One" has sold out the Black community for his 15 minutes of fame.

Myron will receive very few votes in his bid for mayor and plans are already being made to take his council seat in two years. It has always been known that Myron would sell his soul to be mayor but only a few thought that he would sell out his race as well. Lousy is thought to be a puppet for White power brokers who only want to use him for 90 days to fulfill an agenda.

Part of the agenda that Lousy is playing the bag man for is the allowance of John Elkington to able to leave Beale Street without prosecution for stealing millions of dollars over a period of 25 years. This is one of the reasons that he is pushing to get rid of city attorney Elbert Jefferson. No settlement can be made without the signature of the city attorney and Jefferson has no plans of signing.

After losing on the firing of Jefferson, Lousy's White handlers turn there attention to Ricky Wilkins who was given orders by the Memphis city council to find out what was happening on Beale and to investigate how the city could go unpaid. By the way Lousy was on the council and voted for the forensic audit to take place,In fact it was Lousy's CAO Jack Sammons who suggested the audit. Lousy intentionally lied about payment made to Wilkins to make the attorney appear to be corrupt in the eyes of the community so as to support his firing of the attorney who had followed council orders and held an audit by an outside firm that states that between 2002-2008, $6.3 million dollars is missing and has been commingled with other projects of Elkington.

His recent decision to turn over the fairgrounds to former city council member Tom Marshall who is also a close friend of Sammons stinks to high heavens and seems to be another instance of Lousy selling out to his White masters.

Lousy has lost all respect in the Black community and will be treated like the Judas he is. The next 30 days will be his last days of political glory. It is for sure that he will not be elected mayor and its for sure that there will be a well financed candidate for his council seat. Lousy's "Good Nigger" portrayal has made him the scorn of the black community and he will forever be treated as such.

The only Blacks that support him is like the group that's pictured, THE GAY BLACK KKK ORGANIZATION.

LOCAL MEDIA HIDES TRUTH ABOUT LAW FIRMS BEING PAID BY THE CITY OF MEMPHIS

The local so called main streamed media who must follow the orders of news directors and editors who are controlled by the powers that be that want A.C. Wharton as Memphis mayor have allowed themselves to become pawns in a game where those powers are using Moron Lousy as there bag man to clear the path for A.C.

Wharton is considered a "Safe Negro" with Whites who just smiles and nods and does the bidding of those who gave him the campaign handle 'One Memphis". In the game power brokers know that Lousy has very little respect in the Black community and has no chance of winning so to clear the way to get projects done that they could not under Willie Herenton but not to further taint Wharton in the Black community Lousy is being used to attempt to remove city attorney Elbert Jefferson, who must sign off on all documents before the city mayor can.

Local reporters who many do very little research and only report half facts don't even realize there role in the game or just don't care. The question must be asked why there is only a focus on the amount of money Ricky Wilkins and other Black attorneys have been paid as special attorneys for the city of Memphis. The answer is simple the thought has to be planted that Willie Herenton allowed Black lawyers to be paid to much money and anyone connected to him should be forced to leave, Not because they are not doing the jobs approved by the council but to suggest to people who only rely on these sources that any one that was connected to Herenton is corrupt. While the plot all the time is to distract the public with this bullshit while the true agenda is worked.

The document posted is a city document that shows what special attorneys for the city have been paid since 2005. It shows that out of 27 law firms only 4 Black firms are represented. Why has the media not probed into why the White firms have been paid what they have been paid?

While the law firm of Ricky Wilkins has been paid $2,024.855.79 over 5 years,the other firms that have been paid over a million dollars are all White firms. In fact the single highest payment by the city to a firm during this time period is $1,695,667.98 paid in 2005 to Less Getz & Lipman, Why hasn't the media asked what this firm did to be paid so much?

Why hasn't the local media reported that in 2005 more money was paid out to special attorneys then any year since? Could it be that the city attorney at that time that approved the billing was a White woman by the name of Sara Hall?

Power brokers know that in a month the political career of Moron Lousy will be over and they will cast him to the dogs who are standing ready to destroy whats left of his political career,But first not to offend Blacks in the interest of Wharton they are using him to try and oust Jefferson so that he can not block John Elkington from getting a pass on paying the city the millions that he has stolen over the years.

With Ricky Wilkins out of the way Lousy and his masters know that Veronica Coleman has no chance of figuring out the massive issues of Beale Street. They also know that the law firm now assigned the case,Baker,Donelson,Bearman,Caldwell & Berkowitz are connected to the power brokers and will recommend a settlement.

Since the local media reads this site daily and has the same documents that I have I wonder will they now do the full story on the money being paid special attorneys and name the White firms and do an investigation into what there services have been to the city. But I really don't expect them to because that means being fair to Blacks and there bosses just wouldn't have that would they?

CARPENTER IS DRUG FREE WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER CANDIDATES?

Many in the community have suggested that those running for mayor of Memphis and all poli-trick-ans should submit themselves to drug testing so mayoral candidate Charles Carpenter did just that.

On Wednesday at 10am Carpenter took the drug test at Occumed at 1785 Nonconnah Road, where the results prove that he has no traces of drugs in his system. I wonder if the other candidates will do the same?

RICKY WILKINS PROVES THAT MORON LOUSY IS A LIAR,AND WHAT DOES THE LOUSY ONE HAVE TO HIDE

In a very scathing letter backed by documentation attorney Ricky Wilkins proved that the allegations fired at him when he was fired by the temporary mayor Moron Lousy were nothing more than "Bold Face Lies".

Lousy stated that during the month of May of this year that Wilkins was paid $160,000. Documents show that Wilkins was paid his monthly retainer of $35,000 which was approved by the Memphis City Council including Lousy himself. The documents go on to show that $122,161.14 of the $162,201.30 was paid to third parties for services rendered. Wilkins also provided copies of checks written out to those third parties.

It's also interesting to note that Lousy has never mentioned that the $35,000.00 per month retainer does not just include the Beale Street matter but other cases as well. It's also interesting to note that that Lousy wants to settle with John Elkington and his company Performa when millions of dollars of tax payers money is missing. It was just a week ago after a judge released a seal on the Beale Street matter that we now know that $6.4 million dollars is missing between 2002-2008, so why does Lousy want to give Elkington a way out know that over a period of 25 years millions more are unaccounted for.

The 700 page forensic audit of which I have a copy states that Performa failed to account for all Gross Rental Income and project income generated and received from Beale Street Historic District operations. The effect was understating BSHD revenues. Performa failed to properly account for all Cost of Sales and expenses incurred and paid from BSHD's operations. This included recording expenses not incurred by BSHD,not paid by BSHD or related to other Performa entities. The effect was overstating BSHD's expenses.

The audit goes on to state that Performa commingled BSHD funds with its other related entities. Performa utilized BSHD funds as working capital for its other related entities. Performa loaned and advanced BSHD funds to its other related entities without formal agreement. Performa failed to keep accurate and complete accounting records for BSHD. Performa failed to maintain BSHD'S revenues on the cash basis of accounting as prescribed by the 1982 sublease.

The audit further states.Performa submitted false and misleading periodic financial reports to the City of Memphis. Performa through its actions of understating BSHD revenues and overstating expenses was able to use Gross Rental Income and Project Income for its own benefit. The effect of these actions was to deprive the city of $6,398,644 over the period of 2002-2008.

So with this information the question must be asked why does Moron Lousy at this point want to fire Ricly Wilkins? Why did he knowingly lie about the amount Wilkins has been paid? And why is he seeking to settle instead of indict John Elkington?

Could any of this have to do with the fact that according to election financial records Elkington has contributed in the past to Lousy's campaigns. Why hasn't Lousy revealed that he has received campaign contributions from The Beale Street Merchants Association's Political Action Committee when his buddy Ricky Peete was in control? Why hasn't Lousy mentioned that during Peete's reign as both a council member and the Executive Director of The beale Street merchants Association that he voted every year to give the Beale Street Merchants a $100,000 grant which they did not have to pay back.

The audit clearly shows that John Elkington should be indicted but why is Lousy wanting the only person that knows the ends and outs of the Beale Street matter gone. is it because he has something to hide or is he as normal carrying someone else water. I might also note that it was Jack Sammons the present CAO who as a councilman in November of 2007 in almost his last meeting as a councilman that requested in a morning committee meeting in which I was present after requesting in behalf of the Beale Street merchants a meeting before the council that called for the forensic audit of Beale Street.

PRINCE MONGO DECIDES TO REMOVE HIS "SPIRITUAL GEAR" FOR MAYORAL BID AS HE KICKS OFF IN WHITEHAVEN

When Memphis mayoral candidate Prince Mongo appeared on my radio program last week his position on issues made more sense than many of the other candidates that I have heard. I advised Mongo that the community would take him much more seriously if he removed his "Spiritual Gear".

I had no idea that Prince Mongo would take my advice under consideration but when he appeared at my monthly "Celebration of Life" party which is held each first Sunday night at Classic Hits located at 1035 Brooks Rd. He had removed the gear and was ready to campaign and party.

The all Black crowd of several hundred embraced Mongo many of which told him that they had heard him on my show and was planning on giving him their vote. Many present wanted their picture taken with him and enjoyed seeing him mingling from table to table and watching him on the dance floor.

Prince Mongo has decided to remove his "gear" while on the campaign trail and on the upcoming debates. I wonder what A.C. Wharton's excuse for not debating will be now. I was so impressed with the presentation of Prince Mongo last week when he appeared on my radio show that I have invited him back on Thursday to continue with his platform for mayor of Memphis.

WHAT HAS A.C. DONE?

Shelby County mayor A.C. Wharton says that he wants to be the mayor of Memphis,The mainstream media has already crowned him, And many Whites find him safe,But what has he really done that many feel that Always Cool Wharton should be mayor.

So without my commentary post what you know of that makes Wharton the best candidate. What is it about his record as county mayor that proves that he can govern the City of Memphis?

WHY IS A.C SCARED TO DEBATE,WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO HIDE?

On Friday on "The Thaddeus Matthews Show" Charles Carpenter a candidate for mayor of Memphis issued a challenge to A.C Wharton to debate the issues of the City . Carpenter states that he is as qualified for the position as Wharton who is only a county executive and not a mayor in the true sense of word. Carpenter also stated that as the county mayor Wharton has already governed over the City of Memphis but what has he done?

I called Wharton's executive assistant Robert White who shyed away from the idea live on air. White stated that Wharton could be reached every morning at Star Bucks and does not need to answer the call of every candidate that calls.

The question should be asked why Wharton has a fear of debating, he didn't want to be on stage with Prince Mongo who was very impressive on my show on Thursday. He has also stated that he only wants to debate serious candidates,does he have a fear that he can't debate his record or the fact that he has a record will be revealed.

Why wouldn't Wharton want to debate Carpenter who many want to tie to Willie Herenton? Does Wharton think that it will finally be revealed that after Carpenter chaired the first Herenton campaign that he chaIred the next two? Does Wharton fear that if the community wants to connect Carpenter to Herenton that they will also have to place him on the same scales?

The debate will not take place because both Carpenter and Wharton have closely been connected to Willie Herenton even though the so called main stream media does not want to report it,and because Wharton does not have a record of service to stand on. Wharton would also have to discuss why after county employees Bobby Lanier and Susan Adler Thorpe were dismissed for corruption he still has them as his advisors.

Most citizens that support Wharton only support him because he's not Willie Herenton,and because he's considered safe and he smiles a lot. If that is not the case what has he done for the county that would make him a good city mayor?

My condolences to the family of my friend Paul Matilla who served as the Shelby County Trustee. Paul passed away on yesterday after a battle with cancer. I saw Paul about a month ago at a community event where he talked of running for re-election next year and how he was ready to hit the campaign trail.

The following is a press release issued by his office:

Paul Mattila, Shelby County Trustee, died, at the age of 65, as a result of a long and valiant battle with lung cancer on September 4, 2009.

“Mr. Mattila was truly honored to serve the taxpayers of Shelby County. Throughout the years he was especially dedicated to helping senior citizens receive benefits to reduce their rising tax burdens. At all times he was so proud of his employees and their ability to produce outstanding results even during uncertain economic times,” said Debra Gates, Deputy Trustee.

In 1997, Mr. Mattila joined the Trustee’s Office and began his public service career by talking with taxpayers one-on-one over the phone. Over the next twelve years, he embraced every aspect of the tax collection process and held the positions of supervisor, legislative liaison, and ultimately, Trustee.

Because he valued people and community relationships, he worked tirelessly in Shelby County and throughout the state to deliver exceptional service.

After being elected in August 2008, Trustee Mattila continued his focus to provide significant tax benefits to almost 10,000 senior citizens and disabled veterans.

“I have known Paul and Margaret for many years. Paul was a competent and dedicated public servant. He made a career of helping others with a warm smile and firm handshake. Not only is this a loss for Shelby County, but also for our state and nation,” said Congressman John Tanner (TN -08).

Mr. Mattila is survived by his wife Margaret, 4 children and 6 grandchildren.

MEMPHIS CITY SCHOOL'S BOARD HAVE FLUNKED OUT

Today on "Thaddeus Matthews Show" I put school board president Martavius Jones out of my studio for being the biggest political bull shiter of all time. I invited Jones on the program to discuss how is it that board members could agree to dumb down students in Memphis City Schools by not allowing non performing students in pre-k thru the third grade not to fail.

Records show that the decision for the No Flunk policy took only 10 minutes to make on July 24, 2009. The records shows that the special call meeting started at 6:10 pm and was over at 6:20 pm. When I asked Jones why teachers and parents were not invited to be a part of the discussions on such a grave issue his reply was "We just didn't". Which in my opinion is a violation of the Sunshine Law.

Jones states that the new policy is the best for the children and will make teachers do their job. I told Jones that he and any other board member which voted for the new policy, which was all of them, were just plain stupid and had no business making decisions for the children of Memphis City Schools. I also told Jones that I would work to see that he is not re-elected in 2010.

When I told Jones that this new policy is not best for student and with him being a Black man in a system whose make up is 86% Black he is doing a disservice to the children and to the teachers in the classroom he became irate and started calling me a liar. Jones also became upset when I questioned how the board could hire Kriner Cash when he has never been a teacher,Jones stated that being able to teach is not a requirement for being a superintendent.

After Jones very loudly kept calling me a Liar and my asking him not to do so I told him to get out of my studio before i took his head off. In fact I had to get up from the broadcast board and tell him that if he called me a lie again i would kick the shit out of him right there in the studio. at that point he ran to the exit and left

What I don't understand is why Jones was so geeked up.? I believe his reason for being late to the studio was because Cash was serving him his Cheerios and told him to defend MCS at all cost. The No Flunk policy is the worse thing that could happen to the system and the fact that board members made this decision at a retreat where the public was not present should be reason to sue the system and the board. With what i heard today I don't blame Whites and smart black parents. for not wanting their children enrolled in Memphis city Schools
